Well Thelma i am alive and kickin , this last couple weeks have been rough but hopefully now my stepmother is on the mend after having the last emergency surgery. She is home and doing better, ut was touch n go for awhile with her. Yes just seemed like never enough minutes in the day for me. Poor Jo thinks i forgot about her prolley. almost 3 months NO CIGARETTES, Nov 14th but still want one...lol

Actually my daughter turned on the comp today while she was here and left it on and when we got back from down home i logged on.Weds is good for me Mits Ohhh what day for the nest? I may drive over tomarrow if it isnt raining.

Nope, Jo - made a last minute decison this morning, got on the Metro and went down to DC to visit the Wall and the World War II memorial. Lots of walking!!

Been to the "WALL", have not been to the WWII memorial yet. What a great visit...you should have stopped by to see Tai.
Just no time, Mits, didn't get to DC til almost 12:30, and the Wall was our main destination, We like going on Veteran's day or Memorial day when all the Vets are there, quite a site to see. Very emotional.

It is a very special place. You know how it is though...living so close to this I never take advantage to be a tourist. One of my favorites is the "TOMB OF THE UNKNOWN SLODIER". especially at changing of the guards.

OH, I hear you, which is why we made a last minute decison to just go even though there are plenty of things we should have been doing instead. We went to Arlington a couple of years ago and witnessed the changing of the guard, also found husband's Grandfathers grave there. My dad served in the Air Force, was in Nam, died 13 yrs ago, often visit the memorials, our way of teaching daughter about his military service since she never met him.

I had my cams up within seconds of your seeing eagles in FL & Kent - but I just missed them. \Mits I did get FL cam up & running on my Internet Explorer (I had been trying on Mozilla Firefox) So I'm good to go!

Jo, I'm soooo glad you are into the FLA. site, eagle was sooo pretty sitting there on the tree limb during what looked like a storm.. I think I got some good shots of KENT eagles...going to look now.

Hello all my eagle buddies. I am home. Turns out I didn't have a bacterial infection but do have pneumonia in my right lung. That can be treated with antibiotics from home. It is sooooo good to be back home. Talk to you all later. I will be checking in! Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.

I am glad to be back. I haven't even looked in on my little Buta Buta since I have been home. I don't know how she survived the weekend without me. My eyes are always on her!! Pulling her up right now.

Hi Everyone. Yes i am home. I am of course very tired, but it was a very wonderful weekend. I read throught the momster email quickly and Saw where Sharon was int he hospital, and when I signed in here only read back a dozen or so BLOGS so far, and I see she is home. I am sor glad you went to the Dr and to the hospital. I hope now that you are feeling much much better. Hope all have had a wonderful weekend too in your own way. I may read back some more later this evening but right now, I am going to take a look at some pictures, Lots of pictures, and enjoy all over again the fun times I just spent with my kids and their friends and some new members to our family. May BLOG later if not will definitely be blogging at you tomorrow.
Well, I did have a long, hot shower just a little while ago. Filled 2 vanloads of cedar top to bottom, have to get more next Sunday, rain stopped us,cause we were afraid we might get stuck in the mud. Sorry, Norma he always roots against your team.

Party was great, Megan, thanks for asking. Took 2 rolls of film, got some great pics of Grandson Cohen, eating cake, cake on fingers, cake in hair! He needed a bath when he was done.
He also loved all his toys (except the clothes, but Mom liked those) and played with them after the crowd cleared out and there was room to play!
Sounds great Paula. Love the name Cohen. Birthdays are always fun at that age!! Well, bedtime for me, nite all.

Morning Suzanne and Dana. Getting ready to walk outside and stsrt cutting cedar for wreaths. All the stuff we got yesterday now has to be cut into about 6" pieces so when I start making wreaths I can just grab the pieces and use them. Going to be a soggy day for me, but at least it did stop raining and the greens are definitely nice and fresh. Every muscle in my body is aching and from now to Xmas will probably stay that way. Breakfast is over, time to get to work. Have a great day everyone!!

Suzanne I seem to learn something new every time I get on this thing. It was used by Ed's cousin. So there are things with her name on them that I can't change (oh well).
I did just put in cd's I had tried to make with my other computer. That program was crappy. Wow I cried when I put in the one of my daughter and her husband on their wedding day. This computer picture program is so much better.
Still alot to learn and stuff to take off old computer.

Petes' Pond is still down, but the commercial works fine.....Wavelit has the 2 noisy geese and yes, Dana, Wave-lit Africam has lots of animals, you just never know when they are going to come upon the water hole...I've seen lions at that one.

Tee-Hee....got to stay here and make sure cams are ok. It seems like when Petes' went commercial thats when problems really started.
Oh come on your so "good" at telling them and they get the cams fix through your emails. Then you "can stay here". hee hee Give a gal a hand here lol
