Good Morning! We have a white winter wonder land! Hope that is it for this winter! I guess Lib & Belle feel like their home has been flooded - Hope their insurance (sunshine) comes through.
Good morning America. How are ya. This is Red whistling Dixie in Alabama. That nest sure looks frozen. brrrrrrr. Good news, Spring begins in 52 days. lol
Margy, I was not familiar with that watchdeer site until Carolyn told me.......don't know how I missed being in on that one! It is cool! So nice of you to check on GG! No sun in THIS part of Berk Co!!! But it is glary! IS that a word??
I think it is a word - if not I still know the meaning - I'm Blinded By The Light! Great Margy that when egg laying time comes and you're at work - you can be our eyes and reporter!
Hello Red - You are a breath of sunshine! 52 days doesn't make it seem so long before we see the daffodils.
Susan made it safely to the friend's house. James is coming with gasoline for her.
She had spent so long trying to get out of the parking garage last night that she had almost run out of gas. She chose to leave the car in a parking lot because she knew it would run out of gas on the street. She walked through another gas station that was also out of gas.
Shirley, I think your proud of your daughter's mature thinking and making the best of a bad situation! Sounds to me like she's ready to take on the world or at least to check out her gas tank and keep it filled from here on out! Don't you just love your kids!!!
I type pathology reports for Newberry County Memorial Hospital in Newberry, SC and they are now watching our nest. I share the eagle love everywhere I can! :-)
Lynn - I also read it to be Christie Glad you clarified it was Chrissy... I was ready to take on the Post Office for you!! To be closed on Saturdays is almost as bad as taking a lunch break and closing 1 - 2:00 I think it is.
RED!!!! Thank you so much for that encouragement! 52 days! WooHoo for sure. Temp is up to 29°---should rise now that sun is out. What's your AL weather?
Lynn I know you can't get the Lion cams but let me tell you that Luke is in his area pacing. Those cubs are getting so large! What I like best is when the cub jumps up onto the shelf where the moms sleep - It is no more a safe place to be!
Good morning! Lily cam is back up and I got a glimps of two little cubbies. Tried to get a picture but it did not work. I am going out on a limb and say I think there are three. The two I saw were nursing away, but I could hear squealing.
See that we have had visitors to the nest and HP in the snow. ☺
I am strongly thinking MELT MELT MELT for all of you!!!
If any of you haven't seen my latest TRAIL CAM, it is one of my favorits. So many animals eating together...like a scene from Bambi! And, don't miss the music the Capt. Gene chose to go along with the vidoe. This was his first attempt at learning how to do a video and putting it to music. HE HAD WAY TOO MUCH FUN!!

Hello Queen of Wax, Sharon...
I bet you miss not having snow! My birds are coming to be fed - a little later that usual.

I told her that this was the appropriate end to her adventures in Ecuador.
Margy, Chrissy, not Christie...as in England!!!

Morning, all.
Roads aren't too bad around here, pretty good ride into work. Of course, I don't have to drive on Rt 70!!
BWE nest looks great.
Snowy HP, eh? :)
Its GORGEOUS in Alabama. Temp will be in the mid 50's this weekend.

Hope certainly makes it difficult for Lily. She is right in there, getting her share. LOL
