Hubby and I ate at Arby's! I love their roastbeef and cheese. I forgot they didn't serve hamburgers ! Hubby ate roastbeef.
Kathryn and Hunter drove over to the river with the idea of walking Luna there. However, the temperature is dropping rapidly, and the wind is picking up big time. I think they just looked at the river.
I saw the fly in on the live cam but then I switched over to the still cam and by then the switch was made. Didn't really get a good view of the eggs. Did you take a pic, Shirley.
Cyclone Shirley is at it again - all games won! I hope your knee feels really good and no discomfort.
I do need to share the picture I posted on FB on here, but I will probably have to download from my phone and try to get it from that. I am still using Kathryn's computer, so I am not using screen grabs the way I did with my own computer, and, considering that I managed to pick up some kind of problem the other day when I tried to download Google Earth, I do not think I should try to download anything else.
just got home got me a good eagle fix While at Jordyn gym class the tower had one adult and both juvies then on the way home I drove by Freedom park and both were on top of the tower Yeah got nice pic of them and got to tell Sue about it she hasn't seem then either in a couple of weeks being they aren't incubating eggs now So happy they were there when I was there they both poofed about 10 min after I got there so I was really lucky I usually drive by on the way home from work which is to early for them now with the time change so will have to go later I guess if I want to see them I love it that they still come back to the tower eggs or not Happy Happy Joy Joy
Odd I posted picture on FB of them started a new album since 999 must be the limit in FB albums now and I don't see them on my news feed at all only on my profile I wonder why FB messes up at times
Jumping on here quickly while Ken goes over to the house to turn on porch lights and make sure everything is locked up.
The workmen have finished with everything! They got all the edging done on the new floors. I think we're still scheduled to stay at the hotel until Saturday, so that will give us a chance to get the house put back together. Most of the furniture is back in the living room, and the front bedroom has the bed in it now. The grandfather clock and the console are back in the entry. I went over and washed the entry floor really well this morning. They had sprayed some awful toxic chemical there to keep mold from growing, and I had to make sure there was none left on the floor before Emma came back home. She would be licking it up in a heartbeat! Used white vinegar and hot water to clean, then rinsed with hot water. Hope it will be OK.
Got the coats and scarves hung up in the entry closet. Found that the workmen put the sliding closet doors back on in the front bedroom, and they actually work! They had been extremely hard to slide before.
We're starting a big box of stuff to either sell at a garage sale, or donate.
The weather was better today--down to 80 instead of 90-something.
Sandi, sorry about your dishwasher! While packing stuff up and moving it to the garage because of the leak, we found the extra panels for our dishwasher. It's black right now, but could be almond or white. Nice that you have a variety of options.
Haven't had a moment to watch the nest today. Hope we have a pip soon! Have a good evening, everyone. I'm tired, so probably won't make it back here tonight. Will say goodnight now, and God bless! I ♥ us!!!

Oh, we are on the wait list but indicated we would not be ready for an actual move until next Fall. So, come Fall, we wait until something comes available. Then can accept or decline.
Congrats to Shirley and her team.
Not going to see any lights other than the ones behind my eyelids. Window cleaning is exhausting. Arthritic joints are protesting.
Washing windows . . . yes, that needs to be done here as well.
Really hoping to see a pip tomorrow.
I go to my bridge club tomorrow night.
Enjoyed the sunshine today, though I was worried that we might have rain. Didn't happen.
Been trying to find a book by Dean Koontz . . . Dead Town. Was surprised that I couldn't find it on my Kindle, at least not as a separate book. It is the 5th in his Frankenstein series. It looks like I could get it as part of a set, but that's not what I want. From what I have read, there are (or will be) six books in the series. I've finished 4, and the 4th ended in the middle of things. I need that next book!
Crashed early last night after a day of Spring Cleaning with Julie Kay, so here I am wide awake and rarin' to go. So nice to have super clean blinds, windows, screens, front porch and deck. She insisted on far more detail than I could ever have done alone.
Today's activity is taking tax data to the good AARP folks at the Community Center nearby. That will also be a good thing to have out of the way.
JO and SUZAN, so glad you've seen the medicos and are taking care of yourselves. I know from experience with my dear Stan that what seems like a minor malady can rapidly turn into something big for one with COPD.
SHIRLEY, you are the Come Back Kid!! I'm sure your bowling team is tickled pink to have you back and in good form. Can you get your cleaning people to take care of your windows? If not I highly recommend enlisting the help of one's kids!☺
SANDI, you are a whiz kid--getting that transition at the schoolhouse taken care of in record time!
ANDY, great news on all the accomplishments at your house--glad you can stay put at the hotel a few days while you get the house and furnishings in order.
JUDIE, so you can see clearly now, too! Washing those panes is a pain, but so nice. Just as happens with ones specs, you don't realize how hazy your view has been til' the glass sparkles again. Julie asked why I didn't ask for such help earlier, but I just didn't see how dirty they really were. Thanks for the reminder--I have an association meeting sometime next week--ugh, but just can't let my friends on the board down by not showing up. So few take it seriously til' they have a big gripe.
No light show for this sleepy time gal. I'm so closed in by huge trees and neighboring buildings that I'd have had no chance to see it anyway. Hoping to hear that some of you saw the lights!

Sandi, I remember a few years back when I got my first computer at school. I was all eager to set it up, but they wouldn't let me. Afraid I might break something, they were. That did change as time passed, but I was always mystified by the instruction that we were to email if we had computer issues. They did not want phone calls nor did they want us to show up at their office. In fact we were not given a number nor a location. The computer nazis were an interesting bunch.
Good morning! Kids are at specials so I have a few minutes to check in. I see or hear we have our sound back. Wind is blowing and they are calling for snow on Friday into Saturday!!!! I am seriously over it!
Sandi, I am thinking and praying for you today. I'm sure it is extremely difficult. Being in school will surely help keep your mind occupied.

sad story to report my son attended his first funeral for a peer this week. young woman whom he knew quite well, but just friends, died. she had sent him a text one evening the end of last week to "hang out" but he had other plans. well, she went to a party and of course, at 23, drinking is involved. for whatever reason she decided to drive home, lost control of the car, it flipped...and she didn't make it.
I hate that for her family that is left. so sad.
I know it was difficult, but i'm glad Michael went. gave him maybe a moment of "i'm not invincible"...I hope. I worry as we all do about our kiddos.

Hubby and I ate at Arby's! I love their roastbeef and cheese. I forgot they didn't serve hamburgers ! Hubby ate roastbeef.
going over to FB
looking for pic of eggs at switch
Glad to see more flugg around with this wind....
Fri and then on Tues could be rain and/or snow.
Hi,
I was hoping to see a pip when I logged on this evening. Oh well, maybe tomorrow.
Beautiful day here, but now there is a real bite in that wind.
Bowling and lunch today. We won all of our games. Maybe we'll move up to second place. Keeping my fingers crossed.
My gosh, that was a nest shake worthy of an earthquake. Hoping it was just a shaking of the camera.
Oh dear me, we do not need any more snow.
I will try to peek out tonight and see if I spot any auroras.
Eagle in. I see three eggs. Egg roll.
Kathryn and Hunter drove over to the river with the idea of walking Luna there. However, the temperature is dropping rapidly, and the wind is picking up big time. I think they just looked at the river.
I saw the fly in on the live cam but then I switched over to the still cam
and by then the switch was made.
Didn't really get a good view of the eggs. Did you take a pic, Shirley.
Cyclone Shirley is at it again - all games won! I hope your knee feels
really good and no discomfort.
Oh, sorry, Jo. I didn't get a picture. I'm not as good as Judy with that. I did not see any evidence of a pip.
Another day comes tomorrow for the Pip Patrol !
I missed Jeopardy due to watching the darkness settle on our nest
Darkness is coming to the nest. Only the white head is visible.
just got home got me a good eagle fix While at Jordyn gym class the tower had one adult and both juvies then on the way home I drove by Freedom park and both were on top of the tower Yeah got nice pic of them and got to tell Sue about it she hasn't seem then either in a couple of weeks being they aren't incubating eggs now So happy they were there when I was there they both poofed about 10 min after I got there so I was really lucky I usually drive by on the way home from work which is to early for them now with the time change so will have to go later I guess if I want to see them I love it that they still come back to the tower eggs or not Happy Happy Joy Joy
Odd I posted picture on FB of them started a new album since 999 must be the limit in FB albums now and I don't see them on my news feed at all only on my profile I wonder why FB messes up at times
can't complain its FREE LOL
AURORA REPORT: nothing yet.
Hi, Everyone,
HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!!!
I ♥ us!!!

Hi everyone.
Civic Association meeting tonight. Booooooorrrrrring!
Jo, please continue to feel better.
Suzan, take your meds and get better, also.
Sandi, hope all goes well with being in a different room. As for the computers, etc. I might have been able to find an electrical outlet.
Sleep well.
Winding down for the night.
SED my friends. See you tomorrow.
Good very early morning, Eagle Buds!!!
Also hoping we see a pip today!
Prayers for all in need!!!

Thanks, JO, for fixin' our calendar notice system!
Good morning Kay. I too crashed early last night. Nowadays I am happy to get 6 hours of sleep, so 430 was the wake up time.
Happy Birthday to Beverly.
I'll check the cam from time to time today.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day.
Good morning.
Unusual early wake-up for me. Headed back to the pillows.

ME 70° with a high 84° today
Good morning,
Chilly out there this morning. Ice on the top of my car. 84 would be nice.
Egg roll. Got pics, but nothing significant.
Eagle in.
Two in the nest.
Poof.
No changing of the guard, so no opportunity to see the eggs.
Eagle in with nice-sized fish. Eggs uncovered.
Pip in that egg on the left??????
Got pics and a video. Really hard to tell what I am seeing. Maybe???
Made some videos. Will try to load them. Looks almost promising.
Posted some pics and a video on FB. I think we have a pip.
Will try to bring the pics and videos over here. Sometimes I just can't get it to work.
I have posted one of the videos on the OC, but it is a link to FB. Non Facebook people, tell me if you can see it. I will try to put it on the blog.
Wow Shirley - Great videos and pic
I sure think that is a pip and not a piece of the grass...
And there was food brought in just
in case. The fishes brought in is one
way of telling that we have a hatch.
Waiting for that egg to pip! Sure hope it has started and we get a good look at it today.
Gotta run, sorry to be so brief!
I am trying to post something on the blog. So far, it is not working. Wish it were easier to post on here.
My delete above. Double post.
Link to Deb's video on OC. Fish delivery and a good view of the eggs. Watch that egg on the left. Maybe a pip.

The videos with the wind blowing the flugg - the one mark on the left egg was not moving with the wind........... I HOPE I HOPE
It was moving and changing, Jo. And it was darker than any of the other shadows. I have the video loaded directly onto my computer, so I do not have to grab it from FB. But Deb's video is on OC, now, too. And it is on You Tube. I might be able to load mine on You Tube.
Deb's video is from the 17th
Okay, my video is on YouTube.

I think there is a new one, Jo. Let me check what I have.
FANTASTIC
Shirley your link opens very well

I had a YouTube account long ago. Haven't used it much.
The link I posted of Deb's is from today. Fish delivery and a view of the eggs. You can see the possible pip.
Everyone should be able to see the YouTube videos. I can post the other one, but it is pretty much the same.

Yeah, me too, Sharon. Just trying to be cautious.
Good Morning!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BEV!! HOPE YOUR DAY IS SPECTACULAR!!! ♥♥
Sandi, will definitely be thinking of you today, and praying for peace and tranquility for you. Hopefully school will help to keep your mind occupied.
Getting ready to go over to the house and continue putting things back, purging, and organizing. It's easier to purge first, then organize what's left. Need to get some shelf paper at Wally World.
Jo, hope your cold is on the run!
Prayers! Take care.
Suzan, hope you're feeling better, too. Prayers for a swift recovery.
Better get going. Much to get done today! Kay & Judie, thanks for the reminder--window washing is added to my list. :o) HAGD, everyone! I ♥ us!!!
Thinking of you today, Sandi.
Sounds like you will be busy today, Andy, but a fun kind of busy.
Need to get a few things done around here.

Kay and Andy, thank you so much for your concern. I still have laryngitis today. Sound so funny when I do try to speak. My kitty looks at me funny!
Now thanks to Shirley I am afraid to leave the computer and miss something! So egg citing!!!
Time to pick up the kid. BBL.
I got this video awhile ago. It shows the eggs, but you can't see any pips. I don't know what this means, but I do see what could be a chick under it, and at one time it looks like it moves. Maybe I am just imagining it, though.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pt6JjUTI-GE
Please pardon the quality of the video. I haven't edited it, and almost deleted it. Just using my cell phone to record.
I thought I had a better one, but couldn't find it.

good day at work. things are pretty quiet.
much cooler today. the thermometer says 51, but with the cloud cover and breeze, it sure doesn't FEEL like 51. I think temps will improve after tonight.
I have a pork roast in the rotisserie, livvy wants corn and I have some egg noodles cooking.
sad story to report my son attended his first funeral for a peer this week. young woman whom he knew quite well, but just friends, died. she had sent him a text one evening the end of last week to "hang out" but he had other plans. well, she went to a party and of course, at 23, drinking is involved. for whatever reason she decided to drive home, lost control of the car, it flipped...and she didn't make it.
I hate that for her family that is left. so sad.
I know it was difficult, but i'm glad Michael went. gave him maybe a moment of "i'm not invincible"...I hope. I worry as we all do about our kiddos.
not much else going on. tom got a brand new school bus, a 2016. its nice. a bit smaller than his other bus.
hope everyone has a lovely evening. gonna be eagle watching....oooooo whe's UP
