Don't like drinking the yucky stuff at all, Margy. I have to do it soon, too. Sometime this year, anyway.
I have had to do it twice. They had made some improvements in the process the second time. Did not have to drink as much of the yucky stuff.
First time around, let's just say my stomach rebelled. I called the doctor and said that I simply had reached my limit. Turned out, it was okay. Thank goodness.

Funny thing--Hunter went to bed hours ago, but the Sasquatch program is running for the second time. I am learning all kinds of things about the critters.

Well, I guess I bugged George too much. He has left the recliner for the back of the sofa. I dug under him looking for my checkbook, after having dug for my cell phone several times.
The cats in this house are something else. Last night, Lucky was most unhappy that Kathryn was not at home. He reminded me quite loudly that she should have told him she was not coming home.

LORI I tried hard to sleep and then it did not work so I sdid some meditation and now I am totally refreshed and ready to start my day!!! I am not sure if it is the time change or what...needed a cup of tea...it always amazesme when I NEED a cup of tea!!!LOL
What flexibility Miss Belle has in her neck, she can not tuck in any more than she is and up her head comes and she is looking around and tucks back in again.

Professional day today. No students and we don't have to be to school til 10. Not sure if I will go in and work in my classroom or not. We also have Open House tonight so I have to spend the evening at school. Sometimes I feel like they are sucking the life out of the teachers!

Just checking in. Things are not good in FLA, Wendy is on a respirator. Steve will now be going with his mom and her husband down there. They'll be leaving shortly, and will come here and pick him up. They are going to drive straight through. I called the hospital myself this morning, I am to call back in a half hour. The nurse said by then they will have an updated report for us.
Oh LYNNE2, I'm so sorry. Prayers for Wendy and Steve's family.

Yes, JudyE that's the only problem with the messages coming to email and having the email on my phone! Yikes tons of messages. I will probably be really bad and keep looking at my phone during the professional day today. We have "clicker" training for the SMART board (which I don't think I need, but have no choice, geez, it's really not that hard why do we have to spend 2 hours on it!) and we also have CPR training (why bother it's the end of the year!). Okay so you see how I feel about professional days!

Wendy is the one with Devics Disease, not the drunken jailbird (who should get sprung this morning). The hospital limited the information they gave due to my not having the PASSWORD. but since I knew her b'day, and mom's name and phone number, they did tell me that she was taken by ambulance to one place, and moved to this one for more intensive care. She is sedated, on a respirator and her vitals are stable. They would not tell me it was a drug OD, but did say that they have done an MRI of her brain to rule out a stroke. And that is all they would tell me. They said once mom gets there, she can allow me to have the PASSWORD.
Now, I have to worry about her, and then 3 sleep deprived people driving to Jacksonville. I can seriously feel my brain checking out. Buh bye brain.
Mr Fidget has finally settled down.
I will not be going to work today, thank GOD for my coworker Janice who offered to fill in for me!! YAY Janice!
Steve is upstairs singing. Not a good sign.

Something odd with the live cam this morning. I can't squeeze it down so that I can see only the nest cam. If I squeeze it down, I can see the ad only. I just jumps back to the ad. It is like the advertisers know what I am trying to do and won't allow it.

The NCTC still cam has the same feature, but it's under the pic...

Step down, yes Tori was informed the nurse was writing up her reports for step down tomorrow, she is 4th or 5th on list according to priority.Next step is going to be intense PT, She has strength in her legs but still shaky. Tori's feet hurt but not in the heel and ankle anymore, only around her arch and toes so hopefully that is a sign it is going away.
Tori has a great appetite and needs to take it slow to allow her stomach to accept food again, lets get that feeding tube out real soon.
For those of you that don't know Tori very well, she is a shy young lady so her not posting yet is the reason why. I believe once she gets home Tori will post. Thanks for understanding.
