In reading back through this blog, I will address a couple of issues. I will start proofreading again if you all want me to. Let me rephrase that, I will let the proofreading be known. That is something I just do automatically and I can't get rid of it. Can be quite the character defect sometimes.
Mauley, I am the one who named Buta Buta. I have told this before but I will repeat it. They say when baby pandas are born, they come out like a stick of butter - hence BUTA BUTA!! She had to have 2 names in honor of the Chinese tradition so I gave her 2 names!

I don't care if Sharon wants to proofread and folks want her to...then have at it and enjoy LOL..my computereeze will most likely continue...just who I am I guess. I do stuff fast when I am playing, and what my brain says doesn't actually come out my fingers to the keyboard obviously. I do try hard though, but no I rarely proofread anything that isn't really important and sometimes even then ya just don't catch them all. Sharons proofreading skills have come in Extremely handy to me.

I really don't keep tabs on the mistakes on here, just the ones I make. Then I can't get them fixed fast enough. Dana's email proved that just so long as all the letters are in there and the first and last one are correct, we can read it anyway!! :):):) Even if all the letters aren't there, it is not hard to decipher anyway. It is all in fun. We definitely do not have to be perfect on here (good thing, cause I ain't).

I just finished dinner, Megan. How was your day - Do you have much snow up there - Our roads are just wet but the ground is covered - Once again it is a heavy wet snow - You know it's SNOWBALL snow!
Megan go to java.com. I have chatted since the 486 computers came out on dial up...Many folks with 98 are in this kind of chatroom so if you have windows 98 or above event hough its dial up I don't hink it will keep you from chatting. Its a free download and worth a try anyway. I had to update mine on my desktop to get in and cactually for some reason stikll only get the light chat but it works well enough anyway.
Hopefully Steve will put up a new thread at some point over the weekend.

Sharon, I love your corrections. I find it so refreshing. It keeps me on my toes. Sometimes my fingers go faster than my mind and sometimes my mind is faster than my fingers. I learned to type the old fashioned way. On an old typewriter. I hate to date myse;f, but I didn't even have a computer until I HAD RETIRED FROM TEACHING HIGH SCHOOL IN 1997, I am fairly new at puters. Got my first one in 2000 after I started teaching at the community college. I am really old in years, but I try to stay young at heart. LoL donna

I know Mits I get myself in jams too..but I can't say I didn't have a lot of fun doing it..although its frustrating in the jam I know...I have a similar probelm with Medai Player on desktop since downloading the Winamp too, but not on laptop...don't have a clue what thats about. Did you update Windows Media Player recently I did that on my desktop and I can't really use it now for osme reaosn..works good on laptop though. I do love being able to keep Maine up all day but I have to go to laptop to see SC too. I don't know the undo but Paula might.
I've had WMP11 for along time, when I went to winamp it shut my SC down and I'm using a lap-top, tried what Paula suggested but would not accept the URL? I just rolled back to WMP10, and can get SC, but Maine went back to 2 mins.

SYPBOT is in addition to McAfee....
You only need to run it may once a week whereas McAfee should run every time you start your PC.
Spybot: when you open it you just tell it to scan for errors. When it finishes you just click on delete errors... There isn't anything it finds that you wouldn't want deleted.

Hi again gang. Ghost Whisperer was good it was a new one. and I guess I will say goodnight and send up prayers for those in Florida and all the others in need. I was thinking that Buta Buta must have been named by Sharon. It is a fiting name for her. I always think of Sharon when I watch her. She will always be Buta Buta to me. TGIF!!! AND I found a fix for my computer woes...back as good as new right now.
I didn't get home in time to see much on the various nests, but I did check out the three videos in the BW eagle weblog...very interesting, and they sometimes look almost human in behavior. Sure is good to be able to download those huge clips in a short time.
Somebody commented on the Windows Media Player...well, after this puter disease, it looks like Real Player is back in charge of Internet flicks again! I think McAfee must own at least part of Real Player.
Real Player is a lot better (and bigger) than it used to be, but I like Media Player better still.
