GOOD MORNING EAGLE BUDDIES!!!---Thanks STEVE --- CONGRATS! Thanks for the new thread, Steven, and the heads up, Megan. And good morning to both of you. Good morning Helen. You're gonna have fun today! You and Ceil both. Give the girls a hug for me.
Our PA falcon just walked off cam, very carefully over the kids. And egg. They're trying to get settled and they were wiggling so much, she kept bouncing on them. Now they're making their own pyramid to go to sleep. Not around the egg, tho, so wonder if that will hatch. We'll see. Think the site said she had one last year that also didn't hatch. Darn.
Good grief, what a bunch of wiggle worms! Those little babies just do not stay still. Mom just came back and poked them to wake them up, so naturally the first thing one did was open mouth very wide. Too cute.
I remember that too--SUZANNE---Remember the EGG seemed to be there forever!!-- The FALCON CHICKS are hungry!!---When they heard MOM/DAD---little mouths opened!!---FUZZY LITTLE BEAUTIES!!
Morning Wanda, Suzanne, Norma, Mits and VIcky:) Beautiful morning here, sunny and 48°. Mockingbird is singing nonstop, so much he should soon have laryngitis.Yesterday I had a male indigo bunting and an oriole in the yard. Poor male wren is still a wreck, he spent all day following me around:( I must have chased him out of the gfh at least 5 times. Too much to do, off to the garden Have a great day everyone!
Megan, so sorry to hear about your wrens! That is so sad. I hope the male finds another mate and can get another clutch going. Think they still have time for babies. Think mine may fledge this weekend. They are as big as the mom now.
MEGAN---Did I tell you I have a red headed woodpecker's nest in a locust tree!!!----I happened to catch her going in the hole Sun.---I would LOVE to see your indigo bunting---Have never seen one!!----
My mother found three abandoned kittens this weekend, and I'm taking care of them until they're old enough to adopt out. About three weeks old, so cute!
I'll post pics and updated on my blog, I think most of you have the URL already...
Oh -- and my diamond doves laid a new clutch, and one has an embryo! Woohoo! I don't know which female laid the eggs, there were only two (one got broken), but both females and the male are incubating the egg.
Good grief, just did a refresh and google kicked me totally out. Had to create, or recreate my account yet again. Have to say, haven't had to do that for a while, tho. Looks like Belle is eating whatever she brought to the nest. And the PA kids finally got settled, so here comes mom with something to eat. So she's eating. Till one of them notices and starts begging.
Hey, Delphia. Sounds like you're gonna have a baby there soon! I'm glad someone responsible found the kittens! Hate it when people just dump animals like they're trash! Be careful, they'll steal your heart!
MORNIN' BIRD GIRL!!---You have such interesting happenings at your place!!---I AGREE with SUZANNE---those little kittens will steal your heart!!---Don't look them in the eyes---you will be HOOKED then!!! ho!
I guess BELLE was cleaning out the nest???-----#2 (i think) was afraid he was going to miss something!!---WOW!!--It gets harder every day to tell #1& #2 apart!!----Has #1 found food?
MORNIN' DEB!!---Been lonesome on here---just SUZANNE & I--WELCOME!!---HELEN & CEIL are with M&M!!---MEGAN pops in with GOOD NEWS every now & then!!---We are at 54°--expecting to reach 70s---No more SNOWY DAYS in SD!!
Let's hope so, Norma. There are still people without power from the blizzard in the Black Hills last Thursday and Friday. 3,000 poles down, so it will be awhile to get them all back up.
GOOD MORNING AGAIN... DELPHIA, hope I caught you before you get too far away. I wanted you to see photos of the smallest town in Arizona, called "Nothing, Az.--Population, 4". Can't remember how close it is to Phoenix. Wondered if you ever heard of it? Look on my "Wanda's Wishes" blog.
DEB, glad you are on here. Wanted to tell you that we dispose of any snakes around our house because they eat our baby birds. We'd rather have birds than snakes. A black snake got my Mom's baby Bluebirds last Summer, so they are a real menace to us. They crawl right up the pole and put their heads into the nest.
Good morning everyone!! 69 here and woke to a thunder storm. Has passed now, it was a good rain. Looks like I will be indoors again today. As, my two year old grandson would say, BUMMER!
Last week we walked to the duck pond. There were no baby ducks in one particular area, he said "No ducks, BUMMER!" LOL
Euwwwwwwww!!!!! Talk of snakes! I am beginning to think you definitly have more snakes than we have here in TX. Have not seen a big snake in a couple of years and I live in my yard.
Hi everybody. Both BWO ospreys ate, then took off a couple minutes ago. Eggs are unattended. Sure hope one of them comes back soon. Norma, I did see where Lisa has pics posted of the intruder returning to the nest last Tues. I sure hope that stops soon, these guys need a break after last year!
SUZANNE----I enjoy LISA'S COMMENTS too!!---Doesn't she keep everyone up to date!!---Such interesting stories too!!---Did you see the wing span on that one OSPREY!!!---WOW!
When one of them is up by the tree, it sure makes that one look big, doesn't it? Now they look smaller back by Lib's perch. Norma, I love Lisa's posts, she sure is knowledgeable! PA babies are alone again. Mom has had a time trying to shade them, they just want to wiggle!
Lolly, Spunky liked Lib's perch at the back of the nest. 12 o'clock position. One of the eagles is almost standing there now. When they stand and take off from there, can't see their heads.
Deb and Wanda snakes ekkkk They leave me alone I leave them alone. I better hadn't see one going after my "blue birds". Hubby will be having a crazy woman yelling at him....get it...don't let it get my babies....NOW...GO....Get it away....!!!
Watching the STORKS in GERMANY--"CICO & LUNA"!----LUNA is on the nest now!!---She is so beautiful----We watched them last year!!---5 egg clutch---but they have had some trouble with damaged eggs too!!---
My comment page is posting crazy. I read one type one. Mine post and someone else's might post but back one or two someone else posted. I'll have to keep an eye on that....
Hi Jo ( : won't be on too long this am. Got an appt afternoon..
Sorry Friends I'll have to try this another time. Not working for me. Need to get back to the bed. Miss everyone very very much....take care of our 3 eaglets and other babies. Pray for some baby Osprey at BWO ... bye
MORNIN' JO!!---How have you been feeling?---Haven't seen you much lately---But I think you are afternoon & I'm morning----ho! It's getting warmer here---62°!!
WANDA---I haven't been with the program all day!!----Have had to sign in 5 times---then can't get back in---WHOA!!---It's my COMPUTER!!---ho!!----Try THAT!!!
Wanda - you're ok! Just to let you know that I too saw a beautiful sun turn into a monster - scared the daylights out of me & then I had a really good bellyl laugh!
You West Virginians are noted for quite a good many important things. It is great you can brag about this one! 100 years ago, since I am in my 60's, really isn't that long ago.
Both of the osprey Finland nests are beautiful. Mits said days are longer now in Finland-so last night it was only 4am over there but really bright & sunny! Norma - did either of the links I sent you in an email open for those 2 Finland nests?
The 'LITTLE PRINCE' was on a log eating bamboo!!---Slid down & under the log to find a much larger piece of bamboo!!---You can find him if you look for a movin' limb!! WATCH!!---The LITTLE IMP IS DOING THE MOVING!!----LOVE HIM!!
NO JO!!---I can't figure what is wrong!!---I went through every FINLAND OSPREY SITE on the computer!!---Some (like yours) pulls up the site---but I only get the ads on the left side----nothing in the middle!!---I went through them all---Must be one thing blocking me from getting to see the nest!!!---Thanks!!
JIM--Which FINNY SITE are you watching?----Is it the one we watched last year that had the artificial nest???----It was up so high you could see animals way below the nest!!
Wow, morning all! Jim, we now have 2 eggs in Finney's nest! First one was there yesterday, but don't know when it was laid. Saw the 2nd egg this morning. I'll send ya a pic. And thanks, can't wait to get outta here and get home and open my windows! Love the fresh air, and the cats love all the new smells.
HELLO BEAUTIFUL GEULA!!!---All kinds of sounds have been heard this a.m.---Think the "AWESOME 3" have gotten used to them!!---What's happening at your place??
Look at the PA falcon kids! All 4 have their mouths wide open. One parent just left was over them, and this one was standing on the side, but now getting over the babies. Adorable!
Yes, it's the finny nest from last year. I don't know if it's an artificial nest or not, but it is high up, and you can see all the trees and animals like moose and storks in the area. (Haven't seen any animals yet this season.)
Try this clickable link, I just tested it and it works on this machine at this point in time and space.

Jokes You Can Tell In Church
Attending a wedding for the first time, a little girl whispered to her mother, 'Why is the bride dressed in white?' The mother replied, 'Because white is the color of happiness, and today is the happiest day of her life.' The child thought about this for a moment then said, 'So why is the groom wearing black?' ~~~~~~~~~~~~
A little girl, dressed in her Sunday best, was running as fast as she could, trying not to be late for Bible class. As she ran she prayed, 'Dear Lord, please don't let me be late! Dear Lord, please don't let me be late!' While she was running and praying, she tripped on a curb and fell, getting her clothes dirty and tearing her dress. She got up, brushed herself off, and started running again! As she ran she once again began to pray, 'Dear Lord, please don't let me be late...but please don't shove me either!' ~~~~~~~~~~~~
Three boys are in the school yard bragging about their fathers. The first boy says, 'My Dad scribbles a few words on a piece of paper, he calls it a poem, they give him $50.' The second boy says, 'That's nothing. My Dad scribbles a few words on a piece of paper, he calls it a song, they give him $100.' The third boy says, 'I got you both beat. My Dad scribbles a few words on a piece of paper, he calls it a sermon, and it takes eight people to collect all the money!' ~~~~~~~~~~~~ An elderly woman died last month. Having never married, she requested no male pallbearers. In her handwritten instructions for her memorial service, she wrote, 'They wouldn't take me out while I was alive, I don't want them to take me out when I'm dead.' ~~~~~~~~~~~~
A police recruit was asked during the exam, 'What would you do if you had to arrest your own mother?' He answered, 'Call for backup.' ~~~~~~~~~~~~
A Sunday School teacher asked her class why Joseph and Mary took Jesus with them to Jerusalem A small child replied, 'They couldn't get a baby-sitter.' ~~~~~~~~~~~~
A Sunday school teacher was discussing the Ten Commandments with her five and six year olds. After explaining the commandment to 'Honor thy father and thy mother,' she asked, 'Is there a commandment that teaches us how to treat our brothers and sisters?' Without missing a beat, one little boy answered, 'Thou shall not kill.' ~~~~~~~~~~~~
At Sunday School, they were teaching how God created everything, including human beings. Little Johnny seemed especially intent when they told him how Eve was created out of one of Adam's ribs. Later in the week his mother noticed him lying down as though he were ill, and she said, 'Johnny, what is the matter?' Little Johnny responded, 'I have a pain in my side. I think I'm going to have a wife.' ~~~~~~~~~~~~
Two boys were walking home from Sunday school after hearing a strong preaching on the devil. One said to the other, 'What do you think about all this Satan stuff?' The other boy replied, 'Well, you know how Santa Claus turned out. It's probably just your Dad.'
My feed is up, and I just saw a very extended excercising of the wings by one of the chicks (white spot on belly). It flapped strongly from end to end and side to side of the nest, and I think it's getting a tiny bit of loft now.
Same chick still tearing at fish, other chick picking at leftovers I guess back by cam. Third chick practicing wing flaps. Headed back outside, running out of daylight.
Watching back on the tape to the fish drop Megan was talking about around 7 tonight - really funny, when Dad show up without Mom, the chicks steal that fish right away from Lib. When Mom is there, they let her feed them.
Mom also dropped in twice, one without fluff, once with. She put away all the sticks from the middle of the nest and fluffed up the nest for the night.
Good Evening Eagle Buddies. Just got a chance to check cam & blog & Spidey is crawling around!!!!!! At Park today, the eagle nest is 90% covered by leaves :>( , however, our osprey cam showed 2 new bobbleheads!!!One egg to go.Hope I got a pic that's ok. Try to dwnld tomorrow.
Good morning, world. Beautiful night out, 52° in PA and 61° here already. Supposed to get warm today, then rain and cool off again. Well, guess we still need the rain! spidey's web is going around in circles, and you can almost see one eaglet between the strands. Both BW kids are asleep. BWO osprey asleep, jackdaw asleep on eggs, and both Finland nests have sitting birds on them. Not sleeping, it's lunch time over there. Good grief, the world sleeps and I'm sitting here typing. All have a great eagle/panda day. Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!
Bw kids are awake and all over the nest, and so are our kids. Looks like at least one is awake and moving all over. Think the other 2 are still asleep. We've had multiple egg turnings in Finney's nest, but other nest osprey hasn't gotten up to let me see. There were no eggs there yesterday.
OMG, we have an egg in the 2nd Finland nest! At least there is something in there that is white and shaped like an osprey egg. Can't enlarge pic there, egg is just off cam view when you enlarge pic. Darn. But we do have an egg! Hope the osprey are successful this year at this nest!!
PA falcon trying to catch a few zzzzzzzz's, and the one unhatched egg is right in front of cam. Not really under her now, she's pushed it out. Has the babies under her. Getting light in NBG and can see an adult in the nest, but too dark to see baby.
Well mom falcon just scooted and brought the egg back under her wing. So maybe the kids pushed dit out trying to make more room. Time will tell if it hatches.
Morning, Megan. Sorry to hear about the live feed, but that's becomming normal. Wish you could get the 30 sec cam, though! Kids aren't doing anything, one was up on right side of perch, but now is in the nest with the other 2. All 3 are just laying in the center of the nest.
Wow, BWE parent in nest, hopefully feeding chicks! NBG getting fed. That little guy gets really big bites! Haven't seen an adult in our nest yet, so they're probably still shopping.
Turkeys are in PA, and BW parent has not shared one single bite with the kids. I am amazed that these eaglets have grown and lived this long!!! I sure hope they reach maturity and find mates who had parents like Lib and Belle, or their kids will starve.
Megan, I hope your flowers are just growing and beautiful. I just love flowers.
SUZANNE Hope Gypsy and her kitties are doing ok.
Keep up the blogging as I can get to read that sometimes after school in my room. Miss being with you all, but I think we have only 21 days left of school days. So summer break looks like it is getting closer. :)
DANA Hoipe you will feel better soon. WANDA thanks for the pics of Fremont St. I just got a glimpse at school last night. Can't wait to get a better look.
Oh well, can't seem to get this finished. Hello and welcome to all the newbies; miss all you regulars soooo very much. You are always in my thoughts and prayers. People starting to come in, so got to go. Keep up the blogging. It is the only way I can keep in touch right now.
Both parents in NBG. Female (think) that was there rearranged some sticks and cleaned off more bark. Now think that's dad gonna feed the chick again. Awww, he gives little bites, how cute is that!

SJ---FEEDING TIME---hard to see the little ones!!!
Too bad they eat the birds, Wanda. I had a big bull snake in my yard the air conditioner man found. I never did see it, but he said it was big.
DEB!!--That's terrible!!!---I am glad you have power!!
MORNIN' WANDA---LOLLY & PAULA!!---
LOLLY---Wishing you a "BUMMER-LESS' DAY!----
Euwwwwwwww!!!!! Talk of snakes! I am beginning to think you definitly have more snakes than we have here in TX. Have not seen a big snake in a couple of years and I live in my yard.
Thanks Norma! I may have to stay inside and clean closets if it is raining! And, that is a big BUMMER! Or, maybe I could just sit here all day! LOL
Did you folks see that!!---#3 was toddling over to edge & #2 EAGLET--put his wing out over her back & she stopped!!!----COOL!!!
Oh, we have an osprey back, but is it mom or dad or intruder????
Good Morning ALL
Looks to be a fine warm day today.
Love the movenment on the LF....
Been out awhile never will catch up. Here for alittle awhile this morning.
SU LIN is on display at SD ZOO!!---I have seen LITTLE PRECIOUS for a week or two!!----Has anyone else seen her??

MORNIN' LOVELY DANA!!---I have been watching the DONKEYS for you!! ho!----Hope you are feeling better!!!---MISS YOU!!!

SUZANNE----I enjoy LISA'S COMMENTS too!!---Doesn't she keep everyone up to date!!---Such interesting stories too!!---Did you see the wing span on that one OSPREY!!!---WOW!
DANA---She/He seems to spend most of her time in SPUNKY'S place!!!------reminds me of her!!!
Norma I see Sun Lin she is a big girl now. Isn't she?
Question....you often mention the place Spunky liked. What position is that? There at the front of the nest?
SORRY DANA---I confused #1 with #3!!---you were talking about #1 & I was talking about #3---(coughing too much)!!
Back of nest would be 12 o'clock position
Either dad just now took over, or mom finally got that feather off her beak. No, this is dad I think.
LOLLY---She always stood alone --facing NORTH!! She was #3 in her family too!!
Lolly, Spunky liked Lib's perch at the back of the nest. 12 o'clock position. One of the eagles is almost standing there now. When they stand and take off from there, can't see their heads.
Dana, nice to see you this morning. I hope you are feeling better.
It's ok Norma anymore I live in a confused state lol
I have to wait for them to stand to try and figure out who is who.
Gotcha! Thanks!
Time to turn the computer over and go read the paper. BBL

Live feed is working. It's 58° and overcast, rising to 69° or so with sun later.
Today may be the last of the apt. painting, which requires removing everything from the patio and landing.
Things are definitely looking up.
Gotta go temporarily, see you later.

MORNIN' JO!!---How have you been feeling?---Haven't seen you much lately---But I think you are afternoon & I'm morning----ho! It's getting warmer here---62°!!

JO--That's how I read it---It is a male OSPREY!---
What on earth is in our nest?!
Does anyone else see that strang object or am I halucinating again?
OK, I refreshed and it is gone now. I need a vacation!
It sounds like there is heavy equiptment moving around the nest tree. Maybe farm machinery. Eaglets are really alert and looking around.
WANDA---I haven't been with the program all day!!----Have had to sign in 5 times---then can't get back in---WHOA!!---It's my COMPUTER!!---ho!!----Try THAT!!!

Safe trip home, great day, Suzanne....
I think the Finny Osprey of 2008 is very close to laying her first egg.

I have a question.....isn't the sycamore tree supposed to get leaves?
just curious...
Look at the PA falcon kids! All 4 have their mouths wide open. One parent just left was over them, and this one was standing on the side, but now getting over the babies. Adorable!
It will, Geula. Some trees get their leaves earlier than others.
Time for me to hit the road. All have a great eagle/panda day. Gonna head home and open windows! Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!
All is well here...Tonight and tomorrow is Israeli Memorial Day and tomorrow night starts Israel's 60th Independence Day!
It's hard to go from such a sad day to such a happy one! But we have a lot of fireworks and festivities
Bye Suzanne, enjoy the day!
Just tuned in to see a fantastic jumping show! lol

MISS NORMA...check your email if you are having trouble getting Finny's nest.
walking by to grab a drink- lost the live feed here
Morning, Norma, and all.

Attending a wedding for the first time, a little girl whispered to her mother, 'Why is the bride dressed in white?' The mother replied, 'Because white is the color of happiness, and today is the happiest day of her life.' The child thought about this for a moment then said, 'So why is the groom wearing black?'

As she ran she once again began to pray, 'Dear Lord, please don't let me be late...but please don't shove me either!'

My Dad scribbles a few words on a piece of paper, he calls it a sermon, and it takes eight people to collect all the money!'

An elderly woman died last month. Having never married, she requested no male pallbearers. In her handwritten instructions for her memorial service, she wrote, 'They wouldn't take me out while I was alive, I don't want them to take me out when I'm dead.'

A police recruit was asked during the exam, 'What would you do if you had to arrest your own mother?' He answered, 'Call for backup.'

A Sunday School teacher asked her class why Joseph and Mary took Jesus with them to Jerusalem A small child replied, 'They couldn't get a baby-sitter.'

A Sunday school teacher was discussing the Ten Commandments with her five and six year olds. After explaining the commandment to 'Honor thy father and thy mother,' she asked, 'Is there a commandment that teaches us how to treat our brothers and sisters?' Without missing a beat, one little boy answered, 'Thou shall not kill.'
~~~~~~~~~~~~
At Sunday School, they were teaching how God created everything, including human beings. Little Johnny seemed especially intent when they told him how Eve was created out of one of Adam's ribs. Later in the week his mother noticed him lying down as though he were ill, and she said, 'Johnny, what is the matter?' Little Johnny responded, 'I have a pain in my side. I think I'm going to have a wife.'
Two boys were walking home from Sunday school after hearing a strong preaching on the devil. One said to the other, 'What do you think about all this Satan stuff?' The other boy replied, 'Well, you know how Santa Claus turned out. It's probably just your Dad.'
My feed is up, and I just saw a very extended excercising of the wings by one of the chicks (white spot on belly). It flapped strongly from end to end and side to side of the nest, and I think it's getting a tiny bit of loft now.
How old are they now??
C(°ï®¡°)D
Jim
Hahaha. Don't know how part of that series of jokes got left in there, especially since I thought I deleted it, and then I copied something else.
Oh well, I'll leave them, have a chuckle.
The nest is filled with 3 very warm eaglets.
It got up to 80° on my deck when the sun was on it full strength.
I wonder if Helen took the little ones to a park today! Great day for it!
Gotta Run, More mowing on the agenda tonight....see ya later!!
Time for dinner fixings!
Adult brought in small fish and left- one chick is mantling it and tearing at it while the other two watch.
Same chick still tearing at fish, other chick picking at leftovers I guess back by cam. Third chick practicing wing flaps. Headed back outside, running out of daylight.
Hi Guys,
Sorry I haven't been around lately. Both our cams are keeping me busy.
I have a cam watcher who is worried about one of your eaglets. She says it's not as active as the others and she wonders if it's getting enough food.
Can you all give me an update? Based on the cam view, I thought they all looked good, but I wanted to check.
Evening, all!
Got in just in time to hear all the peeping as the parents were going in and out of the nest a couple of times just before dark...
They are looking above and peeping and I can hear noise by the mike, which tells me a parent is just above them.
Lisa - all 3 eaglets appear to be healthy, noisy and like to dance and flap their wings as far as I have been able to see!
Anyone disagree?
And they all take their turns getting full...
Watching back on the tape to the fish drop Megan was talking about around 7 tonight - really funny, when Dad show up without Mom, the chicks steal that fish right away from Lib. When Mom is there, they let her feed them.
BTW, they chicks will be 8 weeks old this Thursday, Friday and Monday.
Looking at BWE - side by side in the nest - I can understand why Lisa feels they just might be brothers!
Thanks -- good to hear!
All three little hooties -Winkin' Blinkin' & Nod have all fledged!!!
Mama Cali did a good job this season!
Sun rising in Finland - Osprey in nest
Finny 2008 is also in her nest - hazy or foggy out & about the woods.
Still looking back on the video...Dad brought something in about an hour ago... it was just some fluff...
Mom also dropped in twice, one without fluff, once with. She put away all the sticks from the middle of the nest and fluffed up the nest for the night.
Of course all the chicks were peeping, hoping she had brought a bedtime snack
Good Evening Eagle Buddies. Just got a chance to check cam & blog & Spidey is crawling around!!!!!!
At Park today, the eagle nest is 90% covered by leaves :>( , however, our osprey cam showed 2 new bobbleheads!!!One egg to go.Hope I got a pic that's ok. Try to dwnld tomorrow.
The eaglets at Libby Dam are uncovered at the moment.
NIght all, I'm whooped.
I'm whooped too, Paula. I mowed forever and still not done. I need a riding mower.
Good morning, world. Beautiful night out, 52° in PA and 61° here already. Supposed to get warm today, then rain and cool off again. Well, guess we still need the rain!
spidey's web is going around in circles, and you can almost see one eaglet between the strands. Both BW kids are asleep. BWO osprey asleep, jackdaw asleep on eggs, and both Finland nests have sitting birds on them. Not sleeping, it's lunch time over there. Good grief, the world sleeps and I'm sitting here typing. All have a great eagle/panda day. Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!
Oh, Finney osprey just left, both eggs are visible. Still two, let's see if we get 3. She had 3 last year, and one didn't hatch.
That was quick. Back already and turning eggs and back on them looking at the cam.
Bw kids are awake and all over the nest, and so are our kids. Looks like at least one is awake and moving all over. Think the other 2 are still asleep.
We've had multiple egg turnings in Finney's nest, but other nest osprey hasn't gotten up to let me see. There were no eggs there yesterday.
OMG, we have an egg in the 2nd Finland nest! At least there is something in there that is white and shaped like an osprey egg. Can't enlarge pic there, egg is just off cam view when you enlarge pic. Darn. But we do have an egg! Hope the osprey are successful this year at this nest!!
Finland osprey is back already. She/He wasn't gone more than 30 seconds or so.
PA falcon trying to catch a few zzzzzzzz's, and the one unhatched egg is right in front of cam. Not really under her now, she's pushed it out. Has the babies under her. Getting light in NBG and can see an adult in the nest, but too dark to see baby.
Well mom falcon just scooted and brought the egg back under her wing. So maybe the kids pushed dit out trying to make more room. Time will tell if it hatches.
Our little chick in NBG is not so little anymore. Getting big very quickly, and such a cutie!
Chick at NBG getting breakfast now.
Morning Suzanne. Nice here, 52°. live feed is down again and I can't see the nest:(
Morning, Megan. Sorry to hear about the live feed, but that's becomming normal. Wish you could get the 30 sec cam, though! Kids aren't doing anything, one was up on right side of perch, but now is in the nest with the other 2. All 3 are just laying in the center of the nest.
Scotland male Angus turning eggs, and threw out a small stick that was in the egg well.
Wow, BWE parent in nest, hopefully feeding chicks! NBG getting fed. That little guy gets really big bites! Haven't seen an adult in our nest yet, so they're probably still shopping.
Turkeys are in PA, and BW parent has not shared one single bite with the kids. I am amazed that these eaglets have grown and lived this long!!! I sure hope they reach maturity and find mates who had parents like Lib and Belle, or their kids will starve.
Adult must have heard me, giving one chick a single bite. Wow, how generous! Hope the other one can get a bite too.
GOOD MORNING SUZANNE AND MEGAN! I am just coming in to wish you all a very nice middle of the work week day watching and blogging.
My son is now home with his computer, so I don't get on much. I do try to keep up on my school computer to some of the goings on.
Our eagle chicks are really getting big. Can't get them on live here at school tho.
Megan, I hope your flowers are just growing and beautiful. I just love flowers.
SUZANNE Hope Gypsy and her kitties are doing ok.
Keep up the blogging as I can get to read that sometimes after school in my room. Miss being with you all, but I think we have only 21 days left of school days. So summer break looks like it is getting closer. :)
DANA Hoipe you will feel better soon. WANDA thanks for the pics of Fremont St. I just got a glimpse at school last night. Can't wait to get a better look.
Helen, glad to see that you had a nice day out with Celia and your M and M girls. When do you go back to vol. at the zoo?
PAULA I hope you get that yard mowed before long. You and Wanda need to get riding mowers.
People starting to come in, so got to go. Keep up the blogging. It is the only way I can keep in touch right now.
Hey JIM. I do hope you can get back to sleep soon, but be sure to take those meds too.
Blogger just ate my comment! Morning, Candy and Jim. Candy, glad to see you on here for a change!
JO I hope your are doing ok. Anyone heard from Sandra? I haven't been able to get in to light another candle for her. Soon I hope.
Gotto go. Later gators.
Morning to you too, Candy.
Think our little one is doing wing flaps on Lib's perch.
Norfolk's chick just showed bright, standing up and looking around from under his mother
Both parents in NBG. Female (think) that was there rearranged some sticks and cleaned off more bark. Now think that's dad gonna feed the chick again. Awww, he gives little bites, how cute is that!
Jim, you should have seen the size of the bites mom was giving that little guy this morning! huge.
Breazkfast time for PA falcon babies!
Osprey egg visible on 2nd Finland nest.
Short breakfast in PA, and the kids are still hungry. Not gonna let mom go to sleep.
