Norma is fine, I am sure. Do you honestly think a tornado with mess with her and her cane? We had severe storms in and around the area last night but her part of the state got hit worse. No word yet on whether it was high winds or tornado. If it was a tornado, it would have been pretty isolated because of the mountains. Did Norma ever tell you how beautiful the are is she lives in?
It says 1700 without power in 3 counties but I don't know exactly where she lives except she has woods behind her house. I can't seem to get in touch with anybody I know up there so it could be worse that 1700 because the area I am calling is outside the storm area. We shall see.
Thanks for the new thread, Steven. Loved seeing Lib this morning. And whoever else it was there in the dark. Hope Norma's ok. Don't know how hard it rained at my house, slept through it, I guess. Just know the streets and my porch were soaked this morning, and lots of puddles here too. Well, I finally locked up my computer! Had too many windows open, so had to close my cams. Grrrr. Now I will go open them again, but maybe not as many...
Hey, Suz, how's it going??? Have you checked out the osprey cam in FINLAND???? Lisa has the site on the osprey page, feels like you are sitting in the nest!
OMG, that is just absolutely awesome!!! Man, how cool is that? Look at those branches woven together, and she really looks right at you!!! and 2 babies! Man this is gonna be a favorite!!! Wow, did you see that? She left for a sec, showed us her 2 babies, then flew back in. Oh geesh, I'm not gonna get another cam watched today!!!
Good morning Mits, Jill, Suzanne, Wanda, Paula and anyone I missed.
Feeling the slight chill in the air today and it feels good , my pool looks clear and awaiing to be vaccumed then it will finally be open.
I hope Norma is doing well, we had some nasty storms here too, got real windy but the rain was needed as my grass was getting crunchy again lol.
Suzanne the owls have been very entertaining with their wing flap then pounce but the still cam was still frozen as of last night with the overhed cam working so it is difficult to say how many females or males there are.
Going to try and get thru some cams and then get into my classes and some gym time with my daughter this afternoon.
Steven Thank you for the information, I ended up getting 100.
Morning, Jim and Robyn! I had the owl cam up this morning, but closed it after seeing it was still down. Jim, just reopened the falcon cam, had a glitch this morning, and had to close my cams. Didn't reopen the PA one. Not getting a pic now, but it will come back shortly.
Ok, I am SOOOOOO in Finland! If you want me, give me a call...
I realized which yellow birds visit my feeder every morning as I finally got pic to compare, it is a gold finch WOW and how bight they are, the female has a slight greenish hue to her.
Morning, Sandyshaw! Prayers for Tom, I hope his knee is on the way to getting fixed permanently!
Robyn, that's the link I use. But I have to view their still images, which used to update about every 30 seconds or so. That's been down for a while. I'm thinking they may not fix it, since the owls are fledging. You'll have to keep me posted. Miss watching those guys.
Our WVA Dana sent hugs to all you blog folks! She said keep her in your prayers, she still has a lot of pain with her knee, but surgery went well, and she had the staples removed yesterday. She still has trouble sitting for any amount of time, but she'll be back when she can.
Yeah, Paula, she had her knee operated on 29 May. Said she went home that Friday, and they removed the staples yesterday. She's still wearing the white hose, so hopefully, they will help her. Yeah, I hope Tom's knee aspiration goes well today, and he can get his knee taken care of!
Time for me to hit the road. All have a great eagle day. Probably be in early tomorrow and go to Finland! But think this time of year, they may have daylight 24/7, so maybe the cam will be on the whole time. That would be cool! Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!
If you like nature pics go to your4state.com and look at "Possible Tornada Touches Down" That area is not too far from Norma. Straight shot about 30 miles.
Jill, not far at all. We go to the wellness center 3 days a week to work out, heading there in about an hour or so when I can get the brat motivated lol
Robyn if you go into town from the hospital, go across King Stree and then 1.5 blks you will find me. When the helicopters come in to the hospital the hover over the house. Can be very annoying.
Tornado didn't get me but I sure have been AWOL today here on the blog. I was out of the house early morning for appointments and just returned... Flintstone (small town Western MD) had a tornado touch down. Not sure but Norma could be out of power at her home. Hope it's not for days! Hi Paula, Jill, Robyn, Jim and Sandra! I missed Suz & Mits! I am going to Finland.....
Hampshire County covers a lot of area. I know the strip from Moorefield to Romney on 220 go blasted pretty good. Romney itself had power earlier but it wasn't steady. I am sure Norma is just sitting there waiting patiently for the power to come back on.
Norma is probably pacing with her cane missing all the cams.
There was a storm rolling thru here when were fnishing with the pool, we saw a tree fall in the woods in front of house when the wind picked up but it missed my property, just hope it didn't get the road on the other side otherwise I am stuck here. My daughter also saw lightning touch down end of our drive while I was outside cleaning off the socks to the filter basket, good thing I missed it!
GOOD EVENING EAGLE BUDDIES!!!----I AM BACK!!!---ho! ho!---SEVERE STORM last night---Some lost electric---I had electric---but NO COMPUTER (sob!) or TV---came back on this evening----trees & some wires down blocked highways----The high winds & lighting, etc .were a wee bit scary----BUT I AM TOUGH! ho! ho!---That's for thinking of me!!
I am back safely... Got to our destination just as the sky broke loose and the winds picked up!! Norma All were concerned that the tornado didn't uproot you! Jill & Robyn I think you two have located each other! Many a friendship has begun all because of watching an eagle cam! Great things happen when you least expect it.
Hi, Jo The owl in Washington was there at 10:30 and I saw her a couple of times later. But at 1:53 she was gone, and I haven't seen her since.
You're right, it always seems to be light in Albuquerque. I've never seen the owls eating, just standing around.
Good to hear from you, Norma. We've had some thunder and lightning and wind and, thank goodness, rain, but so far, knock on wood, no destructive activity.
Tom is at home after x-rays and aspiration in Winchester. Everything looks good, we just have to wait until the first of the week for final lab test results.
SHHHHHH quit talking about Norma she is back. LOL.
Glad you are okay. Talk to a few friends from the area but couldn't tell them exactly where you lived so they couldn't tell me how bad it was. Glad you are okay.
JO-Looked like it was getting bad down you way tonight, you didn't blow away did you.
Jill, I was headed up RT 81 North and ran right into it! I could tell coming back that we had also gotten a lot of rain. There weren't any trees down or debris around.
Didn't seem to be a lot of wind here either. Good bit of rain and thunder. Looked worse out towards Frederick. Cooled off real good too. Nice night. Which brings out all the idiots, which means I won't get any sleep. I go back to work tonight. whooppeee
HI LADIES I guess we were all glad to hear from Norma and to learn that she is OK. Really miss her when she is not on. Her kindness and humor shows up in her comments.
Was chatting with Suzanne this morning and she will try to join us at the TREE when Sharon comes. I hope she can make it--I look forward to meeting her. I have coffee with her every morning.
Good Night all. I too await Flag Day with all its meaning, especially to those of us from the NCTC nest who have a little something extra special to celebrate on Flag Day.
Good morning all. Not very often I beat Suzanne to the blog. The idiot brigades are out in full force this lovely morning. Back to bed til the next round. Have a great day.
Good morning, eagle world! Wow, good morning, Jill. You're right about the idiots being out today, what's the deal with that? I never have problems coming in at this hour, but had an idiot driver who wanted to follow me for miles with his brights on...I'd change lanes, so would he. Then started blowing his horn like there was no tomorrow. Then pulled up along side to have a look...so I looked back. Young kid. Probably a good thing I don't have an older car!! But then he must have gotten to where he wanted to go, he turned off. Got the ol' heart pumping, though. Geesh. Other than that, nice night out, but rain spritzes around Leesburg. Had a deluge last night, but streets are almost totally dry this morning. Must have had some serious wind to dry everything like that! Speaking of wind, Romney made the channel 25 news last night at 5. Pictures of downed trees and lots of damage. Is that where Norma lives? She got an awful storm the other night. Hope she's ok, and electricity is back on. Jo, hope you had a good time at Tony's last night. That's awfully close to my bedtime. Checked a couple cams. We have a pic, and both BW nests are MT. However, Mom osprey was feeding the 2 chicks in Finland when I brought them up! I am SOOOOOOO addicted to that cam! Still dark in PA, but did see one of the falcons on edge of ledge, but only a silhoutte...just enought to know someone was there. They haven't updated the site, so I have no idea if or how many have fledged. Ok, gonna go open some other cams, but keepig an eye on Finland. All have a great day. Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!
Almost time for the kids! Finland is loading slow today. I'm thinking too much traffic, it's day over there, probably a lot more viewers online than when we discovered this yesterday!
Good grief, if you don't know where to look, you'd never see them. Thought I saw that earlier, but then wasn't sure. Whoever it is, has been there for a few minutes, but head is mostly down, appears to be eating. Only finally saw them when head was up a sec ago. Head still down, almost directly in center of screen!
Good morning Suzanne and all eagle/bird watchers. I finally have an ampty room, so came in about 5 this am to see if I could catch our eagles. It took me a long time to even get on the site, but I see they haven't appeared yet. Oh well, what else is new. I'm on early, so they probably won't show at all.
Candy, good morning to you! Look directly in the center of the cam. See that white? It will move when cam refreshes. Well...now I don't know. I got a pic, I'll send it to you.
Was reading some of the blog from yesterday. Glad to hear that Norma made it through her storm in one piece, and that So glad to hear that Sandy's Tom is doing better. Our prayers are still with her family.
I sent you what I had from this morning, but looking at the cam now, I don't think that's an eagle. I think it's part of the leaves they are using for a carpet. They're running late today.
Oh, thanks, Candy. I hadn't read the blog, so glad to hear Norma's doing ok and made it through the storm. Also glad to hear Tom made it through his knee aspiration! Candy, that is NOT an eagle there, it is part of the leaves. Getting daylight a little.
Oh, just thought of something! This is Thursday, CostumeLady's first day off school! I invited her to join us for coffee, so maybe she'll be here in a little while.
My last day of school was yesterday, but our Polish visitor is back staying with us. Went to the house where they were supposed to be living and it was just packed with kids. They partied until 4am, and that did it for Marek. He is back to peace and quiet with us.
I was just reading on Glo's blog the play by play of Spunky's fledge. My heart started racing again as I was reading, just like it was happening all over again. I remember when I was typing that, I was shaking all over, sitting here talking to him like he could hear me!! What an exciting day it was. I can't believe it has been a year since that beautiful fledge!
Candy, Lisa has a link on the osprey web page! It is an awesome site. I am totally hooked! Morning, Sharon. Yup, I read that too on Glo's blog. Awesome day it was.
2 ospreys in BW nest. BW Eagle nest MT, our nest MT. Can't seem to find the PA falcons during the cam refreshes, but I'm sure I saw one there this morning. But maybe not now. Stork babies are sitting in egg cup, parent nearby, and Mrs B is on her eggs. Osprey on chicks in Finland. Love that site! Did you find it, Candy?
Suzanne, went over to my email to check it out while you went down the hall. Just want to thank you for the pics of our eagle yesterday. Maybe they will come back around now again. Who knows. Never can tell.
Way to go, Candy! I just saw her. Day late and a dollar shot today. Yeah, see the storks standing there all cute. But haven't seen them flap their little wings yet. They are so cute. Oh look, looking at the cam!!!
Did you see her look up at the cam? That was cool. There is one falcon on the ledge in PA. That's the only one I've seen so far today, so don't know if the others fledged or not. Still 1 osprey in nest, nobody yet to BW eagle.
Candy, when Belle stands in the middle of the nest, she takes up most of the space from one end to the other. Lib will stand there for a sec, but then he goes to his perch. That's the only reason I think it's Belle. She looks wet, doesn't she? Spidey has moved. Was watching the KY osprey cam, and they no longer have a clear picture...according to the site, a spider has moved in and is making a web across the cam. Too funny! So Spidey has moved to Kentucky! Good riddance. But yea, move the cam next year.
It looks as if the baby storks are lined up either waiting for food or a flying lesson from the parent. Heaven help them when those huge wings start flapping!
GOOD MORNING SUZ AND CANDY-- It is raining here in Martinsburg/Shepherdstown. Maybe that is why Belle & Lib aren't visiting this morning. I was just looking at the Finland Ospreys and Dad was posing for us. He is a beautiful bird. COFFEE TIME: BBL
Boy there is alot of flapping going on in the barn owl nest. I bet you that one will fledge. I feel sorry for the poor little one, if he is left all alone. They are sure screeching at each other.
don't see anybody on the falcon ledge. Sighhhhhhhh, MT PA ledge. Geesh, sure glad we can watch the babies in Kent, and Germany, and Finland still. Won't be long before the owls will all be gone too. Darn!
You said it Suzanne. All the babies seem to grow and go soooo fast. I haven't checked in on the bluebirds yet. I am not really sure I have the right one, tho.
OMG, all the talk about the owls, thought I'd try to see if cam was up! IT IS. So nice to see them again. Only see 2 in the nest, but the one up by the side can is flapping. Cool...
Thanks Suzanne. That is the one I had, but they are very stingy on the view. Most of the time, I can only see nest. Now I see a little bit of a side of a bird body.
Yes, it is hard to see. The eggs are on the top left of the pic when she gets up. I haven't been able to see her hardly at all. Every once in a while, she will turn her head and you can see her cute face. But this time of day it's dark, and I don't get color on that cam till almost quitting time for me.
Woah, our cam is blotto! Daylight in Kent, parent in tree, kids sleeping. Falcon ledge appears to be totally MT. Both BW nests MT. Storks having a coffee cluth. Only see 1 own in nest now, other one was really flapping a while ago. Mrs. B on her eggs. Taking a long time to refresh my Finland cam!
I was thinking it was snack time now, from the looks of things. The only thing you can see when parent feeds them is she/he puts beak all the way down into egg cup, and the kids take it from there. Parents regurgatate(?) their food for the kids to eat, since they're not really fish eaters. Kinda glad we can't see that too closely!
Ok, Candy, that must have been what I saw...pass the mouse. I think there are 3 in there now. They are very active today! They keep moving, hard to keep track of them.
Glo, read your celebration of Spunky's 1st anniversary, and it was awesome! You did a fantastic job on that, thank you for all the time you put into it! Hard to believe that little boy fledged a year ago...time sure flies!
LOL, that was Spirit in the Kent nest. He's now back in the tree. I didn't see anything, but the kids sure are looking closely to see if they can find any food he might have brought. Too funny.
Glo, I also just finished looking at your tribute to Spunky. It is just beautiful. You must really know what you are doing on the computer. I know the other bloggers will appreciate your hard work in putting it together. Thanks so much.
Candy, that's the egg that never hatched. Poor eaglet is all alone, but yesterday, one of the parents was in the nest with it for quite a while. That's nice, eaglet isn't so lonely!
Well, guess I had better do something besides stare at the monitor. My husband just got up, so I had better look like I am doing something around here. :) BBL

GOOD WEDNESDAY MORNING EVERYONE Thanks for the new thread, Steven, and the pic from Suzanne!!
Thanks, Jill, hope Norma is ok!!! We had a little thunder and very little rain last night.
It says 1700 without power in 3 counties but I don't know exactly where she lives except she has woods behind her house. I can't seem to get in touch with anybody I know up there so it could be worse that 1700 because the area I am calling is outside the storm area. We shall see.

Well, I finally locked up my computer! Had too many windows open, so had to close my cams. Grrrr. Now I will go open them again, but maybe not as many...
Morning, Mits. I saw you, but didn't realize I hadn't said good morning. So good morning to ya!!
Hey, Suz, how's it going??? Have you checked out the osprey cam in FINLAND???? Lisa has the site on the osprey page, feels like you are sitting in the nest!
No I haven't, Mits. Last one I checked was the one in Scotland, and that's a cool cam. I'll go look on her page and check it out.
Yea, the Finnish nest is neat, isn't it? Have never seen such a big cam picture on the web!
Well, I am hooked on that one....so clear...Hey, Paula! How's it going? How are the newly-weds doing?
Newlyweds are doing great, thanks for asking Mits. We went out to a movie, the circus, and dinner last Sunday.
That's great, Paula!....meanwhile back in FINLAND...I CAN'T STOP WATCHING IT!
Yeah, Mits, see you there. Hi, Paula!
Man, you can even see her 3rd inner eye clearly!
Good Morning, everyone....
I've got a lot of 'tabs' active this morning already, and there are some young birds visible yet.
2 eyasses visible in PA...anybody see the others fledge??
Caught the tail of an eaglet at BW, but it's gone now.
2 juveniles on the branches at Norfolk.
How's it going for you?
Jim

Hey, Morning, Suz, Jill, Jim and Robyn and LURKERS!!
3rd eyasses may be about to take off at PA.

Jim, got the PA pic back, but only see the 1 in the shade. Only saw 2 this morning, any time I looked.
I only see one eyass in the shade of the column, back to FINLAND, I haven't "finished" watching it yet..tee-hee
Good morning everyone. Tom is in Winchester having his knee aspirated. MTBR. the barn owl is back at Owl Cam 1 in Washington.
Suzanne the owl cam in Benicia has been up and running the still cam that refreshes every 20 seconds or so is the one that is frozen.
I use this link

Wow, didn't know Dana had her knee operated on ..... hope it continues to heal well....
Hope all goes well with Tom's knee too.
TALK TO YOU ALL LATER Afternoon zoo shift, then monthly meeting, be back late this evening.

See ya, Mits! Have fun this afternoon.
Don't see any falconettes on the ledge
No Norma yet? Just talked to one of my friends, he is having problems getting in touch with family so it is probably electric down.
ROBYNANN-I live right in Martinsburg just off of King Street near the Mall. Hospital and War Memorial Park
If you like nature pics go to your4state.com and look at "Possible Tornada Touches Down" That area is not too far from Norma. Straight shot about 30 miles.
Barn Owl in Washington is gone again.
Tom's results so far look good. Now we have to wait to see if any bacteria grows. We should know the first of next week. Thanks for the prayers.
Jill, not far at all. We go to the wellness center 3 days a week to work out, heading there in about an hour or so when I can get the brat motivated lol

Hi Wanda Mrs Bluebird doing a darn good job with the eggs!
Don't have a clue about Mrs Owl
The little burrowing owls have really won over my heart. Question Have you ever put up the borrowing owl cam that it wasn't LIGHT out?

GO SPUNKY GO
Good Night Everyone
I bet Megan is glad we all did that rain dance for her garden to flourish
Good Morning Suzanne
Here's hoping that Glo has a
special treat for us to see today
Good Night all. I too await Flag Day with all its meaning, especially to those of us from the NCTC nest who have a little something extra special to celebrate on Flag Day.
GOOD NIGHT/GOOD THURSDAY MORNING...
I got home late after some shopping and gassing, and then I crashed for an hour or so.
Didn't really get a chance to see many nestcams or check in here earlier.
I read that Norma is 'present and accounted for.' Thank God it wasn't too serious a thing that kept her from the blog earlier. Welcome back, Norma.
Have a great day.

OH!!!
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO SPUNKY!!!
FLEDGED ONE YEAR AGO TODAY, FLAG DAY.
SOAR HIGH AND PROUD, SPUNKSTER! Live a long and happy life. (Live long and prosper!)
Almost time for the kids!
Finland is loading slow today. I'm thinking too much traffic, it's day over there, probably a lot more viewers online than when we discovered this yesterday!
Well, kids are sleeping in. Not here yet.
EAGLE ALERT! Just arrived.
Egle still there, but totally hard to see.
Oh and Happy Flag Day to everyone and especially "Spunky"! Have any of our eaglets from last year been spotted at all this year?
I sent you what I had from this morning, but looking at the cam now, I don't think that's an eagle. I think it's part of the leaves they are using for a carpet.
They're running late today.
Suzanne do you think that is one of our eagles?
Oh, thanks, Candy. I hadn't read the blog, so glad to hear Norma's doing ok and made it through the storm. Also glad to hear Tom made it through his knee aspiration!
Candy, that is NOT an eagle there, it is part of the leaves. Getting daylight a little.
Suzanne, so you have seen them this morning already then? Oh well maybe another day when I can get to it.
No, don't anymore Candy. Did you see the pics? Now that it's getting light, think that white is part of the leaves in the nest.
No, Candy, have NOT seen them. Think they're sleeping in today, or having another cuppa coffee!
Candy, sorry, I have you confused with somebody else. Geesh, sometimes I stay confused. You ready for your summer break?
Candy, I have to go down the hall. BRB.
Suzanne, where did you go to get to the osprey site in Finland? I checked Beakspeak and found nothing.
Happy Flag Day everyone!!
I hope everyone has a beautiful day!
Finland parent is standing over her babies, and you can see them clearly. Can also see part of fish leftovers. Awesome pic!
Yes Suzanne, I found the Finland nest. Thanks. It looks as if the osprey is having breakfast, no?
OMG, I didn't see the babies at first. The parent is feeding them. What a wonderful pic.
Yup, and feeding the babies. Isn't that awesome?
It looks as if the storks in Germany are getting ready for something. They are standing up. Have they started to flap their wings yet?
Eagle Alert!
One is in our nest! Do you see it Suzanne?
WEAGLE ALERT!!!! Think it's Belle.
It looks small like it might be Liberty. Just standing in the middle of the nest looking around.
Way to go, Candy! I just saw her. Day late and a dollar shot today.
Yeah, see the storks standing there all cute. But haven't seen them flap their little wings yet. They are so cute. Oh look, looking at the cam!!!
Oh well, you can tell who the eagle expert is. :) I still can't tell them apart.
They are going to have to do something aabout those leaves next year, or it won't be just spidey that will be getting in the way. :)
Did you see her look up at the cam? That was cool.
There is one falcon on the ledge in PA. That's the only one I've seen so far today, so don't know if the others fledged or not. Still 1 osprey in nest, nobody yet to BW eagle.
It looks as if she is calling to her buddy Lib to come on down
Candy, when Belle stands in the middle of the nest, she takes up most of the space from one end to the other.
Belle has moved to launch pad.
There must be something up by the cam, she's looking up at it again.
She gave up waiting. MT nest now
Oops, all gone...
Maybe it was Liberty on the branch above her. She couldn't coax him down tho.
I'm glad you were watching with me, Candy! Maybe they'll ba back later.
Your Pa. falcon is not on the ledge anymore. Must have taken off for the wonders of the day.
Norfolk has an eagle sleeping in the nest, but I don't see any others today on the outer branches. Maybe they are off fishing.
Oh my, that's the only 1 I've seen this morning. If that one fledged, I think they all may be gone.
Just one lonely osprey on the BW nest and Mama osprey in Pa. is snuggling with her babies.
Could it be hiding under the cam? If not it is gone.
It looks as if the Norfolk eagle is having breakfast. Yummy, an uncooked fish.
It looks as if the baby storks are lined up either waiting for food or a flying lesson from the parent. Heaven help them when those huge wings start flapping!
Candy, do you mean one lonely FALCON in PA? If you mean osprey, I don't know where that nest is.
Pics of this morning's visit just went out. Not many, she was only there for about 11 minutes.
They are pretty, aren't they? Love watching the storks. Love the way they just chatter to each other.
BW nest is empty now and the barn owls are really raising the roof with their chatter.
Norfolk nest is empty now and the owls have settled down. I can only see two left, so after all that chatter the one in front must have left
GOOD MORNING SUZ AND CANDY--
It is raining here in Martinsburg/Shepherdstown. Maybe that is why Belle & Lib aren't visiting this morning.
I was just looking at the Finland Ospreys and Dad was posing for us. He is a beautiful bird.
COFFEE TIME: BBL
Good morning Costume lady, welcome to a new day, Flag Day, and the anniversary of Spunkys fledging.
Morning, Wanda! I just went to go outside, and it's raining here now too. You're probably right, Lib and Belle are staying outta the rain.
Darn!
Baby storks are resting again. I guess no flying lessons for the moment.
Cool...
Breakfast in owl box, but no one seems to want the mouse.
The owls are a noisy bunch aren't they. I just love looking at their cute faces.
Crap, just tried to post the URL and got an error message.
Candy, it's the WildWatch bluebird cam.
Lots of wing flaps in owl box!
http://wdfw.wa.gov/wildwatch/
campix/bluebird.jpg
All on 1 line.
Getting dawn in Kent. Can see parent in tree, but that's about it. Maybe 2 black blobs in the nest that are the kids.
Owl box is silent for awhile. I think I can see only l owl left unless the other is below the cam. Maybe the two are huddled together in the corner.
Ok Suzanne, so Mama is sitting on the eggs yet. Thanks for the info.
I do see babies in the kent nest. Maybe they will get breakfast soon.
Oop, other owl head just appeared, so she's there, just not on cam view.
Our cam is back.
Stork kids are alone!
I was just about to give up on watching the BW osprey nest when one flew onto the nest.
Maybe it is snack time for the stork babies. Have you ever seen the parents feeding them?
Looks like the owlets may have had a food delivery.
Suzanne, does it look like thee is just one owl left?
Good Morning and wishing al of you a A Spunky Flag day
Have a look at the Celebration!!
They had a mouse that they were passing back and forth earlier.
Good morning Glo. I hope you are having a nice day today so far.
Parent in the Kent nest. Must have brought some breakfast for the little ones, but can't see it yet.
Parent now gone, and I don't see anything in nest to eat. Maybe he is getting breakfast now.
Thanks for the info on the stork feeding habits. Very interesting to know. I wondered what they ate and how it went.
It looks at times as if there are now 4 barn owls cramped in the box again. One is doing alot of wing flapping over the others.
Parent came back to Kent again, but didn't see anything brought in. must be teasing the babies. :)
Yeah, I never figured it out, not sure when they will start to branch, then fledge.
Hey, check out the Puget Sound eagle cam. The baby is there and along side it is a white object that looks like an egg. Could that be?
Baby eagle is up and on edge of nest showing off it's bling, blings at Santa Cruz.
:) BBL
Have a good one, Candy! TTYL.
Finland ospreys are eating!
HEY SPUNKY FANS!!----NEW THREAD!!!
