I've got to take the trash out and I'm having a really hard time finding the willingness. I can't find my darn boots. Jussy borrows them all the time and then I have a hard time finding their new place to be put. : ) I'd much rather not be able to find my boots than not to have Jussy here to borrow them.
Good morning all. I'm just checking in for a minute to see if there have been any hatchings yet. Can't seem to get on at night as my husband is a Farmville player and hogs the computer. I have the nest up during the day at school. Hope this finds everyone hanging in there until the spring weather comes to us. Thelma, we are expecting a 'significant' amount of snow on Tuesday night and throughout the day on Wednesday...is this storm supposed to hit those of you in Bluefield? I know you just had a snow storm...hope you don't get any of this new one!
Trying to pull together some foods for GG that won't have to be cooked or heated up, just in case the snow keeps us from being able to go into her house.
Egg Salad, Pasta Salad (she loves this and once shared it with our JUDIE). A big chef's salad with eggs, ham, cheese and artichoke hearts should last a few days. Only have a short amount of time to prepare this...have to get into church and make my soup.
Gene is making Cagene chicken.

We're on the edge of the winter weather watch or whatever they are calling it today. Whatever happens, I don't think it is likely to last long.
Good Monday morning all. I am here and feeling somewhat human. Still coughing like a fiend, and now have pulled a muscle in my back. Am calling the dr @ 8 to get something for this cough and another note for work as I am out again today.
Olivia is feeling puny, but no fever and still seems semi human so I have medicated her and will try to send her to school. WE were both in bed and asleep @ 8 last night.

I don't think it's stopped snowing since I got here, 2 weeks ago today! But, it's only been a little at a time.
Getting ready to go with Mom to a doctor appt - routine stuff, but she doesn't like driving alone, so I'll go along. Dad has been having good days. Nice to see him smile again. :)

Good morning everyone. Got some sleep last night. Snowing here today. Will be another day to just stay in and hunker down except for those Dex necessary quick outs. I am sure I just have one of those like change of season colds. Not fun but not that bad. Wow I don't think if they asked for my phone number to get back in to anywhere online that I would give it. "shrug' hasn't happened yet so I will decide if and when it does. Dex and I are almost through another winter. I think when this week is over he will be done with the hardest to deal with kind of weather for him. Prayers for all. I could not be a 911 answerer either. I absolutely hate a helpless feeling when extreme danger exists. Helping is great but those ones you can't help argh!!! You all have my utmost respect for all that you do.

I've been taking it really easy over the weekend, and can hardly wait to go see the specialist this afternoon. Still hurting. Feels somewhat better sometimes, but then I'll move just the wrong way, and it starts really hurting again. Seriously want to know for sure what's wrong, and I hope I get some answers today! Dr. appt. is at 3:20pm.
Shar, WOW! Sounds like you need some major intervention! Hope you get some real relief, and SOON! Prayers, for sure!
Prayers for baby Isaac, too. Hope he recovers quickly from whatever's making him miserable!
