Sunny - I beleive Mema Jo is right, that's a red headed woodpecker. Very pretty little bird.

Mema Jo - I think the last bird is a Lesser Yellowleg.

Gorgeous birds, gorgeous photos, Bob. Thanks much.

I think you are good enough that, if you added a little I.D. description, you could publish your photos now.

And thanks to you, Mema Jo, for converting his link. You're getting good at it with all the practice you've been doing.

Was there no appearance on this nest tonight?? I didn't see anything, and I haven't seen any comments mentioning they were
on-camera tonight.

Sandy I guess I was confused & excited about the Derby winner's exerciser! Thanks for straightening me out..Sandra from Shepherdstown will not know what to think!
Sandy - clarify more for me
Are you my Sandy Bowers from NC?

Feeding time at Kent - they sit there side by side. They are so close in birth date that they will probably be very good siblings to each other.

I read Lisa's updated BW Osprey page.
Makes sense but it sure was baffling when it was all happening on that nest. Hopefully another egg will be there in the morning and we'll have 2 chicks early June. Thanks for the heads-up on the update, Bob.
I am going to have to google that new bird!
