Rain,rain,rain...yuck...making my work difficult- checking the radar- looks like a slight break in the showers, off to cut some wet greens... Hello all:) have a great day! Here's a song- Snoopy vs. the Red Baron
Good morning all. I have been under the weather stomach virus doctor says. Paula hope that your mom feels better soon. Lynn hope you are on the mend. Sissy get another opinion. It might be broke. Margy hope you can get some nice rest. Have a good day all.
GOOD MORNING EAGLE BUDDIES!!!---STEVEN---MARGY---SISSY & MEGAN!!---I have been reading yesterday's blog---Another--Dark--Foggy--Rainy am here in the MT. STATE!!---weather expected to get worse---SNOW & ICE maybe!---Some day we are REALLY going to get the SNOW & ICE they predict!!---ho!---So many HAPPENINGS!---THOUGHTS & PRAYERS for your MOTHER PAULA!!---GET WELL prayers SISSY & SHARON---DONNA & daughter!!---& to all in need-----GOD BLESS!!
GOOD MORNING EVERYONE... I'm late getting on here...Capt. Eagle was up and at 'em early and beat me to the 'puter (will wonders ever cease?!) Appears I didn't miss a visit from our eagles. CEIL, I have been wondering about you...haven't heard from you in a while. Tummy ailments are a pain (oh, did I say that?):( MARGY, get some sleep!
SISSY!!!----I have a GREAT IDEA!!----when your ankle heals!!!---We will head to ATLANTA ZOO & PICKET to keep 'PRINCE XI' on display every day!!---We will need to organize---shouldn't be too hard!! ----The WORLD LOVES HIM!!!
See there are a few eagle cams we might not be seeing. Others we'll have to wait for their new links.
WELCOME HOME LYNN !! GET WELL SOON !
Sorry Paula for your Mother's setback. So glad she is getting IV fluids. Prayers continue for your Mother and you.
Jo such good news about Sgt. Ryan and now Sgt Patrick on his way HOME ! I know you have a big smile on and a nice warm feeling in your heart. ( :
Sharon it sounds like you had a wonderful day out. How proud I know you felt. Still take it easy.
Sissy maybe a different doctors opinion is needed about your foot.
Ceil prayers for stomach flu.
Praises for Donna with continued prayer for Tonja.
Prayers for those who have prayer needs.
I did go to pool on Wed. but did NOT exercise much at all. Mainly just did slight lifting of each leg and walked in the water some. I had a procedure on Tuesday where they went in and burnt a nerve in my back. The water felt good just to be in it. Slowly doing One Day At A Time...
Now I'm caught up on all the comments. Boo ! About the cam for Boy Luney or new name Xi Lan (Atlanta's Beauty). Just when he was moving around more. Darn wanted to see him walking. Well they say there will be video's not the same but at least maybe we will see him walk. Boo! Sissy if you go to Atlanta. You have to keep that foot propped up. With that up, a pair of sunglasses on, a cane beside you, and the money can. Surely you would raise enough money to keep the cam going.
Good morning everyone. Another rainy day here too. We had 4 inches of rain Tuesday night and today we may get 3 more. Also snow in the forcast. Snowing in Louisiana already. If we get 3 flakes everything will be closed. lol
DANA---Thanks for the update!!---I will keep you in my thoughts & prayers that your back feels much better!!---Taking it easy -- one day at a time---sounds good!!----
MORNIN' RED!!---your weather forecast sounds like ours here in WV!!----People were buying groceries like crazy yesterday!!---waiting for the SNOW today!!--Those forecasts certainly help our food markets here!!--ho!---How often do you folks get snow?
Norma, I will drive us down there. Isn't that just the pits!!!??? I am so attached to that bear, the thought of 10-5 M-F was killing me. I am just at odds over the whole thing. Oh well, IT IS WHAT IT IS!! BUT...I do not have to like it, might have to accept it but don't have to like it.
My foot is still really swollen and bruised. Everybody is saying it isn't broke, so I don't know. I have an appointment with an orthopedist next week. Maybe then I can get started on something to help. Thanks for all the concern. In the world of big deals, my ankle ain't one today!!
We get a few dustings normally. Occassionally we get some accumalation. Snow happens here but just not very often. Not very much at all in recent years.
MORNIN' PAULA & DEB!!---PAULA---keeping your MOTHER in my thoughts & prayers!!-----I see RED decided to take a nap---just wanted to tell him---CNN is showing snow in New Orleans!!---ho!----
DEB!!---Just viewed your photos!! No words to describe how GREAT I think they are!!---You truly have an EAGLE EYE!!---Can't imagine seeing that many EAGLES at one time!!!---THANKS FOR SHARING-----
WOW!--My first glimpse of 'LITTLE PRINCE XI' this am!!---Maybe we should call him 'THE SLEEPING PRINCE'----ho!----Want to see him walking before there turn off the cam!!!!!!
I have color, too! How cool is that! I hope we get a visit soon. Mary and I are going in search of the Great Horned Owl we saw the other day. This time we want pictures of it.
Norma, there are so many eagles this year, it is wonderful. Even the Rangers are excited at how many there are.
Deb, loved your photo of the geese in formation with gold color all around. I have a project for you. If you looked at Gene's photos, there was one of snowflakes on his rifle butt. Beautiful little things that they are, couldn't get them blown up enough to really see their beauty. You have a camera that will magnify very nicely, so I thought you might get a black or dark piece of paper and catch and photograph the snowflakes, just as soon as it hits the paper. I think we would all love to see the results. I think your photos are tops, so this one will be beautiful.
WAKE UP RED! You need to go to the store and stock up on munchies if it is going to snow there! If you have never had MUNCHIES WITHDRAWL, you don't want to experience it. It is not a pretty sight:):)
Nice pictures again Deb Thanks for sharing. Pulled up the live feed as soon as I returned from my own daily eagle adventure. I am not sure if its color or not so maybe i missed it. Got some sporadic sound.
Sissy, forgive me for scolding you, but I think you are on your feet too much. If those people say your ankle isn't broken, then the swelling almost has to be from standing on it too much. Prop up and let Tom take care of you. I hope he feels well enough to do that. Get lots of Marie Callendar's Dinners and let Tom microwave you dinner along with a can of fruit.
yes Wanda, you had to remind him of that...poor Ceil sent her husband to store to get 4 yellow bananas, so it might settle her stomach, he came back with a whole hand of green bananas, she said she didn't think she would last that long for them to ripen....
Helen, Gene did that to me once. We were have company for dinner and I need 2 ripe bananas for fruit salad. He brought home about 6 green as grass bananas. I don't think he will do that again ;)
Still looks like the Twilight Zone at BWO - what is all that debris in the nest? Looks like a bunch of feathery things or fish leftovers...although I figure it is all illusion due to the weather....
How about if I send Gene down there in a Santa Suit, have him stand there near the tree and ring a bell, along side a kettle and we can send the money to Atlanta?
Wanda, I get the distinct feeling you are messing with my mind! ☺ but you are so right, I would like to get this sleep thing straightened out... :( Think it would mean deleting some of the caffeine out of my system, and getting on a regular work schedule.... :(
Get well wishes for Ceil and Lynn... - you might be a step ahead of the rest of us, getting your illnesses out of the way before the Holidays...and that trip to Oregon, Ceil.
Good morning all. Well, it is still morning here. Won't be on today...party tonight, but wanted to say HI to everyone!
Sissy, take care of that ankle. My wrists still hurt when I turn them the wrong way. Still wearing wrist supports, but have to take them off to do some things.
We have finally had a freeze here and all plants look dismal, but we have bright sunshine. Send the moisture our way, please!
Red, know what you mean. We have three snow flakes and everything shuts down and it is BIG on the news. But, it is best if things shut down. Folks here do not know how to drive on snow and ice! Yikes!
Wish all of you could drop in for a cup of cheer! House is sparkling clean and decorated! Happy Day to all....BBL after the party!
How can a man sleep with all this chattering going on? lol Gosh it's snowing in New Orleans. Last time I remember it snowing in New Orleans we got 17 inches here.
Hi gang! So many interesting comments today. I saw the snow in New Orleans on the news, and wondered if Red was going to be next! Also heard that there was snow in Houstin! Paula, so sorry to hear that your mom has taken another turn...praying that they find the problem and a cure quickly. Ceil, get well quick--you have a trip to get ready for!! Dana, sorry your back is still causing pain. Margie, try half/half caffeinated/decaf and see if that helps any!! You really do need more sleep! Sissy, sprains CAN be worse than fractures, but some fractures don't show up for 10-14 days, so it really should be re-rayed!! Norma, know what you mean about getting antsy with the weather when working...isn't it nice now not to have to worry 'bout it??
Sharon, are you up and about today? Able to work yet? Don't overdo! Jim, what's the weather like out your way? Loretta and Lolly, wedding pics were super. Deb, can't believe how lucky you were yesterday...great shots, as always!
OH LOLLY!!---What I would give to have a sparkling clean house & all the decorations up!!---That must be WONDERFUL!!---I'm sure your guests will have a marvelous time!!---& I wish we lived closer too!---ho! ENJOY!!
AFTERNOON HEDGIE!!---I have the oven on & it is so cozy & warm---May take a nap!!---Temp is 37°--but have a cold rain!----Yeah--HEDGIE---I know what you mean about the weather when I was working!!-----I would keep getting up & looking out the window to check the SNOW!! ho!
Ho, Norma...that was me, too...just fretted myself silly!! And still had to get out and drive in it, nervous AND sleepy!! What's cooking in the oven, girl???
Ho, Ho, Ho!!! Santa made some early visits today!! A 32" HD TV----Fubby had to call the North Pole & have one of the techie Elves help him hook it up! The next visit brought Omaha Steaks filet mignons!!! Guess we are celebrating early!!
Read yesterday that Atlanta Zoo will be shutting down panda cam! Oh No, Mr. Bill!!! Santa needs to visit there. Don't you think Atlanta residents & more will be so upset that they should do a fundraiser program??? Like donation collecting like lots of cams have?
Well, Mits, phone call interrupted thoughts of a nap! LOL... Santa is being very good to you, Loretta...wow!! Fire up the grill! Is this the first big-screen you've had? When I got my first 42" I stupidly thought that maybe I could watch it w/o my glasses...no such luck!
Atlanta Panda Cam showing us a little of Buta Buta I am hoping that before the cam closes at the end of Dec, Luney could be crawling and get out of his little den.
Tried to catchy up on blog---Lolly, plz take pic of your spotless, decorated home!! Be awhile before that happens here!! Hope Lynn, Ceil, Sissy, Dana & Paula's Mom are on the mend! Not excluding you, Sharon! You seem to be better every day! Lynn, it's our largest TV so far. When he ordered & said 32", I thought that was the diagonal, like all older TVs. Not so---it's the length. Height isn't much bigger--I don't see a big difference, but I don't wear glasses watching either.
On our noon news, was surprised to hear about snow in NO & Houston!! Said they had "thundersnow". Wanda, Gerne's snowflake pics were great. Never saw so large w/points showing. That's a great idea about trying to catch a shot of them on dark background!! Re: pop-up cam---I always get an uncentered view & w/the right-click, Show All, you get to see it, but not large at all.
Lynn, have you unblocked your e-mail yet from your trip, sent something to you and it still had the automatic msg, saying you will not be available til the 10th
Paula, you singing Rain Drops, reminds me...when Gene and I were shopping the other day, I started singing going through the parking lot, and a horn started blowing. LOL I guess I set off it's burglar alarm. Ha, Ha!

Thursday, December 11 Yesterday morning, while I was cleaning one of Lun Lun’s dens, Xi Lan demonstrated grand improvement of his scooting abilities. I use the term scooting and not crawling because he has not yet incorporated his back legs when he moves around. He continues to pull himself with his front legs under his body and push with his back legs in a swimming motion. Back to my story- I was cleaning Den 1 (the L shaped den Lun Lun likes to carry Xi Lan into), Xi Lan was in the nest box in Den 2, and Lun Lun was eating bamboo in Den 3. Xi Lan was vocalizing his need to be fed and scooting about, but Lun Lun was busy eating her own meal and had not yet responded to his call. While cleaning, I noticed that his vocalizations had become a little softer, so I turned around to see what he was up to and noticed he was no longer in the nest box. Instead he was in the adjacent den where Lun Lun was eating! I am sad to say I do not really know how he managed it, as my back was turned during all the action. I also think Lun Lun was really unsure of how he got there as well. She stopped eating, looked down at him with a puzzled look, picked him up by the scruff, and quickly returned him to where she wanted him – the nest box. I guess all his scooting got him what he wanted, because upon returning him to the nest box, Lun Lun curled up with him and he nursed. Look out, Lun Lun – your days of Xi Lan staying where you want him are coming to an end fast! Kate Roca Carnivore Keeper II
Now that the night light is on our nest, do I detect Spidey web strands blowing from the bottom left to right? Thought at first it was rain, but don't see any in other places. Nuts!
I didn't see anything on Still, either! Margy, newer 'puter has 18" diag.--big enough for me, but guess i9 would be nice to have bigger nests!!! Someone recently wrote about big 'puter screen. Was it Lolly? This newer screen unfortunately is brighter and if you print out pics, they are too dark.Have to lighten each pic a couple notches in photo program before printing--Bummer!
Loretta, I think it must be some kind of interference. It could't possibly be Spidey back...could it???? It is raining very hard right now. Belle and Lib have taken cover somewhere.
No, Wanda. Spidey has probabloy been long gone to the happy hunting ground. I just thought it looked liked some old remaining strands that the wind picked up. It could be interference too? If it's web, you need to go over there w/a Witches broom if you have one!! LOL Or next time they work on it, they have to have Nu make it New! ☺
Well, I am not a modern girl here yet, have a 20" diagonal on my little old non-flat screen TV, and a 15" diagonal on my not-flat computer screen, but for now "It works for me." Now, if I was a big football fan, maybe not! ☺
We once saw something similar to what we are seeing now, on the Pa. cam. I think it was DEB who captured that shot. Just the way the infrared light was hitting the rain, I believe.
We are waiting on the rain to die down, so that we can cook steaks for our supper. I have salad made, mushrooms sauteed and we just have to wait. Oh, no...Mr. Gene said we may have to pan fry them...NO, NO, NO!!!
just checked your radar, Wanda, either you stand there with an umbrella or pan fry, you should get a George Foreman grill, they are great for when you can't go outside...I have one at the beach because we are not allowed to have grills on our balconies, for obvious reason, and I do hot dogs and hamburgers for the whole group when they are there, need to get a bigger one.

so he knows we are down....
(Back to the pillows for me)
Thanks magpie, you were up late and up early. Better head back to bed or, if you are like me, you will not be worth much today.
At least there is hope for our cams, they are working on a solution. That is a good thing.
Righto, Sissy!
Good to "see" you, hope you and that ankle reach a friendly agreement.
Insomnia rules here, so back to try again...

Thanks Deb have live feed up. Nice ( :
Anyone able to get the "click on" to play the music that Lolly sent around? I must be doing something wrong. I find song type it in and nothing??
yes, Deb, looks like you hit the eagle jackpot:)
ENJOY your day DEB! Please tell MARY--I loved her pics too!!---
I got it to work, but it took a couple tries, Dana. Now I don't remember what it took to get it to go, though.
I will, Norma. We aren't leaving for awhile yet, so hurry up eagles and visit the nest in color!
Thanks Deb I'll keep working at it.
Dana, what song are you searching for? I just tried it again and it worked right away.
Deb, loved your photo of the geese in formation with gold color all around. I have a project for you. If you looked at Gene's photos, there was one of snowflakes on his rifle butt. Beautiful little things that they are, couldn't get them blown up enough to really see their beauty. I think we would all love to see the results. I think your photos are tops, so this one will be beautiful.
WHEN YOU HAVE TIME:) :)
I'll try that, Wanda. I thought the rifle picture was great!
WAKE UP RED! You need to go to the store and stock up on munchies if it is going to snow there! If you have never had MUNCHIES WITHDRAWL, you don't want to experience it. It is not a pretty sight:):)
Oh, thank you, Deb. Looking forward to it!
If those people say your ankle isn't broken, then the swelling almost has to be from standing on it too much. yes Wanda, you had to remind him of that...poor Ceil sent her husband to store to get 4 yellow bananas, so it might settle her stomach, he came back with a whole hand of green bananas, she said she didn't think she would last that long for them to ripen....
no offense, guys, but sometimes you all just don't listen:)
must be my eyes, I don't see much difference in the cam color, but when it is on, the clarity is sharper.
WE HAVE SOUND!
WE HAVE STATIC!
Guess it is just the color of December in West Virginia, MITS - I don't see much either but I do believe it is "in color." ☺
:(:(:(
yes, Margy, I agree:)
My sound just came on, anyone else?
Now if we would see a few cars go by, some red vehicles perhaps, it might look more vibrant...
sound sounds like a spitting camel..
Never mind, I see the answer.
Sissy!
Next week is too long to wait to get to an orthopedist...!
We're not going to let you get away this indecision on the part of your doctors! How many Momsters do you want to show up on your doorstep ???? xoxo ♥
maybe Steve will go out and stand below in a Santa Hat:)
MITS - I can't say I have ever heard a spitting camel, that's a good one ! Is this from your Zoo Experiences ? ☺
How about if I send Gene down there in a Santa Suit, have him stand there near the tree and ring a bell, along side a kettle and we can send the money to Atlanta?
Costume Lady!
You are one step ahead of me, but I was going to suggest that you both go down there ! ☺
Margy, there is nothing wrong with BWO nest...you need more sleep:)
But, the ultimate treat would be to see an Eagle or Two, and then we would see yellow and orange I guess on beaks and talons....
ESP Eagles, come on !
good idea, Wanda....Margy, had a camel do the spitting thing a long time ago, it was gross...stay away from those big guys.
Wanda, I get the distinct feeling you are messing with my mind! ☺
but you are so right, I would like to get this sleep thing straightened out... :(
Think it would mean deleting some of the caffeine out of my system, and getting on a regular work schedule.... :(
It is winter colors...but I do see green grass, dark brown sticks and some light brown grass in the middle of the nest...
I am off, hope you all get a visit soon!
I hear Eagles in Maine....
they are about due to make a visit...
Paula
What is the latest on your mother?
Get well wishes for Ceil and Lynn... - you might be a step ahead of the rest of us, getting your illnesses out of the way before the Holidays...and that trip to Oregon, Ceil.

Thanks, Lolly - have fun - wish we could drop in...☺
How can a man sleep with all this chattering going on? lol Gosh it's snowing in New Orleans. Last time I remember it snowing in New Orleans we got 17 inches here.
Good Afternoon - Yepper it sure does sound like a spitting camel!
Really getting steady rain here in the valley. I sure pray everyone of you that doesn't feel well will soon feel better
Final inside Christmas decorations are being done today. I will be back on later.....
Sounds like something pretty close to the microphone at NCTC - maybe an Eagle, eating....
2 eagles BWO
And the Eagles are BWO - one is chomping down on something..
or I guess it could just be rain drops... :(
Time to head back to the pillows.
TTFN ☺
Forget that: Eagle at LW with food !
AFTERNOON KIDS!!---I keep waiting---I don't have a COLORED nest!!---Wonder where BELLE & LIBERTY are hiding!!!----
Hi Norma! Do you think it is just the bland colors of a WV December day?
HEY HELEN!---I'm on your side---CAMELS do SPIT!!!---BIG TIME!!---not a nice polite spit either!!---ho!
Welcome back, Hedgie!
Keep warm and get well...
Eagle on the Take off branch at LW - straight up in the center of the cam view
I'm sure a visit by Liberty and/or Belle would make you feel Much Better, Lynn
And we a nearly full moon lurking behind all the clouds...
Okay - see you later.
Eagle at LW all gone,
me too.
that would be we have a nearly full moon. Now that Hedgie is back I got to watch my typoes! ☺ ♥
OH LOLLY!!---What I would give to have a sparkling clean house & all the decorations up!!---That must be WONDERFUL!!---I'm sure your guests will have a marvelous time!!---& I wish we lived closer too!---ho! ENJOY!!
Megan, sure feel sorry for you having to be out in this sloppy weather! Try to keep warm and as dry as possible! Your wreaths are beautiful!!
Margie, that wasn't a very long nap!!! Thanks for well-wishes and card!!
AFTERNOON HEDGIE!!---I have the oven on & it is so cozy & warm---May take a nap!!---Temp is 37°--but have a cold rain!----Yeah--HEDGIE---I know what you mean about the weather when I was working!!-----I would keep getting up & looking out the window to check the SNOW!! ho!
Wow is that eagle still at BWO
30 second cam is on....
they have been in and out, Paula
Still cam working well, and loverly view! But Pop-up is showing only left half of nest....anyone else w/ same problem?
Ho, Norma...that was me, too...just fretted myself silly!! And still had to get out and drive in it, nervous AND sleepy!! What's cooking in the oven, girl???
My popup looks ok Hedgie.
Aha, I see Mits...they are out now!
Just had blue screen on live feed, but OK now.
Still pic here is fine...
yes, Lynn, my pop-up is awful, and have tried things that Red had suggested, and it just will not stay centered, I never use it.
blue screen here too, for a short time
I had blue screen earlier, too, Helen.
Oh well, pop-up is handy, but not necessity!!
Still playing catch up on newspapers, and doing laundry, and trying to watch some shows....getting dizzy from switching between tasks!!!
And this weather is making me want a panda nap!! Y-a-w-n!!
then you should go take a panda nap, Lynn, don't want to get worse
Ho, Ho, Ho!!! Santa made some early visits today!! A 32" HD TV----Fubby had to call the North Pole & have one of the techie Elves help him hook it up!
The next visit brought Omaha Steaks filet mignons!!! Guess we are celebrating early!!
Read yesterday that Atlanta Zoo will be shutting down panda cam! Oh No, Mr. Bill!!! Santa needs to visit there.
Don't you think Atlanta residents & more will be so upset that they should do a fundraiser program???
Like donation collecting like lots of cams have?
Raindrops are fallin' on my nest...la dee da
Eagle eating at BWO
Well, Mits, phone call interrupted thoughts of a nap! LOL...
Santa is being very good to you, Loretta...wow!! Fire up the grill! Is this the first big-screen you've had? When I got my first 42" I stupidly thought that maybe I could watch it w/o my glasses...no such luck!
Atlanta Panda Cam showing us a little of Buta Buta
I am hoping that before the cam closes at the end of Dec, Luney could be crawling and get out of his little den.
Eagle at BWO
Great pics on the BWO Gallery
Back to the tree...........
Height isn't much bigger--I don't see a big difference, but I don't wear glasses watching either.
only 2 puppies on puppy cam...
I lower mine to 75%, but it is not worth looking at that size, so just keep regular up
Paula, you singing Rain Drops, reminds me...when Gene and I were shopping the other day, I started singing going through the parking lot, and a horn started blowing. LOL I guess I set off it's burglar alarm. Ha, Ha!

ATLANTA UPDATE.......
Thursday, December 11
Yesterday morning, while I was cleaning one of Lun Lun’s dens, Xi Lan demonstrated grand improvement of his scooting abilities.

Paula, WE CAM IS A TIGHTER SHOT NOW.
Yuppers...looks good.
Wow ! That is the best sound yet so far at NCTC - the raindrops...less static, and the Still Cam back on!
Thank you Steve and NCTC Techs ! xo ♥
NEST SUNSET 4:47P.M.
Is the wind blowing those raindrops sideways ?
Now that the night light is on our nest, do I detect Spidey web strands blowing from the bottom left to right? Thought at first it was rain, but don't see any in other places. Nuts!
looks like some kind of nest material to me.
nothing is visible on still cam
cardinals and chickadees on okie cam
Hi Nature Nut it does not show up on the Still Cam so that is a good sign.
Choo Choo sounding its mournful sound. Someone should write a Country Song about this situation!
Big Screen TV, eh? How about a Big Screen Computer Screen now?
xo ☺
ok see 3rd puppy on cam now
Oh, BWO cam is so interesting. looks like a big moon in middle of screen.
Looks like Pix PA is getting hammered too..
I thought it looked like grass,,,,could be some web stringys maybe
Yes, probably so....grass not as flexible
Full Moon Rising, isn't that a country song by Creedence Clearwater or something? Might have to go look for that, unless Megan beats me to it ! ☺
Oh, now, it is Bad Moon rising...whoops!
Think I'll pass on that one, not cheery enough....
Deear at Pix Pa - a buck
This is surely the best Live Video we have had for many a long day, sound staying on, static minimal... verrrrry nice
No, Wanda. Spidey has probabloy been long gone to the happy hunting ground. I just thought it looked liked some old remaining strands that the wind picked up. It could be interference too?
If it's web, you need to go over there w/a Witches broom if you have one!! LOL
Or next time they work on it, they have to have Nu make it New! ☺
Sound is really staying on. Cool, I just saw tiny car w/lights on the right!
Nu really did do a good job of cleaning all the left over debis from when spider was there.
Well, now, I have an eagle cane, but I don't think it will reach that high. Vicki, in Illinois has a really looong one. We may have to call on her!
I think what you are seeing is blowing rain .
Well, I am not a modern girl here yet, have a 20" diagonal on my little old non-flat screen TV, and a 15" diagonal on my not-flat computer screen, but for now "It works for me."
Now, if I was a big football fan, maybe not! ☺
Soon, Deb should return with reports of her adventures !
We once saw something similar to what we are seeing now, on the Pa. cam. I think it was DEB who captured that shot. Just the way the infrared light was hitting the rain, I believe.
its almost like something has created a spout and water is running out of it fast
Speaking of Vicky....has anyone talked with her lately ?
I know one of our Dadsters sometimes has a report..is it Indiana Dave, also speaking of which: where has he been these days?
Well, time to start gettin' a move on, now that I have a nap behind me, got to head to the hospital to make a visit....
TTFN xo ♥
Oh cool I see car lights too Paula...at NCTC
We are waiting on the rain to die down, so that we can cook steaks for our supper. I have salad made, mushrooms sauteed and we just have to wait. Oh, no...Mr. Gene said we may have to pan fry them...NO, NO, NO!!!
Well, if you are waiting for the rain to stop you may get to eat those steaks by tomorrow...
Vicky is alive and well.
just checked your radar, Wanda, either you stand there with an umbrella or pan fry, you should get a George Foreman grill, they are great for when you can't go outside...I have one at the beach because we are not allowed to have grills on our balconies, for obvious reason, and I do hot dogs and hamburgers for the whole group when they are there, need to get a bigger one.
I'm having pork chops cooked in sourkraut this evening. Ummmmm Good.
Mema Jo!
The racoons are braving the storm at Pix Pa ☺
You can see raindrops coming from the top to the bottom now....not raindrops only in the left hand corner...definitely a substance of some sort...
Thanks Red !!
Split is coming!!
Just made cheeseburgers on my Foreman grill...
