Hi, Everyone,

Happy Palm Sunday! Have been incredibly busy this afternoon. While cleaning the corner of the room our laptop and desk are in, I discovered a whole bunch of OLD pictures, mostly of my Mom & Dad and grandparents, and a box containing my Mom's graduation picture, my Dad's high school diploma, and his diploma from Michigan State! Imagine my surprise! There was also a copy of a story about a trip my Great Grandmother took with her family from her home in Smyrna, Michigan to Pueblo, Colorado, in 1876. It was published as a small book in 1969. Talk about exciting!

Thank goodness, I also found a lot of paperwork that's old enough to be tossed out. Some of it needs to be shredded first, so our shredder will have quite a workout.

Watched the nest for a while today, but nothing much was happening. Parent (Belle, I think, but I'm not sure) had the babies tucked in, and was planted firmly on top of them.

Need to get going and work some more on that messy corner of the room! I'm determined to get rid of a lot of stuff we no longer need. Better strike while the iron is hot, so to speak. Have SED, and a restful night's sleep.
God bless, and goodnight. I ♥ us!

Good morning,

Judy, I think it was Andy who had the terrific find! And it was quite a find.

So far, I am not getting the eagle cam. Not sure why.

Still cam shows both eagles at the nest. Good morning, Shep and Belle.

Good morning everyone. Up early here with my little dog. Potty training an 8 yr old has proven quite the challenge. I am working it byut its so hard to even catch her being good since adult dogs only go every 5 hours or so. Not much chance to get it right. I need another pair of eyes.

Good morning from school. Glo, when we got Bella, who is now 10, she had lived her first year in a kennel 24/7 so she had never been housebroken or socialized with people. Now, 10 years later, I still can't give her full run of the house b/c I can't trust her bathroom habits. She stays gated in my office/sunroom and is very good about using a pee pad.

When we adopted Jenni last summer at age 12 1/2, she had lived for the last 3 years with her previous owner gated in the woman's kitchen going on pee pads. She never even went outside. So I can't trust her either.

When the girls are free to run around, they wear these adorable washable diapers that I bought from a company in Canada called Dog Quality (they have a Facebook page). I DO reward both girls when they use the pee pads and, when I take them outside (about every 4 hours when we're home), they always do whatever they need to do outside and get a treat.

Good luck.

Kids are coming - bye!

Goodness me, I just did something to my left shoulder. I popped, and really hurt. Geesh. I do not need this.

Still not getting live cam. Anybody else?

Good morning.

Three babes being watched over by mom or dad. They all look good. Hope this warmer weather sticks around.

Shirley, you may have what is called impingement. Please see an orthopedic doctor who likes shoulder problems. Was told it just sometimes happens spontaneously with older folks (me) while younger folks are typically athletes using the shoulders a lot.

Glo, pets do have their challenges. You and Patches will get this all worked out soon.

Andy, what an amazing find. Enjoy what is important and shred the remaining.

Wishing everyone a lovely day.

Good Monday Morning To All ♥

Family's old pictures and history have been taking up some of my time recently. Two of my girls and one grandson are really into this - we have traced my back 5 gererations of my great grandfathers back. Very interesting and I think I need to join Ancestor.com.
