Judy, some days are good, some are not too good. I wish this would stabilize.
I've been alittle bummed after going to the regular doc on Monday. Need to have a sleep test, and she refered me to a Pulmonologist said she thinks a scar I have on my lung is pulmonary fibrosis. She didn't think that when she looked at it 2 years ago, so I'm confused. Also have to have one of those tubes down the throat tests again. Just seems like a lot...for me.
It wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion on it before going that route I would not like that test either

I just love my desktop weather channel that got downloaded today when I was trying to get the cam up by reinstalling the flashplayer really nice I had the weather bug before but uninstalled it because of sluggish puter but this seems to be fine for now anyway

its the same loudness as in the past on my end
definitely some complaining I love it been such a long time it seems I just wish the fly would go away

Tree is planted, thanks to Will. Much easier for him than for me. He is mulching trees now. I had bought some bags--two, I think. Might need more.

Made reservations to leave her with the vet while we are gone to the beach. He really is a nice young man. He remarked on the amount of water she drank the last time we boarded her there. Also, he was ready to talk about our trip to Canada in Sept.
Happy Birthday to Jack. He got a delivery this afternoon and he is opening his box right now. He ordered himself a new telescope. His birthday is next Tuesday, but I told him he could open the box now.
Oh, a telescope for Jack. You can enjoy that on your trips.

24 of 100 turtle nest(that were marked) were destoryed in Debby but while they were checking it out they found 38 more nest Cool huh

I went to my noon yoga class and it was with the teacher who pushes to the limit and I wondered how it was going to be for me having not been in class for two weeks. I did very well and I feel great...spine was adjusted from the motions.
I went to Georama and got herbs and a shrub and now I have plants to look after for the remainder of the summer and the shrub can survive the winter outdoors they told me. It has pretty pink flowers and I am very pleased with it...I will take pictures.
It is hot in Nelson. I found a lot more post at the post office, I will never catch up as there was still letters to deal with after my catch up session in the morning. JUDYE thank you very very much. The eagle beads arrived and they are lovely and I am so very grateful to have them. I have not opened the rest of the post but this I did open...
Good to know that JUDIE is alright and it is only a virus for her computer...I hope it clears soon.

Didn't get the cam up at work today, but now I see nest is empty. I heard a clunk and then a short melody!!!!Do they have a radio?????
Maybe it's cooky today due to the date!I was the only one at Chelsea and decided to get out of Dodge when I walked in a room and a tall box tipped over on the other side! After that, cartoon-like voices and music seemed to be coming from Bubba, the big stuffed fish! I looked around for any leftover cell phones or 'puter games & didn't see any!
Animals there today were one fawn nibbling at far end of field, but the wonderful goose family sat and posed most of the day at edge of pond. I put their picture in the Nook.
I thought with weather much better, we'd see lots more animals, but not happening.

Phew, it's been a busy day today!
We have had some interesting weather, too. It was in the low
80s, very humid, but no rain. Did have lightning in the sky late this morning, though. That was sort of crazy.
I managed to get all the doctor's reports finished, and took them to the post office this morning. Late today I got more reports to do in the mail! That's a good thing.
Nothing like job security! They want me to rush these, so I'll do them over the weekend and send them back on Monday. None of the post offices around here are open on Saturday anymore.
Wow, Lolly! You and Jack are shaking and baking, aren't you? Just hang on, and ride it out! Reminds me of when I was a kid and we lived near San Francisco. We had a pretty strong quake (houses in San Francisco had all the water slosh out of their toilets!!), and for a couple of weeks afterward, we would have random aftershocks. We had a long hall in our apartment, and the aftershocks would cause you to bounce back and forth off the walls while you walked down the hall! We actually kind of got used to it! Crazy.
Sorry to hear that Judie has a computer virus! Hope Darth is able to troubleshoot so they can rejoin us soon!
Shirley, glad to see that your tree is planted! I have 3 new plants that I need to get in the ground, but I'm waiting to ask our gardener to readjust our front sprinklers, or change the sprinkler heads, because the water is not getting to that particular flower bed. When they're finally planted, I'll take a picture.
Miss Emma is sure not fond of the hot weather we've been having. When I went shopping today, I came home to find her about 4" from the front of our big fan I had running in the living room! She was grinning from ear to ear! I really need to get a carding knife and work on her coat. Will order one this weekend. She has such a thick undercoat it's unreal. She's frightened to death of clippers and hair dryers, so need to try plan B.
I'm taking care of Sis-in-law's bulldogs again this weekend--except for Saturday night. Our nephew will fill in then. Ken and I have tickets to the Pageant of the Masters and the Laguna Art Festival for tomorrow! Can't wait--it's literally been decades since we were there! Should be lots of fun.
Well, going to call it a day. We'll be up past our bedtime tomorrow, so need to be sure to get enough sleep tonight. Prayers have been said for everyone, and every creature. The porch light is on, and both security systems are enabled. Sleep well, everyone, with SED. God bless, and goodnight.

Good Saturday morning to one and all.
After a successful week of work...and the kids closing on the house and moving their physical selves to their space....today we begin to move furbabies and the rest of the kids' stuff...ie lap top, kindle, assorted odds and ends, food from freezer....lol.
Its been a quiet couple of nights and for that I am thankful. Mentally I have been wiped out the last couple of days. Work has been good....but just tired.
Livvy completed her summer camp for the year yesterday. She finally got to ride the horses.., That's usually the "big" wish for all kids at that camp...but they have all sorts of great activities as I've said: archery, zip lining, swimming, playing with farm animals, gardening, hiking, etc. I wish I could take about 2 weeks of my summer and just vacation there, lol.
It is still moist and rainy here. Amazing how the grass has transformed from a dry, September brown to a lush green once again. And hummingbirds are appearing like mad!
Today at noon we are going with Chelsea and Chris to the ultrasound to find out the burning question: boy or girl. This is one of those 3D ultrasounds....I never had one of those with my kids. Lol. Chelsea can hardly believe I never had an ultrasound with her; I didn't know she was a she til she was born. My mom "knew"...but mom was intuitive like that.
Anyway, a nice rainy quiet day here. Do some housework, get my stuff back in order and move one of Chelsea's cats back to her house. Maybe the dogs if Chris gets their gate fixed....and then early in the week, the 2nd cat. :) Hey, I'll be back down to 3 dogs, 2 cats adn bunny.

Good morning everyone. Back form coffee and dog treats. Dex is feeling better than a couple of days ago but still not digesting food the way he needs to. Hmm. I have not changed anything in his diet. He is pretty good though and playful this morning. Maybe just a bug passing through. Does the kitten have a new name. I missed it. What is it Who is he. Hi "alias Bugsy".

Nothing is on the agenda for today. Had planned for the family to be here on Sunday for Jack's birthday, but looks like they will all be here Tuesday for his birthday. Michael and Ashley's 14th anniversary is Wed and Michael surprised her with a trip to Napa this weekend. So they are drinking lots of wine and good food this weekend.
They had a birthday cake for him at their rehearsal dinner 14 years ago. However, he had to pay for everyone's dinner. LOL And, the rehearsal dinner in Dallas was almost as expensive as Laurel's reception the year before. Yikes!

Sharing my status update from FB. It's been an exciting morning in my neighborhood :-)
I would know that call anywhere. I have heard it a million times. I even checked to see if i had left one of the live eagle cams on. BUT no it was a juvie in my neighbors pine tree. By the time I traced the osudn I saw him take off and heard the call down the road towards the park. Sure enough 3 of them are soaring and playing together and headed towards the Rock River. What an exciting call to hear out my window. :-)
Prayers for those trapped in the mudslide. How very tragic. Burger pasta hmmm sounds kind of good. I am hungry. Off to fix lunch. BLT with local grown tomato.

HODA I don't thinks its your Abode because its affecting all of us I did go in yesterday and redid mine but it didn't help as we can see I keep getting the twirly arrow after I get it up I just wonder if they know this is a issue people of the OD channel are having issues make sure your abode is 11 which mine is I thinks is just a camera issue affecting us all

No way to properly thank you all for your beautiful expressions of comfort, cheer and concern over the last 7+ weeks ! I've just been going over all the cards, notes, e-mails, pictures of posies, eagle memorabilia and memories of beautiful flowers and phone calls---reliving once more the joy you wonderful friends brought me. Of course, the tears are flowing as I marvel in the depth of love you've shown for someone most of you have never set eyes on ! Your Momster thoughts and prayers brought me through some really horrible pain and continue to strengthen me as recovery continues. I'm just beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel and I thank you !
At last I feel up to taking a look at our nest and blog and hope I never again lose touch for such a long period of time ! I've taken pleasure in the reports of Missy n' Bro as they fledged and continue to return occasionally. Hoping to see Belle and Shep as they wind up a very successful year and begin to set the scene for our 2013 viewing pleasure.

On the osprey nests at the river house: Kathryn says that one nest is now empty, and that when they went by the other one on the boat, three heads popped over the edge.

Good videos on Harmon JUDYE. It never fails to surprise me as to how large the nests are...the adult man sat in the nest and there was room to spare, a lot of room to spare. I am glad they managed to save Harmon.
