Good Golly - eagles in the nest.

Travelers safely home and travelers headed out. Hope all is good.

Now Sharon - get thee to a doctor. My cousin,on trying to scrape off a corn on her foot nicked herself. She treated it for weeks and it only got worse. In the last few weeks she has had 2 surgeries to remove all her toes on that foot as the infection got so bad. Please, please do not hesitate any longer. We all love you.

106 days until Christmas - got my first Christmas catalog in the mail on Saturday. The earliest ever.

Take care all!

Good evening all...

I see reports of Belle and Shep in the nest...hurrah...this is wonderful and thank you JUDYE for the pictures. I am glad they are well. I suppose Missy and Bro are long gone now and I hope they fared well in the storms if they are still out there in your area.

SHAR I am concerned about your foot...

SANDI I might wait till they are on sale before I buy those socks...time will tell.

Today the weather certainly turned. Two major rain storms and I was very glad to have my coat...

I went to visit some good friends and spent the afternoon there. I love their view of the lake and I love their garden. It rained while we were looking at the garden so I had to put my iphone away.

All is well here and still no socks...will I make it till the third week of September??? I will see...

I will go post the pictures on FB

Sandi, we just had rain, no lightening or thunder.

Lori, we do eat the fish we catch! These were some that I had put away in the freezer, so now we need to go catch some more! Didn't fish this weekend. Got about 1 dz crabs in the pots, so Michael and Laura went out and bought a couple more dozen and we had crabs today.

Have only seen one osprey hanging around...think the kids have dispersed.

Very cool here tonight! 59°

Once again, stopping in to say Good Night...

I learned, today, that a pain pill and an anxiety (nerve) pill helps GG's breathing difficulties tremendously...this may be what I will have to do when it is time for the wedding. I will still discuss it with her doctor, Wednesday.

Good Night my friends, love and prayers for you all♥

Hoda said...

Good morning,

Nice to be back in our own house, though things are a jumble here now.

Hunter is off to school.

Pepsi the cat was next door, and for the first time, he let us pat him. He even purred for me. We have been putting food on the neighbor's front porch for him, and he ate it all this morning.

He followed me about half-way home.

It seems that Pepsi has been visiting neighbors up and down the street for some time, so he has lots of friends, though he is a bit skittish.

Did get some pictures. Going to try to post one.

stronghunter said...

Pepsi is on my blog.

Lori O. said...

OH Shirley! PEPSI is a tuxedo cat, with his little white bib in front! How cute, but so sad. Thanks for feeding him. ♥

Lori O. said...

I'm off in a few min...just wanted to say have a great day all! I'll check in later and be watching the still cam!!!

Linda said...

Good Morning!

PEPSI - looks like my Mom's cat that my brother and sister-in-law took in after she died. Great cat. Our neighbor next door has one like that too and he spends more time in our yard than hers!!

Hoping to hear SHAR is taking care of her leg today!!!

LORI - Good Morning to you :)

WANDA - Hope the combination of pills helps GG. Bless her dear heart. Dennis' Mom used to say it was hard to be as old as she was. She lived a wonderful 90 years!

Hope everyone enjoys our cool crisp weather.

xoxo

Pepsi's mom left food here for us to put out for him. He has been so spooked that they cannot get near him. Today is the first time he has let me touch him.
