Another wet,foggy morning.See 2 soggy eaglets in the nest.
1 eaglet flew-1 left in nest.
I say that is Ms. InBetween in the nest now. Big!

Did anyone get a still of the three int he nest this morning while I was at coffee I need to see the three of them together agail ya know just because. It lets me know size wise how well Spunky is holding his own. Off to work here in a bit. No time to even breathe yesterday. Hopefully today will be a little better.

I have saved 22 pictures so far this morning. Some are better than others but they are all good cause our babies are in them!

9:53 a.m. Parent and at least 2 eaglets back in the nest. Can't really tell if it is 2 or 3 eaglets. We need the live feed really bad!

Wow-that was confusing-believe I saw a parent and 2 eaglets-then camera started to act up on me- they are all too big to be there at once!
I have about 30 Harris sparrows on my roof right now, most of them babies but a few parents mixed in! They must multiply like rabbits but they are so beautiful! They wipe my bird food out pretty quick every day, them and mourning doves and towhees (adults and 2 babies)and cardinals and squirrels and chickadees and indigo bunting and finches and . . .
Good late morning! You all had some good nest activities this morning! My still cam shows 2 resting in the nest at this time. So thankful you saw all 3 so that we know they made it through all the storms. Will be gone for about 2 hrs - check back later. LOL

Sunny, I have too. Hugo is really a cuite. He was practicing flapping both wing while standing just now. Almost fell on his face.
I agree, these guys are still #1 in my heart, but I'm watching a few others too.

The feed is a little jumpy every once in awhile. Cross your fingers!
How's the new grandbaby, Jo?
She is doing so well. Sad to report the 2 brothers & Dad came down with strep throat.. So Melissa & Sophia are staying in the bedroom loving life! Melissa says it's great...Dad had taken off for the week.. Sophia goes for her check up tomorrow. Anxious to see her weight - she's a great little nurser.

BigBoy still mantling in center of nest.. Inbetween at 11:00 watching him & Spunky at 1:00 taking it all in. Spunky is walking around the nest edge to 5:00- sneak tatic from behind?? Big Boy won't give in..............He is so beautiful.
BigBoy head down - would appear to be eating........ Did not see him arrive so can't be certain if Adult was there first.. Other 2 still have eyes on BigBoy. His wing span fills the entire nest plus some.....BIG BOY tearing into it = Inbetween attacks & back off...mantling still being done - Please live feed-stay cool!
I am back. I frapped the other two coming in!! BigBoy not giving up easily. He was mantling when I got back (live feed was down until I turned it back on) so did a parent bring something in prior to that? I was afraid he was hurt or something!
2:51pm Inbetween tired of waiting-attacks-doesn't get anything-BigBoy pushing her head away-Spunkster patiently waiting for the right moment..If the other 2 start fighting for food, Spunky could step right in... Inbetween still harassing BigBoy by being right in his face.

Did not see food brough in - just all of a sudden BigBoy was there covering the entire nest with his mantling - then the other 2 came in...So far BigBoy has it..

These kids need to learn about PotLuck where each brings a main dish & one to share..HaHa
We really are fortunate to be able to see them this much. I think someone commented the other day about them being back in the nest more often than the Blackwater eaglets. I wonder if this is the difference between 2 and 3 eaglets?

Food is all gone! The 2 in nest seem to be waiting...Not looking for any scraps... Maybe whoever left, took it with them.

I would say our eaglets are finding their way around cyberspace and the world pretty well. remember if you click on the cluster map in the upper right hand corner, you can see the various places around the world who have visited the videos and Filmloop posted there.

Wow as I read through the bLOG sounds like some excitement this afternoon, especially between Big Boy and Ms In Between. I bet they are all pretty hungry with the weather so bad for so many days. Is my Spunkster eating LOL. I am going now to see if Live cam is up, if so I can't usually bLOG and run cam too, ti freezes on me. I'll check back in soon, if no live cam, or later if I get to enjoy watching well maybe an MT nest for a while.
OK, so what happened to the big branch with leaves that was in the middle of the nest yesterday? I think the kids are out enjoying the sunshine today.
Barbara in Maine - I am sure it got pulverized in all the activity today. I think a piece of it may still be just below Jo's turtle shell close to the 8 o'clock position towards the middle.

OK Well I finished my bowl of ice cream, and watched the MT nest for a while. So thought I would try a bLOG statement to see if I lose the live feed or not. Will be in and out to check the monitor. Sharon I hope you got some FRAPS of the activity between MS In Between and Big boy although maybe that all happened while you were off some where nOT watching our little buddies LOL. That always happens to me..I expect stuff when I'm gone, especially to coffee in the morn, or walkin the dogs in the evening.
