Hi all. Thanks so much for the descriptions of the goings on at our nest today! So the kids are getting adventurous and the littlest is holding his/her own. All good news - prayers that good news continues for our eagle family. I can't wait til Friday when I can be retired for 10 days and watch the nest any time I want!
PAULA heard the vocalization also from the attic I think
looks like most of the fish has been eaten and several location is food I see alll the babes are in the cup first I thought the grey thing to the right was a babes but now I don't think so its food of some sort
JO next week is a staycation Its my last week I have to take off or loose it Then in Dec we are taking the Norwegian Getaway for 8 days 7 nights Angie posted pic and video on my fb page I can't wait already paid for also I just want to pay the 60 for insurance just in case
more eating at 5 who is who not sure one eagle on chicks and one eating the one on chicks is missing with flugg it seems I can see kids trying to come out the chest area
All seemed quiet on the nest a few minutes ago. Eaglets tucked safely under parent. I keep loosing the feed here on my iPad and I'm too lazy to go to laptop. SED to all. I may tune into the Dove Keepers tonight.
Good Evening Eagle Buds! See all the Bobbles are snug and under cover. Guess it's the wind and evening pixels but it sure looked like a critter was moving at 7 o'clock. At Park, the ospreys are "nestorating". One of the UStream cam nests looks pretty good, but they're still adding furnishings. Usually one nest gets a dark garbage bag! As I was leaving today, could see a white head in nest from up the road. By the time I got there and parked, rain began and bird/s took cover. I took some pics anyway and before I left, the male came and sat high above the nest. The download will tell! We had 50 9th graders visiting today & they were split into three groups for their activities. The Visitor Center meeting room was occupied (3 times) by student carpenters!!!! They hammered bluebird house parts together from about 10:30 to 3 PM w/break for lunch. awwwww Hope to be back.....
Oh, I am sure there are bowling alleys in France, Jo. Our team captain was with her husband in Norway, and they bowled there. I don't expect we will have time for any bowling.
SHIRLEY the Norwegian Getaway is a ship we are going on a cruise so sorry if I mislead anyone It is a super big one and we will have to go to Miami to big to port at Tampa bummer

Goodorming my eagle friends on this first day of April. A favorite day for teachers ... full of cheesy April Fools jokes! But ... it's the last day with kids before spring break and that is NO joke!!
Shirley, how wonderful for you to have traveling companions and a trip to France lined up!
Hoping for a calm day at the nest with all 3 eagles thriving.
good morning to all! Wednesday and half way thru another week and straight into yet another month!
STRONGHUNTER: so happy for you and your upcoming trip. that is very exciting!!!!!!!!
JUDYE: enjoy your "retirement"....and I know the cruise will be awesome!
I accomplished much outside yesterday afternoon. Refilled some of the settled rocks in the rock garden (used tractor and trailer), put out the garden decorations....bright, sunny and 82 it was! loved it.
Today is my 6 year anniversary @ massage envy! :) Hoping for another 8 (approx.) good years then....Tom and I will look at the possibility of "real" retirement....one step at a time...
But for now, looking forward to a lovely day of work. Its so nice when you love where you work and what you do. I've had jobs that are certainly 180 from this!
The peeps sure are growing fast. Amazing....moving around that nest....love ot watch them.
Everyone have a lovely day. be well. be safe. light and hugs to each of you!
Yes, April 1 can be crazy in a middle school. I hope it's not too crazy for you, Sandi.
Okay, Judy. I think a cruise in warm waters sounds more appropriate for a December vacation. Sometimes I just get confused.
Working on plans here for my nephew and his girlfriend to come for a visit. Chris is the son of my late brother Jim and his wife Shirley. They live in Colorado and took us to all kinds of interesting places out West. Chris last visited us when he was a little kid, so it has been awhile. He's just a couple of months older than Will and Susan and they all went trick-or-treating together that time.
Would be nice if you could get in there and impose some discipline on that oldest chick, Sharon. Guess we just have to depend on the eagle parents, though.
Good Morning Eagle Buds and Dancing Machines! Michael Jackson would be proud of you!
Love the avatar, JANET!
SHIRLEY, see if you can get Will, Susan and Chris to "dress up" and go Trick or Treating for old times sake. ☺
I like seeing those Nestcapades amongst the chicks--prepares them for the real world--much as sibling antics among we humans does for those of us with bros n' sisses!
Hope we learn something re:Isla, she's been amazing!
JUDIE, thanks for the Berry College nest report! The Highbanks Metro Park nest just north of me 5 or 6 miles has eggs being tended. Unfortunately the cam is placed well below the nest so all we can see are the adults on branches or sitting on the crib rails. No way to tell how many eggs and won't really know the number of chicks til' branching time. Very frustrating.
Condo meeting last night---boorrriiinnngggg. Aferward a good dinner with a neighbor at a Bar-b-que joint. Another neighbor was to go, but is having an MS flareup. Prayers for Nancy if you're so inclined.
Good day here for dog walking---rain due tomorrow and Friday.
Jumped on just in time to see the three chicks wiggling around just before parent got back on them. Now, they are poking their cute little heads out from underneath.
Loved my Bradford pear trees, but they did not last long. They don't really provide pears for human consumption, just some small fruit that some birds enjoy.
Oh my, what a mess of babies. They are not interested in napping right now.
I had been using Google Chrome, but the last time I installed it, I got a virus and realized it was the same virus I had been dealing with on another computer, so I switched to Firefox. The Conduit virus hijacks your browser. Not good. Don't know why I kept getting it with Chrome. I know I have mentioned this before. Just look out for that Conduit virus. People at Home Depot have confirmed it's a problem.
Hi all - home from my last day with kids for 11 days! And NO April Fool's jokes today - how about that?!
I can hear the kids from the daycare on the live feed - much better than hearing that howling wind at the nest!
Sounds like a day of eaglets growing and being fed - as it should be.
Shirley, will have to check out that Conduit virus. I have gotten something called Vosteran that also hijacks your browser - got it using Firefox. It was a bugger to get rid of!
Conduit poses as a search engine, but it will give you lots of pop-ups. You can find out a lot if you Google it. And, yes, you can use it to search, but you do not want it. Conduit can also get in via Firefox. Virus scans don't pick it up, and it does not appear on your list of programs. The people at Home Depot say it can be hiding in your computer when you do not know it is there.
Shirley, I did a Google search and Conduit sounds just like Vosteran. It poses as your "new search engine" but again tons of pop-ups. I picked it up when I was trying to watch an episode of a TV show online.
Got my second iron infusion. I feel so much better.
When I got home and looked at the cam, the gray glob at 12 o'clock looked to be the same color as an eaglet. I went straight to the blog to see if anything crazy had been reported. Now I see all 3 chicklets working on supper.
Looked to me like everyone got food. Makes me think of feeding my twins. I used to give them rice cereal with a special cereal-feeding bottle while calling spelling words to the two older kids. Oh my, that was a busy time.
Busy day today working in the yard. Jack has finished a new yard project. He will take Muscle relaxer as well as Advil tonight! Lol. I worked, too, but doing great!
Heading to Denton tomorrow. Jacob has a choir program and Joseph has basketball. Never ending!
Breakfast time! It looks all sunny and all three bobbles are getting a share. They are growing and growing and soon we will start to see juvie feathers...
Just watched Belle do nest renovations -- she pulled out lots of fluff and enlarged the egg cup, pointing towards about 4. It was getting tight for three bouncy kids! Now they are tucked and sleeping. Still a few fish in the pantry.

Hi,
Just booked my trip to France. Val, Julie, and I are traveling together. Yay!
Have done a quick look at the posts. Seems that the little ones have been adventurous today.
That is a strange thing poking out of the basement at about the 8:00 spot. Guess it is the wind, bot it almost looks like something live down there.
And it must have been the other parent that made a low flight over the nest a few minutes ago.
Good grief. What a wild police chase in Fairfax!
Babes covered up
Are you really going to France, Shirley?
Speaking of police stuff, glad to learn the bad guy escapee has been caught and our Judie and Darth are safe.
Stick arrival at the nest. Dramatic entry.
Yes. In September. We got in on discounted deal and had to act fast. Val is an experienced traveler and is really good at making arrangements.
OH SHIRLEY that sounds so exciting and just around the corner will be here before you know it I am so excited and happy for you and your trip
one of the eagle cam I don't remember has a skunk in to picture was on fb today say at lunch
LM for me
Baby poking head out from under parent. These little guys are something else.
Judy,
I am confused. What's that about a skunk?
Mighty windy here.
the skunk was dinner at one of the eagle nest it was big and they were defurring it and stopped and everyone thought that it was stinkiy

Norway sounds great, Judy. It will be pretty cold and dark there in December, though.
So how many birdhouses got built today, Loretta? Did all 50 kids build bluebird houses?
Thank you Steve for the fresh Tuesday thread.
Congratulations Jo on another feather for your Easter bonnet.
Congratulations Shirley. Just so excited for you and Val and Julie. What a wonderful time will be had by all. You deserve it.

Loch of the Lowes: a new female has arrived and she and the Lad have been making nice together. He has been doing nestorations. No word on Isla.
Berry College eaglets are wingersizing and eating on their own.

Have just been fed
Are alone in the nest
Hi Kay
Prayers for Nancy to feel better soon
Not sure if we have rain in the forecast or not - just hope that Easter Sunday is warm and sunny.
Yes, Janet I do like the bird house and here's hoping the Pear tree bears
some fruit this season.
Adult has returned
Not sure why the adults have left the nest today with the peeps in the egg cup where they can climb out now
I think that is Little Bit
getting fed
Biggy Piggy is up now
Hi,
Jumped on just in time to see the three chicks wiggling around just before parent got back on them. Now, they are poking their cute little heads out from underneath.
Loved my Bradford pear trees, but they did not last long. They don't really provide pears for human consumption, just some small fruit that some birds enjoy.
Oh my, what a mess of babies. They are not interested in napping right now.
Reminds me of the days when I was raising my children and was so sleepy I could hardly stand it, while the little one was hopping all around.
lol
Little Bit is retaliating against
Biggy Piggy - Pecking at him furiously.
I think we have another Spunky - ♥
This is a lively bunch, Jo. :)
Good that we have experienced parents here.
Eagle in. More food?
I did get a video of the little ones escaping from underneath parent.
Great - they are 3 little wiggle worms
All 3 are stretching for the food
yeah yeah yeah Go little spunkie. You got this. And you have great parents to help. Hang tough.
Spunkette has good parents and awesome grandparents cheering her on. :)
Seems I have locked up my lap top stuck with the spinning blue circle with my post so I have come to the tablet
hELLO ON LUNCH
our inventory was great we all have jobs for a year lol
9.8 million beginning inventory last year we shrunk out .98 not to bad compared to past years Grocery did great .03 last year was bad over 1.
The post above was typed about 10 min ago and lap still froze
.98 is this years. Last year was 1.3 just read comment and noticed I left the last years out
Gotta pick up Jordyn after work I must remember I am surprised that Angie hasn't called to remind me LOL
Now I am unsure when I punched with the getting frustrated with the spinning blue circle lol
just saw the little ones uncovered when I signed on and now being keep undercovers by parent
Drama at the nest. Parent calling out. Poofed. Babies alone.
All three are looking very lively.
They are growing so fast. They all look strong and healthy.
Not having any luck on Chrome or IE on keeping the nest up
Smallest one seems to be at the back right now.
Chicklets look hot...panting
I am using Firefox, Paula.
We are getting a good long look at the babies. I hope that whatever the parent was hollering at is long gone.
Peeps left alone again
Parent called out and then took off
Sure wish we knew what was upetting
them
Don't Like Drama.....or the peeps left alone!
Some sibling rivalry going on there.
Yes, Jo. I agree.
Shirley, great news on your trip. Sounds wonderful!
thanks Shirley...don't have firefox here at work...and I can't install it...
Spread eagle !
Flat out and down !
Ha Ha cute Robot!
anyone been on google maps yet today. Supposedly they have turned all the maps into a pacman game :)
Middle one pecking little one, I think.

Looks like the biggest one is in the middle with the smallest to its right and the middle one to its left.
And yea, the google map thing works! Cute.
Adult feeding
ADULT EATING AT THE NOON SPOT...CHICKS ASLEEP IN THE CUP
Those bobbleheads are really growing fast! They are being fed again.
Does Shep still have the black spot on his head?
I think a hint of it at times, Barbara
Looks like a stick over the cup needs to be moved
Shep moving in to brood the babes

So glad you are feeling better, Sharon.
I'm watching this feeding
Two oldest are in front
Want to see if Little Bit gets some
I guess I would say that Little Bit didn't get any
The other two dominated the feeding
Adult is now trying to move some small sticks away from the egg cup
Both adults in the nest
I keep seeing two of the peeps
I sure would like to see all 3 before
the sun sets!
Heading into Jeopardy
I see all three, Jo.

Looked to me like everyone got food. Makes me think of feeding my twins. I used to give them rice cereal with a special cereal-feeding bottle while calling spelling words to the two older kids. Oh my, that was a busy time.
Sun is setting. Nest will soon be in the dark.
Darkness is upon the eaglets. May the babes sleep quietly.
Sandperson is already packed. Will be on the way by 10pm.
Early to the pillows for me. Foraging tomorrow.
Restful sleep for all.
Thanks for telling me you saw all 3 and also that they may all have gotten some food, Shirley.

Hi, Everyone,
Getting here pretty late today.
Jo, prayers are being said nonstop for you! Love you!
Shar, glad you're feeling better.
Shirley, so excited for you! A trip to France will be so much fun, and you will come home a changed person.
Boy, those 3 fuzzballs in the nest sure have been active today!
They are growing so fast!
Glo, I'm so happy that Patches is more at home, and catching on to housebreaking. She seems pretty smart, so hope it won't take long.
Judie, thrilled to hear that you and Darth are safe again!
Well, need to say goodnight and head to bed. Pretty tired tonight. Will see you all tomorrow. Goodnight, and God bless! I ♥ us!!!
