This is the first night I have seen Palmer uncovered.

don't use control plus the "home" or "end." Once your cursor is out of the typing box, just hit home or end.
Of course, my son says netbooks combines their buttons different so you may have to check around to determine which buttons will work for you.
Oh My Goodness, BEagle - you don't need to hit the CTRL key with Home or End.........WHOo Hooo

Falling asleep in my chair again. Need to get ready for bed. I really worked today....washed two loads of little boy clothes and put them away, made up beds, straightened the toy room, cleaned the kitchen after three meals, and of course, worked in the yard. And, kept an eye on Jacob. Going up the stairs is a work out in itself. I am plumb tuckered.

I'm late as usual, but to anyone still awake, hi.
I have the tv on and watching an oldie, "Palm Springs Weekend" (1963)with Connie Stevens, Tab Hunter, Ty Hardin, Michelle Lee and Jerry VanDyke. Can't remember the names of the others. I'm really bad with names, though I recognize faces and Jim is in bed; he usually helps me.
This is his 7 day, 12 hour week (except Sunday - and the guys will be trout fishing). Trout season opens here tomorrow.
Movie is over and I'm "surfing" for something else to watch until my meds kick in.
I'll say goodnight now before I type something I shouldn't. It's the meds...

RE the Delta nests.... Last year I along with some of you watched periodically the nest that was a small old hawk nest. One of the eaglets fell out and they put a net under it after that. Is that the nest that is gone now? And the Delta new cam is a different one now?

Fell asleep in front of the TV again. Now I can't get back to sleep. Lynne, I used to fall asleep in 5 minutes or less, and sleep for 8-9 hours. Boy, those days are gone! Sleep now whenever I can manage it!
Will say goodnight and try again for some zzzzzzs. Prayers said for everyone, especially Chrissy & family! Gonna buy a Lotto ticket tomorrow. Sleep tight, with sweet dreams, and I'll talk to you in the morning light. The night light is on, the porch light too, and the eye scanner is enabled. God bless! Love all you guys! :o]

Just read on Larry's Loon blog that he is rebuilding the platform for the loon nest. Cam will have night vision and sound this year and should be up in the next couple of weeks!
the little local garden center where I used to work springs and summers has been bought by a woman who used to go there as a child and loved it...she has been restoring it back to the beautiful place it once was and today is the Grand Opening! I've been stopping by to watch the progress...it looks really nice and she has put in SOOOO much work. It was a mess. She says there is a baby Dawn Redwood tree growing there and whoever finds it gets a free plant! I intend to find that little sucker!

Well, I just checked the Cocker rescue site to see if Pearl (that's what they named her) had been posted up for adoption yet. She's there and here is the link for her. It's a great story they made out of the details I gave them, right up to the end where they make it look like that instead of helping her the best way I could, I further ruined her life by calling animal control. I guess they feel I did a terrible thing by contacting them and animal control to get help for her. It sure doesn't mention how I called THEM first before animal control and how they didn't get back to me in time. They even had the balls to write it this way after they asked if I would foster her, and had me go online to fill out the foster paperwork! Well, I never heard back from them and THIS is the thanks I get for all my efforts. Well, they got a very tearful earful from me via their voicemail. Sometimes it really feels like no matter what I try to do it just isn't ever good enough. My mother told me that for years...maybe she was right.
