4/10/24 we have a PIP

 616 am Bella exits the nest for her first break of the day.619 am Scout checks out the egg but does not incubate the egg.

621 am Scout moves up to the top of the lookout post, he does a crop drop.
7 am The egg is unattended. A small dark spot is seen on the egg. It may be a pip!

7:03 am Scout delivers a fish to the nest. Scout eats some of the fish. Like yesterday he is not showing any interest in incubating the egg. 

Crow seems to be chasing him 7:08 he exits 7:09  back he exit again and he's back again crow is being a pain 706

727 am Scout continues to enjoy the fish.  

728 am Bella lands with a leafy branch both adults are very vocal back and forth. Could be she is happy for the fish or they see an intruder in the area. No intruder seen on cam but there maybe be someone perched nearby.

729 am Scout exits the nest. Bella watches him go. All is calm again.

730 am Bella tends to the egg cup area, she loosens the bedding then rolls the egg. The tiny dark spot was visible and it may be a pip. Bella looks down at the egg then sits on the egg, incubation resumes.

732 am Bella is watchful there is a small woodpecker on the LOP and she is not happy. Her beak opens and closes but no sound came out (Cam 2); Bella soft vocal warning is Cam 1 haha.
820 am Bella continues to incubate, she has feather fluff in her beak.

836 am Scout lands on top of the LOP. Bella remains seated but converses with him.
837 am Bella gets up off the eggs and moves to the fish. Scout is till on the LOP. Bella is protecting the remaining fish, looks like Scout polished off quite a bit earlier.
838 am Bella eats the fish. Scout remains on the LOP.
839 am Scout bows, two geese fly by.
840 am Bella returns to the egg cup, she rolls the egg.

841 am Bella resumes incubation. Bella appears to have a loose feather on her left side.

850 am Bella gets up off the eggs. Bella moves to the 6 o'clock porch converses with Scout then exits the nest. Scout follows her out. Perhaps testing Scout to see if he would return to incubate, he does not!
851 am Bella returns and tends to the egg. She loosens the bedding in the egg cup and appears to listen at times. Bella rearranges the bedding making things comfortable for herself while she incubates the egg. 854 am Bella sits on the egg,
10 am Bella continues to incubate her egg.
1036 a.m. another egg roll digging in the cup 1206 for another dig dig in the cup and roll I'm assuming 12:20 she is up digging gets and up off her chest in the cup looks around as if she's waiting for him standing on the edge of the cup wiggle wiggle down.Bella gets up on alerts. Flies out of the nest and returns a few minutes later no sign of Scout! If you'll notice also, she seems to be listening at times

333 Bella goes out for a real good stretch. And comes back 10 minutes later, 343
