6/13/20-  She didn't return to the nest but Bella did below is video I wanted to keep the NCTC one on top She looks strong in flight  See ya lil one soar free if we don't see you again but I hop she shows up  603 I am posting This is the video from NCTC @copywrite@ the field cam they use to observe and also do the Live broadcast from  I did a over and over of her FLEDGE Hope she returns 

Posting early Being Ozzy FLEDGE today has not been in nest since  I will record but wanted to celebrate of sorts LOL 
Let ya all know if anyone see this or not I never know But keeping a public record 
9. 8:24 Bella comes to the nest after I posted this so adding Odd that she found the squirrel that the snake had lost on the side of the nest I didn't think the snake had a lump in it when it slithered out of the nest How did Bella know that was there has me scratching my head and it looks so stiff

8. 2:56 Part 4  and final BLACK snake exits the nest  full of a squirrel although I didn't see the lump its should have left in the snakes body  HMMMM did it get away or dropped it  Can"t tell another mystery as the Nest Turns

7. 2:39 Part 3 YEP still the black snake  No Ozzy so we watch what is in the nest at the time LOL

6. 2:36 Snake still in nest squirrel is being eatin near stump area  Now we know why she didn't come down is cause she wasn't in attic she flew the coupe  Fledge on us

5.2:29 While Ozzy was away a SNAKE came with its Squirrel to play and eat YOU CAN HEAR her wings flap at not to far past when snake entered Poor gal felt a threat by the snake 

 

4. 3:05 NCTC scans attic and Another MILESTONE  FLEDGE we have no more Ozzy in the nest  I am sure she will find her way home  they all seem to

2. 2:19 Ozzy another MILESTONE  flies from stump to back stump or they call ladder stump  I THINK THE  NOISESHE WAS MAKING WAS letting the SNAKE know she was there may have forced her out of the nest Not knowing what it was  Who knows but right after she went up the snake appeared

Using blog as a way to record pic and videos  We have them on FB but those are groups you must join  This is for all public to see We previously used this as a communication blog  but no longer since our Matriarch Jo died. JO you  are missed. This blog was started because of her in 2006  She loved it so!  Nest has been around since 2004! I am sure JO  will approve of the blog being used like this  Well at least I hope so!
