Jim Birdgirl came in a couple of days ago. Said she is really busy. She is setting a presentation up at the zoo where she lives. About the work she does. And I think something about a show of things she makes.
Guess I missed Bird Girl I am glad we heard from her. the bloggers are slowly dwindling, but I bet there will still be several here the day the cam turns back on, all celebrating together. Lord only knows what we will have discussed by then BUT we'll be here LOL
Glo he is "still" on those meds plus more; he wasn't excited they just added another. There is no life changes he can do ie; eating other foods; exercising; drinking alittle wine or anything. March 21st they did a CT-scan and found 3 blood clots in his lung. Several doctors can't explain why. We do know they came from his leg. So he is also on Coumadin. They might take him off that one in October. Between him and me we just keep on keeping on.
When I see butterflies I have memories of a necklace. One that my daughters father, at the time my husband gave me. She had never seen it. They came from Florida for a visit and she and I were going through my jewerly that I wanted her to take back with her. Hadn't opened jewerly box yet. She said, "Oh Mom you have to see my special necklace". She pulled it out from under her blouse and my eyes went BIG. She said, "Mom what's wrong". I then pulled the necklace from the jewerly box. We both couldn't believe it. They were almost a match. She knows I like gold jewerly. Although back then I loved silver. Hers and mine both were silver. Wow I love memories "good ones" lol
OH Jo I really really miss watching "Our eaglets" too. A day never passes that I don;t look at something about them. I like keeping the whole thing right there in front of me to enjoy. Can't wish our lives away but I sure could watch eagles daily somewhere if I just knew where to watch. Those 3 though I think their survival AND their temperments that allowed all three to survive is gonna be hard to ever experience again. The parents though were wonderful caretakers, so if any could successfully launch 3 again it would be Liberty and belle.
I'm up late tonight. Too much went on today. I had my surgery in May 26th; things went good. Yet went for appt. today and things are bad again. Oh well I always try to find the good in health problems. I say could be worse...doc say's when I say that IT IS WORSE!! He told me today I have to really know where all this is going. I said I do. He said then tell me. I did he looked at me surprised and said, "OK then get pee'oed, get mad, get angry, cry". I said what for I do all that and then they'll call and tell me the 1 cm place in brain turned to cancer. I said see it could be worse. He shook his head and said you worked in hospital too long lol.
Well just plain vicky I got to say also that plain does NOT do you justice....your special, when we can we get witty and fun, and your loved....that got of "love" is not plain. It's AWESOME, unjudging and forever !!
No Sweetie doc isn't confused. We been together patient and doc for too long. He know's even if he has to say it doc to patient. That is how I feel. Times I've been in a wheel chair and doc says how long. I say bet I'll be out in a week to two weeks at most. No way.....I do and tell him. Yeah never know if I'll ever have to be in one later in life forever. He laughs, says I wish all my patients had your spirit. I just point up. lol I tell him I am human I do have let downs and saddness and even at times for sorry for self. Then fastly get over it and go on.

Doreen yes what is it with a mare??? Daughter has a mare and she will only listen to her. Yet when she started her, I call it cycle. That mare changed to a raving mad horse. No one could control her. She had won 1st place two years running before that. Also gotten 2nd place last year in another catageory, won a beautiful plate and a daughter won a medal same as Olymphian. They had to transquilize that beautiful mare name is "Classic GiGi", stands 16 hands. Showed in Saddle Seat but she still can't be controlled yet. Vet said "just maybe but can't be sure" if she is bred she might might he said come out of it. That is SAD.
Got your email thank you kindly Doreen. I love my grandkids. When we talk on phone I'm always asking about each one. Want to know if any are pulling any antics (cause they can be comedical sometimes). When she looses one it pulls her heart apart. She is so connected with her animals. So they are my grandbabies for now. When she is ready for the real mccoy she will have children. No pushy Mom here. Sometimes I wish she would get with the program. Just read the WAX story, God help me I'm in pain here, I have laughed that much I have had to change my pants three or four times,,, oh that poor girl must of gone though hell, I bet she didnt use it again, and she found another method.
