Yes, they do....but not an abundance! And there always seems to be a dead one, or one with a broken wheel!!! Shuttle busses run throughout the camous during O.H. to all locations, on a frequent schedule.
Our cold front went through funny people were comin in store as I was leaving with coats on Yep we are a wussies for sure its 65 now with wind gust to 35 so feels like is 56
Well, I ordered pizza. When all else fails. Looks like I need to go to the "grossery" store tomorrow. First I should plan a menu. I know I want to make a quiche with my left-over ham, but didn't have everything I need. I will go early tomorrow morning. I need to get out of the house. I haven't been out since Christmas eve!
Shirley cookies and tea I think not for me coffee or a glass of milk and I don't drink milk normally only with sweets But to each is own right Well guys my neck is telling me to step away from the computer I will check in gonna see what is on the boob tube once again
Sandi, like Lynn said, NCTC does have motorized scooters - seems like when we have seen them they are parked with a flat! It would be a great to call ahead and reserve a runable one well in advance. Open House has the shuttle buses and they are constantly running from event to event. A scooter would be the best idea.
I told my sister Janet what a great bunch of people you all are and you are so spirtual so she just may pop in don't know what sign on she will use She emailed me this and I advised her not to go there on the OC LOL told her long story that they thought there were 3 eagles on the nest
well i joined.....i guess go to the camera...and figure out the blogging?????
I did resend her the link to the blog She told me she has a group of people on the IE she has talked with for 5 years now and one day they all want to meet OK now to the TV date that is waitiing for me BBL LM LM for a dark nest LOL
I forgot to say that Eric at work is ordering my my new 2G's to increase my running memory as you can tell I don't know what I am talking about LOL Now that we know he fixed it Yeah Eric now I have a puter person to go to
Paula, Jo, Lynn - thanks for the info. about the scooters. My mom has gotten to the point where she rarely even leaves the house b/c her legs are so weak. She had an aneurysm repaired a couple of years ago and, when the stent was inserted, it ruptured the vein. The docs clamped off the blood vessel to repair the rupture which temporarily cut off the blood supply and oxygen to her lower back and legs. The docs were able to repair the aneurysm but she has been left with permanent nerve damage in her lower back and legs. She can be walking and suddenly, her legs become numb and, if she can't sit down, she'll fall. That's the main reason I wanted her to get the medic alert system, since she's living alone in a 2-story townhouse. My sister and I have been encouraging her to use a scooter at the mall and the grocery store rather than just sitting around the house but, so far, she has been very stubborn and refuses to. As someone (maybe Kay) said when I suggested a new dog to my mom and she said no, we're all on our own journey.
I am going to read tonight, but had to tell you...I started reading this afternoon, it's a novel, and a Sheetz store is mentioned. I just burst out laughing. Jubby probably thinks I am crazy!
LOLLY , where did the canadian couple find the human shaved leg? Are they in the US? I thought what is so odd about that??/Then I realized that if I wrote that you all would be very shocked. Then thought if they were from Vancouver Island it is getting to be a normal occurance severed feet sho up on shore regulary and some have been amtched with DNA and others have been matched with each other and mostly they are drownings or foul play and with the tide and the current they make their way to the beach...so I go back to my question where were this Canadian couple who found the shaved human leg?I take it not in Canada other wise the identyfing thing would not be Canadian couple...lots of canadian couples in Canada...do you see??? This is probably one of my strangest posts but will go ahead and post it any way and I hope to hear from you LOLLY.
I just finished THE HELP. I am glad SKEETER got out of there.I felt very sad for MAE MOBLEY...
Sandi I wish you luck with your mom and that is scary her living in a two story I assume she sleeps upstairs does she have a bedroom down stairs at all??
Hoda they found it about 15 miles from her south St Petersburg area here is the link Leg found
Thanks LOLLY, thanks JUDYE...I would rather think they would not have been too shocked if they came anywhere from British COlumbia...depending on tide and current it could be from far away..it has been in the water log enough for the currents/tide to have severed the foot...We hear about such things here several times a year...
PAULA enjoy the cheese cake... I was being goofy that is all...It is the time of year where all the sweets seem to be plenty and what is one to do but indulge...I am sure those you gave cookies to enjoyed them much...
PAULA did you get new glasses today or was it a check up today...your comment about seeing much better made me think they could not have produced glasses so fast. It takes a week to ten days here to get a pair of glasses after the check up.
Good that I could have one of Lynn's cookies this afternoon because we took all of the cookies we baked to Rus and Rebecca's and left them there. We are cookie-less.
However, I had purchased a box of gingerbread cake mix when I was buying cookie ingredients. I happened to mention this and, presto, we had a gingerbread cake. Kathryn really wanted a desert tonight.
It was especially good because it was still warm when we ate it.
LOL, only on this Blog would one read about a SHAVED leg...no body. We come up with news that even the TV doesn't know about:)
Went to see Karla and she was in a great deal of pain, didn't look good at all. Her coloring was grey-yellow. Oxygen up her nose, tubes in her arm, some sort of inflatables on her legs. I could tell by her raspby voice that she had had a tube down her throat. She wasn't supposed to because she was to have the Morphine Spinal...she said at the last minute, she freaked out in fear that she might wake up before the surgery was over, with just the epidural, so she was given a general anesthesia. We didn't stay long because she was nauseaus from talking. A person should NOT have any visitors on the 1st day of surgery. I knew that, but I had to see her, we only stayed about 5 mins. and left as soon as she asked Donny to get the barf pan. I sure do hope they don't make her go home tomorrow...she will not be much better tomorrow than she was today...maybe the day after. Darn Insurance Companies!!
LOLLY, et al...when I was speaking of Karla not having her surgery 17 years ago (on the last page), I'm afraid you may have misunderstood what I was saying. When I said SHE wouldn't do the surgery, I was talking about Karla's doctor, who is a female. Karla begged her to do the surgery, numerous times throughout the past 17 years, she just now agreed to it. Yes, Karla was willing, but her doctor wasn't.
JUDYE----no commercial flights into Martinsburg. Hagerstown has connector flights to/from Baltimore and Pittsburgh only. Closest real airports are Dulles (VA), BWI (Baltimore) and Reagan (DC)---all within 100 miles.
Evening Eagle buddies. I finally read the latest on the blog..Somehow I thought the leg was found on the Canadian coast, but further reading proves I must skim the posts a bit. On that same vein I was wondering if any of the spring's Tsunami debris hve reached the west coast yet?
Just loved CarolAnne's remarks about Lynn's batteries...she is a HOOT! We are so lucky with all our new friends that have come aboard this year...they are all wonderful in their own special ways:)
Wanda, I knew doggone good and well you were referring to the doctor. It has happened like that for far too many years. Very old school thinking. :( I'm sure Karla will feel MUCH better tomorrow. Sorry she didn't go through with the epidural.....she would NOT have awakened during the surgery....they also use IV meds.
Well, we had some icing. Kathryn poked a few holes in the cake and spread the icing while the cake was warm. Worked okay. But lemon sauce is wonderful on gingerbread.
Grannyblt...The Japanese tsunami debris has reached the Canadian shores...first lot of it anyway and they are expecting a lot more...they want to sort it out to save any valuables and to return to Japan. So far only volunteer man power cleaning up the beaches.
PAULA they can also do lenses while you are waiting there? Same day as prescription...this is pretty good actually. It probably can be done in cities here, certainly not in small towns...
The first time I had my in-laws to dinner I fixed gingerbread w/lemon sauce for dessert. It was so good but my MIL said it was too heavy for dessert. It was a long time before I cooked for them again
Grannyblt...small towns have a lot of charm and they are very convenient in their own way...I forget what big city life is like and now I do not assume things could be done with the same speed as the cities. In the yoga studio if someone wants to do a practice and they do not have the cash, the studio does not do debit and charge cards, they let them go ahead with the practice and then wait for them to w2alk to the bank afterwards so they could pay. They have never been disappointed...some of these people are from out of town too...The pharmacist knows me by name and so does the by-law enforcement officer who has never given me a ticket for an expired meter, yet ,but leaves the option open with humour of course.
Howdy Eagle Pals... wow, lots of important things on here today
Wanda: Sorry Karla was so miserable...but agree with you, she should start feeling much better by morning... Your picture of her in your avatar is stunning! You are the Queen of Family People Avatars !
Went out to check on Nick...there was a cat at the bottom of the deck steps...meowing! Thought I was seeing something, LOL (the cat eyes) Then it meowed!
for the right price, I believe there is a local airplane service that would fly around and pick Momsters and Dadsters up and bring them to the Martinsburg Airport...
Back in 1996 I took the connector from Hagerstown Airport, to Pittsburgh and then on to Houston, and the same thing in reverse It was US AIR then...but sounds like that has changed now, reference Lynn's post about Cape Air
And you're definitely coming on board at a good time, the Eagle Action is just about to start Heating Up, with - we hope - eggs due in late January-early February, and - we hope - Eaglets due in March around first day of Spring.... give or take, a few days here or there
Hope all is well with all... time for me to move over, observe the speed limit, and get some jammies on !
Best Wishes for all of your all's evenings, but First: Dana ...what a thoughtful, loving, gift, the glass Angel, awaiting Lynn at the radiation clinic....
Wanda, I bet Karla will be much better tomorrow! General anesthesia is harder on some people than on others but most of it will be out of her system by the next time you see her. Janet, welcome to the group. I've only been here for about a month but I must warn you, these folks are addictive!! Goodnight all! Hoping for a longer eagle visit early tomorrow morning!
Hoda Thank you for the reminder of this being the 8th and final night of Hannukah... Blessings....and special thoughts for all celebrating this Season...
I will go start THEMEMORY KEEPER'S DAUGHTER. Has anyone here read it? The librarian gave it very good reviews.
Good night and God Bless.
JUDIE normally sets the night light at 11:00 PM so it is already set and the two security systems are set also. May none of us stumble tonight and may we know comfort.
Jo, all were womderful, but Neil Diamond is my man!!! Truly the very best, most awesome concert I ever attended was his Christmas Concert 18 yrs. ago at the old Cap Center.
One more early morning for me....so will say my goodnights. Had my bath before the show. Just need to throw some logs on the fire. See you all in the daylight! Love to all. Prayers and Peace.
Oh, Hoda---YES, I read The Memory keeper's Daughter. You will like it!
A detached shaved human leg - yes, probably female - yes, probably homicide.
Went to the grossery store and still ordered pizza. Sick of cooking for a day or two (or year).
SHEETZ? SHEETZ? I heard Lolly say SHEETZ!
Hoda, not to worry. If you had ever seen Paula, you would know cheesecake and cookies are not a threat. She's trim and fit.
I think U.S. Air was the original Piedmont Airlines. Home base Norfolk Va.
Wanda, so sorry Karla was feeling so poorly after surgery. I'm sure she will be much better in the morning. Sending a prayer.
Hi Janet. You joined in just in just ahead of the night light being turned on.
So, the night light is on for anyone who is headed back the hallway, down to the tub, up the stairs to bed, or just stumbles in late from the West coast. I hope Andy will be here to set our alarm. Restful sleep for all and the panthers say goodnight.
Hoo Boy, the Wind is picking up, which I don't much care for, except my wind chimes are a'tinklin', including a set that Lynn gave me a few years ago ☺
KARLA popped in on facebook and is doing somewhat better now. Denise said her grey-yellow color is gone now. Here is what she had to say:
Karla Wright Adams
I am here but not doing as well as anticipated. Been nauseous and vomitting all day. Haven't been able to get up yet. Started to feel better and then not. I refused to use the morphine pump so I am on somethng else for pain, nausea and dizziness. Bp is real low 99/50 lol. Going to try to sleep so they can try to get me up in a couple hours. Thanks for prayers and wishes. Xoxo
I will certainly sleep better now, having heard from her. She had a visit from Denise and that was the start to her starting to feel better:) Love those Wright Sisters!
Going to bed now...sleep well everyone, my prayers are with you♥
Understand now what Jo meant about the Still Cam... I missed the rainbowy stuff.... could be a touchy go of it with the winds...keep our fingers an talons I mean toes crossed
Lolly, what book are you reading that mentions Sheetz. I want to hear all about it if it's a great one! God Bless Annie! 17 1/2 yrs is amazing! Of course, she has great people taking care of her.
NOW, if you guys start calling me the cat lady I may have to disappear. There are two bulldogs in this house who would greatly disagree!
I have already been out loving on Brandy this morning. Gosh, she is so loving and social, and tiny after not getting a great start in life.
Back to work today along with Margy! Can I say UGH!!! Even FloBear is laying here with me moaning! :)
JANET, WELCOME TO THE EM BLOG! How wonderful to have a sister of our fabulous Video Queen join us! (((((A BIG WELCOME HUG!))))
PAULA, isn't it great when you get to see again? I've got to get new glasses with a higher magnification for the reading part of the lenses. Was not happy at all with America's Best where I got the last two pair...two pair so I'd have one if I lost a pair. Going back to the old eye doc.
I haven't gotten through all the comments yet, but I see Judy is looking at airports. There is an airline that now flies into Hagerstown. You might still want to rent a car, but the drive is only about 1/2 hour to the nest. Or I could pick you up, the Hagerstown Airport is just 5 minutes down the road. The airline is Cape Air.
Lori-I only made meatloaf once and it was a total bust in this house! So it's a no go here. My mom used to make meatloaf all the time and I liked it. Oh well.
It is weird still being off. I'm thinking I will do some planning today and maybe go into the classroom on Friday for a couple of hours. I'm going to check and see if anyone else plans on going in and when so I'm not there alone. They don't like us to be there alone. We have our big Catholic Schools Week activities to gear up for at the end of January. Huge event, week long, and painful for the teachers. We have a full day of "parent visitation" where the parents come in an observe their "children" NOT all day in the classroom.
Good morning everyone. It is windy at the nest. I woke up because I needed a cup of tea.
DANAMO it is so awesome that teachers start thinking of going in to the classroom to prepare before the vacation is over...I well remember those days. Good on you!!
Good morning KAY and a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU TOO. I get to do some organizing and filing of papers and paying bills, I go to yoga and I go to tea with a friend after yoga...a simple day...town is still full of visitors and the energy continues to be festive.I try to not become too hyper excited and work on being balanced within it all...I can not believe it but people here are STILL shopping...when I passed the mall yesterday the parking lot was full...
It sounds very windy at the nest, getting lighter. I hope they come this morning. I have not seen them for a while now, except on JUDYE 's videos ofcourse...
I see the white dot JO spoke of on the still cam but I think it is working...none of the rainbow colours she also mentioned...time will tell when the eagles show...
We are suppose to have really bad winds today. I won't be surprised if we do lose the cam at some point. I could hear it kicking up during the night, actually woke me. They are calling for gusts as high as 40 mph
LORI give me the name of your station again or a link on the internet. I want to see if I can get you here too. I had tried once and failed and did nto keep the link...so if you read this let me have the link please.

Judy and Kay, the little girl kitty, Brandy, did great last night. I was holding and loving on her this morning and she was trying to crawl on my head, nuzzling my face and purring up a storm! I just hope she gets a great report from the vet today!
Hi THELMA ! Thank you Buddy, we like having our T-Bird with us early in the day.
HODA, the simple day you have planned sounds great ! I think I'll do some year end file cleaning here. Expected to wake up to "slushy snow" per last nights weather report, but NOT ! So, if it's nice out I'll go to the nearest Metro Park. Need some fresh air and exercise.
Hello, JUDY ! Thanks for bringing Janet into the fold. Reading her profile I can see there is no doubt, she's going to fit right in here ! So nice you and your sis have this shared interest now.
HODA, I put 97.1 fm Wash in the google search and voila` a link comes up saying "listen live".
HODA that is some article with the deer and eagle Hey remember the one from months ago with the deer being dropped on the power lines They are talking about searching the waters in the area today for more body parts
LORI, no the hip pain is not entirely gone. Pain now at about a 3. PT starts on the 6th and I hope that will gradually reduce the pain, though I kind of expect it will be increased at first. I'll ask the therapist if I should see the ortho again due to continueing pain.
Looks like Lori, DMo, Kay, Thelma, Judy, and Hoda (what are you doing up??) this AM. Good morning all - hope I didn't miss anyone - just glanced at the most recent posts! Bella really let me sleep in this AM! So windy at the nest - wow!

Sandi I wish you luck with your mom and that is scary her living in a two story I assume she sleeps upstairs does she have a bedroom down stairs at all??
Hoda they found it about 15 miles from her south St Petersburg area here is the link
Leg found
JudyE, not sure how many big commercial flights fly into Martinsburg. If you go to BWI or Dulles you have to rent a car...
Lolly, too funny about the Sheetz store!
I ran into fog, too.
Oh, guess I'll have to eat some leftover cheesecake!
Thanks LOLLY, thanks JUDYE...I would rather think they would not have been too shocked if they came anywhere from British COlumbia...depending on tide and current it could be from far away..it has been in the water log enough for the currents/tide to have severed the foot...We hear about such things here several times a year...
Life is really tough!!! Poor PAULA has to eat left over cheesecake!!! LOL!!!
Ok, it was a group of Canadian tourists in Florida that found the leg.
I have been trying to give away the fattening goodies, otherwise I will eat them all! This is only my second piece of cheesecake!
I'm not gonna tell ya how many cookies I've had, though! Gave away a good bit of those too!
PAULA enjoy the cheese cake... I was being goofy that is all...It is the time of year where all the sweets seem to be plenty and what is one to do but indulge...I am sure those you gave cookies to enjoyed them much...

Lynne1---I'm not sure. It used to be called Allegheny, and was a subsidiary of US AIR, if I remember correctly.
Well, we had some icing. Kathryn poked a few holes in the cake and spread the icing while the cake was warm. Worked okay. But lemon sauce is wonderful on gingerbread.
Hoda, I am just getting new contacts...going to redo the glasses next year...so I have a new pair in!
Granny, I have heard of debris washing ashore in Washington state or Oregon!
Wanda, hope Karla feels better tomorrow!
Hmmmm...Cape Air. And looks like they are only hooking up with BWI now. :( Sorry.
In the summer, they also ran some daily flights to Myrtle Beach. Undetermined whether they will resume next season.
Grannyblt...The Japanese tsunami debris has reached the Canadian shores...first lot of it anyway and they are expecting a lot more...they want to sort it out to save any valuables and to return to Japan. So far only volunteer man power cleaning up the beaches.

The first time I had my in-laws to dinner I fixed gingerbread w/lemon sauce for dessert. It was so good but my MIL said it was too heavy for dessert. It was a long time before I cooked for them again
Hoda, I don't think the place I go to does one day lenses, but others do.
Granny, MIL must not be a very nice person!
ROFL, Lynne1. Don't blame you a bit!!!!
That is just the way she was. She had quite a reputation as a difficult person. She outlived my husband and I do miss her--on occasion
I've lived in a small town for 5 years now and it took me a long time to get used to 'things' not being readily available.
Hoda, I live in a small town, too. Only about 2000 people...but work in a larger town...makes it convenient to do things during lunch or after work.
Howdy Eagle Pals...
wow, lots of important things on here today
Wanda: Sorry Karla was so miserable...but agree with you, she should start feeling much better by morning...
Your picture of her in your avatar is stunning! You are the Queen of Family People Avatars !
xo
Went out to check on Nick...there was a cat at the bottom of the deck steps...meowing! Thought I was seeing something, LOL (the cat eyes) Then it meowed!
okay Lynn another new expression from your earlier this morning
oogy-pie
I guess that means, you felt rather lousy....
feeling better now ?
Oh that gingerbread dessert sounds delightful, Shirley!
And yours does too, Lynne1...sorry it was under-appreciated !
Hi all. New here. Here due to sister JudyE....we did pizza hut for dinner.....a break from cooking. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.
for the right price, I believe there is a local airplane service that would fly around and pick Momsters and Dadsters up and bring them to the Martinsburg Airport...
Right Price probably means Large Bucks !
Back in 1996 I took the connector from Hagerstown Airport, to Pittsburgh and then on to Houston, and the same thing in reverse
It was US AIR then...but sounds like that has changed now, reference Lynn's post about Cape Air
Sandi
Good Job on calling those Eagles in this evening
Wow, Venus and the Moon were beautiful once again earlier...then heavy fog moved in...
Well How-do-you-do Janet
Welcome !!
I'm Magpie but my other name is Margy xoxo
You're pretty just like your sister Judy, Janet !
We loved it when she came to West Virginia in October....
Welcome JANET. Good you posted. you have got quite the sister there!!! Where do you live?
And you already have your Profile Page set up!
Very interesting,Janet... what you are interested in and what you do....
Puss In Boots: Grandson and I saw it three weeks ago and LOVED it !
And you're definitely coming on board at a good time, the Eagle Action is just about to start Heating Up, with - we hope - eggs due in late January-early February, and - we hope - Eaglets due in March around first day of Spring....
give or take, a few days here or there
I just saw you r page...interesting about music and alternative medicine and healing, massage and reiki...
and Paula got new contacts just in time!
Hope all is well with all...
time for me to move over, observe the speed limit, and get some jammies on !
Best Wishes for all of your all's evenings, but First:
Dana ...what a thoughtful, loving, gift, the glass Angel, awaiting Lynn at the radiation clinic....
ttfn xoxox (( Hugs ♥ ))
Welcome Janet. Tell us a little about yourself--
I am a mostly lurker whose name is Lynne--one of many with various spellings.
This is the 8th and final night of HANNUKAH...May there be LIGHT always...MAY there be PEACE.
Hey JANET, any sister of Judy's is a sister to us! WELCOME to our wild and crazy blog!
It's good to see you visiting more often, Lynne1. Have you been lucky enough to catch a glimpse of our eagles?
Janet, my granddaughter is a Massage Therapist, also and an EMT. She loves the reading materials that you spoke of in your profile.
Hey, where did Janet and everyone else go?
Wanda, I bet Karla will be much better tomorrow! General anesthesia is harder on some people than on others but most of it will be out of her system by the next time you see her.
Janet, welcome to the group. I've only been here for about a month but I must warn you, these folks are addictive!!
Goodnight all! Hoping for a longer eagle visit early tomorrow morning!
I am here WANDA. Listening to a radio program on HANNUKAH... I love the stories...
I didn't disappear either, Wanda....but I was trying to leave room for others....☺
Hoda
Thank you for the reminder of this being the 8th and final night of
Hannukah...
Blessings....and special thoughts for all celebrating this Season...
Speaking of being In the Light....
Karla in the avatar...
beautiful, and looks as though she was captured In the Light, Wanda....
I was catching up on chores...back..waiting for the last load to dry.
I am stopping in just to say good night. Too tired to say much. Rest well. I will see you tomorrow.
Welcome to our blog, Janet.
Sorry---got lost in the KC Honors! Love them!!!
See you tomorrow morning I hope.
Watched another Hallmark movie.
Welcome Janet! Wish you were closer
because I could use even 1/2 hr Reiki
treatment. Judy said you may come on in
and I am glad you did.
Paula - the cat at the bottom of the deck meowing... did you know that a gal
named Lori aka Cat Woman would love to
meet with that cat.
LOL, Margy----oogy-pie was a term for queasy coined by a hep-cat friend of my folks from Pittsburgh! We always used it!!
I watched an hour of KC Honors. Love
Neil Diamond! He sure looked well!
Hello, Janet and welcome aboard. My sister is also a massage therapist and Reiki master, plus a personal trainer and former competetive body-builder!
I see that the still cam is not working
Not sure what I see with the Live Feed.
And she's also a black-belt in karate!
Jo, all were womderful, but Neil Diamond is my man!!! Truly the very best, most awesome concert I ever attended was his Christmas Concert 18 yrs. ago at the old Cap Center.
Wow Jo, how can you tell...
I see little white dots
but they seem to be coming and going..on the still cam...
Thanks Lynn...now I need to know what hep-cat means!
Gotcha on the quesy for oogy-pie
Don't know about that book, Hoda...
The Memory Keeper's Daughter The Help ,
but it might be a Nicholas Sparks' book....
Margy----hep-cats were the sophisticated beatnicks of the 60's!!! Too old for the hootenanny crowd!
well that post did not make any pennies, I mean, Sense:
I meant to say I had not settled on a book yet after reading The Help but it might be a Nicholas Sparks' book...
Fawn escapes a Golden Eagle. Amazing picture of the ealge lifting the fawn
Hoo Boy, the Wind is picking up, which I don't much care for, except my wind chimes are a'tinklin', including a set that Lynn gave me a few years ago ☺
Hi and Bye and Good Night Judie..
Sure is amazing, Hoda....
Opportunist Eagle...fortunate fawn...
Margy when I put the still cam up about
15 min ago it had the psychedelic
colors on it. Sorta looks ok now.
I am going to say Good Night Friends
Many prayers being offered
Hugs all around ♥♥♥♥♥♥
Good Night, Lynn...hope/pray NO Oogy-Pie in the morning !
and Good Night, Every Precious Pal.....
all my body parts are giving out on me
Prayers for Good Healing and Recovery for all where needed...
and for everyone undergoing or facing new treatments
God Bless This Nest and
God Bless Us, Every One
xoxo ♥
Expecting a book report, Hoda.
Wanda, I did mis-understand. Thanks for explaining. Poor Karla! And, poor mommy seeing her so uncomfortable, but she will get better!!
Thanks for explaining oogie-pie, I was a wondering about that. LOL New it was a phrase I had never before heard.
MMMMMM Gingerbread and lemon sauce. Have not made that in a long time. Jack loves it.
Welcome, Janet...to the blog that loves eagles but talks about everything while we wait for them to appear.
New it was a phrase????? Good grief, Lolly!!! Knew!!!!!
I think my fingers have a mind of their own.
I'm 20 minutes early BUT I am headed to
the pillows but first want to
♥♥ Happy Anniversary, Steve & Lynne ♥♥
Right on, Jo! ♥ ♥ for Steve and Lynne....
And sounds good/better, Wanda...

HAPPY ANNIVERARY LYNNE & STEVE ...
& BEST WISHES FOR MANY, MANY MORE!
Guess, I'm not typing too well this morning, but you know what I mean! Happy AnniverSary!
WEDNESDAY NEST WEATHER
AND SUNRISE / SET TIMES
Today: Mostly sunny, with a high near 42. Windy, between 16 and 24 mph, with gusts as high as 37 mph.
Tonight: Partly cloudy - low 24.
Thursday: Partly sunny - high 45.
SUNRISE THIS MORNING: 7:31 AM
SUNSET THIS EVENING: 4:55 PM
SUNRISE TOMORROW: 7:31 AM
Good morning.
Happy Anniversary, Steve and Lynne
Lori-I only made meatloaf once and it was a total bust in this house! So it's a no go here. My mom used to make meatloaf all the time and I liked it. Oh well.
Good Morning, DanaMo! Your kids who really appreciate you would love the meatloaf! LOL HINT: You have 3 of them and they have 4 legs!
I'm sure they would!
So what's playing on the radio now that Christmas is "over", even though it really isn't.
It's back to the usual, DMo...but it feels weird since half the world is still on vacation. Very slow morning.
G☼☼dm☼rning LORI and DANAMO ! LOL the meatloaf lovers, oh yeh, the Labs would love it !
gLORI, we need a picture of your little Miss Kitty. She sounds soooo sweet !
Here's hoping WANDA's Karla is much, much better this morning.
JANET, welcome to our wonderful wildlife loving world ! Happy JUDY helped you find your way here !
Happy Anniversary to LYNNE and STEVE ! Have a lovely day of joyous celebration ! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY STEVE AND LYNN AND MANY MANY MORE
Good morning Kay and Hoda!
Good Morning KAY!!!
HODA!!! What are you doing up at this hour? You have a tea craving? :)
Good morning everyone. It is windy at the nest. I woke up because I needed a cup of tea.
DANAMO it is so awesome that teachers start thinking of going in to the classroom to prepare before the vacation is over...I well remember those days. Good on you!!
Nice to hear 97.1 work in some holiday tunes this week, too !
This is so funny LORI that is exaclty why I woke up...needed a cup of tea. The kettle is boiling.
Hi HODA ! What does our Canadian whirlwind have planned for today ?
A dusting of snow, not too much down overnight...
Buddy got me up early enough this morning so I won't miss the morning visit. : )(
It sounds very windy at the nest, getting lighter. I hope they come this morning. I have not seen them for a while now, except on JUDYE 's videos ofcourse...
Is the still cam up? Jo had said it was having problems last night. I will go check.
LORI how does it feel to be back atr work? Do you have your energy?
Happy, happy anniversary Steve and Lynne.
I see the white dot JO spoke of on the still cam but I think it is working...none of the rainbow colours she also mentioned...time will tell when the eagles show...
Energy is here with me this morning... though my body is looking forward to going home and grabbing a nap!
That's so awesome, Hoda, that everyone still has the holiday hustle going! I miss it already!
Cam seems to be working fine. I see movement.

Just so I would have a morning laugh, what exactly is cold in Florida this morning Miss JUDYE!!! LOL!!! 58?
HODA, it's washfm.com
Just so you would know it is 30 here this morning!!!
Hey, KAY, how is your h ip feeling now that you're a few days out from your shot...are you at zero pain yet?
I see my sister has came aboard Janet Welcome sis! ♥♥

Only 58 more to read My neck is giving me issues this am I really think I did something yesterday to irrate it
Hello, JUDY ! Thanks for bringing Janet into the fold. Reading her profile I can see there is no doubt, she's going to fit right in here ! So nice you and your sis have this shared interest now.
HODA, I put 97.1 fm Wash in the google search and voila` a link comes up saying "listen live".
HODA that is some article with the deer and eagle Hey remember the one from months ago with the deer being dropped on the power lines They are talking about searching the waters in the area today for more body parts
back to reading
"Sorry The I heart radio service is only available in the US"!!! I can not hear LORI!!!
YEAH KARLA is doing better I see was on FB good to hear
my cam looks like that at nite also with the rainbow spots
WOW is it windy or what at the nest...it is rocking!!!
32° here in Columbus at this moment.
LORI, no the hip pain is not entirely gone. Pain now at about a 3. PT starts on the 6th and I hope that will gradually reduce the pain, though I kind of expect it will be increased at first. I'll ask the therapist if I should see the ortho again due to continueing pain.
LYNN and STEVE I hope you have a good Happy Anniversary I am plugging right along I refuse to get a speeding ticket Like some people LOL
I may have to take a Dramamine if I continue to watch the nest!
