Hi Iris Yep actually iwas lying on the sofa watching the FL cam and sort of tv, when all of a sudden up pops our live cam...and well the rest is history LOL.
Well back home safely..see still cam isn't lines and blueish green and live feed for us is up.
About Florida yes a chick did fly out of there this morning "my chick my daughter". While another chick is flying into Florida that chick would be "Mits". lol

Hi everyone that came in while I was away. I did bundle up and it was nice getting some fresh air.
They must have moved Buta Buta cause the cam is on the ceiling. Waiting .... now it is back up they (I don't think Lun Lun did it) put her back in nest bed. Boy is she ever trying to get out. I WANT OUT OF HERE !!!

Jo - good for you - telling them naming our eagles is a good thing - I think it is a sign of extreme respect - not turning them into 'pets'.... we all know we'd never want to try to 'keep' these things anything but wild and free

You have to subscribe if you want it. It will come in a single email with the other though. I get about 4 different BLITZ's that all come in in a single mail whenever one or several of them have a new thread.

Yes ty Belle I hadn't had an attack is 4 yrs this would have been the 5th with predisone. Yes I am getting better I feel much better.
For me predisone is last resource but it kicks me in the butt and makes the turn around. Which I'm thankful for.

hi Sandra :) Sounds like it is time for a little 'shake' maintenance for your keyboard - crumbs, dust, fuzz, hair - something like that stuck under the shift key? Turn keyboard upside down and gently shake it... kinda like when you de-crumb the toaster...hope that will help?
also those cans of compressed air keep the dust out of keyboards and can spray inside you vents to your computer etc too.
I miss watching tai and mei lan - so sad the atlanta cam is down evenings and weekends - seems they could have a set up like the dc zoo does and let us look in whenever we wanted.... I have not seen mei walk yet, just the wiggle video and the couple of sort of shaky steps that glo put up for us - thank goodness for those at least

Yes I am sure something moving or sqeaking etc. has been happening since Monday. WE can't see what though bummer. Did you see the video on for the love of eagles I put up Monday that ended with both at the nest. That day I know they got some sort of signal from an egg. I am positive. Maybe that little one isn't just squeaking or wiggling this morning LOL. MTBR

I feel lots better compared to 2 days ago. Coughing sneezing but that achy chills fever stuff seems to have passed. it always feel some much better to be feeling better.
Oh that is for sure Glo. I do finally feel on the better end of it. It's just been too long for me being sick like that. Too have reminded dr to kick my butt with predisone. Some reason whatever my body is doing that they can't work out. It always makes my body do the turn around. Happy you aren't feeling as badly hope to see you keep improving lady.

Although both mother and cub will have access to the habitat during this time, viewing may be limited. Mei Lan is still perfecting her newfound walking skills, and Lun Lun may opt at any time for a break off-view.
There is no guarantee that guests will see Mei Lan during Preview Days, but the best time to try is in the early morning hours! Zoo Atlanta will offer exclusive Members-only viewing from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.!

Glo I've been going through this with the eagle in Florida the last 2 days. I have commented she will even rise up out of nest. Like something hatched or something is moving in the shell. She calls out alot and for days I've been waiting for him to come in so she can show him. Glo I "am still waiting and watching"....your NOT alone.
