🥚 rolls 12:15 pm /12:36/1258 and giant ants LOL shuggles
1215 pm Scout is up off the eggs again, he checks rolls the eggs then resumes incubation facing 9 o’clock on cam 2.1237 pm Scout is up again, he checks and rolls the eggs then resumes incubation facing 3 now.
138 pm Bella is back, she brought a small bundle of bedding with her. Nice view of the eggs on cam 3 during the switch.
139 pm Scout exits the nest. Bella checks and rolls the eggs, incubation resumes.
Scout heads toward the DCT but then banks to the left and heads to the river.
Switch to Bella
Current Temp 81 F and all I can say is wowsers! Enjoy
144 pm Bella gets up off the eggs, she looks down and checks them, works on loosening the bedding. Very warm incubating today.
145 pm Bella repositions herself rolls the eggs does some more aerating than incubation resumes. Bella is now facing 6 on cam 2.
2 pm Bella rises up off the eggs looks down. Works on the egg cup a bit, scratches an itch does a wee bit of preening then checks and rolls the eggs. Bella is incubating facing 9 now.
220 🥚 rolls
221 pm Bella aerates the egg cup region; looks at the eggs again, looks up then rolls her eggs. More aerating.
222 pm Bella does some more digging, she has feather fluff in her beak.223 pm Bella rolls the eggs again loosens the bedding that is in front of the eggs. Resumes incubation.
308 back up for another dig and roll
338 pm Scout lands with some bedding. He bows while standing on the crib rails. Bella is not getting up yet.
340 pm Scout shuggles, shakes his coat feathers out.
341 pm Bella moves to the crib rails at the back porch and exits from there. She flies toward the grove and the DCT and beyond headed toward the river.
Scout moves in and takes over incubation duty.
Switch to Scout.
352pm Scout stands up and repositions. He rolls the eggs and aerates the egg bole while looking around the field.
353pm Scout resumes incubating.
432pm Scout gets up and shakes his feathers out.
433pm scout repositions, aerates the egg bole, egg rolls and shimmys back in.
340 pm Scout shuggles, shakes his coat feathers out.
341 pm Bella moves to the crib rails at the back porch and exits from there. She flies toward the grove and the DCT and beyond headed toward the river.
Scout moves in and takes over incubation duty.
Switch to Scout.
352pm Scout stands up and repositions. He rolls the eggs and aerates the egg bole while looking around the field.
353pm Scout resumes incubating.
432pm Scout gets up and shakes his feathers out.
433pm scout repositions, aerates the egg bole, egg rolls and shimmys back in.
511pm Here's comes Bella flying in from the river cam 1. Scout chortles at Bella in the attic.
515pm Scout calls out looking up at the attic. He backs out of the egg bole waiting on Bella to takes over incubation.
516pm Bella’s in, Scout exits to the DCT. Switch to Bella.
517pm Bella aerates the egg bole, egg rolls and takes over incubation duty. Bella's panting. It's 83°F at the nest.
520 Scout exits DCT Circles the field past the nest toward NCTC. Buildings/river area.
515pm Scout calls out looking up at the attic. He backs out of the egg bole waiting on Bella to takes over incubation.
516pm Bella’s in, Scout exits to the DCT. Switch to Bella.
517pm Bella aerates the egg bole, egg rolls and takes over incubation duty. Bella's panting. It's 83°F at the nest.
520 Scout exits DCT Circles the field past the nest toward NCTC. Buildings/river area.
542 another eggy roll
