Jo, I think the Maine eagle had garbage of some sort. I am going to see what the Maine people think it was.
The Observer comes out monthly, Jo.
One idea was paper towel, the other one that makes sense is the paper they use to wrap fish. Someone thought it might have got loose and had some remnants on it.

We had Pizza Hut Thin 'N Crispy, pepperoni, pork sausage and extra cheese for supper. Sissy ordered it and I picked it up!

Hi Everyone, Busy at work & got in late due to AM dental appt.Worked until 7:15.
At home we're real busy acclimating little kitty that must have gotten dumped on our street. (lowlifes)Our vet kept it to get it socialized,shots,etc. & he said it wasn't wild, just frightened. So it will stay inside,too. Since we have 2 yr. old crazy cat, keeping baby closed in one room for now. Glad I'm off TH to work w/the kits!
Gotta go eat something & come back to see all the NEW pics! BBL

Nature - my boss has 6 kitties in his yard...he's not sure if Mom has abandoned them or not, hasn't seen the Mom in 2 days...I told him to gather them up and take them to the shelter.

Yes, Helen, Mandy has been accused of being a he-diva. But he always says it's to spend more time w/ his family. Plus NY is really where he likes to live. Think he also does some Broadway...man, can he sing!

I saw some photos taken in the 1980's of Mark Harmon....WOW, I had fortgotten how handsome he was. Very handsome now, too, I might add! Mandy Patinkin is a VERY BIG HE-DIVA!

Deb's photo's are gorgeous!! Flying birds are so hard to photo---guess it really helps when you're out on the water & under them.
Little kitty that came home today is the one that had been out in our & 2 other neighbor's yards.Was too afraid to let us get close to it,but we gave it food & water so it wouldn't starve & it slept in garage. So vet gave us a trap that hubby set out last TH AM, came in to get more cat food in bowl as lure, & it was already in there!!Nosey, I guess. This one was all by itself.
Paula, wonder what happened to the Mama kitty?!How sad. Seems most of the rescue & rehab places are filled up.I spent almost 2 weeks calling, emailing places & hubby finally said we should just get it fixed and keep it!!! I can't believe he said that! When I go in it's room, it starts purring before I touch it & then rubs it's chin on my hands.It even played w/a couple toys tonight.The circus will begin when we let both cats get together, probably tomorrow. Adult is parked outside the closed door. She knows something's up!
