While I can still blog, let me tell you all this. Twice I have commented a lot on the blog and it has come up with a block saying "comments have been blocked on this blog". Sucks when that happens. Won't let you in no matter what. So beware. I don't know what the time frame is that it blocks you because it has been at night and I just give up and go to bed. The next morning, it lets me right back in. It has happened to Glo before too. You can hit refresh and see what everybody else is blogging, just can't blog yourself!
Argh - CRS is a pain... I know I can't remember sh... so I was making a list of 3 things I HAD to do in the morning, and by the time I got the first two down, I forgot what the 3rd was.... I thought of a few other things to add to the list that were less 'urgent' but that third one is hiding somewhere in the catacombs of my leaky brain!
I've had that happen in the past few days when I try to post too, Sharon. I have had problems with this site and my computer for a couple of days.
Going to bed now. Have to start work at 5 a.m. since I didn't get my OT done this evening. This has absolutely been 1 lazy day! Wonderful! Andrew is getting ready to take over my computer so I won't even be able to lurk.

Sharon, that sounds similar to something we had back in the IRC days that would prevent someone from posting msgs so quickly that they would 'flood' the group. I imagine this blog has some sort of automatic 'flood protection' that happens if you post more than x number of messages in y seconds. Probably happened when you were rapidly typing very short msgs and entering them as quickly as you could? Maybe not - but I can't imagine it being a daily quota or something more long term like that - what would be the point there? Anyone who is a blog expert and knows for sure, would be good to know - especially when Frieda and or Lun Lun present us with a lot of exciting info that we want to share quickly...

Scan disk, disk cleanup and defrag. and virus scan and pop up scan.
What do does this thing want me to do to it to keep it running fast in here.

My taxi driver takes me to Inwood tomorrow to get my hair cut. That will feel so so good. Too long hurt arms to hold curling iron for that long. When it's shorter don't have to hold curling iron that long.
I think really and truly we used our brains more and probably was able to remember more things.

OK Back again. Been putting some of the final touches on the newsletter. We have like 18 people subscribed. Cool. Ok Glad to hear the info about rolling those eggs is true. I like that, gonna pass that around. I had read the other night about the bad eggs LOL...But I didn't know like she kept turning the good ones too. That's cool. Glad Sharon found the email she was looking ofr. Guess i wasn't much help there either. I haven't really taken the night off though Honest!!! I do think now though its aobut time to call it a day. Let my dogs out, and probably play a little well its not solitaire its a new gam I found on yahoo, similar to Bejeweld but has kind of a funt wist. I wish I could take you up on that offer of a Jeep ride to catch the eagles...you have the 4-wheel drive of course, in case we had to take off across country. Hahahaha.
Actually I've had a '86 Jeep Cherokee since '87, and I drove it every day until early 2003 when I was captivated by the turbo charged Dodge SRT-4. Now I usually drive the 'hot baby,' but the Jeep still runs well after all this time.
How's your attempt to give up the smokes coming? I think I got the idea in earlier blogs that you decided not to use the patch?

Nilla, I just wanted to tell you how much I admire you making it -- I think 18 days now? I quit 28 years and 10 months ago, after spending a week in the hospital delivering a premature baby, going home without him to a brand new house (my parents and husband moved us in while I was in the hospital) where my husband had thrown away all the cigarettes and all the ashtrays. Then I spent 7 weeks in the Intensive Care Nursery with my son. Because I was in a new environment, a whole new world, it was much easier for me. Now I know that one puff and I'd be smoking again (so don't do it) and my husband would divorce me. It's not worth it. I know it must be so hard because you're also under so much stress. God bless you.

Darn,Got up early to listen to "THE S & S SHOW" and you are both working. No, really woke up when hubby left, he got home from Cinn, Ohio last night and is off to NYC this a.m. Also, a local TV station is conducting a test on a hybrid car and regular one driving around the Washington beltway and their copter and planes have been flying and hovering over the house for the last half hour. Thought we were under attack. Its not easy living at Ground Zero sometimes.

Getting ready for what sounds like a lot of rain coming our way. Hope to cut this morning and tonite and refrigerate everyting I can, so I might get to market Sunday. Just have to wait and see, in my business Mother Nature often has the final say.Suzanne, the clearwing hummingbird moth is out during the day, the hawkmoth(there's a picture in my album) comes out at nite. We have several every nite, I have a lot of nocturnal blooming flowers I grow just for them.

When I was 1st grade my hair was long enough I could tuck it under and sit on it. Boy in back of me always trying to pull it. Went to bed with pieces of (clean) rags in hair for long curls.
