The bills are really unbelievable. I still don't know what they charged for my grandson being in ICU for a week...thank goodness I got the girlfriend a job w/ insurance that paid it all.

I visited her in the hospital the day she was coming home (Friday). I haven't talked to her this past week, but was going to stop by w/ some flowers this week. I'll get you an update.

Hi Suzanne- yes we finally got some rain, just under 2 in., and I know it rained a little last nite. Wish that rain had come 3 weeks ago, too late to save some crops. Really tired this morning- Mondays are slow moving for me after having gone to market on the weekend, and getting hubby and kid out the door for school and work. Unfortunately ,the garden awaits, just haven't made it out there yet. After going back and reading yesterdays comments I am really p*ssed off about Nilla's medical bills. This is why many people don't even go to the doctor until they are really sick, they can't afford it.The amount they are charging her seems exorbitant. We really need a better health care system in this country!(oops, am I allowed to say that?)
