Visiting with daughter as this is Tues Thanks Sharon for telling me that the still cam was up. When I went in it was still black and back dated but I just refreshed and there it was.
Thanks Steve for the new thread and for the information. Now I won't panic when I lose the cam. lol
It had warmed up nicely here to 44 with fairly good sun. Now the wind has started to blow.... argh!
Have a drs. apptmt. this afternoon, so starting to get ready. Mai is being quite good today....all things considered!! Have found that a good lower back scratch seems to calm her. And, like most dogs, sun spots attract her and she likes to lie in them!
See you early evening. Errands to run after Dr.
Guess we won't have sight of an evening visit, but hopefully whatever John does will put an end to the outages!
Going to meet Jenny - exercise time almost here. Sad news that the convenience of going across the street to Curves is going to end Mid Feb. They are closing this one down. :( Not sure if I will go about 5 miles into Frederick to one or not....
Well...I've installed a 2nd controller in the box, the two controllers will operate the 2 batteries independently. I also repositioned the solar panel to gather more sunlight throughout the entire day. I hope this keeps the cam running 24/7 without interruption. I did not oberve the eagles on site today. Have a Great Day.
Thanks Lolly. Question: I have had the live cam up almost all day - I thought John was doing something with our still cam & he really didn't have it down long.
Thanks John! Hoping the cam meets all your expectations. Really appreciate all your time and help.
AWWW...I'm too late. Just got back from GG's and ran in to 'puter. Knew it was near visit time. Glad they showed up. Right now, you can see the softees in the egg cup:)
OK, I'll volunteer to hold the flashlight. Got Gene a nice one for Christmas. A lantern type to use in case of power failure. I wouldn't even have to hold it...just hang it in the tree;)
I just got off the phone with a friend in Minnesota. He said that since early this morning the snow has been nearly waist high and is still falling. His wife has done nothing but look through the kitchen window. He says that if it gets much worse, he may have to let her in.
Wanda that sounds good....when do we all meet at the nest so we can give Wanda a heeve oh and away she goes into the nest to hang the lantern light?????
Megan, Jo, Glo, Lolly, Paula, Loretta, Jim - John just wait there at NCTC we are brinning the whole gang down and need more help to get Wanda and that Lantern into the nest.
Maybe we should get a 'dusk to dawn' light to hang! Umbrellas for rain and shade from the sun.. Fans for when the heat is unbearable.. Fish for the hungry eaglets.. What else have we suggested.
Well there goes the neighbor----all lights out---pitch black---can't see hide nor hair of a white head, a sparkle of a talon nor even a star. Night our eagles!!!!

Sounds like we are starting to sound Scandinavian here!!! LOL!
I feel bad that Diann can't get comfortable in a real bed, too, Wanda, but know LOTS of people who sleep in recliners due to different orthopedic conditions. My friend Ann even got one of those fancy beds that does all the stuff like a hospital bed.....but she still uses the recliner.
Thanks, Lynn for info on NCIS...I feel better now...and for info on those sleeping in a recliner. Sorry if I sounded selfish, I just want my "sisters" to be comfortable and if they are comfortable in a recliner or a hammock, then I'm glad they can find comfort somewhere:)
Joey often sleeps in the recliner as it is more comfortable on his back.
Looks like we will be going to Denton for the next three days. Joey is driving his mother's car to N. Carolina. It is going to her oldest grandson who is 16. Joey wants it out of the drive way and taken care of. Laurel needs help with the boys for the rest of the week. Jack is going tomorrow. I am going Thursday and Friday.
We are excited. Joey did get the cabin in Colorado for next Thanksgiving. We will be there for a week. Looking into having dinner catered. Wow! That will be fun! The cabin is owned by their church, is a very nice three bedroom plus bunk room, "cabin" in the mountains.
Gee, Lolly, Joey is awful young to have to be sleeping in a chair! Bet Laurel doesn't like that too much. Nice of him to make that trek to NC. Guess he'll fly back? My Mom went to work a couple of years after my Dad passed.....so she wasn't able to come stay much when the girls where little.....would have been nice when the mister had to go out of town! (In-laws would not baby-sit. MIL said she didn't remember how to care for little ones. BS!)
OMG! I have heard there are grandparents who do not babysit, but can not understand it at all. I would not want to be the daily caretaker but we love to "baby"sit and want to help out in situations.
I am thinking of sleeping up there Thursday. I can do laundry and clean while Laurel is at work and boys at school. I LOVE helping out.
I love sleeping in my recliner when I need to... Main reason would be that broken leg or now a coughing fit! It did work well when I broke my leg. I can nap in the wink of the eye in the afternoon - I love my recliner.. ♥♥♥
Babysitting - my mother worked and it was the same deal with my girls because I worked - Now I wish I could have been more help to them. I admired you Lolly that you can and want to do so much for your children.
Yippee!!! The Eastern Panhandle now has its own locally stationed life flight service effective today! Knew it was coming, but so cool to have something actually happen on or even a bit ahead of schedule!!!!
Thank you John for all your effort and hard work to keep us happy watching the nest.
Missed our eagles this evening. Darth had a meeting and brought my dinner a bit early so I was otherwise occupied.
We had a fun lunch with our friends. They brought lunch from Friday's. Dennis is my guru and we usually have lunch at Friday's once or twice a semester to compare notes, complain about wannabe adults, and stratagize on how to outsmart them. Very welcome break in routine.
Headed out tomorrow to get my "do" did even if the Creek do rise. It has been almost three months. I imagine I look like an elderly Raggedy Ann.
Lynn, hope dr. appt was a good one.
Jo, your numbers are so good I think a brief trip to the other Curves is worth it.
Lynn, suspicious the woman at the phone store could feel your pain -- maybe she has a pup named Mai Tai.
Wanda, you need to hook up with a guy named Ben Gay.
Lolly, so pleased you all have the cabin to look forward to next Thanksgiving. Hope Joey has a safe trip.
Going over to elevate my foot for a little while. BBL
Thank you so much, John at NCTC for working on the power supply issue. Hope it works!
I saw we had a visit this evening, rather short. Maybe they have been staying longer in the morning, when we weren't able to see them the past couple of days.
Judie, clerk told me about her puppy chewing cords....she found something at pet store made just for electronic stuff that worked like a charm.......they did NOT have anything at PetSmart for electronics. :( Glad your lunch was a pleasant interlude!! Know how good you will feel when you get your do did!! WHEN DO YOU SEE THE NP????
Yep, know what you mean, Jo.....when my graqnds were little, I was still working. Things DID work put well tho' for the 9 weeks that SIL was in ICU....I was just about finished w/ chemo at that point; even tho' the girls were in school, I would go get them off the bus and get them settled in at home until Carolyn got home from work and the hospital many days, and their other grandma did the days I didn't. Then I kept them here on weekends and holidays. Glad that I was able to help.
LOL, Paula, remember when Carolyn had them. Mom and my grandparents came to visit for the weekend.....Grams sat there putting caladryl on Carolyn's oh-so-many lesions, and she (Grams) started to cry because she felt so bad for her! Carolyn had them as bad as they can get: scalp, soles of feet, palms, and inside of her lips.
The airport in Colombia was interesting. You walk 5 feet and someone checks your passport, then you walk 5 more feet and someone else checks your passport and pats you down, then you walk 5 more feet and someone new checks your passport and then checks you over with a wand metal detector, then you walk another 5 feet and guess what, someone else checks your passport and asks why you are in the country! The airport was also filled with police and dogs. I was not sad to leave that airport.
I had packed headache medicine but it was in my checked bags so I couldn't get to it. I tried to buy some medicine in the airport in Colombia but they wouldn't take credit cards and I only had one dollar bill and twenties, the medicine cost two dollars and they did not have change for a 20.
Sad when you have to turn off the news because you don't want your grandchild to see and hear the story about the inappropriate things happening on the aircraft carrier.
Laurel and Joey met this evening with a lady who does estate sales. They like her. This is very interesting as we have never had to do anything like this. Anyway, she does is on a 35/65 percentage. So, mid Feb will be the sale. Yea! Also, the house is going on the market. Yea!
Yay, I get to sleep in tomorrow. My dental appointment is not until afternoon. Of course, I have a pile of papers to grade, and I did not get home until after six this evening because I was setting up for the sub.
This sub should have a reasonable day. There is no 4th Block class tomorrow.
Just talked with Michael. He seemed excited about the house in Colorado for Thanksgiving. Said he could get in a couple of day of skiing. Oh, it just sounds like so much fun, hope it all works out.
Laurel had school Monday but the students did not. Laurel said she graded papers all day. Sometimes if she has papers at home, I help her grade. Just depends on what the papers are.
Yep, and another break tomorrow, Miss Paula. Tee hee, and thanks for the laugh.
Shirley, what an amazing adventure for Susan. I hope she continues to send lots of updates for you to share with us.
I need to have Darth join you recliner folks. That's his best place to sleep as he watches old movies from behind his eyelids.
Okay, back to try to watch the last few minutes of the First 48 - Jo got me stuck on that one.
Then turning off my light. Had to take a percocet a few minutes ago so will likely be joining the sandperson. Leaving the night light on for others coming in, headed back the hallway, hitting the pillows, down to the tub, up the stairs, or just wandering around in the night. Please dreams. Back tomorrow.
Thanks, Shirley and Paula!!! She's cute as can be, even when she's bad!
Want to hear something really lousy?? The company that Christie works for is crazy! If someone gets a ticket while driving the company vehicle, they get demerits on their work record. IF THEY HIT A DEER, they get demerits....and at a certain number of them, they get fired. Insane! And poor Chris lives in the state (WV) with the highest deer hits in the nation!
It made me think of what just happened to me. I let Hunter entertain himself with my iPhone while I was at the doctor's office. Then I got a notice that I've used up 65% of my data download allowance. I was wondering if there would be a charge for the stuff he was doing. Now I know. I have to be more careful. He was watching You Tube, and we weren't no wifi.
Of course, I did not let Hunter out of my sight with the iPhone. I don't think I would get an iPod for a six-year-old.
I can just imagine. I had some issues with Susan making lots of phone calls. We got cell phones while she was still in high school. No texting, then, though.
Whoops! Yes Lynn, I did eat a Classic Deep Dish pizza at Uno's.
I appreciated technology when I was able to hear and see the Germany Gang so I know how Shirley feels talking with Suzie just as though she was a few doors down the street.
Laurel sent me a picture of our cabin in Colorado. Also learned something else.....it has a bear!!! Several of their friends who have had the cabin have seen the bear or evidence of the bear. Can't you just see me now...."it's me bear!"
Jo, you do need to meet Mai. I would certainly be over there in a sec....if I did not have a several days drive! LOL
Jo, I know what you mean about taking meds before a dental appointment. I have an apparatus in my right shoulder and have to do the same.
Which partly explains my using a recliner as my bed. Before my 1st replacment I had surgery on a torn rotator cuff; 11 months later had my 1st replacement. Then.... my second back surgery. After all that had to have another shoulder replacement. Would love to sleep in a bed and have tried but the back reacts terribly so I just surrendered. Wanda, that arthur ritis is evil!
Lynn, your puppy looks soooo big! Was at my one sister's on Sunday and she has a Yorkie and you have to be careful you don't step on her. She's cute but half the size of my Missy.
Lynn, Jack paid for Ancestry.Com. He is doing some searching. He came across a man's name Greenberry Spoonamore. LOL Hope he is not a relation of anyone on here. Hate to hurt your feelings. :)
Evening all! Just popping in to say goodnight and I miss you all! Irvine all day, babysitting tonight and I was there a bit longer than usual. Haven't had a chance to catch up but maybe tomorrow....
Have to take truck for emissions test in AM. It's going to fail. Check Engine light is on and neighbor checked with his computer...emissions issue with heating element sensor for oxidizer,or something to that effect. Cha CHING. Sure need to hit the Mega Millions tonight....new computers and TRAIL CAMS for all! No idea what happens when you fail....I think they give you 90 days to have the problem fixed. UGH.
Saw a hawk nail something on the median strip on the highway heading to babysitting today! A Redtail! And I got pooped on and bitten by one of our screech owls at Irvine. I pretend like he really hurt me...don't want him to end up with "Tiny Raptor Syndrome"! Then I came REAL close to hitting a deer on the way home. Scared me pretty badly.
Anyway, hope all is well, will try to catch up tomorrow. Good night and prayers for all!
LOL, Lolly, that is quite some name! Caution Jack about "references". Tell him to write down all reference sources. If he really wants to get into it, I recommend using the Personal Ancestry File program that you can download for free from Latter Day Saints site. He would then enter all info in to build his file.....and site everything in the sources section. My cousin says not to believe anything that doesn't reference a source!! There are MANY errors on ancestry.com due to people entering stuff that is just family legend/lore! Tell him he can email me for info if he wants to!
Yep, Jo, you should come visit!!
Shirley, I surely do pray that you won't need a root canal!
Diann, your poor shoulder has sure been through the wringer. OUCH!
Start practicing the "it's me bear, don't run, it's okay" mantra, Lolly! Sounds like you will have a great TG----longs ways off yet! I think I told you that I have Dr. Lynn saying that as my text message alert on my cell, didn't I?
Jo, when I clicked on that link, it brought up my FB page. But I have seen the pic----so funny that they were blaming Honey!!!
Also, Lolly, tell Jack to check put GenWeb....choose the state and you can sometimes get some really good cemetery info----even headstone pics. Some states are further ahead in the project than others.
Baby Mai is not much of a 'baby' anymore...pretty as can be!
Paula, I would be sooo excited to see an eagle on my cam. Saw a crow, once:)
I forgot to hang the lantern on the sycamore tree...sorry!:( Sure would like to put my Trail Cam on that tree:)
We watched rental movies again tonight. None were very exciting...Date Night Bounty Hunter (Jennifer Aniston & Gerald Butler) and Nights in Rodanthe. The latter one was pretty good, but had a lousy ending!
So, I am ready for my recliner...er, uh, I mean bed. My recliner is very uncomfortable...I have to put a cushion behind my back. Glad that those of you sleeping in a recliner have comfy ones!
Live feed is up and so is still cam. Was watching nothing was in the nest.
Prayers for I can't remember who other than Jo is going to dentist...prayers for no root canal.
Diann prayers for the pain you go through each day.
Lynn-Hedgie that is the sweetest baby I have even seen. Wanda she doesn't look like a baby to you maybe because she is so big. But Honey that is a BABY and cute as can be. Raschida's Bullmissfft was big. So I know that Mai is such a puppy/baby. I LOVE THE PICTURES LYNN!!!!!!
Something is wrong with 'puter. My TIME says 12:04 am and temp is wrong too. How on earth do I fix that? Need to get instructions out...too early for this kind of stuff!
Anytime my friend! I will be lurking again today. It is so hard to blog and work at the same time. I always end up having to work late when I do that. Happy National Bird Day!!!
Hey Hey - OUTDOOR CHANNEL has the LIVE CAM up now!
Too funny. I wrote an email to them this morning asking when it would be up again - probably just coincidence - but now all the cameras are back up. It's all or nothing.

I guess this is what Paula was talking about on the other thread. Cam will be down once again, temporarily.
Yes, Dana, I do remember Sharon's difficulties. She and Sissy have had quite a few!
Visiting with daughter as this is Tues

Thanks for the heads up, Steve. Looks like the cam is back on.
tAKE a look at Lily & Hope. Both are awake and Lily is raking more soft stuff into the opening.
[:~D] Jim
I am LOL at the thought of Mai running around in circles :)
We have cattywampus again...wonder if they are still working on it?
I just got home and the cam was up. Next time I looked it was gone. Bet they are working on it.
Watching Lily and Hope. They are awake.
Thanks for the call over and the New Thread Steve and the information.
Back home - Lolly, still cam is up
Be sure to hit the refresh so it will come up if it is on... Steve did say that John would be sorking on it.
Well if we can vake and vook I guess we can sork.......... lol Too good to correct.........
Hope Mai is sleeping in cage while Lynn is out.
Both eagles in BWE nest
Jo can you put the link for Lily and Hope cam please.

Thanks Lolly for the Lily and Hope cam.
Thank you John for all your hard work trying to fix the live cam.
I am so excited and thank you and anyone else that helped.
Thanks Lolly.
Question: I have had the live cam up almost all day - I thought John was doing something with our still cam & he really didn't have it down long.
Thanks John! Hoping the cam meets all your expectations. Really appreciate all your time and help.
Well now all we need to do is Wait
for the couple.
If it runs 24/7 doesn't that mean we
need a new infrared light?
Anyone want to volunteer to hold the flashlight....... Not me...
eagle in the nest at BWE - might still be there when it refreshes

OK, I'll volunteer to hold the flashlight. Got Gene a nice one for Christmas. A lantern type to use in case of power failure. I wouldn't even have to hold it...just hang it in the tree;)
Well I know the eagles were there because of your comments. Had to take care of Little Man and missed their visit.
I'll see your pictures of them though. So GLAD they came back and are working on the egg cup.
It is getting dark at the nest. Jo who's turn is it to hold the flash light did you say?????????
I just got off the phone with a friend in Minnesota. He
said that since early this morning the snow has been
nearly waist high and is still falling. His wife has done
nothing but look through the kitchen window. He says
that if it gets much worse, he may have to let her in.
Happy New Year......
Wanda that sounds good....when do we all meet at the nest so we can give Wanda a heeve oh and away she goes into the nest to hang the lantern light?????
lol good one Wanda (: (: lol lol
Pictures of the afternoon visit are on the E-M album, and also
on my Magpie's Roost link...might be easier for some to get to them that way
Good one, Wanda !!
You and Darth have been putting your humorous heads together maybe ?
Megan, Jo, Glo, Lolly, Paula, Loretta, Jim - John just wait there at NCTC we are brinning the whole gang down and need more help to get Wanda and that Lantern into the nest.
Maybe we should get a 'dusk to dawn'
light to hang!
Umbrellas for rain and shade from the sun.. Fans for when the heat is unbearable.. Fish for the hungry eaglets.. What else have we suggested.
I am heading to UNO Dish Dish Classic
BBILW Ps I love you
Beautiful picture on Margy's Roost so easy to get too. Thank you so much for putting them there Margy .... your a sweetheart!!!!!
Definitely a covering to keep the snow out!!
A package of nice pine scent for Belle too Jo.
Remember a turtle or two so Jo might get a shell.
You're welcome Dana....
I took them off the still cam...not fast enough to do the live feed very often
Headed for a nap before midnight shift

Best wishes for a Good Evening
Hope Judie's luncheon was great !
xoxo ♥
Sleep and rest well Margy and hope your shift goes well.^j^ ^j^ Angels On Your Pillow
Hi gang. Got home a few minutes too late, didnt I? Too dark now to get any sightings if they return. No sound to let us hear them, either. :(
Oh, yes, Jo, Mai stays in the crate when I go out!!!
UNO's DEEP dish, did you mean??
Sorry about Curves......they do that everyplace......kind of a fly-by-night outfit, IMHO.
Well there goes the neighbor----all lights out---pitch black---can't see hide nor hair of a white head, a sparkle of a talon nor even a star. Night our eagles!!!!
Welcome back Hedgie-Lynn.
I agree with you about Curves. Ed's nephews wife was going there. Making good progress then they moved and she couldn't go that far.
Got me some Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner....boneless w/ salt & vinegar rub.....yummy!
Saw your Bronco at GG's, Wanda....and Margy's Blazer at home. I was all over that side of town!
The clerk at US Cellular GAVE me a new charger free!!!! Wasn't that nice??
Hello Eagle Fans.
I just got home from sork and I don't feel like vooking or vaking but the vings sound good maybe dipped in some buttermilk ranch.
I missed the eagles today :(
There is one at the White Rock nest perched above the nest.
I never have problems seeing a bear, she is always there.
My souse is varm.
I am going to finish reading posts.

Hello! Greetings to everyone.
LOL Wanda!
Was trying to catch up and saw the link to Lily & Hope so thought I'd take a look. Well, that little varmit was redoing its nest while the bears were sleeping. While bear are sleeping, the mice/voles will play.
Oh, I just rememberd, NEW SHOWS on tonight. 8pm is the new Paula Abdul show (don't really care for her) which looks interesting. But, what happenes to NCIS??!!

dinner bell rang .... bbl
DIANN...you MUST get into a bed! Nearly every night, when I get into bed, I think of you sleeping in a recliner. I can't get that picture out of my mind:( What is it going to take to get you into a bed??
I am heading for my recliner.
Wanda sometimes when you have different illness- a recliner is actually more comfortable than a bed to sleep in.
Dana, do you sleep in a recliner?
I toss and turn so much that I can't imagine sleeping in a recliner! I guess if it works for your specific condition, then...it is what it is!
Wanda, Jo, and anyone else including me who is an NCIS fan:

Thanks for the laugh, Wanda. Read it to Jack and he had a chuckle too!
It really is very kind of you to take the light out to THE TREE! Can I buy you some new ear muffs?
Got a lot of the decorations put away. Still have more to go including the tree. We even got outside and put away a lot of those decorations too.
Joey often sleeps in the recliner as it is more comfortable on his back.

Time for Jeopardy. BBL!
P.S. Wanda, you WEREN'T sounding selfish!!!!
I think the only time I had a family babysitter was when I'd go to the hospital to birth another one . lol
I love my recliner too and Jack his. Do not understand homes that do not have recliners. LOL Comfort before style!
Off to prepare dinner. Jack thinks he wants to eat. Bad habit. So off to vook I go!
Judie, clerk told me about her puppy chewing cords....she found something at pet store made just for electronic stuff that worked like a charm.......they did NOT have anything at PetSmart for electronics. :(
Glad your lunch was a pleasant interlude!!
Wanda, cute Joke.
Judie, glad you had a nice (pardon the pun) break in your routine!
Lynn, free charger...nice!
I try to help out when I can, even during the workday! Sometimes I have watched the kids in the DR office in Frederick when Ajay had an appt.
I always appreciated when my Mom came and helped me out. One time she stayed for a week when John had the chicken pox.
Lily&Hope
Hello all!
Yay! Susan's host family has wifi. She is in touch. I got a nice long e-mail with pictures of her room.
She had quite an interesting description of her time in Columbia. It sounds a bit scary. I hope she does not have to go back that way.
Susan's description of the Columbia airport:
The airport in Colombia was interesting. You walk 5 feet and someone checks your passport, then you walk 5 more feet and someone else checks your passport and pats you down, then you walk 5 more feet and someone new checks your passport and then checks you over with a wand metal detector, then you walk another 5 feet and guess what, someone else checks your passport and asks why you are in the country! The airport was also filled with police and dogs. I was not sad to leave that airport.
Trying to get headache medicine in Columbia:
I had packed headache medicine but it was in my checked bags so I couldn't get to it. I tried to buy some medicine in the airport in Colombia but they wouldn't take credit cards and I only had one dollar bill and twenties, the medicine cost two dollars and they did not have change for a 20.
Interesting reports, Shirley. Glad everything is going well for Suzi. Quite frankly, I 'm impressed that Columbia is serious about security!!!
On the toilets in Ecuador:
She said that you do not flush used toilet paper. You put it in the trash can. The system can't handle toilet paper. Yuck.
She's chatting away on FB.
Yea, glad you had a good day Judie. Also happy you are going to get your do did! That vill make you vill vike a new vady!
Security in Columbia . . . it could mean a lot of things. They are probably very interested in who is coming into the country for a number of reasons.
Yes, wonderful that Judie is getting her do did.
Shirley, great that you are hearing from Suzan. Interesting stories.
Well I hit that recliner to watch tv and out I went just woke up. Boy did that sleep ever feel good.
NCIS is on after the dance show.
later
I'll be back - I shot over to the TV to watch the reruns on programs I don't normally watch......
BBILW
Sad when you have to turn off the news because you don't want your grandchild to see and hear the story about the inappropriate things happening on the aircraft carrier.
Logging in on desktop to put some pics of Mai on my Lair.
Jo, the later NCIS is a repeat!
I get my do did tomorrow!! Need a cut and curl badly!
Got my do did on Friday. It feels good.
Pics are loading.
Where is Lynne??? She's been quiet!!
Okay, Mai pics are up!!
Love the pics, Lynn.
Good night, Judie. Rest well.
Wanda, wouldn't it be cool if you caught this on your trail cam!
Trail cam pic
Love your pictures, Lynn. So sweet the way she hugs her toy.
Teachers never seem to get a break!
Lolly, good that things are moving along.....sure hope that the estate dealer gets only the 35%. How is the housing market there?? Hope it sells fast!
Lolly, the cabin for Thanksgiving sounds wonderful! Or maybe you could go out for Tgiving dinner?
Just get Gene to drag a deer carcass to the right spot, Wanda.
Aw Lynn, she is so cute sleeping with her puppy!
I applaud the guy for getting those carcasses off the road....saves wildlife from getting hit.
Going to bed now. Love you guys!
Cool, Paula!!! That would indeed be a wonderful sight----minus the carcass! Don't think Gene or Wanda would want to deal with that!
I was just watching this story about a little girl who ran up a huge bill on her iPod.
Kid With iPod
It made me think of what just happened to me. I let Hunter entertain himself with my iPhone while I was at the doctor's office. Then I got a notice that I've used up 65% of my data download allowance. I was wondering if there would be a charge for the stuff he was doing. Now I know. I have to be more careful. He was watching You Tube, and we weren't no wifi.
Of course, I did not let Hunter out of my sight with the iPhone. I don't think I would get an iPod for a six-year-old.
G'night, Sharon! Love you, too!
"weren't on wifi"
Good night, Sharon.
Shirley, before Carolyn got unlimited texting on the phones, Jessica made some 4000 texts in a month.....BIG bucks! That was the end of that nonsense!
Heading for tub. BBL.
I can just imagine. I had some issues with Susan making lots of phone calls. We got cell phones while she was still in high school. No texting, then, though.
Now she pays her own bills.
I am about to call it quits. I did get up a bit after 5:00 this morning. Was awake by 4:30.
See you tomorrow. I hope that I learn that I do not have to get a root canal done. Really do not want to do that.
Whoops! Yes Lynn, I did eat a Classic
Deep Dish pizza at Uno's.
I appreciated technology when I was able to hear and see the Germany Gang so I know how Shirley feels talking with Suzie just as though she was a few doors down the street.
I just looked at Mai's pictures.
I need to go meet her.
Good Night Sharon... pleasant dreams
loL ♥
I also have dental tomorrow am but just for a cleaning... Because of the rod in my leg, I must take antibiotic before cleanings per my surgeon.
LOL
I"m back - briefly and late as always.
Lily has her face up to the cam.
Saw Hopes eyes glowing in the back.
Don't know if you all are familiar with Ted, Lucky and Honey up at the
NABC Pond - I am hoping this page comes up for you....
So,It wasn't Ted that got the Panda
And, I just saw the mouse or whatever it is on the bear cam.
Lolly, hope Jack has a good time with Ancestry.com. Did genealogy for 10 years and some with Ancestry.
Another good place is with genealogy.com. If you have a place or a name there's probably a list on there.
I loved the search until I could no longer visit courthouses and historical societies. Miss it.
Speaking of genealogy, Wanda or Gene, I have Wrights in my maternal line. Some in PA, some in CA and TN. we have a reunion in the summer here in PA.
Anyway, have to get my pjs on and get comfy in my recliner.
Prayers for everyone, especially those in need or want. Love you all. God bless!
goodnight
OUCH!
If my FB comes up - scroll way down to the photo of Honey with the stuffed
panda bear in her mouth.
Start practicing the "it's me bear, don't run, it's okay" mantra, Lolly! Sounds like you will have a great TG----longs ways off yet! I think I told you that I have Dr. Lynn saying that as my text message alert on my cell, didn't I?
I am getting tired..
Email directions to your home, Lynn
cause you never know when I'll be passing through town.
Good Night All
Early morning up for dental--- yuck
Prayers for everyone's needs
Hugs to all ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
Goodnight, Diann! Rest well.
I think it's ice cream time!
Yes, you told me Lynn. Love it! Thanks for offering to help. He is really enjoying the search.
LOL I can just see me now saying, Its me bear, and then running like hell!!! LOL
I think it's time to get ready for work...would rather it be ice cream time!
Rest well, friends
God Bless Us, Every One
xo ♥
Well, folks, time for me to hit the hay too.
Hugs to all ♥
Gin and Tonic time here along with a little dish of chex mix. "Trash"
Nite Paula! Sweet dreams!
Jo, I can never sleep well when dental apptmts. loom. Hope it doesn't bother you! Night-night!
I did NOT win the lotto
Maybe Lynne did Night
Oh, shucks, Jo! Maybe that is why Lynne has not been on tonight. She is out shopping for computers for all of us! LOL
Calling it a day here, too. Time for those fleece sheets! See you fine, fowl friends in the morning.
Margy, have a good night at work!
My turn to call it quits. Ready for a nice hot shower and comfy pjs.
Nite all! Sweet dreams!
Baby Mai is not much of a 'baby' anymore...pretty as can be!
Paula, I would be sooo excited to see an eagle on my cam. Saw a crow, once:)
I forgot to hang the lantern on the sycamore tree...sorry!:(
Sure would like to put my Trail Cam on that tree:)
GOOD NIGHT MY FRIENDS
SLEEP WELL
PRAYERS FOR ALL
Good early morning all eagle friends.
BOTH EAGLES just flew into the nest!
Good morning everyone! We have company! Wake up!!
There goes one, flew out to the right.
The cam picture looks kinda washed out don't it?
Good morning Megan!!
EAGLE in nest!
Morning Sissy! Yeah, it's really just barely light out here.
GOOD MORNING...
I tuned in just in time:)
I see one, just hanging out
Hope they are waiting on supplies!
Morning, all!!
Her majesty looks like a lady in waiting......for what??? Her lord to bring her breakfast????
Lib arrives with a stick
Nope----a stick!
Back with a stick
Brought in a tree! Hard working eagles this morning!!
Working on that egg cup!! WOW, this is great!!
He nudges her out of the way and digs in the bowl. She took off to the right, maybe for fluff.
Oh look at him, trying to shape the bowl. He needs more fluff!
And off for more! Looks like she was trying to dig into eggcup.
Yep, Sissy....so washed out that you can barely even make out her eyes.
Can't believe that temp showing on cam page is right. It's only 26 here----can't be 15° warmer 20 miles from here.
There he went to the right.
Gone!
That temp is always wrong- it's 24° here.
It is 21° here
It's 38° here Megan...quite a difference for just 5 miles up the road.
OK, I need to check the temp on our indoo-outdoor, something isn't right.
It is 28° outside and 59° inside...need to turn the furnace up.
Something is wrong with 'puter. My TIME says 12:04 am and temp is wrong too. How on earth do I fix that? Need to get instructions out...too early for this kind of stuff!
Wanda, double click on the time and a clock should pop up. You can change it there.
Well dang if I didn't miss them lol
not by much time though.
So glad they are working on that egg cup.
Good morning again everyone.
Did you know........???
Today is National Bird Day!!! So Happy Birdday to all of my favorite bird brains....er--I mean Buddies!!!!
Thanks for info Sissy...time and temp. are correct now!
Anytime my friend! I will be lurking again today. It is so hard to blog and work at the same time. I always end up having to work late when I do that. Happy National Bird Day!!!
OK, Sissy...don't forget to tune in again around 5ish:)
Hey Lynn, you got that right, we are all BIRD BRAINS;)
Yes I'm a bird brain for moving away from the computer. If I didn't go do a few things, I would not have missed our eagles by 5 minutes grrrrrrrr
Hey Hey - OUTDOOR CHANNEL has the LIVE CAM up now!
Too funny. I wrote an email to them this morning asking when it would be up again - probably just coincidence - but now all the cameras are back up. It's all or nothing.
It's a great day for you DANA !
WOW I feel so blessed to have seen Bell & Lib this morning. Wasn't expecting cams to even be working.
In all my excitement I was posting on yesterdays blog! I kept waiting for everyone to share the joy, then I realized... DUH!
