Jo, frozen pipes are my biggest fear after my experiences last winter. House ok but back porch converted to laundry room is always at risk. So far so good. The wind chill tp at 7 this morning was around -25. Sun shining and not much wind but still below zero here. But I still got 12 varieties of birds in my backyard bird count this morning
I can't get cam to stay up so I can see an egg roll. Has anyone confide that we still have one? Battery low, must recharge

I did get outdoors long enough to fill the bird feeders and put fresh water in the bird bath.
Saw an eagle hunkered down in the nest.
Snow on the ground below the nest, but not on the nest. Mighty cold, though.
