LOL---forgot to tell you that when I was on phone with Christie Sat. evening, Palmer was screaming quite loudly....she turned on cam and for the first time got to see her eating! She was a bit grossed out by the crunch and the "spaghetti"!
Yes, Margy, it is good to be home this early. I went in to GG's early and didn't have much to do. Took enough for for several meals, so, I didn't have to cook. Watered the flowers yesterday and the garden is OK today, but tomorrow, it will need plenty! We sat on her porch and drank Sunkist Orange soda and chatted about the old days. I think the breeze made her sleepy...so I let her nap and came on home. She was still doing well today:)
The term "eagle scout" comes to mind as she checks out things in various directions - with her fantastic eyesight, she knows all that's going on for a long distance in the different directions she's turning toward
I am disappointed that I can't get a room at the Clarion. There must be something big going on there. I know that you said that there were several events last year, but I did not expect to be unable to get a room now.
MICHAEL "Well, your Honor, I had nothing to do with my Birthday Party. My.... (expletive) friends invited what's his name. I didn't even know he was there...must have been upstairs selling crack...I knew nothing about that either! You have no right to hold me here because you just happen to like dogs. That wasn't my fault, either. I took the blame for my friends...but I'm not taking the blame this time, you ...."(expletive)
Listening pays off. So does checking out reflections in the tv screen, etc. And, avoiding turning your back! That's one of the things they tell new teachers. Do not turn your back on them.

I still have to check on my Comfort Inn reservation. I tried to reserve a room for 3 adults, but they have me down for 2 adults, and I could not change it. But the room has two queen sized beds.
Yes, I think others would like to know about the room situation. I thought I had plenty of time. If there is something going on, the other hotels might fill up, too.

Received a piece of mail today...from Jacob. He had drawn a picture of a cat, wrote the word cat (the c was backwards) and had written out two math problems. He took it to his Mommy and said it was for Grandmommy and they needed to mail it to me. I am so proud of that boy!
Okay guys...Alex is headed towards my family. Well, it looks like they are saying Mexico, but south Texas (the tip) is my home. My brother lives in McAllen, also have two nephews down there, one in McAllen and one in Harlingen.
Harlingen is closer to Brownsville and South Padre. McAllen is further west. If you look at a map, I am from a small town, Alamo. It is close to McAllen where Larry now lives. They will probably just get rain, but they have had many hurricanes down there. I remember one.
Christie's interview went very well! The guy led her to believe that s he's a shoe-in. Salary between $60-$70G, full benefits, company car, puter, cell phone and PDA. 50% match on 401K. Sounds pretty good, doesn't it?
Yes, we used to go to Mexico all the time. As a teenagers we went over without our parents. Used to take the kids to shop when down there. NOT anymore!! Cross the border and you take your life in your hands. And, you see machine guns every where! Mexico is NOT safe!
that Palmer is really beautiful... how often we have all said that!
okay, Christmas in June here, finally taking some Christmas boxes out of the room with the world's largest collection of empty and full boxes..headed to storage bins
maybe if I keep up like this, someone could stay in my extra bedroom for Open House..whenever it becomes that second bedroom ! ttfn xoxox
My brother goes to Padre every weekend. Last week he and two of his sons families were down there. Too bad this is happening on the holiday weekend. Too bad it is happening at all!
Ah, grandchildren's Art Work:) I have had my granddaughter's art work on my fridge for 23 years...it's holding up pretty well. I have it on the side, where it doesn't get jostled around. She was in kindergarten at the time, living with us...it says: To Gromall and Gandete...love Jill. She still can't spell and she is now 25!;)
Gee, Lolly, don't know if Mark has anyone to keep an eye on his place or not. He's been down there for about 9 yrs. so I guess he knows the drill. But then again.....not the brightest foreman on the staff!
Yes, Judie, it makes me so happy to see her enjoying the outdoors and stopping to pull a weed or two. Days like this, I sleep so well at night:) She does too.
Lynn, I do hope Christie is offered that high-paying job and takes it! Not many jobs that pay a salary like that around here and what a benefits package...awesome!
JO...in light of the rooms being all booked up at the Clarion, should I go there and see if the banquet room is still available for Saturday night? How about reservations for Friday night. I checked out the Bavarian Inn and it is quite expensive and the menu is not as appealing as the Rum Runner. THE TEA ROOM has nothing on their menu but Indian Cuisine or something like that. Can't find anything nearby that measures up to Clarion. Let me know if you want me to make those reservations.
Shirley enjoyed your comments about the hotels, Hunter wanting to live in one and the other things you said... James loves to stay at hotels, has one in Atlantic City he wants to show me! And also Great Wolf Lodge... I kind of like it when he stays at the Hotel Grammy ☺
Jack and I just came in from dinner on the patio. So very nice to have a break in the heat!! Presently 81. And, had a new recipe tonight. It was yummy! Margherita Pasta! Yep, another pasta dish. This one with chicken. It is very simple and very yummy, except I do have garlic breath right now. lol
We are working on that room, as we speak, Lolly. I think the Rumsey Tavern will probably work out OK for Friday. Although we are checking into other possibilities.
Good Evening & Goodnight to some. Was outside til almost dark. Had to watch Kate + 8. Cute show of B'Day trip to Orlando water park. Mostly birds & animals, dolphins--not commercial. I wanna go there! ☺
Paula, sorry you have an abcess--that's the painful condition. Your lucky they can save tooth. Root canal is long, but painfree. Tooth is dead--no novacaine needed.I had root canaled tooth ground down yesterday for crown---no shots. I never had novacaine until my 40's---was afraid of needles, then had to have a molar pulled. Missed any Palmer visits today---hope to look in AM. Park was a zoo today--summer day camps & a couple other reserved kid programs. Too much & too little staff. Boss had to leave an all day meeting in AM to come & help.He reserved some of these--so there.I had to go unlock a gate by our downriver boat ramp that lets you into the State Park, Merkle, next door this AM. Trees fell blocking their main entrance & they couldn't get in!
I have two brothers, but I was blessed with two daughters (and two sons). But so far, just one grandchild, and he is a precious one. I caused quite a stir when I remarked that Hunter needs some cousins to keep him company at family get-togethers.
Well, I had one daughter and one son. Now I have three fabulous grandsons. I think the good Lord knew what he was doing not giving me a granddaughter. I would have sent us to the poor house if we had a granddaughter. lol
Weather report: Alex becomes the first hurricane of the Atlantic season and is churning through the western Gulf, taking aim at the Mexico-Texas border.
Well, tomorrow is going to be one of those days.......time to take Cinny for her pedicure again....but need to have everything fine-tuned in order to set off bug bombs when we leave. And then need to stay away for a AT LEAST 2 hrs., preferably more. So Bill says okay to come stay at the store and okay to bring the dog in. So I am ready to hit the hay. Talk to you in the morning. Sleep well. Saying my prayers for all, but with special pleas for Karen. Good night, friends.
Hi, Everyone! Just got home from school. Got ALL my homework turned in for my transcription Practice class. Now just the Mid-Term exam (Transcription) on Thursday. Nearly done! Will be SOOOOOO glad to be able to relax on the Holiday weekend!
Have fledgling night herons all over the place here. Will find time tomorrow to download a couple of pictures, and will share them. We have people we don't even know coming and asking about those birds! They really do attract attention--they're the size of a chicken! "Pterodactyl chorus" outside is a bit quieter tonight, at least right now. That means that more of the babies have fledged, and are flying to wherever the adults do their fishing. Gardeners cleaned up most of the dead mackerel in the yard, so doesn't smell like a bait tank now. That's a GOOD thing!
Paula, Gianni is ADORABLE! Love all of your pictures!
Lynn, praying that Christie gets that wonderful job!
Jack and I just went out and sat on the patio. Rain started up again and for a while it was really hard. Wish I could bottle it! My whole yard is really enjoying this!!
Well, gang, going to go veg in TV land. Checked on LOL, and the twins, as Chrissy calls them, are very busily preening, and looking bigger than ever. Isla looks wonderful, sitting on her favorite branch. Hope she continues to gain back her lost weight.
Prayers have been said for everyone, especially for Karen. ((HUGS)) for her and her family!
The night light is burning, the porch light is automatic, and the eye scanner security is enabled. Hope that everyone has sweet eagle, bear cub, and osprey dreams. Will talk to you tomorrow. God bless, and goodnight! Love all of you guys! :o]
I meant to go to bed earlier than this...old habits die hard! Really needing beauty sleep these days...getting ragged around the edges:) It felt good to be able to spend some time on this blog today...hope it can happen more often.
GOOD NIGHT MY FRIENDS SLEEP WELL PRAYERS FOR ALL SPECIAL PRAYER FOR OUR FRIEND, KAREN
GOOD MORNING... It is only 61° here in Nestville...going up to a beautiful 78°. How long this cooler weather will last...who knows. Hope it stays like this for GG's 4th of July picnic:)
Margy, I recall eating EEL as a child and thought it was very good. Of course, I didn't know it looked like a snake or I wouldn't have tried it!
Good morning all....this one was sure worth getting up for weatherwise!!
I HAVE WONDERFUL NEWS!!!
Today was the day! Pictures on my blog! Little tiny Dinky has at last become a FROG!!
I'm heading up to Irvine for a few hours, and he's going with me to live in his new display! Taking camera today, will hopefully get some pictures of the critters!
Know what you mean Margy....I feel guilty whining about the little I have to water when I think of the monumental task Megan has. Sure hope the young'n is feeling OK after her wisdom teeth pulling yesterday!
thinking of Anne Marie, too. Not only a hurricane with massive flooding potential hitting Mexico in one place, but there was a 6.2 quake in southern Mexico this morning. UGH. Hope she's out of harm's way.
Prayers for the kin of Lolly and Lynn's friend, too who in S. Texas.
Good morning Eagle dudettes and dudes. Wow----62 degrees here this morning!! Pleasant! What a great update on Hope last night! Cute little imp. If no one has posted it.....on FB, Robyn is at the hospital with her nephew----emergency appendectomy during the night. Prayers for his speedy recovery. Hope that Karen is feeling our love and support. Palmer flew into nest around 8 and promptly left----no goodies for her!
Yep, hope that Megan's Mad is feeling better today!! Poor kid---no fun.
Congrats, Lynne, on being a forg-mom again! Have fun at Irvine.
Judie----Cinnamon enjoys going anyplace. She's an attention-loving hound. In fact, she is so EAGER, that she somehow senses an outing in advance and drives me crazy!
Hoping that the earthquake isn't anywhere near where A-M is-----I don't THINK it is. News said no reports of damage or death........of course, that could change in a minute. We all know how the news is.
Heard Palmer come in to nest......got there to look and now I can't tell if she's plotzed out back in the back or if it's just a shadow.....if it's her, she looks bedraggled.........
Have not read comments. Hard enough getting in here. Good News------they sent larger box for laptop goes back today to be fixed ( :
I ask for prayer for Aunt (Ed's) Anne Marie due to more lumps they found after she had gone through surgery and chemo. Pet scan came back CLEAR ( : Thank you for your prayers. Just keep her in your general prayers.

Wanda, what's in your iced tea?
Would love to see a fawn or two in my yard. They are around but so far only adults have visited -- the yard and the vegetables.
Bet they are dining on them, too, right Judie?
She's b-a-c-k!
Hello everyone.
Palmer is at the nest now.
Thanks, Steve and Wanda.
LOL, Judie...I can assure you that there is NO Chasteberry leaves in my Iced Tea;)
LOL---forgot to tell you that when I was on phone with Christie Sat. evening, Palmer was screaming quite loudly....she turned on cam and for the first time got to see her eating! She was a bit grossed out by the crunch and the "spaghetti"!
Breezy at the nest.
Judie
you have conquered a difficult task and probably given many of us some new inspiration when it comes to clearing out....things....
am sure many "new owners" out there will be delighted at their new found treasures...
Congrats to both you AND Darth

Hello afternoon pals...
I see that "Baby" in the nest !
are her feathers wet?
this would be a good day for that
Good to know you are back in your roost this early in the day,
Wanda...♥ ☺

Oh no, another Russian spy.
The Russians Are Coming!
Michael Vick is in trouble again.
Yes, Margy, it is good to be home this early. I went in to GG's early and didn't have much to do. Took enough for for several meals, so, I didn't have to cook. Watered the flowers yesterday and the garden is OK today, but tomorrow, it will need plenty!

Taking some time off work, so got to be home in the middle of the day - nice to be able to catch Palmer when I'm home and she's NOT screeching!
But hate to admit it - I miss when I don't hear her vocalizing...
Do tell us, Shirley??
So good to hear that GG is doing well, Wanda.
I sure have been AWOL... Kids were here and was really a good time.
I see Palmer in the nest now. Very quietly perched under the cam - How long will that last?
Working on getting some cards out and dinner is cooking.
BBILW
Thanks for The Russians are Coming.
My favorite part...."you kiss at me."
A shooting at his birthday party. He is not supposed to be associating with one of the people involved.
I enjoy listening to Palmer screaming also KB. It has a way of waking me up.
I think she could wake the dead
I remember that we enjoyed that movie.
They have found some pretty well-known spies around here recently.
The term "eagle scout" comes to mind as she checks out things in various directions - with her fantastic eyesight, she knows all that's going on for a long distance in the different directions she's turning toward
I saw an article the other day that said since the eagles eye do not rotate they have to move their heads around to see.
Been out watering and feeding the chasteberry bush.
Yes, I read that too, BEagle.
Their pupils do not move.
I am disappointed that I can't get a room at the Clarion. There must be something big going on there. I know that you said that there were several events last year, but I did not expect to be unable to get a room now.

eagles EYES.
I would like to be able to move my head completely around so I could see what's going on behind me.
It may cause a major upheaval though because people would have to stop going "behind your back."
I try to convince my students that I can see what is going on behind me.
Might scare them if I turned my head all the way around. Might be good to scare them.
It would be good if the students believed you. If you wear glasses, you could always attach rear views.
I had a teacher in high school that scared me. Wheewww.
Got straight A's in her class though.
Listening pays off. So does checking out reflections in the tv screen, etc. And, avoiding turning your back! That's one of the things they tell new teachers. Do not turn your back on them.
Good to scare students into making A's.
Oh my, Wanda. I hadn't read that.
NO, NO, SHIRLEY...not for real. Just me goofing around!
Most of us have a lifetime of birthday parties that don't involve people getting shot.
PALMER IS IN THE NEST
Just like an owl, huh, BEagle??
Wanda....you sure got that scenario right!!!!
Shirley, the "other" activities aren't that weekend!!! NCTC moved O.H. back a week!!! I better send out a momster mail about it!!
That is what I thought, Lynn, but there are no rooms at the Clarion available the weekend of open house. I tried to make reservations for Oct. 22-24. I got a room at the Comfort Inn, but we liked having a room at the Clarion because it was so convenient for my family.
I still have to check on my Comfort Inn reservation. I tried to reserve a room for 3 adults, but they have me down for 2 adults, and I could not change it. But the room has two queen sized beds.
Must have a full tummy - SO quiet!
Yes, I think others would like to know about the room situation. I thought I had plenty of time. If there is something going on, the other hotels might fill up, too.
Got my reservations straightened out.
Last year, Hunter decided that he would like to live in a hotel. I could enjoy the maid service, and it is nice to walk downstairs and have someone serve you your meals. That would be okay for awhile at least.
Palmer screams. Food delivery. Gracious!
Thanks, Dad----you can scram now!
Hope you're happy, Mouthy. Hush now!
Nice sized fish there.
Daniel Inouye sworn in to replace Sen. Byrd as Senate Pres-Pro-tem.
Boy, did Palmer ever score! Check out the size of that fish!
Palmer should be satisfied for awhile. Screaming while she eats, though.
Hi, Gang,
Hubby just got home from work, so got interrupted a bit. Need to get ready for school--have my Practice class tonight. Have a good evening, and I'll be back when I get home later. :o]
Shepherdstown University
Homecoming Weekend moved right with us or We moved right with them!
10/24 Parade 11 am
10/24 Homecoming Game 1 pm
I guess we made an assumption but should have checked it out -
Thanks Lynn for sending out info......
Good idea to go ahead and make reservation now. It can be canceled later if necessary. Mine can be canceled up until Oct. 22. I went through Expedia. First time I have done that, but I do not travel much.
Hope we have our meeting room for dinner Sat. night reserved!
Have my reservations at Harper's Ferry KOA! ☺ Can hardly wait!
Looks like some rain down your way, Lolly. At least nearby.
Received a piece of mail today...from Jacob. He had drawn a picture of a cat, wrote the word cat (the c was backwards) and had written out two math problems. He took it to his Mommy and said it was for Grandmommy and they needed to mail it to me. I am so proud of that boy!
Share it with us, Lolly!
Okay guys...Alex is headed towards my family. Well, it looks like they are saying Mexico, but south Texas (the tip) is my home. My brother lives in McAllen, also have two nephews down there, one in McAllen and one in Harlingen.
Have you heard from them, Lolly?
Palmer landing!
Have not talked with them, but one nephew posted on facebook and the other's wife posted. I will be talking with them.
I am wondering how many meals I have eaten with an animal watching me, either a dog or a cat coveting every bite.
Palmer should not be hungry. Maybe she just needs to rest.
Are they near the water, Lolly?
I see that McAllen is not right on the coast, but not far, either.
Right on the Mexican border.
Harlingen is closer to Brownsville and South Padre. McAllen is further west. If you look at a map, I am from a small town, Alamo. It is close to McAllen where Larry now lives. They will probably just get rain, but they have had many hurricanes down there. I remember one.
Of to prepare dinner. New recipe tonight.
Christie's interview went very well! The guy led her to believe that s he's a shoe-in. Salary between $60-$70G, full benefits, company car, puter, cell phone and PDA. 50% match on 401K. Sounds pretty good, doesn't it?
I've eaten quite a few meals with PALMER, LIBERTY OR BELLE WATCHING ME
or, rather, I guess, me watching them
Sounds really good, Lynn.
isn't smail mail just great Lolly?
sounds like a really nice thing to get!
Have a fellow retiree who settled in South Padre----he's in MI now visiting relatives: good timing! Hope he battened down his house before he left.
Yes, we used to go to Mexico all the time. As a teenagers we went over without our parents. Used to take the kids to shop when down there. NOT anymore!! Cross the border and you take your life in your hands. And, you see machine guns every where! Mexico is NOT safe!
I hope so too, Lynn. Does he have someone to board the place up?
that Palmer is really beautiful...
how often we have all said that!
okay, Christmas in June here, finally taking some Christmas boxes out of the room with the world's largest collection of empty and full boxes..headed to storage bins
maybe if I keep up like this, someone could stay in my extra bedroom for Open House..whenever it becomes that second bedroom !

My brother goes to Padre every weekend. Last week he and two of his sons families were down there. Too bad this is happening on the holiday weekend. Too bad it is happening at all!
MUST leave and prepare dinner!LOL
Checking out Alamo. I see a place called scissors.
praying for safety for all in the South with the encroaching storms....
That's "Scissors."
Yesterday, horticulture. Today, geography. Learning all kinds of things about Texas. Took a virtual tour of some Mexican streets.
Palmer still hanging in the nest...
BTW, there is no tracking page for Noah, for the safety of the bird, per CRC.
Look at that big ol crop...
Yep, the deets love my yard.
Wanda, so pleased to know GG is feeling better and is up and about a little. You must be so happy that she is responding so nicely.
Shirley, don't listen to Wanda. She had Chasteberries in her iced tea this afternoon.
Have a good night at school, Andy.
Lynn, such positive news about Christie. Will keep my fingers crossed and job prayers coming until she knows for sure.
What a sweet thing for Jacob to do, Lolly. Enjoy. Those are the things worth saving.
Off to put my feetsies up, watch some mindless t.v. so BBL
Palmer just took off.
Judie, I hope I will get to see you at open house. The Sheperdstown Sheetz awaits you!
Palmer certainly put on a show before she took off.
Made an appointment for a shingles shot tomorrow.
Ah, grandchildren's Art Work:) I have had my granddaughter's art work on my fridge for 23 years...it's holding up pretty well. I have it on the side, where it doesn't get jostled around. She was in kindergarten at the time, living with us...it says:

Not many jobs that pay a salary like that around here and what a benefits package...awesome!
Palmer flew the coop since Jeopardy started!
Almost thought one of the WE chicks has fledged.
One of them is over on the other side of the rock they usually stand on.
How's the eaglet supposed to get back up I wonder.
Oh, that cam just went off air.
Wanda, thanks....hope she gets it to! She's too stifled where she is now at Jeff. Mem. She needs a challenge.
The LOL cam is off and the WE cam is off.
Better check Phoenix.
Make that TOO----stupid fingers can't type right!
Adult...looks like Liberty
I just checked the loon cam. I never catch the chick on the cam anymore. A picture was posted on the 28th of the chick's "swim by."
Looks twice as big as last time I saw it and is getting it's feathers.
Gone, no nestovers, LOL
Did adult just land and take right off again?
Golly, that was fast.
All turtle shells are present. :D
WE cam back on. How's that sweet little eaglet going to bounce back up to it's nest?
Wait...it looks like a pathway between the two rocks. I will have to stayed tuned to see.
By the way, that was a nice picture of Sen. Byrd with the eagle on the side.
Thanks Lynn for spreading the word about the rooms being filled up.
Wonder if we could ask to be put on a waiting list for some of our friends?
Lynn
I just missed your post about Christie while I was leaving...wow..that is impressive...sure hope it is a "Go" for her
wonder where Palmer is...
would be great to be down at the nest when she takes off and see/watch where she goes
Shirley
enjoyed your comments about the hotels, Hunter wanting to live in one and the other things you said...
James loves to stay at hotels,
has one in Atlantic City he wants to show me! And also Great Wolf Lodge...
I kind of like it when he stays at the Hotel Grammy ☺
sure sounds like a nice little afternoon refreshment with GG, Wanda...
a good report all the way around
Gromoll and Grandete
that's great!
that was a nice picture of Senator Byrd and the eagle, thanks for mentioning that BEagle
( Sharon posted that at 9:50 am , on the previous thread ...)
my tomato trees really need some good soaking rain...have lots of flower budlets that are just not thriving...
ejected two more large slugs late last night...
pansy plants have improved dramatically!
I guess that was Gandete not Grandete, thought I caught that typo my part
Thanks for posting the details on the pic of Sen Byrd, Magpie.
I forget.
Larry King just announced that he is retiring this fall.
oh BEagle..you remembered to say somethin' about it! I just had to go back and find it again!
Thanks Sharon for that from this morning
really got Megan on my mind with this no-rain stretch...
first the snow and the greenhouse saga, then the no-rain...
no rest for the Gardeners...
BUT, I did harvest my first tomato from Megan's Totem Tomato plant...
it's about the size of a ping-pong ball...and a few more are ripening up ☺
Wanda... I am waiting on the first ripe BIG tomato for you!
Thanks MPie. We all forget :)
77° here...got the windows open...finally.
Oh wow on Larry King...thought he would keep going...had the show for 25 years.
I have 76 degrees. High tomorrow 78.
Refreshing isn't it?
I just love that avatar Paula!
ISS is all done for the week hereabouts, sure was a spectacular during the last seven days
but it's bound to be flying over somewhere !
17,000 mph and 23 orbits in a day's time
Phoenix is practicing. Phoenix is a pretty/handsome eagle. Reminds me of Palmer with that sweet face.
Stopping by for a moment.
Nothing much for tomorrow. The real heavy-duty work is finished. Will be going to get my "do" did in the a.m.
Margy, glad you have a tomato. Enjoy.
BEagle, hush up about the turtle shells. You'll have Jo climbing up to the Sycamore Palace
Paula, so quiet about Gianni. How is she?
Tired tonight. Turning my light off but will leave the night light on for others. Hope Andy will set our alarm when she comes in from school.
Pleasant dreams.
Photo of Gianni on Facebook...ADORABLE!
I heard BEagle - very important information about the shells!
I wish Palmer would just kick one out!
Wanda - Lynn check out your email.
I turned into a lurker today... But I see every word you all wrote!
I even know that The Russians Are Coming.
The TH twins are on the nest. They are eating on something. I think they are sharing. ????
I keep an eye out for those turtle shells.
Maybe Lib will scoot one out.
Eaglets sharing?
Adult on PH nest. The chick looks to be in full mantle.
The PH chick seems upset because it's meal is still moving.
Jack and I just came in from dinner on the patio. So very nice to have a break in the heat!! Presently 81. And, had a new recipe tonight. It was yummy! Margherita Pasta! Yep, another pasta dish. This one with chicken. It is very simple and very yummy, except I do have garlic breath right now. lol
Gianni is doing great...too busy to get a picture the other night, just snagged one from Ajay, put in on FB and on Paula's Prints blog :)
Jo, better check on the room for Saturday night and I am thinking a smaller room for Friday night. They are going to be really busy.
Off to see PPrints..............
Paula, Gianni is beautiful. Can not believe how she has grown and that hair! Love it!
All that hair!!!
She is absolutely be..uuu...ti...ful!
We are working on that room, as we speak, Lolly.
I think the Rumsey Tavern will probably work out OK for Friday. Although we are checking into other possibilities.
Gianni is only a little over 2 months old. She looks to be older...must be all that hair:)
She does look older, and yes, it must be the hair. Soooo cute!
Cute baby, Paula. Precious. I want a granddaughter!
Alex is now a hurricane.
I Waited through 2 brothers and 2 sons and 2 grandsons to get that granddaughter! But I'll share her through pics ♥
Thank you, Paula. I love the pictures.
Yup, she'll be needing a haircut soon...unless Ajay can keep her in hairbands to keep the hair out of her eyes. :)
I have two brothers, but I was blessed with two daughters (and two sons). But so far, just one grandchild, and he is a precious one. I caused quite a stir when I remarked that Hunter needs some cousins to keep him company at family get-togethers.
Actually, I forgot she sent me that pic on my phone the other day!
Sons are wonderful, too.
Getting ready to head upstairs and do some reading.
Paula, what a special baby!!!
Blog is acting up!
Gonna watch the news & guess we should lock the garage. No telling where spies might turn up!
Pleasant Feather Dreams;>)
Well, I had one daughter and one son. Now I have three fabulous grandsons. I think the good Lord knew what he was doing not giving me a granddaughter. I would have sent us to the poor house if we had a granddaughter. lol
Weather report: Alex becomes the first hurricane of the Atlantic season and is churning through the western Gulf, taking aim at the Mexico-Texas border.
Praying for all to stay safe.
Lolly - just think! You will be blessed with 3 wonderful granddaughters-in-laws in the future.
Yes, Jo, and I have hand knitted pink blankets in my cedar chest. Did not go to granddaughters, now waiting for a great gd. ☺
Alex IS still causing some trouble with the oil spill area......6-8 ft. waves.
1st June hurricane since 1995.
Heading to bed, past my bedtime!
Night all!
Hugs to all ♥
glad it's a boy's name, otherwise it could have been Alexis
This year has been a weather monster....now the summer stuff
yesindeedy that is one cute granddaughter Paula...

Loretta
Kids a'plenty at your place...bet things really were hopping!
Hope the children got to see some of the great wildlife that YOU see there...
Better say Good Night from here too...getting a haircut in the morning, hope I remember!
Prayers for our needs, especially amongst our Momsters and Dadsters
God Bless Us, Every One xo ♥
...looks like Christmas garland at the Royal Nest...on the Still Cam...
Yes, Lynn, special prayers for Karen.
beautiful osprey in the Finland (water) nest
Going to close down shop..
Good Night to all
Prayers for all and especially for Karen & Kailey
Hugs to All ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
Nite Jo and all those turning in. I will be headed that way myself before long.
I meant to go to bed earlier than this...old habits die hard! Really needing beauty sleep these days...getting ragged around the edges:)
It felt good to be able to spend some time on this blog today...hope it can happen more often.
GOOD NIGHT MY FRIENDS
SLEEP WELL

NO PALMER IN THE NEST this morning.
Paula, Gianni is just adorable. Thank you.
Margy, don't forget your hair appointment.
Enjoy the day, Lynn. Does Cinnamon like going out to the store?
Andy, so glad you have only the one exam this week and can look forward to a long weekend. Enjoy.
Will visit again this afternoon. Everyone have a nice day.
Okay Up and At 'Em
It's a stunning morning here in West Virginia, hope it is the same in ALL our Eagle Corners ☼
Thanks for the haircut reminder Judie ...I should be able to remember for the next 80 minutes
Good Morning Eagle Pals
Lori
I think Palmer spent the night off the nest....unless she snuck in under the cover of darkness
was just thinking, we have not seen any eels at the nest this year...
wonder if the Eagles would like some slugs!
time to go uplift the garden with some water
Best wishes for a good day, everyone ☺
GOOD MORNING...
It is only 61° here in Nestville...going up to a beautiful 78°. How long this cooler weather will last...who knows. Hope it stays like this for GG's 4th of July picnic:)
Margy, I recall eating EEL as a child and thought it was very good. Of course, I didn't know it looked like a snake or I wouldn't have tried it!
never had rattlesnake, eel, squid, octopus....
but I HAVE had Beef Tongue!
Good Morning Wanda !
I can't go near my garden without thinking of Megan
Thinking of you floralgirl
ttfn all
xo
Good morning!
Hello, Lynn, Lynne, Margy, Wanda, Judie, and Lori.
Thanks for the link to the Hope update, Lolly.

Did I hear Palmer?
Heard Palmer come in to nest......got there to look and now I can't tell if she's plotzed out back in the back or if it's just a shadow.....if it's her, she looks bedraggled.........
Don't think it's her---hear tapping noises on the cam housing.....
Good Morning in Eagle Land to ALL.
Hedgie I don't think Palmer is in nest.
Nope, Dana, shadows have moved and she definitely isn't!
Prayers for Aunt Anne Marie, Dana.
Time to get ready to head out. BBL this afternoon.
