It started out pretty rough while I was home... just did my own thing. Got in the pool... he left while I was in the pool. I went back inside and seen that he did not open his card. I got a little upset. Seems that he was going out to get my gift. He got home and had a card for me.... then at 4:05 pm Roses arrived at work. Awwwwe...
Kay, Christie and I went to Missouri to see our Grandmother and Aunt. We were held up in rush hour traffic in Columbus. Yuck!!

Good evening! Took a muscle relaxer this morning for my back and have slept a good portion of the day. i am not going to take a pill in the morning. i do not like this feeling.
hoda, laurel returns Sunday as we are leaving early monday morning for the beach.
i keep moving my right arm, so afraid of the shoulder freexing up. i think it is better. Will know more tomorrow. have also been off and on with the ice on my back.

I'm even later than usual!!!A Whole day--fell asleep last night after dinner and that was it!
We watched the interview Hannity did with Zimmerman, the man that shot the teenager in the parking lot. Interesting.
Been busy answering emails I got about the "Mystery Bird".Most opinion is that it IS a juvenile grackle that either had an injury as those tail feathers were growing or has a condition called Leucism. I favor the latter which means some pigment cells in birds or animals do not develop properly, leaving white where color should have been.A USGS man said it's pic should go to MDBird!! I'll have to check it out.
Time for this birdbrain to wash it's feathers.Day off TH, so Dr. appt of course.Dermatologist.Might get my nose frozen again! He told me to return in 6 weeks, so I will and blotch that came back will,too!

I am on my way to bed...stopped in to say good night and give a report on GG's EKG. Dr. told me she has Atrial Fibrillation, but it shouldn't keep her from having her procedure on Friday. I knew that she had a very loud Murmur, wondering if the Murmur and Fibrillation are one and the same?

Busy day yesterday...on top of my massages, I met with MY Reiki Master yesterday. We get together about 1x a year ( he travels) and disucss business and catch up. He has a new love in his life, and its great to see him happy! She seems very nice.
Always grand to catch up with a friend. (especially one who has influenced and changed my own life so much)
For the first time in a year, it is only OUR furbabies here at the house. I LVOED helping everyone, starting my my pal whom I fostered her pup for 9 months, then my kids, their critters for about 8 weeks....and now its just us. SOOOOO quiet this morning. Glad everyone extra is in their own home with their own humans today! :)

Going to put the sandperson on autopilot tonight and the night light is set for 11:30pm. PT was good but the shoulder is throbbing. Will likely fall asleep watching the t.v. through my eyelids.

Well, I think I'm going to go hit the sack. The air is totally still here, and it's still 75 outside, not as cool as I would like. The humidity is still with us. Maybe the fan in the bedroom will help.
In any case, I'm grateful I'm not living back east, where you guys are melting! I'd better quit complaining!

There was a shooting in Aurora, Colorado last night at the Dark Knight Rises premiere, at least 14 dead and 50 injured. Andrew and Kelsey went to the premiere near Charleston. Lord have mercy, you just never know.

good morning to one and all.
it was a stormy night here in nashville. we've had storms, but this is the first time in a LOOONNGGG time it stormed for hours....about my bed time 9:30 ish til about 3 or 4 this morning. had the audacity to bed loud enough to wake me up! lol. dogs had thundershirts on....i needed earplugs....bright and loud. STILL though. so thankful for the rain. across town they got about 7 inches of rain....so maybe we received nearly that much????
ice skating was pretty cool for olivia last night. she learned to cross her feet over...and thereby learned to do a small spin. she really seemed to enjoy herself. it was fun to watch. i got this down now people: socks and tennies, jeans, jacket, gloves, and a cup of hot tea!!!!! that's the way to rock ice skating - spectator wise!!! :D
its Friday and i'm glad. i do have reiki share tomorrow and have a business meeting after.....then its school shopping and that will pretty much take care of saturday...oh yeah, grocery shopping too. gotta refill the pantry a bit.
getting late......must get moving along so that i can get to work. feeling better, but sure didn't want to get up this morning! lol. have a wonderful day to all...light, love and hugs to all. :)

Good morning! had a hard time falling asleep last night...my back hurt. Stress, i am sure. Finally the meds kicked in and i slept.
out to mow. Riding the mower will not hurt. jack has talked already with the AC folks. please a prayer for it to be fixed today. We did not need this just before vacation.
heading to 100 today and the next several days. ugh!
