I say encase it in plastic or in a picture frame and hang it up!! I don't use mine for a mouse pad cause I don't want to mess it up. I have it on my eagle shelf on my computer desk!

Well i know now but all i saw was rubber n smelled so my innocent mind went wondering.. My Mouse pad doesnt stink and its the eagle one..lol But i think if i remember when i first got it did .. so lay it out side for awhile and keep turning it over.. spray with Lysol perhaps??

Well Nilla Your comment makes me laugh... but hmmm The Mousepad. Well there are lots of them out there BUT having said that I have 2 mouse pads Niether are the ones from cafe press though, just keepsakes really, both are veyr special, but I have a trackball, so don't use a mousepad anymore. .the two mouse pads I do have, have both just now had a whiff test, and yep they do smell like rubber, of course both are rubber backed so that they sit still on the desk while you move the mosue around.
Geesh Not sure what to say if you are allergic to rubber.
I did just go read the product description. it says it is a durable cloth topped, rubber backed and machine washable. So yes wash it, maybe that will help. I would put it in cold and on a gentle cycle, but it doesn't really say that!!! Good luck!!!

IT sounds like if 2 eagles were perched on the guards shoulders, they would say, "nope haven't seen them."
The mouse pads I described to you are both a few years old and yep they are rubber backed and do smell like rubber. I have never wahed themt hough, and unless I hold them upside down to my nose I don't smell any rubber. But then I am not sensitive to that smell obviously!!! Gosh its a great mousepad

Well I've started out by putting mouse pad in freezer bag. Put a small thing of white vinegar in bag with it. Well that's a start. See what happens. If it takes out rubbery smell and leaves vinegar smell. Then I'll have to get rid of that smell. Oh well; woman's work is never done.
Well it's late going to get shower. Will check back in blog before bed.
OK Dana I have found what you need. it is made by Sports Direct Source INC. It is called Locker Fresh...sounds like something that would work on smelly sneakers for sure and it is ONLY
$149 for 640 oz.
so hopefully the white vinegar will help. I don't know about the freezer part, but I do wih yu well. I wouldn't over heat or over freeze rubber i don;t think. Whatever you do, do give it some time to air rubber side up somewhere for a while too.

In spite of the little grabber about "will there be a fourth egg," she has obviously laid all she's going to lay (they raised 3 last year too), and we should probably see some little Peregrines right after Labor Day.

I slept so-so in bed - took 4 pillows to be propped up enough to not start coughing from drainage, so I felt like princess on a pea - all those pillows - if I moved I kinda 'fell off' the tower... but I managed.
I am pleased to report that my tailless sparrow has a tail feather starting to grow!! Yeah!
Still coughing. Haven't taken any meds yet. I am definitely going to take the Zithromax but not sure what else. Have to be careful not to take anything that is going to mess with my head. Have to work today.
Thanks Suzanne that was great what a tunnel. Reminds me of the tunnel in Baltimore under the water. Early in morning when no traffic. Can see along ways down the tunnel and then it narrows.
Sharon the Zithromax will knock it out and won't knock you out. Mom (80) yrs old could still drive when she took it. Knocked that stuff right out of her. Just make sure once you start it you FINISH all even if you feel better. Use all of it.
Oh Belle, I meant to tell you, the doc did say yesterday that the left side of my nose was swollen almost shut, didn't know how I was breathing out of it at all. I thought -- enough with the sinus stuff!!
