Swear to God, I do. Sometimes I can wear a 10 since I lost weight from the gastric bypass, depends on the shoe. Don't have to get extra-wide anymore though! :)

Got to be honest, when Mits was in black the whole process of blogging went much faster.
I wear a size 10 or 11 in shoes too. My mom always told me I had a 'good underSTANDing' lol Wasn't much comfort growing up and trying to find pretty shoes 30 years ago though - the only shoes that fit were either mens ugh or the old lady/nun type shoes - oh the trials of being a bigfoot - I wonder how I ever survived (do you hear the violins playin in the background??)LOL

Oh dltuk from my daughter being involved with horses "shire" is what used to be called the "war horse". They are huge and beautiful. Such a gentle horse and loving.

I will post links here on the bLOG to Our Tribute after coffee and treats as there have been a couple of additions and at least one of them is 2 to 3 hours behind us in time Zone...still a snoozin I believe.
Good morning again. Laid back down and slept a little while longer, then woke up with a headache. Oh well. Starting work. Last day of work before vacation/band camp!! Yeah.
Band camp - My son is in the Bluefield Beaver Band (high school marching band). SChool is out in the first week of June. Middle part of July the band starts summer band, everyday 10-3. Then in August for one week, we go to Summers County 4H Camp (really old place with dorms and a large field.) There they get to learn the marching part of their show. Really intense week. There is also a lot of fun time in it too, i.e. water balloon fight, shaving cream battle, bonfire, senior skits, food slide (yuck) and the seniors are in charge of all of that. Andrew is a senior this year (SIGH, SOB, SOB). Chaperones run a canteen to sell goodies out of, I have to do the first aid station. It really is a lot of fun and I am probably the oldest kid there! :) Now do you know or did I confuse you?

Beautiful day, gonna have a cookout tonight and hopefully watch the hummers again. They were really active last night.
Was watching CT Osprey yesterday, was eating a big fish, was holding it down w/ talons, then when he wanted to more, the fish was stuck in his talons, and he couldn't get it out. Was flapping around, shaking foot and all, finally got it unstuck. Was pretty funny. Guess that's what they have to deal with...fish stuck in the talons!

They seem so calm and serene, must be their location. Wow, the dewpoint here is down to 60, thats great news, was up around 78 the last week or so...
They looked like they were doing a little sparring there! Oh I love watching them. Different than watching ospreys. Closer to my heart!

Wow look how they fix in the nest...I bet our 3 make room for each other in their nest. Almost looks like 3 couldn't fix. But I know "our" siblings would do alittle rough-housing then settle down into their special spots in the nest. Remember Spunky at 12 o'clock liking to lay there?

I updated to Windows Media Payer 11, yesterday, think that has helped. When I hear the sound go off after 2 mins, I just go back and hit the play button and it is off and running. I soooo love hearing them talk to each other. Hope NCTC is interviewing people for the cam site next year. Just because this was their 1st year does not mean that they should not try to improve. I'm starting to feel my BP rising, better get off the topic.:):):)

OMG!! Baby Smurf looked right into the cam, with those big brown eyes as if to say, Hi, how ya doin!!!
Baby Smurf is my favorite osprey because I started watching him right after he hatched. Remember, there were I think 2 other eggs that didn't hatch.
Oh, I love hearing that baby holler.
If I lived there, I would have a boat right out there sitting and watching!

I don't know if the blog will make it to 900 - it is soooo slow and I have a fairly fast connection. I didn't stay up too late last night - so I have a LOT of work to catch up on today. Sigh. Glad to hear FloralGirl is gonna enjoy a day at the pool... the weather is gorgeous today. Wish we were watchin our eagles enjoy floating around the skies
Poor Mei is wanting to rest and Tai won't let her! He just went and laid across her back. She is going to smack the pee-water out of him one of these days.

Anyway, band camp lasts from tomorrow evening until Friday evening, 5 nights and 5/12 glorious days. It is way back in the country so I am hoping there may be eagles nearby or something. Hey, you never know, it could happen.
