I was just saying how much I loved reading your blogs from the wee hours of the am. They are sooooo full of life and information for us late risers to read. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Ok, see that you made it. Hopefully, they'll be back. Haven't seen the BW eaglets get any breakfast this morning, what's the deal with that? Diet time? Ospreys are switching off, have a pic of one outgoing while the other is in the nest. Phew!!! PA falcon on her eggs trying to catch a few zzzzzz's. WA osprey is standing in nest on one leg...deja vu', and I'm guessing Star on her eggs with her wings in the air.
The pair are acting like either they have all the time in the world, or they're expecting the process to start and it isn't.
However, they've been doing real work on the nest lately...that big lumber pile near the cam is straightened out, and the nest looks a lot neater and ready to go.
Good morning everyone...well no thats not true we have a winter weather advisory Geeesh Can you say Sick of this with me!!! Oh well got our eagles to add a bright spot in our day. That us a good thing...its a very good thing.
Glo, Sorry to hear about your winter weather advisory - we are supposed to have rain here tonight. I'm tired of the crappy weather too. When I retire, it's gonna be someplace warm!!! No, Make that HOT!
Thank you everyone for all the lovely birthday songs and wishes :)
My personal guess is that if we don't see eggs by the end of next week (4/21) we won't see any at all.
Oh, good on the radio story, Steve. There were good stories in the paper.
Can you ask Steve W how a new eagle would fare now? I mean, if egg were laid today, by the time it hatched it is like at least 2 months behind other fledglings for this season. Would it be mature and big enough for the upcoming winter?
Morning, Glo. Sorry to hear about your crappy weather too. We're just supposed to get rain and colder, but rain will start this afternoon and continue into tomorrow. Not sure how cold it's supposed to be tonight, but I sure hope not freezing or below, coming to work Thurs could be a bear!
Happy Birthday, dear Paula, I posted your birthday greeting earlier and the blogger cop ate it. It must have been very tasty, because he ate it several times over. I pray that you have a wonderful day and blessed one, too. I speak for all of us when I say that you are a blessing to us and how much we appreciate your stewardship of God's creation. Thank you for ministering to us over the past year in the name of the Lord. You are truly a blessing to me and to the others as well. May God Bless You today and always. donna (mauley)
Good Morning all, Happy Birthday Paula, another year younger. Its raining but a warm rain. Its a beautiful morning. All I need need now is coffee. I too hope this weeek brings us a new little family to watch. I am worried though. I had my 6 year old for the night last night so I didnt get much rest. Why do they sleep sideways in the bed? His kicking feet seem to always end up on my stomach.Well I had better get to work and see what dammage I can do to this in basket. Back later.
Happy Birthday Paula A new Baby Eaglet for your birthday in CO...now thats a special gift for sure. And he Belle may honor you with her presence for he night...we can all only hope...then I know you would have the gift of gifts for sure LOL.
Happy Birthday Paula. I've been watching off and on. Kiddos are on Spring Break and keeping me occupied, so I haven't had a lot of time to post lately.
I really hope that we see an egg or entire second clutch soon. Any news on the mating process?? The nest sure does look cleaned up and comfy for eggs.
Happy Birtday Paula! Wish I had some new BW shots for you. I don't think I posted the last five from the Pickering Creek gallery before. They're at the bottom of the page:
Steve W. says there is still time for a clutch, but time is running out. One thing for sure, our pair thinks there will be another egg if you gauge things by the amount of nestbuilding activity.
Happy Birthday Paula and what happy news from Steve, there is still hope and I'm sure if Belle does lay an egg or three that they will raise them up and get them strong and ready for winter - they're the best!
hmmm had to create a google password now - and my picture is gone not so bad - I was tired of it, but now I have to figure out how to do a new pic again
Hi all. I took the afternoon off to read a book I have been trying to finish. I read the good news from Steve and one feels with all the activity in the nest we have been seeing, that something must be in the wind.
Well, no cam is up for me... Maybe later before the eagle spirits come. Reads like you all have been having the same problem. Great news from what Steve W. said about what the nestorations just might mean! LISA at BW is concerned as to why the osprey COUPLE have not been seen together very often -check out her Osprey Web page update.
Boy Paula, where were you. We caught you napping on your birthday. :) That was the only eagle that came and it stayed about in the same place all the time, acting like it was eating something.
I was knocked off too. How do you get on the blog if you cant pull up the sight? Is there another way? At least I got to see a little before I go home. Its still raining. The storm is from Southern California. It the one they had yesterday. It was nice of Jim to send it to us. We needed it.Paula I hope you have had a restful birthday
I hope you meant Belle and not mits. Paula Jo asked us to get her pics as she had to leave, but there was not much movement to get. I got a few and I will email them to her, but it isn't much.
The book I was reading was just junk reading; Blue Dahlia by Nora Roberts. I got it out of the teachers lounge last summer and never got to it.
Well guess I'll call it a night. My eyes are going buggy from watching a fuzzy nest. :) Even spidey isn't coming on tonight. Good night all. Tomorrow brings a new day.
I think I'll probably be first this Thursday morning.
Let's hope you witness the second start today...in the meantime (I tell myself) be cool, there's nothing we can do to influence the way it will develop.... Although this would be a very inconvenient time for the camera to go down, and I hope someone can influence that.
Good rainy morning, eagle world. Good morning, Jo. Raining like mad out there, and very foggy is places. Took extra time coming in, can't see through the rain in spots! Not too cold, though, so that's a blessing. 40° at my house, think it's 43° here. Well... we need the rain!
May try to read blogs, but have things to get out today. I'm off tomorrow... (I don't do Friday, the 13ths), so I won't be gettin' outta my house tomorrow!
Osprey nest is MT, nobody on the side. Everybody see Lisa's note? She's updated both cams with info. Our nest is MT, but no spidey, so that's always a good thing. He probably doesn't want to come out, he'd get washed off the cam lens! Wish the rain would clean the blinds, though!
All have a great eagle day. Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!
Off to creat my daily new google account so I can post today. This is really becomming old!
New acct created for today, so I can post. Going to have to contact Google and find out what the heck’s going on, this is a royal pain!
Good morning Suzanne. I see Jim beat us up today. I have been laying there watching tv since 4am, so thought I would come out to see if there was any action on the nest yet There doesn't seem to be yet. Guess I'll go back and try to get back to sleep for awhile or I won't be worth anything for the rest of the day. Now that I am on Spring Break, these birds are driving me crazy. I wish we would soon see a happening. I have to go back on Monday.
Wow, good morning, Candy. Not used to someone being on quite so early, so didn't even bother checking. If you went back to bed, I hope you sleep well. I think Jim was on a couple hours before I got here, and he probably went to bed too! No action in our nest yet, only thing actually moving at all is Lady BW trying to keep the chicks dry. They're so big now, it doesn't appear to be working.. they no longer fit under her, and the one on her left looks very wet, poor thing. Well, sleep tight!
Well, just submitted my entry for the eaglet naming contest. I still had an account from last year, which I totally forgot. Just thought I'd try a userid and logon, and viola! There I was. Was drawing a total blank until last night, then I thought of 2 really cool names.
Morning, Megan. Yup, not a good day for me!!! I stay home and either in bed or on the couch! It was pouring earlier, glad it's down to a drizzle. We do need the rain! How's your flowers coming in your GH? So you still have to heat it at night? It's chilly out when I come in.
We really do need rain, and then some sunshine, plants are growing slowly, we haven't had a sunny day since last week. Last night was the first night I ran only one heater, just out there, temp is holding at 60°, which is good. looks like I'll be running 2 again by the weekend. Wish it would warm up. Darn weatherman said possible wet snow SUnday into Monday:(
Yes, I just heard that about the snow! I am so sick of winter and winter weather! Think I'm going to have to bring my pansies back in if it's gonna be cold enough for snow again. Geez, winter took a long time getting here this year, and now it's taking just as long leaving! At this rate, we can forget planting by Mother's Day! It's gonna be Father's Day before we can put anything in the ground without fear of frost!!
Morning, Dana. yeah, I sent her an email yesterday asking about them. Then we went back and forth, couldn't decide if it was the male or female in the nest. Then someone named DANA...(SMILE) sent Lisa a pic of both in the nest. One flying out, other standing! I sure felt better after seeing that pic!! But nobody was in the nest this morning, and they're not hanging around like they used to.
Still 1 in our nest, think Liberty, but not certain!
Yepper me did Suzanne and was I happy to send it to Lisa. I hate to see such a wonderful person worry so. I knew that pic would make her feel alittle better. ( :
Both ospreys hanging around still! They must have read Lisa's post and decided to quit fooling us and get down to hanging around the nest, and maybe lay an egg or two.
If you want to see a "very busy osprey working hard". You need to go to the New Hampshire site. Windows Media Player wow is he every working on the nest for her.
She must have him trained right. Our osprey are sitting where they usually are to watch the sun come up. Since there's no sun today, guess maybe they're waiting...
Very wet chicks and mom at BW. Our nest MT. Mom falcon snoozing, she doesn't look as wet as our kids did this morning, or BW.
Good morning all. It looks like the nest got some of the rain we had her in NC.
I've still got my fingers crossed for another egg or two but I can definitely see that if Belle and Liberty don't get on the ball soon, it's not going to happen again this year.
Morning, Jennifer. They were both there briefly this morning, but they just checked the egg cup and nest, then left. It was pouring last night and this morning. Nest looks very wet. Check out the BW eagles, they're soaked. Ospreys don't look as wet, though.
Good morning again Suzanne. I see Dana joined you. Hi Dana. I got up earlier when I couldn't sleep and never did get back to sleep. So here I am checking again. It is drizzling here and 51' here. Talk of snow up there doesn't sound too good. :( I'd probably sit there and cry right about now, if I lived up there.
Getting raindrops on the osprey cam, ospreys are getting fuzzy. Lady BW is now using her wings to try to keep the kids dry. Kinda too late for that, now. Our nest MT. PA falcon mom was snoozing on eggs, dad was on bar, then ledge. Lady BW flapping her wings now. Well, she was.
Sorry, morning again, Candy. Sorry you couldn't go back to sleep. Hate it when that happens! Usually happens to me in the middle of the night, then I'm dragging the next day!
Yes, Yes you did Dana What an absolute miracle. They must have had those eggs way down deep away from all the cold and snow and yet high enough to not get soaked through when the snow melted.
Great Day for Maine and the Maine cam fans for sure.
Good Morning, Everyone! I was happy to see 2 Osprey this morning when I first checked in. Poor wet BW's! Sun is coming out now in H-town, and will hopefully clear out at BW soon. As always, I'm at work, and will check in whenever possible. I love the notes that you post, so I don't miss too much. Thanks for all your dedication!
Go to the Biodiversity Research Institute site eaglecam for more info on the possibility of re-nesting (rare, says the biologist) but they think that the pair in Maine may have laid another egg. Just a few days ago the biologists confirmed that there were no eggs in the nest (by plane), but now the birds are acting like they've got an egg.
There is the chicks head moving again in Maine. I'm laughing so hard. Fuzzy just like all the other little chicks in every other nest. Someone there has diffently made a mistake that is a chick.
I think all eyes are on Maine. They just moved the camera for a better look when the eagle got up and flew away. I don't know if the same one is back on the nest, but there was a little bobbing, fuzzy head in the nest.
Yes, there is a chick, but if you read the biologist blog you'll see that they didn't see eggs last week when they flew over and we thought the eggs weren't viable. Parents were acting very careful around the nest last 24 hours or so, everyone thought another egg, but it's a chick. There is info on the rarity of re-nesting, but they also say that they just don't know enough to be sure how rare re-nesting is. I'm hoping your eagles will lay some more eggs. But I'm so excited about our Maine chick, especially since the biologist announced a nest failure a few days ago! You just never know.
Oh, I'm so glad Maine eagles have a chick!!!! They beat mother nature!! I'm glad they found it, but they'll post it very soon. Congrats, eagle-chick-eye Dana! You saw it first.
Good Morning dear friends. Hope this one posts. Kept 6 of the grandkids last night and one of the 4 year olds tried to kill me. She didn't go to sleep until 1:30 this am. Poor Popaw has them by himself this morning until my last class is over. Say a little prayer for him, please. He is a little under the weather. Blessing to all of you today. donna
Paula it was quite an experience. Had thought like everyone. Eggs gone. Maybe lay another hoping.
Then I was watching and seen this little fuzzy head wobble back and forth. I moved closer to the screen. Right like I could get in there to see for sure. Seen the chick again. Emailed them to please please look you have a chick. Then they panned in and seen it themselves. hee hee Then they wrote on their blog. So now I am awaiting for MTBR on their blog.
Well, not to change the subject, but our BW chicks are alone, and all wet still. 1 Osprey hanging around in the nest, our nest MT and wet. Kent eagle sitting on eggs and has decorated the nest with new foilage, and last I checked, 1 osprey in WA nest. No more news posted on Maine blog yet.
Have patience up there. We have sunny skies now, so it should work it's way north soon. Has anyone seen anymore of the chicks that were placed in the nest in California? All I could see this morning was an eagle sitting.

Steve or Steve: at what point do you think it would be too late for a second clutch? I'm sure the adults know, but they're not talking to us!
Good Wednesday morning,
I didn't think I would be first on this thread...
Jim
Thanks Suzanne for letting me know. MT nest now
Thanks for the new thread, Steve.
Thanks for the heads up, Jim.
Candy, did you make it over here?
Hello again everybody. Thanks for the new thread Steve and thank you Jim for the heads up. Been enjoying watching Liberty and Belle.
I was just saying how much I loved reading your blogs from the wee hours of the am. They are sooooo full of life and information for us late risers to read. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Yes, I think it would be great to get the scientific information on the subject of second clutches.
I think this pair look like they're "feeling their way through it," but I can't read their feelings very well.
Thanks to Paula on yesterday's info on the Two Harbors nest.
Jim
Ok, see that you made it. Hopefully, they'll be back.
Haven't seen the BW eaglets get any breakfast this morning, what's the deal with that? Diet time?
Ospreys are switching off, have a pic of one outgoing while the other is in the nest. Phew!!!
PA falcon on her eggs trying to catch a few zzzzzz's.
WA osprey is standing in nest on one leg...deja vu', and I'm guessing Star on her eggs with her wings in the air.
Thanks, Candy. Have to do something at that hour, might as well be worthwhile!
Good morning all. Thanks for the new thread Steve. I finally got over here. I'm only in Kindergarten. :)
The pair are acting like either they have all the time in the world, or they're expecting the process to start and it isn't.
However, they've been doing real work on the nest lately...that big lumber pile near the cam is straightened out, and the nest looks a lot neater and ready to go.
Jim
Nothing wrong with kindergarten, Candy! You get to play with fingerpaints!!! Make a big mess. How fun!!!
Good morning everyone...well no thats not true we have a winter weather advisory Geeesh Can you say Sick of this with me!!! Oh well got our eagles to add a bright spot in our day. That us a good thing...its a very good thing.
The oldest baby in the Norfolk nest seems to be trying out his wings more now and then. He is starting to get his black feathers in too.
Steve W says every day we don't see eggs decreases the chances this year.
Heard that the eagle story in the press made it to the radio yesterday too.
Glo,
Sorry to hear about your winter weather advisory - we are supposed to have rain here tonight.

THERE'S the birthday girl! Morning, Paula!
Little Sharon to the rescue as usual. Hope this posts. Mauley
They're feeding chicks in W.E. nest...
Jim
Happy Birthday, dear Paula, I posted your birthday greeting earlier and the blogger cop ate it. It must have been very tasty, because he ate it several times over. I pray that you have a wonderful day and blessed one, too. I speak for all of us when I say that you are a blessing to us and how much we appreciate your stewardship of God's creation. Thank you for ministering to us over the past year in the name of the Lord. You are truly a blessing to me and to the others as well. May God Bless You today and always. donna (mauley)
Yes, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, PAULA...
Hope you got the eCard... Have a great day!
Jim
Thanks, Steven, Steve W.,
Good info, but do you have a rough idea of what the chances are today??
Jim
Happy Birthday Paula! I tried to send you a pic with a wish earlier, but it wouldn't work on here. Are you doing anything special today?
Thanks, Jim the card was lovely :)
No, Candy, just work as usual! Had birthday dinner on Easter!
You're In, Mauley :)
Morning all. BBL donna
Thanks for all the help guys, I couldn't make it without you.
It is feeding time at the West End nest. Everything seems to be going ok there. I just loved watching them being put into the nest.
GOOD HAPPY BIRTHDAY MORNING
TO YOU, PAULA. May you have a great year ahead! The FtStVrain eagles have honored your day with their second hatching!
At least I cannot see any egg in the nest - just a lot of chick fuzz!
I have not check emails-I need to go out for appointment soon. So many eagles and eaglets to watch! Fantastic viewing!

Gone now.
Well I got my eaglefix for the morning. In a way, its discouraging.
Steve W. says there is still time for a clutch, but time is running out. One thing for sure, our pair thinks there will be another egg if you gauge things by the amount of nestbuilding activity.
Thanks Steve, now I feel better. Back to work on these accounts.
Happy Birthday Paula and what happy news from Steve, there is still hope and I'm sure if Belle does lay an egg or three that they will raise them up and get them strong and ready for winter - they're the best!
hmmm had to create a google password now - and my picture is gone not so bad - I was tired of it, but now I have to figure out how to do a new pic again
i love you sunny
Bob,
Thanks for posting the new pictures and thank you for the Birthday wishes!! Love the hawk and the windmill, and the tufted titmouse was cute too.
Watching Eagles, eggs and new eaglets is a real treat for a birthday. I'll take any and all....
Heidigirl - Like your way of thinking. :)
Nest looks ready to me - lots of new fluff. C'mon L & B!
Snack time at BW. Haven't seen much of Mom or Dad today.
My NCTC cam and web page just went out. Did anybody else's?
Yep, walked in and thought I would check the nest, just get message- You are not authorized to wiew this page. Someone please authorize me quickly...
That is what I was thinking too, Megan. Let me in, don't you know who I am? :):):)
I hereby authorize you to be able to view the cam page...unfortunately I have no authority.
Well, I thought I was in, but I just got the dreaded "Service Unavailable".
Well, I have tried a few different ways to get in but to no avail! ARGGHH!!!
You are not authorized to view this page
Hopefully will be back up soon :)
IT'S BACK!
Boy am I in the right place. You guys are as silly as I am...
BACK UP :)
Is there new stuff in the nest or did they just rearrange the furnishings again?
Poor Osprey at BW with that Sod Ball...makes me think of Tom Hanks with Wilson on "Castaway"
Jill, it looks like they added a lot of grass tihs morning!
Hi all. I took the afternoon off to read a book I have been trying to finish. I read the good news from Steve and one feels with all the activity in the nest we have been seeing, that something must be in the wind.
Patiently waiting on their arrival.
Eagle Alert
Well, no cam is up for me... Maybe later before the eagle spirits come.
Reads like you all have been having the same problem.
Great news from what Steve W. said about what the nestorations just might mean!
LISA at BW is concerned as to why the osprey COUPLE have not been seen together very often -check out her Osprey Web page update.
My patience has paid off! There is one in the nest.
One in nest1
Sharon and Candy take pictures - my cam is down.
Appears to be eating a little supper!
How about that - my cam is up.
But I am headed out the door to a 7:30 appointment - so I'll look for your pictures when I return in about an hour.
Ok you eagles, let's make this a family affair.
Geez, jo will be back before that eagle moves a bit
EAGLE ALERT
Does anyone know which eagle it is; maybe Belle?
Guess I'm a little late on that notice! But better late than never!!
Darn, gone!!
And gone again.
Boy Paula, where were you. We caught you napping on your birthday. :) That was the only eagle that came and it stayed about in the same place all the time, acting like it was eating something.
Looked like Belle to me.
LOL, Jo, more like eating supper!
And back again!
HA - EAGLE IS BACK!!!!!!!!!!
Working on egg cup.
Back again
And gone again!
Flew the coup again.
I wonder what she is bring into the nest.
OK, so Candy thought I was napping....:)
I think it was Belle too. Had that white place on her side.
What good book were you reading today?
That looked like Belle, too.
I sure do miss Mits!
I think she might have eaten a turtle. Looked a little hard to eat. Belle that is, not Mits! :):):)
I was knocked off too. How do you get on the blog if you cant pull up the sight? Is there another way? At least I got to see a little before I go home. Its still raining. Yes, I got quite a few pics!
wax
Sorry, had to do it!
QUEEN OF WAX IS BACK!
I emailed her maybe 5 of almost the same pic.
I am waiting for both to show too. We'll keep watching.
I have to go make some tea. Be right back!
No action yet!
I'm back and the eagle spirits are around the nest. No Spidey tonight? I don't think I see a bird in the nest!
Going to go work on the Momsters pictures sent to me today..... I'll be awhile...
I am beginning to think that we aren't going to get anymore visits tonight. They were here a little after 8 last night.
Welcome back Jo. No spidey tonight and no eagles. I am going to check in on other sites for a bit.
Book sounds perfect for some time off, Candy.
All 6 at WE
Osprey cam at BW stuck.
I have been watching the West End cam too. I worry about there being no sides to the nest. I just hope the baby eagles don't walk off or fall off.
Well guess I'll call it a night. My eyes are going buggy from watching a fuzzy nest. :) Even spidey isn't coming on tonight. Good night all. Tomorrow brings a new day.
Candy - As far as I know it's never happened!
ok well talk to you tomorrow
All have a good night!!
Good Night All
Pleasant dreams & peaceful sleep
Prayers for all being said..
Good Morning Suzanne

Good Morning Suzanne, Megan,Candy and Jim.
Suzanne Lisa is worried about the BW Osprey.
EAGLE ALERT OUR NEST
2 VERY WET EAGLES JUST ARRIVED!!!
Didn't stay very long. Both did an egg cup inspection, then nest inspection, then 1 left.
Oh my, now we have our head IN the cup, under the grass!
Yep they are wet but still around. Liberty left Belle still there.
That's Belle... a very wet Belle.
Poof, gone. MT nest. BW cams are not updating.
I'm glad you sent it to her, Dana.
Belle just left. MT nest
BW Osprey cam came back on.
Yes, Dana, so did the eagle cam. Those poor wet soaked eagles! The wetness makes the babies very black!
Suzanne have you ever been able to take a picture off of "windows media player"?
Dana, you got the comm. BBIALW.
Oops, what Dana?
Dana, Windows Media Player playes movies, not sure how to take a pic unless you pause the movie and take a pic that way. Is that what you're asking?
BBIALW.
Osprey at BW
Both osprey in nest, but 1 leaving!
Both Osprey in BW nest
Both ospreys hanging around still! They must have read Lisa's post and decided to quit fooling us and get down to hanging around the nest, and maybe lay an egg or two.
If you want to see a "very busy osprey working hard". You need to go to the New Hampshire site. Windows Media Player wow is he every working on the nest for her.
http://www.psnh.com/osprey/live/default.asp
Of course all on one line.
Morning all. Company FINALLY leaves today. Been here for a whole week. Times to get back to a normal life again...including eagle watching.
So, what is that odd looking thing at 2 o,clock on our nest, or is it just my picture?
Anybody else see it?
She must have him trained right. Our osprey are sitting where they usually are to watch the sun come up. Since there's no sun today, guess maybe they're waiting...
Very wet chicks and mom at BW. Our nest MT. Mom falcon snoozing, she doesn't look as wet as our kids did this morning, or BW.
Mating in New Hampshire Osprey nest.
Morning, Sandy. Looks like a clump of grass or something. Probably very wet grass!
Morning Sandy I only see in our nest clump of dirt.
Good morning Jennifer. I see you are also from N. Carolina. We are just seeing the last of the rain here on the coast.
I did check into the New Hampshire osprey that Dana talked about and both were sitting there enjoying their labors. :)
Here is a thought. Do you suppose they are checking the egg cup still looking for the ones they lost?
Getting raindrops on the osprey cam, ospreys are getting fuzzy. Lady BW is now using her wings to try to keep the kids dry. Kinda too late for that, now. Our nest MT. PA falcon mom was snoozing on eggs, dad was on bar, then ledge. Lady BW flapping her wings now. Well, she was.
Sorry, morning again, Candy. Sorry you couldn't go back to sleep. Hate it when that happens! Usually happens to me in the middle of the night, then I'm dragging the next day!
You may be right, Candy. But I thought they moved the eggs out of the egg cup themselves. (And didn't Belle eat them??)
I thought they were sending secret messages to each other... hidden from the cam, so we can't see!!
I seen a little head moving in Maine !!!!!! ( :
Which nest, Dana?
Yes, Yes you did Dana What an absolute miracle. They must have had those eggs way down deep away from all the cold and snow and yet high enough to not get soaked through when the snow melted.
Great Day for Maine and the Maine cam fans for sure.
I am sure they don't know it. I have emailed them. I am so so excited for the eagles in Maine....it happened ( : ( :
That could be too Suzanne. I wondered what became of the egg. The last one had the shell left there for awhile.
Our cams messing up again. I've been having problems this morning with refreshing, now I'm getting lines again...
HI Jo...good morning
And it is a GOOD MORING to see that little head moving around. lol so happy
The Maine nest Suzanne where they thought the eggs weren't viable anymore.
Well at least one did it now we'll have to watch and see if another hatches.
That's great news, Dana! Take pics, they were saying there were no eggs in the nest when they did a flyover.
Dana, is it the Biodiversity Research Institute where you saw the baby?
In Maine they laid the eggs on 3/5/Mon and 3/8 Thurs. Today is only 4/12 so they other could still hatch.
http://www.briloon.org/watching-wildlife/eagle-cam.php
Maine link of course all on one line. They also have there a place to click for live cam.
Suzanne it's windows media player can't take pictures (darn)
Unless someone can tell me how. I've tried everything.
She is calling to him they are very vocal at the nest. Mits and I just love them calling back and forth.
Oh, please, send that sun my way!!!
They have a baby chick in Maine nest I seen the baby
There is the chicks head moving again in Maine. I'm laughing so hard. Fuzzy just like all the other little chicks in every other nest. Someone there has diffently made a mistake that is a chick.
Is anyone else watching this live at Maine?
They are panning into the nest and boy it surely shows the chick hee hee hee hee ..
THEY HAVE SEEN THE CHICK NOW THEMSELVES.
You can see eyes and beak they know IT FOR SURE NOW. !!!!!
Way to go Maine
Dana, you hit the jack pot today!
Oh, I'm so glad Maine eagles have a chick!!!! They beat mother nature!! I'm glad they found it, but they'll post it very soon. Congrats, eagle-chick-eye Dana! You saw it first.
Maura, I think we all feel the same as you. If just shows you that the eagle knows best. :)
They posted it Dana! "We have a chick."
Happy Dancing here! for Maine!! Now how do I explain these tears to my co-workers?
I got this off the Maine eagle blog page:

We have a chick!
More to follow in a minute . . .
posted by Bald Eaglecam at 9:10 AM
I've been bawling like a baby for the eagles in Maine.
Even though on here I'm sure some though I was nuts. lol It's ok now we know "plane flying over made mistake" hee hee
Blessing to all of you today. donna
Hi Sunny just tell them you got something in your eye. You did "a chick at Maine" lol
Wow, what a great morning. A chick in Maine - goes to show you never know. Those eagles really must have had those eggs covered up good!
Then they panned in and seen it themselves. hee hee
Then they wrote on their blog. So now I am awaiting for MTBR on their blog.
Good morning Paula. Dana is the Queen for the Day! She spotted the chick in the nest. All is right with the world.
Eagle gone from Maine nest. Watch for baby
They have updated the blog at Maine! What a miracle!!
