Thanks, Norma, been on other computer. But you're right... time for me to hit the road. All have a good eagle/panda day. Wonder what adventures our little Squiggles will have today? Finny looks beautiful in the setting sun! Love him! Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly!
Took my final and now have 3 days off till I start a new semester monday. Mom is trying to log in but I forot the password I gave her *hang head*
Jill this weekend may be put on hold unless the chiropractor I am seeing today heals me ast r gives me some pain meds for my sciatica. I can still manuever but not sure on lifting the furniture. My friend Rex will stop by tomorrow hopefully I will either feel better or feel no pain with help.
About hummers I read the other day that we can continue to feed them and they will leave on their own is that true? I would hate to keep one or even 2 here in the supposed harsh winter they are predicting.
ROBYN-- The Hummers will leave on their own. We keep our feeders out until Nov. just in case one stops by on it's way South. In our area, they leave between the middle and edn of Sept.
Hello Robyn, as Wanda said, keep feeding your hummers until you no longer see any. When they start migrating you will be feeding others from the north that happen to fly by your yard. They need lots of food to build up energy to make the long flight. Jill, I missed your comment. Do you know what days of the week you would be able to work? We run mon-fri about 9 am until 2 at the latest. I am still looking for help.

MEGAN---your SUNFLOWERS certainly brighten up the BLOG!!---HOW is your daughter's hand---I pray that her hand is greatly improved------ Now that I have my 'ARROW' under control---I am going to go back & read yesterday blog!!!
There are so many positive energies here, regardless who we worship. Through the losses and healings I am so grateful for all I have met and chatted with on this blog.
MEGAN----Sounds like things are looking up for your daughter----Won't be long until it will be just a memory!!!-----Something she can tell her grand-kids about!!!---ho! ho!
Hi, everybody, Thank you all for your birthday wishes really made my day. As I told someone I have reached that great age of 39 forever or as my sister said when she sent me a card 39+. Look forward to your blog everyday. You really have a great time here. Maybe someday will be able to meet youall. bobbi
BOBBI-- Don't mean to pounce on you like a duck on a June bug, but MY GOODNESS, it sure is good to see you on here. We do have a good time. When I first read this blog(I don't even remember how I found it), I thought they were all family members or very close friends. After a while, I realized they were people who all shared the same interest in life. I thought I would sure like to be a part of this group, but didn't know how to go about it. I was, and still am, a novice at computer skills and it took me about 2 weeks to discover how to get started on here. It is one of the best things that ever happened to me. They are FAMILY.
Oh yes, Bobbi, we are like family. The momsters look out for one another! One Momster in particular takes care of me to a "T" - Every night she reminds me of my bedtime and that is one reason I am recuperating so quickly! ROFLMBO
Megan, We had a guy quit at work so things are a little screwy for next week. I am off 9/10, 9/11, 9/12, 9/17, 9/18, 9/26-9/28. I am also off next Tuesday. It is Wednesday and Thursday I am not sure about. I do have a Dr. appt at 3 on the 12th. If any of those days helps you let me know. Which farm is it? I know we took Zach to one down there a long time ago.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOBBI. So glad you have joined us. I was like everybody else when I first started, afraid they wouldn't want me. Trust me, they want everybody. It has been a pleasure getting to know all the wonderful people on this blog. And if you ever need anything just ask, they will do their best to help you out. You must come visit Robyn after her house is done. (Really don't want to see it now. LOL)
ROBYN, just let me know if you are going to do anything this weekend. If your friend is going to be there, we could move the furniture while you watched.
Oh, boy I could really use a panda nap, my head is pounding. Hey Jill, sorry I wasn't more clear, I am looking for help starting around Sept. 27 and going up until Oct. 31- It's Ridgefield Farm.BBL- phys. therapy day. Which means back to town...groan..
Hey Megan, maybe I missed that point. My schedule will be more settled after next week. As soon as I have a final for the end of the month I will let you know. I can definitely do the 27 and 28. If you don't hear from me about Oct by the end of next week remind me.
Jill sent an email to ya, doc doesn't want me exerting myself till the disk unswells. I was tossing pieces of a tree that fell at the end of my driveway saturday after the storm, possbly hit by lightning. My friend came over with his chainsaw but he cut the pieces pretty big and they were just a little too heavy for me to be carelessly tossing them to the side. I keep forgetting I am not 25 anymore.
We've been working on a new idea for a couple weeks now. It's a 'Birding Network', somewhat like Facebook or MySpace, but specifically for people interested in birding and wildlife watching. When you join you'll have the opportunity to customize your own page by adding photos, video, and blog entries. You can also start or join a discussion forum and talk with other birders that you share interests with. Anyhow, check it out at www.4birders.com. Everyone's welcome to join.
Thats great Robyn..I have not really check everything out on the site yet but i did make a page.. I also have my space so that helped knowing what to do... Hope others check it out and join also...
Good evening everyone. I just wanted to get on and let everybody know that I am okay. This is definitely going to be one of the hardest times of my life but WE will get through it.
A couple of weeks ago, Mattie bought me a doily with an eagle in the middle of it. That is what my roses are sitting on. Thought it was so appropriate for my roses from the eaglet momsters to be on that.
HI SHARON-- So good to hear from you on here again. Yes, life without your Mom will be very hard and you probably feel like life will never be the same, but THIS TOO SHALL PASS (I promise)....Lost my Dad a while back and I understand what you are going through. Love and Prayers Wanda
Well, the straggler is showing up! Meaning me, of course. I have just been playing card games and did go to the mall around 7:30 for an hour with hubby.
Anne - Sharon So happy the two of you are here with us.
So you two are putting the Limit on me? I really was ok with them because they had their momma and grandma with them. I didn't need to do anything but watch those 3 little wonders!
Jo-sometimes just watching the little buggers can be enough to wear somebody out. LOL We know how much you enjoy thme, glad you had a good time with them. I am sure they love their Mema.
HELLO AND GOOD NIGHT Had lunch with a friend, it was a beautiful day, got the car washed, got it gassed up with semi-cheap gas $2.65. Been watching my A&E Tv shows tonight and am off the bed. Have a resful night. Robyn hope your pain goes away.
Just checking in to let you know that i wont be on for awhile.. Moving Ruben n Rosalinda and my darling Grandaughter Diana to Bay Shore NY tomarrow and after that dropping off the truck... and my son his girlfriend and i are staying at amotel and going into NYC to Ground Zero and Statue Of Liberty and the sites of NYC..LOL i have been there and not so excited about it... but man you see some sights up there!!! If i happen to get near a Jrs cheese cake store i will pick up a cheese cake... Hugs to all have asafe and happy holiday weekend!!!!
LOL, yes Jim, it is Friday morning, and I read your comment. I keep forgetting about the long weekend...I was talking to my boss Monday, and said something about next Monday at work (the 3rd), and he said I could come in, but it'd be lonely...Monday was a holiday. Had to look at the calendar! Then I got excited for the short week coming up! Didn't realize we were gonna have a holiday. Saying that, THIS week has been one of the longest! Seems it's going on forever, so glad Friday finally made it. Good Friday morning, eagle world. Beautiful out, 70° at home, 75° here. Not many stars, but beautiful just the same. Only saw 3 deer this morning, and didn't see the 2nd one till I was 58 miles out! So guess I saw yesterday and today's allotment all yesterday. Finny not in nest, darn, he's usually there when I open the cam first thing in the morning. And Bai and Squiggles are sleeping, Bai on her back, has her right hind leg up in the air, and has her left arm sorta covering squiggles. But you can see Squiggles on the straw, they're so cute. Not raining at the marina, for once, and 2nd Fin osprey nest MT. Ok, all have a great eagle/panda day. Eyes to the sky, see the raptors fly! Oh, Squiggles is squiggling, Bai didn't move. Wonder if it's gonna be feeding time...
Aww, Squiggles woke Bai up, Bai picked her up and put her on her chest under her chin. Then she turned on her side, and Squiggles slid off. Now she's back on straw, Bai holding her and washing her. This is adorable to watch! Think they're both going back to sleep.
Uh oh, action going on with Finny. Dad must be coming in with fish, as I said that, dad arrived with fish which Finny promptly took from him. Then he immediately mantled over it.
Hey, good morning, Robyn. Yup, TGIF, finally. Haven't read the blogs, but I hope your pain, whatever it is, goes away, and I'm sorry you are in pain. Geesh, I don't usually have time to read back, so I miss stuff. Anyway, hope your heal soon. Did read that Tori liked her teachers, that's a plus! I'm glad she's liking her new school. Now a question...did it storm last night? I didn't get a drop of rain. At least I don't think. It wasn't raining when I went to bed (at 6!), and porch was dry this morning, so if we got any, it was quite about it. Finny's still eating the fish dad brought, and Bai has sorta fallen over right after nursing Squiggles. Squiggles is squiggling by Bai's head, too cute.
Suzanne, Tori found a Mentor in her History teacher. It is nice to see her after schol smiling instead of stressed as she was in her other school.
My sciatic nerve is being compressed by a swollen disk due to me haphazardly moving parts of a fallen tree in my driveway, nothing got hit but it blocked me from getting to my house. I, if up to it will have a small cookout sunday and my friends husband will cut the rest up for their fireplace. One cheap way to get rid of it :).
Just turned my back for a sec, and Finny took off. He hadn't finished the fish yet, so I guess he took it with him. There are no leftovers in the nest. Bai and Squiggles are sleeping. BRB
Oh, ouch, Robyn! I'm so sorry, that can be extremely painful! Wish I could help you, but man when you're back hurts, you're dead in the water. At least I am, can't move or get comfortable or do anything. I'm so glad about Tori! Glad she found a mentor, they can be wonderful! Anyway, glad nothing was hit by the falling tree, and yeah, cookout sounds nice. You're right, gets rid of the tree...
Man, I must have been out of it, didn't hear a thing last night. Those guys are adorable, aren't they? But Squiggles had to work a bit this morning to wake up mom so she could be fed.
Oh no Suzanne, not the back that hurts but the right leg, feels like a constant mild charley horse going down the leg. Ice and rest is what I will be doing the next few days or so, luckily it is a long weekend, I just need to make time to see Tori.
I am grateful I am healthy and never really had to suffer with back pain.
I enjoyed reading about his rolling over the other day, wore m out just reaading it and reminded me when Tori was a baby and the first time she rolled over, such an effort lol
alrighty, time to get ready to get Tori to bring her to the bus stop. My brother lives ut of our school district. I sure do miss her and miss tucking her in every night. I love having her around though she can drive me nuts at times she makes me laugh and smile more.
LOL, ok, Robyn, hope your LEG gets better soon! Don't know my bones or nerves, thankfully, never had problems, so never had a need to know this stuff. Yes, watching Squiggles roll over the other day was a joy! Think she/he wore everybody out that was watching. I know the cub took a nap after that, she/he was worn out too...that was a lot of work! Just wonder what Bai was thinking when she came back and found Squiggles on her tummy. Two big adventures in 2 days...first a walkabout with mom, then turning over all by herself. We're getting bigger... At least Tori is closer than in Florida, and you can see her all the time. I know you'll be glad when she can come home. Think I read on here the other day she walked a couple miles...that's wonderful! Sounds like she's getting a lot better. Hope she continues to improve!!
I found another Bonaire cam, I lost the other site with the divers and did a search, here is the other link. It has several underwater cams on the bottom
Robyn, got a 404, not found error. What's after CamLarge? This is the BonAire site: http://www.breathebonaire.com/index.php? CURRENT_CAM=bonairecam2&SET_CAM=bonairecam2
One line. And Peggy's Cove is fogged in again today. Did you see the fog yesterday? Very thick!
GOOD MORNING SUZ AND ROBYN-- It's a treat to see you on here this morning Robyn. Got a good rain last night, didn't we?
SUZ--I guess it is good that you had an uneventful trip in this morning. How neat that Finny shows up for you each morning. I guess he is thinking about leaving soon. Wonder when his parents will start another family? Hope they keep the cam on so we can watch.
Never mind, Robyn, I got it. Lots of cams! Cool. Wanda, yes, look forward to seeing him every morning. It's lunch time over there when I logon, so he's usually waiting for a meal. Guess he'll be ready to migrate soon, and I'm gonna miss him! Just love watching the spoiled little brat! Hope they keep the cam up too, maybe we'll see more Moose and other wildlife!
LOL, ok, she's got that flipping up and down thing down pat! Bai just flipped up and now it's nursing time...well, as soon as she gets finished rolling the Squiggles!
Morning Wanda, sry it took so long to say hi was on the phone with my sis in law. Yes that sure was some rain. Tori told me last night she will use the lightning to put her to sleep.
I wake up 5am school days this morning I as up at 4:35 ewwww.
Well, that darn Finny! He doesn't even get ready to take off...he's there one refresh, and 10 seconds later on the next refresh, he's gone. Poof...like a puff of smoke.
Yes, she's rubbiing Squiggles all over her face..no, getting ready to situp, feeding time again. Or whatever. She's sitting up, Squiggles is laying and squiggling next to her.

Oh, my Fin baby just arrived in all his beautiful glory!
Squiggles finally succeeded in getting mom awake so she can be fed! Guess she's a happy camper now.
Finny still hanging out just watching the sky.
Awwww, Bai finally got situated to nurse Squiggles, then she looks up at the cam...how cool was that!
Uh oh, action going on with Finny. Dad must be coming in with fish, as I said that, dad arrived with fish which Finny promptly took from him. Then he immediately mantled over it.
Good morning Suzanne.
Now that Tori started school again I can finally say TGIF! Funny how sleeping in these days consists of waking up at 8am
Mits, Wanda I slept fairly well, I am a big baby when it comes to pain.
That was some storm we had last night. Looks like it is going to be a beautiful Labor Day weekend.
BRB
It started raining around 8 with thunder and lightning and it POURED.
Awwwww sleeping side by side.
But take it easy, though, Robyn!
BBS
Feeding time in San Diego...
Welcome back, Robyn. Finny also came to welcome you back, he just arrived.
He is such a beautiful bird Suz.
Tori got on the bus, stayed with her because there were no other children there today, we live off the main road with no one around. 1/2 day today
I found another Bonaire cam, I lost the other site with the divers and did a search, here is the other link. It has several underwater cams on the bottom

One line. And Peggy's Cove is fogged in again today. Did you see the fog yesterday? Very thick!
GOOD MORNING SUZ AND ROBYN--
It's a treat to see you on here this morning Robyn.
Try this all one line

Never mind, Robyn, I got it. Lots of cams! Cool.
Wanda, yes, look forward to seeing him every morning. It's lunch time over there when I logon, so he's usually waiting for a meal.
Guess he'll be ready to migrate soon, and I'm gonna miss him! Just love watching the spoiled little brat! Hope they keep the cam up too, maybe we'll see more Moose and other wildlife!
Got it Robyn, thanks! Check out the pics also!
Looks like the fog is finally lifting a little at Peggy's Cove!
OK---I think I Got WAX????
Bai is hugging and moving Squiggles around while she's laying down. They're cute, Bai's a good mommie...
Oh look, she's on her back now, and washing squiggles upside down. Too cute. Man, she opens her mouth, looks like she's gonna take a bite of that cub!
Thought you would enjoy those photos, SUZ. The last one of the eagle is superb!
LOL, ok, she's got that flipping up and down thing down pat! Bai just flipped up and now it's nursing time...well, as soon as she gets finished rolling the Squiggles!
OH, Congrats on the WAX, there Wanda!!!
Oh, those photos were absolutely beautiful! Loved the eagle, loved the King Fisher too! That poor fish, mouth wide open....ooooohhhh.
ROBYN--How far do you have to travel to pick up Tori?
Check your email.
Wanda she is 3 miles away if that.
He did it again. He started squawking at something, then boom, gone.
Thought Bai was waking up, she started rollling and snuggling Squiggles. She is waking up! She's sorta playing with Squiggles..well, or not. Not sure.
Yes, she's rubbiing Squiggles all over her face..no, getting ready to situp, feeding time again. Or whatever. She's sitting up, Squiggles is laying and squiggling next to her.
Ok, nursing time...
My hero just arrived back...
Aha, Robyn. Those are the Bonaire cams Jill was watching, with the one stuck on the people downtown.
Thanks!
