Hey, I'm right on time for a new blog. Good morning everyone. Thanks Steve.

Wanda, sorry about GG sister. Thoughts and prayers your way.

thanks , Thelma, just finished catching up on the other side:)

Mits said...

Have a good Saturday everyone.

Mits said...

Wanda sorry for your loss, give GG a hug from me...(((hug)))

T-Bird said...

You too MITS.

T-Bird said...

Off to go yard saling. No fleas today. : )

hedgie said...

Thanks, THelma! You are our #1 today!!
Busy day ahead for me. Errands, groceries, and a meeting for our Unchain Berkeley group. Looks like the county commissioners are getting ready to adopt an anti-tethering ordinance which we have been advocating!!! If only the police and animal control can enforce it (not enough manpower???) and get cases prosecuted. We have a stupid Prosecuting Attorney who doesn't feel that confining a dog in an attic with it's snout duct-taped and starved isn't felony abuse. ARGH!!

BEagle said...

Hi y'all. I don't know if anyone else saw what I just saw on our nest.

Palmer was perched on the top edge of nest at 12!!! My only relief was that Palmer was facing inward toward Belle and if the wings stretched out, Palmer would land in nest on beak.

lol

BEagle said...

Now Belle is providing shade for Palmer since they have traded places of sorts.

Good morning,

I just got an "unable to play video" message on Firefox, but got the cam at Google Chrome.

I am watching Palmer alone in the nest. Wings spread and resting on the nest.

Judie said...

Good morning, everyone.

Well, today is the day I begin to try to catch up on some removal of dust and dirt. Need to do some housework to avoid a condemned notice on the front door. Also good for exorcising the frustration demon residing inside my head.

Have a wonderful day.

stronghunter said...

Palmer at 12:00 looking out at the world. I think I remember Hidey doing the same thing.

stronghunter said...

Take time to enjoy your Saturday, Judie.

hedgie said...

Hi to all coming in!

BEagle, it's a nervewracking eperience watching eaglets!!! So far, we have been very lucky at our nest. No falls!! Sometimes it's better to walk away and not watch!!!

Judie, I'm sure the health department is NOT going to condemn your place!!! I have a feeling that you are probably a neat-freak like me! I always feel that things aren't quite good enough no matter how hard I work!!

stronghunter said...

So many people leaving my workplace. Just learned that they are not replacing the assistant librarians in our high schools. They take care of audio-visual equipment and help the librarian run things. They're fully certified librarians who had been required by the state. State has relaxed the requirements.

It will be hard to get many of these things back when the crisis is over.

hedgie said...

A few more little chores here before I head out. See you fine momsters and dadsters sometime this evening!

stronghunter said...

Or, I should say, they have eliminated the position. The assistant librarian in our school is retiring. No one will be hired to replace him.

stronghunter said...

Bye, Lynn.

stronghunter said...

I, too, need to do some cleaning. So far, I have put a load in the washer. But that only makes a very small dent in the list of tasks needing completion.

stronghunter said...

I hope to see my children next weekend as it is Mother's Day. Suzi has said she has to work, but will try to visit another day. They give the day off to mothers, and so Suzi has to work.

NatureNut said...

Hello Everyone! Just a quick Hello and Goodbye---going on a program at Park. My Live cam won't open either on Firefox? Saw Palmer at 12 on still--is that spot hereditary?? ☺
Wanda, sorry for your family's loss.
Love and prayers to all.
Later----

BEagle said...

Oh, to have self cleaning homes and self mowing lawns! : )

stronghunter said...

Just think what a view Palmer has from up there.

Mema Jo said...

Good Morning! Both adults have arrived in the nest and Palmer is up to greet them.

BEagle said...

Trying to identify thing on the nest.
Now both adults come in, one from left and one from right. Palmer walks toward them.

Trying to determine what was just brought in.

Mema Jo said...

Off went one adult
I think there was food brought in

BEagle said...

One adult flew off. I think it's Belle hovering over whatever was brought in.

Mema Jo said...

Not sure what it is for lunch but adult is feeding Palmer and enjoying some of it him/her self

stronghunter said...

Palmer seems very hungry. Grabbing for food. Lots of squeals.

BEagle said...

I think it's a fish from the bite size pieces she is giving Palmer.

BEagle said...

That might be Lib. Looks like a white shoulder.

Mema Jo said...

Good one Palmer
Now you can eat some more. lol

BEagle said...

But I don't see the stray white feather on his back that was visible earlier. Flying might have something to do with that.

wvgal_dana said...

Glo many prayers have been rising for Jean and you my
dear Lady who so loves them both.

Lynn I'm hoping Carolyn isn't to let down about the bank job
because there is a door going to open for her. I always feel
it is one of HIs promises. One door closes another He will
open.

Wanda their is an Angel for "Mom"..sorry about your Aunt.
I bet for years she enjoyed you and Gene's sweetheart
visits.

Sissy so glad you didn't have to make the job move and
that they recognized the special person they had already.

May God continue to hear all the prayers coming for Chrissy
and Frank our dear friend across the pond. Please let
us hear something soon Lord. Hugs to our Chrissy ((((HUGS))))..

So what have I missed on the snowman cam?

I am having trouble getting live feed..

stronghunter said...

Tried to capture that poop shoot. Came close.

Mema Jo said...

Palmer is not waiting for the beak with food to come to him/her - but Palmer is going to the beak!

wvgal_dana said...

Live feed coming up where I would watch Palmer saying : Error
Unable to play video

Mema Jo said...

I still do not show any buttons (play/pause volume or timer) under my live feed cam. I just can't figure what I did to lose them.........

stronghunter said...

Going for big pieces, too.

BEagle said...

Palmer reached out and grabbed the gutting looking thing hanging from Lib's beak.

stronghunter said...

I got that, too, Dana, on Firefox. But I was able to get live feed on Google Chrome. Do not know why. Do not know if you might get it on IE.

BEagle said...

Palmer picks up pieces from the nest that fling in the feasting process.

stronghunter said...

Palmer walking away. Full?

stronghunter said...

Lib? carried the fish over Palmer at 12:00.

BEagle said...

Palmer's is full now and walking back to hereditary perching place.

BEagle said...

This fish was moved to the far end where Palmer is.

Mema Jo said...

High Noon it is! lol

BEagle said...

I didn't have the play buttons this morning either. I refreshed and they came up.

Mema Jo said...

Hi Dana - I have the live feed up on IE.. But like I said I don't have any buttons! Going to send a screen print to Outdoor for help.

I haven't been watching or reading much on the Snowman cam.. Some legal action against his using 'bird feeders' to bait the deer... Some one must have it out for him! Ridiculous accusations.

Mema Jo said...

How are your eyes?

Remember to hit CTRL and the + sign
to enlarge this print

BEagle said...

Palmer is panting and Lib trying to provide shade. Palmer will have to adjust to warmer temps just like in the cooler temps.

Mema Jo said...

Thanks BEagle for letting me know I am not totally alone..... I did refresh but nothing came up.
I am watching on IE - which system are you using?

BEagle said...

Thanks for the Ctrl + command. That really helped my eyes too.

BEagle said...

For my computer I found that the Outdoor cam does a better job on IE. The blog on FF in a lone window and everything else on FF.

BEagle said...

Palmer going up on the edge of nest at 1.

Mema Jo said...

Ditto for me BEagle......

BEagle said...

Lib is distracting with a stick that needs to be placed somewhere.

wvgal_dana said...

Jo you know I love you but I can't help chuckling.

"How are my eyes"?

Well right now I have sound and a black lol screen...So my ears are ok but maybe my eyes still aren't. Which truly they aren't but I shouldn't be seeing BLACK LOL

wvgal_dana said...

BEagle what is FF?

You sound so technical with your comment. I just loved it ( :

BEagle said...

When I went to bring up OC on IE this morning it wouldn't let me. I went to FF. Then I tried again on IE. It came up but no buttons. I then refreshed and buttons came up.

IE is full of nut puckey at times.

Mema Jo said...

Belle's wings are opened - that is common for a cooling process
She almost is sitting on Palmer to give shade.

BEagle said...

FF is Mozilla Firefox. My son uses Google Chrome. I am seriously thinking about that one. People seem to be happy with it.

Mema Jo said...

FF - Mozilla FireFox

IE - Internet Explorer

BEagle said...

My son shows me a lot of things about the computer. My neighbor friend has worked in computers all her working life.

What I have recently learned about computers is that many times there's nothing wrong with your computer if it's not working just right.
It could be a server problem or a browser problem.

Another thing is knowing what is in your computer and what it will do.

Mema Jo said...

WOW! I just refreshed the live feed due to it stopping at my 10 min

Up came the control panel (buttons)
Now I can't get the circle thingys to
disappear in order for the live feed to start. Guess I refresh again and see what I get...... Can't win for trying as they say!

Mema Jo said...

You're really saying, BEagle
It pays to be smarter than your computer! Right? lol

wvgal_dana said...

Forgive me I knew FF is Foxfire Duh I am using it...

I did try the live feed with Internet Explorer. Which is what I used at first and it stopped working so I went to FF. Thank You BEagle it is working with Internet Explorer now.

BEagle said...

Yeah. I think it's human tendency to think, "What's wrong with my computer?"

The servers out there could also increase their capacity to serve more traffic also.

Mema Jo said...

Going to take some lunch time.....

IE Live feed will not start for me now that I have refreshed.... Message is...
Note: At times, you may experience the live feed not auto-starting. Please press the Pause/Play button a couple of times. The live feed should then commence. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I woke at 3:55am this morning just couldn't get back to sleep. Tried texting daughter "Are you up?" Nothing happened turn light back off. Got stucked back in on couch. Bingo she called I scrambled to get to the light about fell over couch. tee hee Awwwwwwww we had so much fun talking on the phone. It was so good!! ( :
She said she normally is not up that late goes to bed at 9pm. Thank you God! I needed that.

wvgal_dana said...

Well that is all the eyes can take for now.

I close live feed maybe Jo can get it up then through IE.

bbl

stronghunter said...

BBL.

Judie said...

Dana, you are not allowed to stumble around in the dark -- I remember leaving the night light on. No stumbling for you.

I have not been able to get the nest on FF or IE. Guess I'm out-of-luck for awhile. Just happy to know it isn't because I am technology challenged.

Learned something new about eaglets I guess everyone else knows. Bringing in a thick stick is for eaglets to use to practice using talons to hold onto for when they begin to branch onto tree limbs How cool is that?

Yes, Lynn. You know me too well. I do have some OCD tendencies regarding symmetry, order and clutter. House isn't quite to the condemned stage but ...

Okay, back to work.

BEagle said...

Now my mowing is done.

The loon nest has nobody on it. That nest looks like an island but it's not floating off. Do they build those little islands themselves?

BEagle said...

The TH twins don't get any shade at all. Maybe an adult will stop by and help with that.

They need a bonsai on that rock.

BEagle said...

They will stand up and then their wings droop to the ground.

BEagle said...

The PH twins are off to the right. You can see their tails. They wiggle too.
They are still downy.

BEagle said...

The TH twins are now to the left of the nest where they usually eat. Maybe they think food will show up if they hang in there. My what big feet they have.

BEagle said...

Palmer got up and backed to the edge for a poop shoot. Now standing tall at 2.

BEagle said...

Since Lib is in the way Palmer will sit down in his shade. Then gets up and flaps the wingos.

BEagle said...

Palmer likes to look out and is at 1 ......looking out and trying to bite adults wing.

BEagle said...

The snow on the OR nest is melting. The forum discussion hasn't seen a pip or crack on the eggs. They are getting good snap shots of the eggs.

I hope all the diligence of those two pay off.

BEagle said...

It's funny. I can't see Palmer because Belle is sitting behind.

But I can see that foot propped up on the baby rails. : )

Hope you have an easy time at work Magpie.

magpie said...

Hi BE
you are a great nest reporter ☺
Hope you can get to the nest site in person someday

BEagle said...

Palmer did a poop shoot dance. Then watched Belle fly off.

That triggered the will to flap the wings and follow. Not just yet though Palmer. Patience.

BEagle said...

I should try doing just that. Maybe autumn.

BEagle said...

Thanks for enjoying the nest updates too!

Hi everyone. Dex and I made it through yesterdays storms. Planters are back out of garage. We went to a Pow Wow today. It was an awesome experience. I have never seen anything like it live. Hope everyone's day is going well.

BEagle said...

I should change my avatar to ding bat.
I am just now figuring out the Hornby nest cam.

When I bookmarked the cam it kept giving me the same scene over and over.

stronghunter said...

Hi,

I am still able to access the live cam through Google Chrome, but not through FF.

Palmer is sitting at the 12:00 position looking out at the world.

BEagle said...

This is embarrassing. Surely, someone one has had dingbatatosis worse than me.
But I doubt it.

stronghunter said...

BEagle, what makes you a dingbat? I don't see any problems.

stronghunter said...

My bookmark to the Hornby nest took me to a message that said something about the nest not being part of the Hancock system or something like that. I did find the live feed after a few clicks. I do not know what the reason was for the message.

BEagle said...

I had bookmarked the Hornby cam and every time I brought the cam up thereafter, it kept playing the same scene over and over.

BEagle said...

All I could ever see was the mother with the feather on her beak, rolling the eggs with a pip on it.

I kept thinking she rolled those eggs a lot and I kept wondering when the heck that pip would get bigger.

All I was seeing was a video replay over and over. Dingo Batooh.

BEagle said...

Oh dear, my sides are hurting from laughing so hardy at myself.

movin said...

hI. I don't know what happened this A.M., but my browser froze up, and I had to shut it down and start over. Just getting back on here.

And I want to request you pray for, or renew your prayers, for a lady, named Doreen, who Deb requested prayer for not long before she died. I'll put the CaringBridge link below and you'll see why we need some "power prayer" now.

Prayer for Deb's friend

BEagle said...

I don't know about that message you got.
It's a different set up from the other cams I suppose.

It sounds like a bulldozer in the background.

stronghunter said...

You had a link to the video, BEagle.

Prayers for Doreen, Jim.

stronghunter said...

I can understand very well why the link to the video would be confusing, BEagle.

Mema Jo said...

That is so funny BEagle - I wondered why you kept saying about the egg not hatching - that's why I put the name Phoenix up for you to see. I really thought you were looking at a nest that was NOT the horny nest.

Don't worry Gal, I have done some really stuuuuuupid things. I have learned to be so much more thorough in reading the sites' info so I don't embarrass myself

Mema Jo said...

Hubby and I went to 5:00 Mass and then dinner at Bob Evans... I don't think that is who I was going to root for at the Derby.

Jim thanks for that link - prayers for
Doreen.

BEagle said...

Thank you Strong H. I thought that eagle seemed anxious after seeing it roll those eggs over and over and over.

I suppose the feather is off the beak now. I am not sure which eagle is which

Phoenix is cute and eating tiny little bites of ..... whatever it is.

Prayers are going up for Doreen.

BEagle said...

That is good advice Mema Jo.

BEagle said...

I kept thinking that they have named this eagle Phoenix and it's not even hatched yet!!!

Eagle-Eyed's Sissy said...

Good evening eagle friends! Been a relaxing day today, back to work tomorrow! Hopefully, they will get my replacement hired soon so I can go back to Monday through Friday.

Wanda, I am so sorry for ya'lls loss. Hope GG is okay this evening!
Tom, Andrew, Justin, and all the Riffe men are having a blast fishing. I don't Justin has ever seen fish that big before in his life. They have been jugging at night and catching great big catfish. They can keep em, I don't cook or eat catfish! Yuk!

Judie said...

BEagle, you are closing in fast on taking my place as the #1 stuuuuupid. Just wait until you get husband names confused resulting in As The Blog Turns -- From Texas to West Virginia.

Jim, many prayers for Doreen.

Have not been able to access our nest all day. Hoping for better tomorrow.

BBL to say goodnight.

Eagle-Eyed's Sissy said...

Is our cam down? I haven't been able to get on all afternoon.

BEagle said...

Once again, when the sun goes down, spidey's web shrouds our nest.

BEagle said...

What browser are you on?

Mema Jo said...

Now just wait for Sharon or Lynn to read my remark and let me know that I made a whooper of a typo! ROFLMBO
I just saw it and if anyone finds it they can rub it in!

paula eagleholic said...

Evening, all.

This is really cool, I am out on the deck...

that commercial scared me when I first opened up the cam...the kid clopping around in the shoes!

Mema Jo said...

I just put my live feed up on IE
Had to listen to the commercial first & then had to click play twice before it started.
My Still Cam is up on FF

paula eagleholic said...

Sissy, I just brought our cam up...ya'll will have to excuse any typos, it's dark out here!

Eagle-Eyed Shar said...

Mema Jo, this is TBird on Sharon's log in-she is working on my computer. I love the slip up. : )

Mema Jo said...

Why thank you Thelma! lol

Did you 2 find anything good at the yard sales?

paula eagleholic said...

LOL, JO, I found your typo... they are all like that at times!

hedgie said...

Good evening all. Seems like it's been a very long day. Y-A-W-N!
Jim, thanks for update on Doreen. Prayers continue for her, even tho' I haven't checked her site in a month or more. She's fighting the good fight, for sure. Wish she would join my lung cancer blog....she is an inspiration. Not sure that I would go for 2nd line treatment, let alone 4th or 5th. She's mighty brave.
BEagle, I think Larry builds the loon nest box, and then the loons furnish it.

paula eagleholic said...

I think parent just went up into the tree? Palmer stretched out right in the middle of the nest, just did a big wing stretch!

hedgie said...

Judie, Mr. Snowman Cam man was found innocent of baiting, but now the prosecutor is appealing!! Just plain harassment.....it's not like he's hunting! Maybe Saline better watch out!!!

Eagle-Eyed Shar said...

Oh my, we have horny nests to watch! Yay. What are the links?

hedgie said...

Thanks for the Ctrl+ hint, Jo...you all teach me something new everyday!!!

BEagle said...

It's raining cats and dogs here. Glad my lawn is mowed.

Mema Jo said...

Thelma ! Why did you give eagle eye her computer back. Paula and Lynn you're going to be on my list too! Really is the truth though! lol

Well after all it was some excitement for the evening! All TV shows are reruns....

Mema Jo said...

I forgot to say.........

HAPPY MAY DAY

I missed the Shep'stwn parade but some pics are on FB and it looked fun. I think the May Pole Dancing then took place over at the park.

paula eagleholic said...

Oh, the pedestrian...A guy and gal had an argument in their suv while driving..he stopped and told her to get out..she did, then walked around to his window and was hitting him...he took off and dragged her along. There is an article on Page 2 but be darn if I can find it on line soooooo..
Domestic Dispute ends in crash at Routzahn's Way To pick up where Paula left off - The vehicle accelerated rapidly with the woman suspended from the window, drove over the sidewalk and stopped abruptly in a drainage ditch.... woman then fell out of the window - may have broken leg - investigation is continuing.

Mema Jo said...

WOW! Both adults are in the HORNBY nest

hedgie said...

Wow, Jo and Paula...what a story. You would not believe the number of domestic dispute calls there are on the scanner. Makes you wonder if the whole world is going crazy.
Jo, what am I on your list for????

This race stinks!!!

BEagle said...

I hope to see a little more hatching one the second one.

Mema Jo said...

WHoo HOo BEagle lol I had that tape up that you must have been watching...
2 eggs in the nest......

Now I am on the Wildearth.tv
One eagle nesting and about 151 bloggers.....

BEagle said...

The OR nest is presently snow-free.
The forum indicates there is something going on with the eggs.

To me, it just doesn't look like the adult is anticipating a hatch. Maybe the latter egg will do something.

Mema Jo said...

I thought that you saw my earlier typo because of the good proof reader you are. BUT now that I read back it was only Thelma and Paula that saw it.

Sorry - But I am still going to keep you on my list - friends' list not the other list........

Judie said...

Hey Jo, I know what Freud would say about your typo! Enjoy!

Hey Lynn! I know about Ken and the Snowman issue. I think someone else was asking -- maybe BEagle? Anyway, I think the citizens of Michigan need to protest about how their tax dollars are being spent. Baiting? Wonder if the next step is prosecuting people who have bird feeders in their yards?

Don't know Lynn but hope you're not on Jo's horney list.

Ah, this is degenerating. Time to turn my light off but will leave the night light on. Hopefully, Andy will set our alarm for us later.

Goodnight everyone. Hoping to see Palmer tomorrow. Not able to access the nest at all today.

GOOD EVENING...
I can't remember if I was on here this morning or not; guess it doesn't matter:) I'm here now.
Didn't get much done around here...no housecleaning, no grass mowing, MY BAD. I did walk around the garden and was happy to see little spinach tips about half an inch above the ground...wait, no, that was yesterday. OK, so I got nothing done!
Went in to GGs this morning and she was getting dressed to go to
the funeral home. Had difficulty explaining to her that the viewing won't be until Tuesday. She must have thought I was trying to keep her away from seeing her sister. She has told me that I am too protective;) I showed her some photos that I posted on my blogs and others, but she just kind of stared into space. She usually loves to look at my blog photos, but not today. She didn't do much talking and didn't seem to be interested in what I was saying, so I busied myself with cleaning the stove top and getting coffe ready for tomorrow morning, just odd and end things. At one point, I looked over where she was sitting and she was asleep, so I talked her into going to bed.
I fixed her some supper and then came home. All's well, for now.

Paula, know how proud you are!! My girl not only graduated cumma laude but from my alma mater! She was in one of the honor sororities...I don't remember which one! Triple proud!!

Oh, Wanda, glad you got the postcard. Poor GG.....all dressed up with no place to go. Doing things like that upsets her, I know. Add the grieving.....know how hard it is for you.

Loretta, let us know when you get the new pics posted!!

Oh, Jo! You should never mention a typo. LOL I just had to go looking for it....and I found it! You just missed the "b" key. lol

Oh, what a day we had. We left for Laurel's. I called the house when we got to the baseball field but they had not left. Joseph said, "We have a situation." Laurel had gone to Wal Mart, but they would not take her check.
She went to get gas and it stopped at $11...insufficient funds. She knew something was wrong. She went on line and yes, someone has been writing checks on her account. We took care of the boys and they spent a good part of the day at the bank and then the police department. A man had created checks with her bank account #. He also had her license number and birth date. He had made a false ID to go with the checks. Bank was wonderful, police were helpful. She will have money replaced but not until Wed, so we loaned them money. They were stripped of around $1200.

She thinks she knows who and where they got the info, but not sure there is anything that can be done about it. Anyway, it was a very frustrating, emotional day. Just got home.

wow, Lolly...what a day. How did the guy impersonate a woman? Or did he just put his name on the account? So sorry to hear of the trouble, but glad she will be able to get her $$ back. Hope they can prove who did it.

He probably used a fake name, it was a mans name. The bank had a picture of a check he wrote (which bounced!) it had her number on it. Also, when he was asked for ID he probably used a fake ID that had her TX drivers licence and birth date. It was hand written on the check like clerks do.

Laurel and Joey do not have a lot of money. She does not shop, does not write a lot of checks. When she writes checks it is to the same businesses all the time. However, the week before last she wrote a check at a small pet store to get cat food. She said the clerk was a "sleazy looking young man." He asked for her ID and copied the info.

Laurel cried. It is such a personal invasion. Also, she missed the boys games. Her day off and she did not get done what she wanted to do.

We stayed, worked in her yard. Planted the caladiums. Jack went and picked up dinner, while Laurel and I finished off a bottle of wine. Tried to make her feel better.

Hmmm, a lead perhaps...hope they catch the guy!

I imagine that's as bad as being burglarized...had that happen to me a long time ago...felt so violated.

Hi, Everyone,
Getting here very late. Have been on the run getting stuff done since about 7:00 this morning.

So very sorry to hear about what happended to Laurel, Lolly! We have had that happen twice (not recently), and it's a real pain, but in our case the person responsible was caught. One time, it was someone working behind the scenes at the bank, and the other time, it was someone working at a gas station we frequent. He got info about our debit card. In both cases, we got our money back.
Prayers for Laurel's situation.

Prayers, too for Doreen, Deb's friend. She's a real trooper!

Prayers continue for GG, Wanda & Gene, and the family.

Well, got all our weekly shopping done today, which leaves tomorrow relatively free.

Haven't been able to watch the live cam today, so hope Palmer is doing well and behaving. Hope to see the rascal tomorrow.

About to go veg in TV land and watch a pre-recorded show. Leaving the night light and the porch light on, and enabling the eye scanner security. Prayers going up for everyone, especially Chrissy and family! Love and (((HUGS)))! Sleep tight, and I'll talk to you tomorrow. God bless, and good night! Love all you guys! :o]

God bless everyone. Just checking in - very late - but to let you know I'm still about. Having trouble sleeping tonight - it's hot!

250 years ago today, Maytown, PA, was formed. There is 4 days of celebrations and I can't get to any of them. I would have to walk up the street since they are closed to traffic, but I cannot. I called about renting a wheelchair, but no one's here to push me, so I sat here and listened to the pipes calling me. I love the sound of bagpipes.

The fireworks tomorrow night should be visable from the house since it's to be at the Legion Park that runs perpendicular to our street (if the advertising is correct). I thought they would do them at the large park at the other end of town which is beside the firehouse, but we'll see.
Either way my cats will be looking for a place to hide.

Sorry to hear of GG & Wanda's loss.

JO, I saw you typing flub, but I knew what you meant. We all do it now and again. The typing mistakes I make on the notebook would cause my HS teacher to cringe.

Well, I'll try to get some sleep and try to check in tomorrow. I'm in the process of replacing this old pc and have a long way to go. Wouldn't you know, this pc is working now that I'm ready to replace it??? It lives!!

Good morning everyone! I can get the sound of the nest but not the video. Does anyone have any ideas?

Good Sunday morning everyone

Bev, I don't even try with that cam, it just makes my PC really loud everytime I try to put it on, so I don't bother anymore.

GOOD MORNING...
Sissy, I do have live feed and sound. Can't help you:(
Tom home yet? Will he bring home the fish he caught?

Morning, Helen:)

:(

I guess I will watch the still cam. Bummer!

How's stuff Mits? Tom and the boys will be home today. Mattie said she hoped they came back really late so Andrew would spend the night. I told her fat chance of that. He has been away from Kelsey since Thursday, longest time since they met I am sure. He will be high-tailing it back to Winfield this evening!!

Eagle-Eyed's Sissy said...

He will bring home any crappie or bass he catches, but no catfish. I don't do catfish, Wanda. No one here likes to eat it, so no reason to bring that here. He said he took lots of pics, so I will put them on Facebook this evening when he gets home. He said Justin was having a blast, I am so glad. That feller has a hard time sometimes! Good for him to get out with the boys!

Mits said...

Hope for a peaceful day for you and GG Wanda, glad it was a fun trip for everyone, Sissy:)

Good morning everybody. Just read about GG's sister/Wanda's aunt! So sad and will be praying for you all Wanda.

Mommy used to do the same thing with her meds. I would put them in a dosing box and then she would move them all around and mix them up.

Tomorrow would have been Mommy's 82nd birthday. I miss her so bad!

Love you all and hope you have a good day!
