Well, I blogged this, but no clue where... I thought I saw a little head, when the 2nd eagle was in the nest. You can! Look at the curve in the branch eagle is on, then look at about 10-11. There is a while spot there that keeps moving. Is that a little chickie head?
Norma, weekend was great, but sure had a hard time going to sleep last night! And a harder time getting up this morning!
GOOD MORNING NORMA, DANA AND DEB. Now our morning crew us complete. Sooo many nests to watch, sooo little time. I think I like Norfolk the best. They zoom in when something interesting is going on. Nice sharp picture.
Both eagles at BWO, and LOTS of feathers on BWE nest! Donkeys are out, Norma! You know what, ignore me thismorning! I'm telling about the head in Tesoro, while I'm watching Norfolk! So ok, thought I saw a head in Norfolk, but eagle has been on branch a while, and I don't think there is an egg, much less a chick in Norfolk! Eagle at Tesoro just took off, awesome! Ok, I'm gonna sneak outta here and go back to work...
It looks like BW eagles are sitting on their veranda enjoying the day. There sure are alot of bird feathers in their nest now. I didn't notice all of those yesterday.
When you get snow like that DEB---Does that close everything down?---Or are you folks prepared to take care of that much snow!!----or is that a DUMB QUESTION?---
DANA Thanks for the info. I saw a few scattered feathers that I thought at first were leaves yesterday and you said duck, but I didn't remember seeing all those feathers. I thought that maybe there was another feast.
Tesoro parent bringing in what looks like Spanish Moss for a new nest cushion. I saw it earlier taking some stuff and throwing it out. Wondered then if it was cleaning up the nest a bit. Those two little ones need a good comfy spot.
Yeppers Norma I prayed and prayed for Tesoro to have 2 chicks. Last year was so bad with her crying and remaining on those eggs for so long. Just like I have prayed for our 2 wonderful eagles to have a great season. For Maine to have their good season also.
Candy who knows they could have had another feast on duck again...
Paula again I say "contragulations" about the new grandson. Never can get enough of congtras. I like his name and his picture I seen yesterday is "a cutie".
just thinking out loud, I don't think the nests are moving, as much, as it is the cams...any engineers out there can explain???The cams must be on a sway, because if they didn't have that, they would snap right off the pole, but I'm no enigineer...JMHO:)
CONGRATS!!! PAULA!----WOW!---He is a good looking boy!---You must be so proud!!---Where did they get the name---Beautiful--have never heard it before!!----Yesterday was my daughter, Lisa's birthday too!!
I just scanned yesterday's blog!!---GREAT KENT OWL PIC-- CONGRATS!---DEB!!---Certainly lifts our spirits---might be a nest there after all!----Would that be WONDERFUL!!
I just went and looked at them again, Norma. Someone has pictures that she thinks show it is Star, I hope she (Marcia) is right. It would be wonderful to see them start working on it soon.
I so hope MARCIA is right!!---I loved watching that nest!!---One EAGLET was named "EINSTEIN"----can't remember the other's name!---They were COOL to watch!!---Those 2EAGLETS --'DID NOT SHARE ANYTHING'----Funny to watch!!!!
Thanks- congratulations Paula:) Hello Mits, Dana, Norma, Candy, Suzanne, Wanda, Deb and of course Sharon. Connection is very slow today, makes it hard to open anything. Watching the news, waiting to see what the market does, not a good day for the economy. Hoping these geniuses in charge can figure out how to fix this mess.
The ATLANTA CAM is down now!!----I read that BUTA BUTA & LUN LUN thought it was too COLD to go out yesterday!! ho!---LUN LUN did go outside to eat her bamboo---The 'LITTLE BEAUTY' would not budge!!----She was staying inside where it is warm!!---Oh! isn't that a big difference from MEI & TAI!!----They love the SNOW!!
NORMA Today was a scheduled work day at school, so I used an annual leave day and took it off, just like that. No kids are there, so they won't miss me.

When I saw the BW Eagles eating that bird yesterday, I knew it was something big. Weather here warmer, but it has practially been a whiteout the past hour with snow. I guess I don't really need to buy new lampshaes today as planned. Cam watching is better.
Yep, saw that Mits, just a start, they better get to work and figure out some other ideas too. hubby and a lot of his friends work has halted his due to the housing slump, crash, whatever you want to call it. Guys that work in concrete, floorong, plumbing, etc. Hey Norma, Hubby's birthday was JAn. 21st also. Sorry, I can't watch too many of the cams you guys are talking about, not so patiently waiting for the cable guy.
SD SITE----GAO GAO---is fun to watch!!!----BUT!!---We haven't seen PRECIOUS SQUIGGLES for a long time!!----Last time I looked yesterday----it was so dark---no one could see her!!!----I really need a PRECIOUS fix!!!
I am with you NORMA. I miss seeing that Precious little ZZ or Squiggles. I went to the site yesterday and watched some of the old videos. She was and still is such a sweetie pie.
MORNIN' GRANNYBLT!!---I have missed you----I wasn't on yesterday afternoon!---Isn't it great---we can chat with so many--many wonderful people!!!----while snow is piling up outside---DEB has 8 inches!!
A 75-year-old grandmother of eight was arrested at a Florida McDonald's drive-thru after police said she wouldn't pull her car forward.
Jean Merola was waiting for her coffee and fries when a police officer asked her to move her car. Merola refused, saying she was told to wait there by McDonalds employees, MyFoxTampaBay reported.
Click here for more from MyFoxTampaBay.com.
Merola was charged with disorderly conduct and hauled off to Pinellas County Jail, where Merola claims she was searched, photographed and fingerprinted.
Jail records show she was released about 90 minutes later on her own recognizance.
Sometime this week, Mits, to tell me if they can get it to my house, which of course they can, cause most of my neighbors have it, but they have to see how they'll run the cable up my lane, it could take a little time. I'm grumpy lately, you guys cheer me up with your talk, drives me nuts when I can't get into the blog.
GOOD MORNNG GRANNYBLT. Welcome aboard. That makes me think of a bacon letuce and tomato sandwich for lunch. Yum. Sorry you are stuck inside in the snow, but glad you are blogging. Once I started blogging, my life as I knew it was over. I have to keep trying to find some time to give to my husband when I am home and want to be watching and blogging. L)
Sorry, did the usual and posted without reading. Guess you're watching the feast at the BWO platform! At least they're sharing the meal. Hi Megan. Hope your cable guy comes soon, and you get FAST SPEED!!! Mits, congrats on your many many hats on this blog! What would we do without you? Guess the markets ended up in the basement yesterday in Japan. Not a very good indication of what ours are going to do today.
I'm sitting here wondering of the sing is the leftover from yesterday's meal in the nest. Don't ask me where that came from, because I can't say. The stock market does that to me.:) Our whole country is going down the tubes unless we get those people in Washington straightened out. Oh well, EAGLE IN OUR NEST
Morning, Grannyblt! Sorry I missed you! That grandmother who wouldn't move her car in Florida was on the news last night! I thought it was kinda wierd they arrested her.
OUCH.....Dow Opens Down More Than 400 The Dow Jones opened down more than 400 points despite the Federal Reserve cutting a key interest rate Tuesday morning prior to the market opening.
They just changed the view at SD, supposed to be Bai and ZZ, but both are invisible at the moment. Some kind of housing is showing, though. Not much left at BWO.
PAULA---Isn't this your second grandchild!!----'GRAND-KIDS' are the greatest thing in the WORLD!!----I love babies!!---They smell so good---& I love to look at their little toes!!---ADORABLE!!!
Just sorry I missed the delivery! But he's a cutie and a real good baby so far...gonna try and stop over at lunchtime or after work today...she goes home tomorrow!
NORMA...I think Einstein's siblings name was ALBERT. Yes, they did fight a lot, but remember how well behaved they were when the were real small? We remarked about how well mannered they were. LOL
SUZANNE---JO told DEB & I about the clocks at the bottom of the DIVERS' site----You can click on a clock & will replay the site at that time!!---COOL OR NOT!!---They had notes for us---EVEN though up close---couldn't read!---I think if said: 'WHERE IS SUZANNE' ho!
We need to hear from GEORGE in Rhode Island and Indiana Dave and ELLIE211 in Michigan so we will know what the weather is like in their coooold part of the country.
THANKS WANDA---It was 'ALBERT'---REMEMBER how funny they were!!--Would not share any thing!!!---They were just brilliant!!!!!!!---ALBERT & EINSTEIN!!---- ho!
Remember the fight Albert and Einstein had over food that one time? Glo made a video, too funny! Wasn't that them??? Wanda, Grannyblt is up by the PA cam, 90 miles NE(?) maybe? I remember reading that. BTW, that is getting TOTALLY white now! Not good. Norma, I know about the clocks. You can see what was going on at that hour. They do write notes, and they use diver hand signals, but can't read the notes, and not a diver, so don't know what the hand signals mean. Wish we could get Robyn on at the same time the divers were there and wanted to communicate! Love to know what they're saying!
That one eagle is gonna burst! One on the side was eating, then the 2nd one jumped in, they shared for a minute, butshe's been eating ever since. Not much left of that bird.
We have been waiting to hear from SUNNY--JILL--CAROL--BELLE & NILLA---we miss you folks---Have I missed anyone?---Several new MOMSTERS have joined!!---They are all so COOL too!!----As BOB BARKER would say!!!---'COME ON DOWN'!!! ho!
that's right think I read about that...theie tuna in the summer is great...fresh off the boats. I love rockfish..we stopped at Fuddruckers in Annapolis, was good.
Morning, Jim. Not sure what kind of bird it was, but it was a good sized one! I'm guessing another duck! They each ate by themselves, and shared, and they've been eating it for an hour. Not gonna be hungry for a while, I guess.
MITS and PAULA I am sure I saw two at this mornings feeding, and I think DANA said two too. They are getting bigger so the tops of their heads can be seen a little easier; that is if you don't get seasick from watching the moving pic.
GOLLY!!---SUZANNE---Bet it was hard to get back on your working schedule after your mini-break!! We all need a break some times!!! Did you watch the football games???

PAULA guess you didn't make it to Assateague yesterday??
NORMA...I think Einstein's siblings name was ALBERT. Yes, they did fight a lot, but remember how well behaved they were when the were real small? We remarked about how well mannered they were. LOL
Hmmmm Norfolk eagle laying in the nest
SUZANNE---JO told DEB & I about the clocks at the bottom of the DIVERS' site----You can click on a clock & will replay the site at that time!!---COOL OR NOT!!---They had notes for us---EVEN though up close---couldn't read!---I think if said: 'WHERE IS SUZANNE' ho!
No Mits, I didn't. Got up, packed and hit the road...no breakfast or lunch!
Went out and got dinner for the kids, brought it back...that was nice..

NORMA...you can do that with Peggy's Cove also. Just click on the clock to go back in time. Neat.
GOOD MORNING, EVERYBODY!
Glad to see you, Suzanne. Hope everybody had a good 3-day weekend.
Boy, I opened our cam, and both Liberty and Belle were there!! It refreshed once, and they both were out of there!
Both eagles at BWO, I would guess you know already.
Jim
That one eagle is gonna burst! One on the side was eating, then the 2nd one jumped in, they shared for a minute, butshe's been eating ever since. Not much left of that bird.
Went to Seacrets - dinner was half price, since they were closing this week for renovations - I had rockfish - was very good - watched the Giants game
Eagle just took off at Norfolk.
I wonder if they are waiting for eggs before they "officially turn on the cam?"
We have been waiting to hear from SUNNY--JILL--CAROL--BELLE & NILLA---we miss you folks---Have I missed anyone?---Several new MOMSTERS have joined!!---They are all so COOL too!!----As BOB BARKER would say!!!---'COME ON DOWN'!!! ho!

Good Morning, Jim. Are you getting rain? Today could be the day the hummers hatch.
MORNIN' JIM---Glad you joined us---Just so many EAGLE to see & watch!!
Back with a stick at Norfolk

Big ol wing left at BWO
Morning, Jim!!
Does anyone know what kind of bird (with the largish wing) that the BW eagles caught this morning??
Jim
When are the LOVELY humming bird's EGGS expected to HATCH?---Isn't she a BEAUTY!!
DUCK---JIM!---Think LISA told some one!!
GOOD MORNING TO YOU JIM. Do you think that your hummer egg will hatch today? She is sitting on her pink nest as pretty as you please.
Can see an eagle talon at very top of Norfolk cam pic..he is above the nest.
Kewl, there he goes...could see him down to the left and behind, then to the right of the nest.
Wow, then right towards the cam
Do the hummer eggs only take 2 weeks to hatch?
Morning, Jim. Not sure what kind of bird it was, but it was a good sized one! I'm guessing another duck! They each ate by themselves, and shared, and they've been eating it for an hour. Not gonna be hungry for a while, I guess.
Has there still been only one little head sighted at Tesoro?
Hummers are due to hatch today.
PAULA I knew your snowman was going to be jumping for joy for something good; your new grandson!!! Your snowman is excited too.
I have only seen one head at T, saw it yesterday, Paula
Please don't forget...candles last 48 hours.
Light a Candle for Sandra
MITS and PAULA I am sure I saw two at this mornings feeding, and I think DANA said two too. They are getting bigger so the tops of their heads can be seen a little easier; that is if you don't get seasick from watching the moving pic.
Thank you Candy, Wanda and Mits!
GOLLY!!---SUZANNE---Bet it was hard to get back on your working schedule after your mini-break!!
We all need a break some times!!!
Did you watch the football games???
Looking around with cam at Norfolk
Cool Candy - thanks! I'll keep my eyes open!
Hummer off nest and egg plainly visible, maybe two
OREGON NEST----Still covered with snow!---Think they are going to need a shovel before they can get into the nest!!! ho!
PAULA The chicks I couldn't get over were the CCl chicks. They were even wingflapping the other day. They have really gotten big.
WOW!----EAGLEMONSTERS!!---200 & it's only 10:36!!!---Bet that is a record!!----So many good things happening this morning!!!
