Hi Loweeda! Thanks for the call over and thanks Steve for the new thread.
No hatch yet, not even a pip that we have seen.
Shep has proven himself once more. I may have to change my tab on my laptop. The tab says Belle and Lib. Guess it is time to change it to Belle and Shep.
Thanks Steve for the new thread, and thanks LORETTA for the call over! LOLLY, I agree that it's time to update your tab. I know how much everyone here loved Liberty but Shep has proven himself to be a worthy replacement, IMO!
Oh my goodness, I sure love the sight at the nest. Woohooo Thank you Shep and thank you Red. Don't usually blog from work but then this isn't usual. ;-). Back to work!
For a Newbie, he seems to be an ov er achiever! I guess Red taught him well, or Belle has whipped him into shape!
Had to get on and do an egg check. Sure was surprised w/all those fish! Osrey is back in the older cam platform and he's been flying up here trying to snap off twigs for the nest. Haven't seen a mate yet. The other nest I can see from office--a little upstream--had one osprey in it this AM, but he fly away. Some of the TVs are roosting in the tree!I never see them eating anything, but maybe tey're attracted by some dead fish, ?
I just love our eagles!! I was so excited to see the two fish. I think they are preparing, they must "feel" movement in those eggs! Fingers crossed. We have had it on all day!
I wanted to share a picture with you. It will make you smile. My nephew posted this on fb. It is a picture of Reece, my youngest great nephew. I hope to see him for the second time ever next month.
I like the picture of aREECE LOLLY. Beautiful smile and bright eyes. A very gentle Mom holding him with a protective hand on his head. Thank you for posting...I liked the pictures of the 7 kittiens also with Laurel in stripped PJ...
No Bobblehead that any one has seen from what I gather from my reading.Today is 37 days for the first egg...
Off to Friends of The Library Meeting and errands... Yoga tonight and I am so very grateful to be on watch for a Bobblehead at the same time. Be back later.
I was walking and watching. The ww"s! Looked at eggs closely and did not see a pip.
Off to fix the do and then we are going out...looking for Holly Ferns for the new terrace as well as ground cover and some more flagstones. Yea!!! Love working on the gardens.
Belle is digging in the cup a little and then will stop and look a minute and then dig some more. Of course, with her, it is the covert operation where we can't see.
Ahhhh, the excitement builds. Nerve-racking, but oh so fun! And I hate to interrupt all this excitement but:
Gosh, how 24 hours can change things. Yesterday, all excited about convincing Bubby I just NEEDED that eagle scooter.
Today, I’ve been x-rayed and EKG’d, blood drawn, and still await word (after blood test results) if I need a CAT scan or stress test. Fuzzy spot on lungs (though they sound good). Dr. concerned about blood clot or possible heart chamber not doing its share of the pumping.
Explained to him that I do not have time for health issues; that there were eaglets needed watching, and friends to keep tabs on. He said, “We’ll see”.
So, if you all can find room on that prayer list for just one more prayer, I’d sure appreciate it.
I was meeting with the special ed. coordinator from the high school when Belle started calling out! Sally said, "What is that sound!?" so i brought the cam up to show her (had it minimized). Boy, Belle did not look OR sound happy there for a minute! Look at her with her wings all spread and panting - she must be hot!
CAROLANNE, you've got it girl!! Prayers being said!
Haven't heard from LYNN today; thinking of her and hoping today is a good one!
I LOVE THE NAME OF THE THREAD STEVE THANKS FOR THE NEW THREAD AND I SEE A TWO FISHES GUESS MAYBE WAITING FOR THE BOBBLE HEADS TO ARRIVE LUNCH HUH OK NOW TO GO READ

Liberty would always feed the babies from about the 2 o'clock position and we could see him clear. Belle always like to feed from about the 5 o'clock position with her back to us.
Lynn - good to hear from you but sorry that today isn't being good to you. There must be something about doctors who schedule late afternoon exams with no concern for the patients discomfort and hunger to say the least. I bet you would like to feel well enough to go to Dairy Queen! Love you! ♥
Lynn, Thanks for stopping by! Understand you might have aches and pains. Can they give you some Habby pills??? Much Love
Prayers for CarolAnne and her tests. You spoke of Belle blocking chicks from view. That is why 2 years ago we named the single chick Hidey!!!Hard to see! Gotta shut down now, BBL from the old homestead~~~
Wow, LORI, a Vulture convention right there in your own yard !
LYNN, sorry it's a bad day for you. If misery loves company, count me in. Won't have the lab results for a day or two, Primary agrees with me on trying to delay back surgery and favors having injections, too. Came home feeling queezy and more in need of sleep than food. Slept for two hours, then had a grilled cheese sandwich and already feel like I need to lie down again. Yuck !
Reese is adorable, LOLLIE !
Sure looks like our eagles are ready for parenthood. I know we are !
Praying for MARGY and all in need. Wondering what LYNNE has heard about her sil's today ???
Back from getting flagstones and checking in. How can Belle sit there with that deat fish in her face and flies flying around? Oh, well guess I am not an eagle!
Sandi, I magnified 400x and saw what looks like it could be a crack going long ways around that same egg that is farthest away. Don't know if they pip that way or not. Could be grass but looks pretty even and horizontal.

and for Kay....hoping that all your test results come back A-OK also and that good treatments can be found for your back problems, those injections can be pretty helpful.... combined with the TENS, sounds like a good combination
DMO - that sounds like Job Security... You are very popular - Remember your visitor trying to decide where to send her child.... Is he on next year's list?
Good to see you back Margy..light meal for tonight?
I loved this mornings comments from Wanda. I started to comment then but was doing other things. Wouldn't that be something if one of the chicks did have a "black spot" on its head. lol Wanda that had me laughing.(:
CarolAnne on prayers list..hoping it is something easy to take care of.
Sorry Lynn is not having a good day :(
Glad Megan rejoined the blog.
Wow DanaMo your class for next year is full already. Plus a waiting list. They know a good teacher when they hear about you. That just proves it. (:
I don't think that child is on my list and I am happy about that. I'm sure the child would have been just fine, it's the parent who would have been a problem! LOL! Dang parents always causing issues! ☺ Seriously I am not sure if she is on the list. It's nice to feel like I have job security.
The news from FLA is mixed, and sort of lacking in any real detail. Everyone was at the hospital for quite some time after getting off of the road finally. Steve had few details because he was clearly in a fog but this is what I know...
Wendy was extubated this morning. Still on IVs, still under some sedation. She has been up and moving around. She intentionally overdosed on Xanax and painkillers of some sort in an effort to end her own life. She will remain in hospital for at least 72 hours under observation. She is very bruised up. Steve babbled something about "having a lot of things to take care of".
Until someone who has had some sleep and can talk more clearly, these are all of the details I know. I assume she is under both mental and physical observation. I don't know what the laws are in FLA regarding suicide attempts. I don't know what conversations have taken place regarding what will happen next, if she is talking to anyone, or what her reaction was to waking up and finding herself still alive with her mother and brother there. I don't know if there was any brain damage due to the lack of oxygen prior to being placed on the vent or how she came to be very bruised up.
So, in short, all I really know is that she is alive and stable. I feel fairly certain that due to the extreme physical and mental stress that the 3 travelers endured in trying to get there, that today was not a day of anything other than BEING there. Steve will check in when he has had some rest. I am sure they are ALL trying to get some rest right now, and will likely return to visit her this evening. And hopefully they will all get a good night of sleep tonight. I'm quite sure the next few days will be very stressful.

Oh my goodness, I sure love the sight at the nest. Woohooo Thank you Shep and thank you Red. Don't usually blog from work but then this isn't usual. ;-). Back to work!
Wish Shep would let us have a peek at the eggs.
Going to leave now and read the paper. Will be watching!!!!
For a Newbie, he seems to be an ov er achiever! I guess Red taught him well, or Belle has whipped him into shape!

Thanks Steve for new thread. See by what you said you got the message about 2 fish. Neat huh!!
Wouldn't it be funny if one or both of these chicklets has a spot on it's little bobble head?
Yes, love those 2 fish!
ROFMBO Wanda Thank you for the laugh
& only you would have thought of that
'spot on the bobbleheads head' !♥
Wanda, that would be funny! I wonder if Shep is now wearing Essence of Fishtail to entice the chicks out of their eggs!! LOL
Shep just did an egg roll...saw the end of it, couldn't see much of the eggs
It's breezy out, but nice and warm
Anyone else notice...they got wrong of the temp thingy on the cam page...was wrong 1/2 the time anyhow.
Current nest temp is 71°
I saw the whole egg roll....
Did anyone think that the egg on our right had any pip near the top -
I know I may be dreaming and over
expecting.......
We'll see with the next egg roll
Funny that when Shep rolled the eggs
they rolled right back to where they
were .....
I didn't see any pips Paula!
Now to return to normal...
Thank you Steve for the fresh new
fresh thread - By the time those fish get eaten - they may smell raunchy.
Look at Shep's right wing feather
sticking up
Top of the eggs looked normal that time.
Wonder what it is about that right wing? I am thinking it is an injury, but thankfully he is coping.
Just did an egg roll, I went full screen but did not see a pip.
Now he is sitting on their food. LOL
WOW sure is windy back home, was that a pip or grass when Shep almost blew off lol.
Sharon - There are SEVERAL Splashtop apps!! HELP!! Can you describe what the app picture looks like or anything that will help??
I will email you.....
Was it free?
Look at his wing now. He just can not fold it down.
Wanda, love the comment about an eagle having a spot like Dad. Too funny!
I just love our eagles!! I was so excited to see the two fish. I think they are preparing, they must "feel" movement in those eggs! Fingers crossed. We have had it on all day!
Awww spotted eaglets! I love the idea.
It is called Splashtop Remote Desktop.
http://www.splashtop.com/remote
Thanks, Shar!!
I wanted to share a picture with you. It will make you smile. My nephew posted this on fb. It is a picture of Reece, my youngest great nephew. I hope to see him for the second time ever next month.
WOW!!! TWO FISH!!! IS there a booblehead? I have not read back, but like the look of food in the pantry...
Good morning/ good afternoon.
Prayers for MARGY.♥
Thinking of LYNN.♥
Any news of LYNNE and STEVE'S family?
I'll have to read back.
Guess I could tell you where it is or give you a link. It is on my family pics blog.
Reece
Oh, that is nice. When you preview before commenting you get the box back. Great! Now if we can just get past this 200 mess.
Maybe we could name a baby Polka Dot.
Reece is a Smiler! Quite a cutie! ♥
Glo said they turned off the Fulton cam because it is day 38 for the second egg so they have determined no viable eggs.
so close to hatching - wonder how the bobbles feel when they go a-rolling?
Dizzy!!!!!
Off to Friends of The Library Meeting and errands... Yoga tonight and I am so very grateful to be on watch for a Bobblehead at the same time.
Be back later.
ENJOY.
MARGY♥
LYNN♥
Haven't seen flies in a while, but they're back...... and they have found the fish!
Egg rolling but I couldn't see any pips!
Me neither.....
Belle is back
Poof Shep.
Belle settles in on eggs
I was walking and watching. The ww"s! Looked at eggs closely and did not see a pip.
Off to fix the do and then we are going out...looking for Holly Ferns for the new terrace as well as ground cover and some more flagstones. Yea!!! Love working on the gardens.
Ta Ta!
Well, I got left behind over there on the old tread. I was wondering where everybody went.
Bell up and off the eggs. Egg Roll, checking them out rather closely....
Belle is digging in the cup a little and then will stop and look a minute and then dig some more. Of course, with her, it is the covert operation where we can't see.
And a wiggle-wiggle.
Has her wings spread out a little to cool off I reckon.
And settles back down..
Her wings are opened maybe to air out a bit. She looks like she is tenting! I am sure she is warm.
Yeah, I went to full screen, but only got a view of Belle's lovely feathers.
Warm at the nest today.
Love that....the covert operation....
Belle has always been good at hiding stuff from us. When she eats, when she turns the eggs, feeding the babies.
Just did a really good shake. Looking at the eggs. Digging more fluff.
Hmmm....up again...
79 degrees here; 76 in Shepherdstown.
Quite toasty for March.
She is definitely restless.
And down again.
She is acting like Shep does!!!
Agreed, Shirley!
It seems like maybe one of those eggs is 'talking' to her :)
I'm thinking that same thing Megan! HELLO!!!!!
Wiggle wiggle again.
Hello! She really seemed to be listening to the eggs that last time.
Now Belle is calling out.
Calling out..
Calling out...looking up and around...doesn't look happy
Something has her feathers ruffled.
Wings slightly spread...still calling and looking around
You got it CarolAnne! We always have room for our momsters and dadsters.
You got it, CA....are you going in for more testing?
Belle has quieted back down
Thinking of Margy - wish her well!
OK, I see you are waiting a call on more testing...
I can be on pip patrol for another 1-1/2 hours.
Carol Anne - you are in my prayers
big time - Waiting to get an answer is
mind boggling! Praying for for treatable
results. ♥
She is looking under!
Just lost my cam! Arrggghhh!
GIVE ME MY CAMERA BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
Quick up, reposition herself, and down again. Couldn't see much of the eggs but didn't notice any dark spots on either.
Okay, yelling helped! It is back.
Prayers, CarolAnne.
Thinking about Lynn and hoping that Margy is coming along okay.
Well, sometimes we see our eagles incubating in the snow, and sometimes we see them incubating in warm sunshine.
I am thinking when we were watching the Loon cam how that little black looney
just poked his head out from under mom's
wing..........
Well, I can have the sound at full blast or not at all.
Update on Mason - Returning to

Hi all.
Saw CA's post...many prayers going up for yo u, dear girl.

More diggin...back to cam, can't see a thing...wggle wiggle
Fresh from a nap and ready to go... well ready for Pip Patrol!
First, have to read end of the last thread.
Good afternoon everyone! I love us!
Red did such a god job educating Shep. Now who's going to go have a talk with Belle about being so secretive about what's going on. She's gotta learn to step off to the backside so we can see. At this rate those eaglets will have feathers before we get to see them.
She backed up a little and looked under her!
Liberty would always feed the babies from about the 2 o'clock position and we could see him clear. Belle always like to feed from about the 5 o'clock position with her back to us.
Any reason to suspect that Red sneaked those fish into the nest?
Prayers for CarolAnne, Lynn, Margy and Lynne2's family today. Just thinking about everyone. ♥
Lori - you covered our current prayer list! Thanks ♥
She sure is watching something closely, red alert!
Lynn - good to hear from you but sorry
that today isn't being good to you.
There must be something about doctors
who schedule late afternoon exams with
no concern for the patients discomfort
and hunger to say the least.
I bet you would like to feel well enough to go to Dairy Queen!
Love you! ♥
I hope Kay's Dr. appointment went well this morning and she's eating now after her diabetes test.
I didn't see a pip. Did anybody else?
Such a loving Momma! I didn't see any
pip but it could be on the underside...... I hope!
Nope, couldn't see any pip here, and she gave us a good long view that time. But anytime now...
I hope Kay zonks that test!
I had a 6.5 - which is not too too
bad...
got a quick glimpse, nothing!
Not letting me leave a comment!!!
It feels like old times with Sharon and Megan on either side of me and
agreeing with each other....♥
Hey DanaMO, you left a comment.
Yeah...it took 4 tries before it posted!
♥♥♥Mema Jo♥♥♥
Had to change my avatar cause those flowers were out of season.
Jo, watch out if Sharon and I are on either side of you :)
Back to work...
When will it be day 35 for egg 2?
Beautiful bluebird avatar, Megan!
Okay, I am off pip patrol for a little while. Heading to Sis' for supper.
DanaMo...today is day 34 for egg 2
Just had a Turkey Vulture regatta! Seven of them in the tree and 2 on the barn roof. A couple of them so big they look like flying hens!
Lori do you think that the 2 on the barn roof are your special pair?
Updated NEST forecast: 78 degrees now.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. High near 79.
West wind around 11 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.
Tonight: mostly clear & 49.
Tomorrow: sunny & 72.
No, Jo, I looked through the binocs and they had big RED heads! I was hoping they were the BV's, too.
Quick visit.
Glad Lynn stopped by but so sorry it was not a good day. Hugs!
Hope all others who had doctor appts. are okay.
Nice to see Megan back for another visit. Love the Bluebird.
Belle looks alert but not particularly full of immediate anticipation. Will check on her again later.
Bell up and off the eggs. Gave us a good look at them and unfortunately they look in tact!!
She settles back down on the eggs...
Egg roll. Nothing new to report from here.
Belle....
Will try to BBL, but back to bed now.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Forgive me LOLLY ! Didn't mean to misspell your name !
Pretty little bluebird, Megan!
Back from getting flagstones and checking in. How can Belle sit there with that deat fish in her face and flies flying around? Oh, well guess I am not an eagle!
C/A definite prayers for further testing.
Lynn, so sorry it is not a good day!
Okay, time for yard work!
Hi all - home from school and my nail appt.; now to read back to see if I've missed anything! BRB!
Lolly - deat fish don't smell
Only dead ones do after a day or two...
♥
Magnified the eggs to 400X - is there a dark spot on the right side of the egg farthest from us, almost where it touches the other egg??
BELLE OFF EGGS AND EATING
SHEP JUST ARRIVED.
Shep in with fluff while Belle chows down! RATS - doesn't Shep know it's too warm to have to sit on those eggs all the time???
Belle is eating and Shep brought in another bale of hay.
Wowser A nest full
The pantry is going to be bare before
nightfall!
Sandi, I magnified 400x and saw what looks like it could be a crack going long ways around that same egg that is farthest away. Don't know if they pip that way or not. Could be grass but looks pretty even and horizontal.
Thinking of LYNN. I qwas so glad to see your avatar and sorry you are having a tough day...HUGS♥
MARGY PRAYERS♥
LYNNE2 Sisters in law and trip to Florida...Healing thoughts♥
No pip as of yet I read/see...
SHEP IS DOING AN EGG ROLL.
One more quick post for the afternoon before I have to disappear for a while.
Thinking of Lynn ♥ and wishing you felt better, dear friend!
CarolAnne - will most definitely keep you in our prayers and IF they find anything, I pray it is minor and can be handled pronto!!
Thinking of Margy and hoping all went well this afternoon.
Keeping Steve's family and Lynne in prayer, too as they deal with difficult family situations. Hope Wendy is doing better today.
I hope those hints of a pip you saw were true!!
Will check back in later, eaglet fans!!
xoxo
OK, did anyone see anything during that egg roll? I just KNOW something is going on, even if we don't see it! Shep has never brought 2 big fish into the nest in one day! This is "impending hatch" behavior!
WOW. Get a load of that wushi!!
Hello eagle egg watchers.
Prayers BIG TIME for CAROLANNE.
I thought one of the eggs had a dark spot on it, the second one furthest away SANDI. I did not say anything because I wished I had had a clearer view...Also I have been told that my wishful thinking is STRONG and it colours how I see things...this from a trusted Yoga teacher...
Yeah. We need to see an EGG that matches Shep's head.
:)
Just got back from Annemarie's LAX practice. It was nice to sit outside, soak up the sun, and have adult conversation! ☺
Off to feed dogs and people. BBL!
LYNN, good to see you on today, but I'm sorry it's not been a good day.
KAY, hope you are feeling better when you wake up!
LYNNE2, what's the latest with Steve's sister??
MARGY, wondering if you will feel up to joining us tonight? (I don't recall reading what time her colonoscopy was)?
I sure hope it's impending hatch behavior. I worry because of watching my classroom eggs and knowing that sometimes we don't get any chicks at all. This is day 37 for that first egg, right? Day 34 for the second...I've got my fingers crossed and we were watching intently at school all day!
Hi BEagle! Shep over did it this morning by bringing in 2 (headless) Large fish to Belle. So far it is a
false alarm but by evening - who knows.
Yeah. A nighttime hatch is unfortunate for DanaMo's kids but they will joy at the new chick.
It just might happen in the morning.
It seems to me that Belle is always there for the hatch.
Evening all!
CarolAnne, of course you will be in my prayers!
Sorry you aren't feeling so great today Lynn. Maybe later you'll feel a little better and join us!
Lovely to see all of the nutritional supplements in the nest!
Found out today that my class is full for next year and a waiting list has been started with one so far!
Howdy Eagle Pals
Thanks for all the prayers and good thoughts....they worked!
Got an A-OK on the Colonoscopy and I can have light diet later....
Prayers for you, CarolAnne, of course, there's always room
Thinking of Lynn ♥ and wishing this was a better day....
now waiting on an update from Lynne, as I see she has arrived !
xo ♥
Nice once again to see some Posts from floralgirl Megan with the New Beautiful BlueBird avatar !
had to chuckle at the "Covert Operations" post...
in fact, birds HAVE "Covert Feathers," sure Belle is getting extra use out of hers !
with less bright light on the nest
those DEAT fish look more like sticks now, maybe Lynn will be able to have another peek
I see the blog is ALMOST back to normal again! Maybe we will soon get our email box back!
I do wish they would cover up the fish though...don't want them attrracting unwanted visitors of any kind
and for Kay....hoping that all your test results come back A-OK also and that good treatments can be found for your back problems, those injections can be pretty helpful....
combined with the TENS, sounds like a good combination
sure was nice to see Gene and Wanda...my chauffeurs TO the hospital...Thanks Again, Captain and First Mate !
DMO - that sounds like Job Security...
You are very popular - Remember your
visitor trying to decide where to send her child....
Shirley:
Strikes and Spares today for you?
Kay hoping the injections continue to work for you.
I hear bluebird at the nest
awwww Margy you had good driver and Mate to take you to the hospital....thumbs up!!
I don't think that child is on my list and I am happy about that. I'm sure the child would have been just fine, it's the parent who would have been a problem! LOL! Dang parents always causing issues! ☺ Seriously I am not sure if she is on the list.
It's nice to feel like I have job security.
Thanks DanaWV
scrambled eggs and mashed potatoes maybe later on
Yes! That was a hilarious post from Wanda and a follow up one from Sharon about naming one of the babies "Polka Dot !"
Going to take a break from the blog for
awhile.... I will return...
My terrific Tues TV shows are all
repeats......... :(
BBL
Guess it's time to get rid of the Cat in the Hat, but I'm not sure what to change my avatar to now.

Thanks Lynne....
hoping for lots of rest for the travelers, and good treatment outcomes for the sisters...
(( Hugs ♥ ))
