Any of you getting an occasional funny sound, like someone letting air out of a balloon? I know....weird!

Eating brunch and reading back on our blog. I see that one of the chicklets is being called CAPTAIN!? If it is named after Capt. Gene, I must go to the nest and kidnap...er...chicknap him and keep him here! Which one is he?

Suspect Belle and Shep are digging deeper and deeper because these two babes are already into having adventures. Let's all get ready for the anxiety attacks.
Wanda, someone asked earlier: how was the pajama party with Miss GG? Bet she would love the idea of being there to take care of you.
Hi all - quick check in at the end of the school day.
The IEP meeting went well. The parents agreed that Noah is the one who's not doing what he's supposed to be doing and seem willing to let him fail 8th grade if necessary. My principal was supportive as well. So now the ball is in Noah's court.
Since Mom's condo is being bought by a foundation that will be renting it, Lisa and I created a list of all of the furniture that isn't being claimed by someone in the family and I asked our realtor to ask the buyer's realtor to ask the buyer if they would be interested in buying what's left (it's quite a bit of stuff). Got an email back a while ago from our realtor that said, "Come up with a price - they'll buy it all!" AMAZING! Mom is still taking care of Lisa and me and making this sale as easy as it could possibly be! This is almost too good to be true!
OK, kids just left and now it's time for me to pack up. Hope Bella was not too mopey today without her buddy to keep her company. Grocery store is on the agenda for this evening so I'm not sure if I'll get on the blog tonight.
Good afternoon my eagle budlets. I have been watching the nest today and watching the disappearance and reappearance of Prez and Capt. I was late starting to work. I had to go back to get my bottom dentures adjusted. They were killing me. All is good now.
I have the cones off of Tytun and Lyttle Byt. Lyttle Byt's is off on a trial run. His eye is looking much better but still has a little way to go. More will be revealed.
My friend and former neighbor from Bedford, Jean Owen, developed a sore on her leg a few months ago and waited way too long to get it checked. She is in Roanoke in the hospital. Yesterday they did a skin graft and then put a Wound VAC on her leg to help with the healing. I talked to her this morning and she said she would probably go to a skilled nursing facility for a week or 2 until the wound healed up a little bit. Her husband is just not capable of taking care of that. He has the beginning stages of Alzheimer's. I think I am going to surprise her on Saturday with a visit. Today when we finished talking, she started crying before she hung up. Please say a prayer or 10 for her and her family.
Cardio appt went well. BP is down. Shortness of breath doesn't seem to be caused by anything heart related. Lots of fluid in my lower legs. Next Monday some pulmonary testing.....
No word on the blood tests yet but they are all back per the lab so I think everything must be fine or I'd have gotten a call!
Belle is digging around the cup and trying to cover them up looks like They don't seem to want to stay under her so this may work LOL and the flugg is darker what she is digging up
Judie, and all....not getting much done in the classroom. Loving the ducklings. Lots of visitors to my room, which is fine. Very exciting and they are doing very well.
Sandi-glad everything went well with your IEP. Always a good thing. Glad everything is working out well for your moms estate.
Spring break is around the corner and I am having trouble getting anything finished! So ready!
Glad to post the warning Kay. I haven't heard anymore on the news but I haven't been watching. Hopefully all of our money is safe!
Just talked with Laurel. Sad news....they found a dead Night Heron. Killed by the hail. Joseph says there are 3 nests around and he has seen two at their nest, but Laurel is not so sure. She had seen a heron sitting on the nest but not for the last couple of days. Sad!
This morning while the boys were eating breakfast the test signal went off on the TV. Laurel said Jacob turned around, his eyes big, and asked "Is there a storm?" He was terrified! Poor boy!
They have a roofing sign in their yard, but that is not stopping approx. 30 or so companies try to do their roof
Lolly, I think if I made it through one of those storms that I would be quite jumpy at the sound of an alarm. That is so sad what Mother Nature did to him and others.
I am going to take my evening meds and get ready to go to bed.
Hair do tomorrow - just a trim up over the ears. I also have a required physical by my upcoming cataract surgery to take care of. I filled out their registration form and it was online and it asked me every medical question you could think of - took me an hour and a half to complete....... They know all about me..... lol When I go in for surgery I am demanding a copy of that form... I am entitled to my own personal history and I need it to be sure to remember it all - Old Age Sucks. lol
Lolly, sad indeed about the Night Heron. Nature can be very unkind. Just glad the family is okay.
Jo, have good appointments tomorrow. I know what you mean about those forms. Always wonder if I remember correctly what I checked last time. So, good appointments to include the "do."
Sandperson is fussing around the hall closet trying to stuff his satchel with sleepy dust. Will be departing soon. Something about visiting LizardLick Lynne.
Good evening to all. A tired and heavy eye lidded janet checking in. almost time to dent a pillow or two…………
It was quiet a busy day. Needed to run to the wally world this morning. Decided since livvy was needing a new hair brush, we’d just zip over there prior to school. It is quite litereally cross the street from the school. I always take the back roads on the way rather than fight traffic. Today, on the way, we saw a man lying face down on the sidewalk. He didn’t appear to be moving, couldn’t see him breathing. But here we have so many transients, vagrants, homeless that it is not safe to just approach them. And he was wearing jeans, a jacket and a backpack. So I pulled over near him, but not next to him and dialed 911 . it took about 8 min for help to arrive, which, considering rush hour traffic, was excellent in my book. But I have to admit, the time waiting was L-O-N-G. the dispatch stayed on the phone with me while we waited. Livvy was all but hyperventilating. I had to remind her to slow her breath down…kept the car locked and watched. He did get up a few times, which relieved me because I knew he wasn’t dead, but he kept falling back down as well. He had what appeared to be a very large scrape in the middle of his forehead, possibly from hitting the cement???? I don’t know, but each time he got up, he stumbled and went back down. He was definitely impaired in some capacity. I was thankful when the rescue workers arrived! And that is how I started my day off!
Other than that, it was sunny and lovely. Had breakfast with Michael and Tom. A short nap and worked on the painting some. Sylvan was today….and vegetarian dinner tonight. All in all, lovely lovely day and I am most thankful. SANDI: so glad all went well. EE SHARON: healing, comfort and love sent to your friend… And light, love, smiles, and hugs to all folks here and in our thoughts and hearts. SED to all!
Swinging Bridge: A total delight, saw the smallest spring wildflowers ever, in my years of watching. Cutleaf toothwort, Virginia bluebells, (still very tiny,) trillium, trout lilies (not the flowers but tons of leaves), coltsfoot, bloodroot, spring beauty, and tons of Ramps !! ( wild oniony root plant)
and the Fauna: pair of Wood Ducks, one Common Merganser, woodpeckers, and other little birdy specialties
my favorite DNR officer passed through, and reported seeing a Golden Eagle! yes, feeding on a deer carcass in the farmer's field...now I know where to look... they are not easily spotted here
Disturbing about the impaired man JANET. Glad you helped. Blessed Be Friend.
A Nelson woman has been missing since the 6th. A huge search is on. Does not look good. She comes from a good family and messed with way too many drugs unfortunately! They are distraught.
The thing is I keep thinking we all come from family so why label good or not so???
Just listened to the weather...77° on Sunday. Wonderful weather for Sandi and friends shower. Looking forward to seeing her again, it's been a few years! Good night everyone...love and prayers ♥
That time of night...eyes are watering. I am thinking bed would be a good remedy for waterey eyes!
Have a meeting to go to tomorrow morning and will spend the day working in the yard, I am so ready to begin planting but first need to complete clean up. Also, trying to decide what to do about dead grass. Hard winter did us in. Thinking of enlarging areas with ground cover,
Sandi, your mom is watching over you! Everything is going so well. Knock on wood!!!
Goodorming my eagle friends - 2 more work days til the weekend!
Paula, how is Larry feeling with the radiation AND chemo? Prayers continue for him.
Also sending prayers and positive energy to Kay's friend Shirley and to Kate and her mom. Have we heard from Lori about Kate's mom in the past few days? Sometimes with my speed reading, I miss things.
Wanda, looking forward to seeing you on Sunday as well! How are things going with GG staying with you?
good morning to all. Regarding the fallen man: I thought of him several times yesterday, sending Reiki and blessings to him, hoping all was well with him. It is a sad statement of our times and our city, that I should have to fear for me and my child as I attempted to help another human in a time of need. It is a sad statement that I should feel the need to stay in my car, lock the doors and call the police, not feeling comfortable enough to approach him without a fear of being stabbed , etc. Granted, by the time that I ascertained he was in no shape to stab etc anyone, my heart hurt for him as he did look at us several times. I hope he understood why I was fearful, yet wanting to help. The healer side of me (and mind you, I believe we are all healers) wanted to go to him, put my hands on him and comfort him, give him Reiki as I called the police, and yet, I couldn’t. It’s a very sad statement.
And so, dearest HODA, contemplating on your words. Why indeed must we be labeled at all? When I see people who have been accused of heinous crimes....I know that somewhere there was a child a mother loved. I see that person as a babe in arms…capable of anything and I ponder, how did they come to this? I think of the parents, the loved ones, for we all have them. How does this impact them ? Just my ponderings for the morning. Another beautiful day here. In the 70’s again, but windy. And I’m off to work.
Light, love, healing and smiles to all. Have a fabulous day!
Janet, thank you for all you did the other day for the fallen man. I share your feelings about today's society's fears and absence of being able to show their compassion to our brothers/sisters in their time of need. I hope Livy was ok afterwards and knows her mom has great values.♥
Morning all, Just wanted to recap a few of the hints previously posted: 1) I am not directly involved in the secret, just know enuf about it to tease 2) Secret to be revealed by someone else 3) When revealed it will involve several people 4) To be accomplished it will take time & several modes of transportation 5) Secret has been delayed by weather & and a bit of other stuff 6) Secret at one point was in Ohio and on the move 7) Nefarious activity has been connected with this secret and TODAYS HINT :o)
Thank you Jo for emailing Steve and Steve for the quick fix.
Janet, what a good Samaritan. Hope the fellow is better.
Kids in the eggs cup soaking up some Vitamin D.
CarolAnne, if you don't want to tell Lynne2, you can tell me. I would never tell anyone, not even Sandperson or Jufie. Trust me! Really, you can trust me. (:
Good morning! Opened the cam to a beautiful picture of two bobbleheads well displayed. Yea!!
Have to get ready to go to a brunch/meeting soon. Have really been slow moving this morning.
No, CA should tell ME! Apparently I am far away from the action. I should be one to tell as it is obviously eating at her to tell someone! LOL For you own peace of mind, please tell me. I can keep secrets! (That is if you are not looking at my face!) ☺
Enjoying our nest sights--both parents there for a little while and now one feeding the chicks.
Aha, seems JO is probably the prominent figure in CA's, "The Mystery of the Slowly Advancing Secret". Who will win The Nancy Drew Trophy for solving this one ? I feel sure I'm Wright about this, but only time will tell.
JANET, I'm in awe of the way you took care of the "fallen man". I've been asking myself if I'd have done the same thing---or would I, like many others probably did, have driven right by---thinking all the while of the way da bums litter our landscape. I hope I'd have done what you did !
I've had a melancholy day after reading Gary's obituary. He's been the mainstay for Shirley and the entire family. A founder and CEO of a successful software company with many employees depending on him, too. Celebration of life to be on Saturday in Colleyville (?) near their Southlake, TX home. I think those towns are near LOLLY's daughter in Denton County.
We have a gorgeous day here in terms of sunshine and 71°'s, However, it's terribly windy and unpleasant to be out in. I did get the Black Walnut tree mess cleaned off the deck, though it probably won't even look like it by tomorrow morning. Just one of those vicious circle things like most housework and yard work.
Thank you, SHIRLEY, you are a dear ! The obit listed 2 charities for donations--Heart Association and Blind Association--I chose the latter and requested the notice be sent to Shirley. Other than being here when she needs to talk I think that's the best thing I can do. I kind of dread that first call and am praying I can avoid the oft repeated platitudes and just be a good listener.
NO, no, no CA ! You are not directly involved, remember ? The Wright place ? Do you mean Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton where "the secret" will be accepted, then sent by drone right to JO in Maryland ? If you were really traveling East and planning on a visit with WANDA and our Eagles, I would think the rest of us would have been invited ! Like I said earlier, this just keeps getting curiouser and curiouser. I appreciate the true grit you've shown by not falling for the ploys presented by LYNNE2 and LOLLY ! You are a tower of strength !
Eaglets out of the nest cup, one parent in the cup, the other standing guard. Looks like the eaglets made it out of the cup, but then keeled over, full as ticks and ready for a siesta.
I had to turn the cam off for a minute. One eagle was outside the egg cup and chirping and chirping and I had a fear the wind was going to blow Captain out of the nest. Turned it back on and voila, both are in the cup. I knew to trust Belle and Shep but fear took over.
When my Dell repairman left today my computer is fixed! very prompt service BUT why does a brand spanking new computer need fixing?
I did accomplish my physical and my hair cut. Also stopped by CVS for some cards. No wonder I love my Jacquie Lawson e-cards - the expense of Hallmark cards can really add up.
Our Prez and Captain are really giving us some great viewing. I guess we don't have much worry anymore about the NHZ - not since they are all over the nest. It is fun watching them.
Jo, glad you computer is repaired and appointments went well.
I worked at Foreign Technology Division on Wright Patterson. That is the intelligence agency that has for decades been rumored to house the aliens allegedly captured in Roswell, NM. I worked in human intelligence so did not have to work with the aliens. However .....
Perhaps CarolAnne has managed to have a space ship vehicle help with her project.
Please, just let Sandperson know because he could become traumatized seeing a UFO. In fact, I think letting me know the secret would help so Sandperson doesn't panic if he sees a UFO. That way everyone will sleep peacefully.
Good news about the Night Herons at Laurel's. She saw two at the nest this morning, so Joseph was correct. The one found killed by the hail was not one of theirs!!
Jo, my Dell laptop had problems before the warranty ran out. They sent someone right out. He worked on it until it was fixed. Replaced the motherboard and the power cord before he figured out the problem was in the area where the power cord is connected. I got all kinds of new stuff out of that deal.
Good friend just texted....her son has touched down and standing of USA dirt in CA. Home from Afghanistan. Whoopeee! Hallelujah!! Lots of hugs tonight from his wife and 4 kiddos. Kaye, momma, will have to wait til summer for a real hug!
Larry is whooped today. one more day of radiation then he gets the weekend off.
Brother Steve is coming down for the weekend. He will join us for birthday dinner tomorrow night. IF Larry is feeling good on Saturday he will probably go to Rehoboth to work on the boat and come back on Sunday.
Well I'm calling it a day SED ♥AOYP See ya in the am ☼ at Sycamore Sunrise Cyber Cafe Bless this Nest and all ♀ ♥ ♂ whom watch it at Sycamore Palace Healing thoughts for those in need
"Be kinder than necessary, for everyone is fighting some kind of battle."
Today, a Fed Ex truck pulled into my driveway. I heard a package being dropped on the porch, so I went out and brought it inside. After carefully opening up the package, imagine my surprise when I saw my Beloved Capt. Gene looking at me, so handsome in his tux and bow tie. All I could do was hold it and cry...for the longest time. I couldn't look inside the book, knowing it would bring more tears. I finally composed myself and opened the book. First picture, me and Gene, 16 and 18 years old, so in love...more tears. Page after page of two people so much in love for 55+ years and our wonderful family, by our side from beginning til end. How lucky we were to have been together long enough to see our beautiful girls grow up and have grandchildren for us to love and watch them grow up and find their own place in the world. LUCKY?...no...BLESSED! Yes, we were blessed far more than we ever dreamed possible. Lest I not forget the blessing of the friendship of the BIRD PEOPLE...without you, this beautiful book would not have been made! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ♥
Aha, Judy, I thought CarolAnne must have been at the root of the book. I do hope there is a link for all of you to see it...it is such a beautiful keepsake. I will cherish it forever!
Happy birthday, Paula!! Enjoy your brother time this weekend - looks like a great weekend to be outside! Prayers continue for Larry to keep his strenght up through the radiation and chemo treatments - is he still able to eat OK?
CarolAnne, I see your secret has been revealed! What a lovely thing for you to do for Wanda!
Wanda, I bet there were many smiles through the tears!
Will be driving to Mom's this afternoon. Tomorrow is a packing up day and Sunday is Lynnis's baby shower. And Wanda and I will get to hug!! :)
Weather sounds just about perfect for the weekend - have a great day all.
Morning all, Wanda has revealed the secret. Hope everyone enjoyed the guessing game. And know that Wanda 's book was from all of us. I was just the one to get it to the publisher & funds came from Jo 's $$ fund which Momsters & Dadsters contributed to. I will have the viewing link a bit later. I think you will only be able to view about 15 pages (50 total) but working on that. Have a great day everyone!

Enjoy this great outdoor weather !
Congratulations Paula - you got an early b-day present this morning ♥
Sorry to have missed Prez' poop shoot. Maybe I'll see the next one.
She/he is fed well!

I need to go back to other thread and find out how the PJ party went, check on Sandi and family, and also check on Hunter's ankle.

Heading over to check out my kids on FB. BTW my baby turns 50 on Earth Day but the family is going to celebrate on Palm SUN with a dinner.
I am not feeling any older BUT now all 5 children are in their 50's
Good late morning.
Thank you Steve. Paula, enjoy your feather.
Sandi, how unfortunate that you have to face an unpleasant meeting. Sure hope the parents will do what is best academically.
Hoda, happy you are feeling well. Was certainly concerned for a few days. Need to go back to see with whom you visited.
DanaMo, how're the ducklings? How do you get anything done other than watching them?
Jo, which is the youngest of the 50+ club?
Quiet day today. Maybe some reading. BBL

Hi all.
The NE Kestrel nest box has at least three eggs.

TTFN!
Hi Sandi. So glad the condo sale along with furniture is going so smoothly for you. Yes, your Mom is still helping her girls.
Saw a think stick brought in a put near the right crib rail. Also got a nice glimpse of the babes.
Hi Shar. Glad the pups are getting better.
Kids plotzed in the cup. Shep at the launch pad, eating. Sun is shining. Life is good :)

Feeding in the NHZ... can see the shadow.
hmmmm. me thinks our JO is involved in this secret of CA's. I see she has instructed Jo to check her email......
evening all.
Wanda, I hope you and GG had a fun slumber party last night!
JUDY....MY LIZARDS CAME!!!
Thank you thank you thank you!
LizardLick Lynne2.
Okay, I know I have missed something here. Lizards?
Hope all of the tests go well, Lynne2.

Evening all! Need to go prepare dinner but peeking in first. One tired yardperson here! Jack calls me his yardman!!
Just saw one eagle fly in and now can see two slumbering bobbleheads. Big switcheroo by momma and poppa.
Belle is digging around the cup and trying to cover them up looks like They don't seem to want to stay under her so this may work LOL and the flugg is darker what she is digging up
I think there maybe another feeding Where they are putting is is beyond me LOL I see both chicks in cup but no adult may e in NHZ
BBIALW
Just popping in before retiring for the night.
Very good day for me.
I am rested and well.
Needing to think supper. Sprouted lentils and veggies.
Praying for your friend SHAR.
SANDI very happy the IEP meeting went well and that you were supported.
Glad things are working out well in regards your mother's estate.
Blessed Be all of our lives.
Judie - I didn't see your question until just now - My fifth child is my son, Charles.
Going to watch the mystery Fr Brown
on BBC
BBL ♥
I enjoyed Fr Brown's story tonight.
Now there isn't any other shows I care to watch.
Sandi I hope Bella was very happy to see you when you got home. Also I am happy with your reports about your Mother's estate being handled so well.
Paula I am praying that Larry's appointments this week go well for him.
They know all about me..... lol
When I go in for surgery I am demanding a copy of that form...
I am entitled to my own personal history and I need it to be sure to remember it all - Old Age Sucks. lol
Now to my meds and bed
Prayers to all and goodnight ♥
Good evening,
Good idea to get a copy of that form, Jo. It is getting to the point you feel like you have to write a book to get to see the doctor.
Glad you are feeling so good, Hoda.
Night light is on. Restful sleep for all.
G'Night Jo
G'Night, Judie...thanks for the Kestrel Cam information, one of my all time favorites...will have to see if I can 'Get it' here.
Prayers or 10 for Shar's friend Jean, and for her husband...not easy to be without one's spouse for any length of time as their years advance
Good Evening, Eagle Pals
xoxo
Great news from Sandi, on the
School Front and on the
Condo Furniture front...
Lynne2:
Good medical news from you also,
but sorry about the swelling in the legs, no fun and surely not comfortable
And I never took the time to say:
Cool Charley Harper Eagle Avatar, a real classic....just waitin' now on the Wood Thrush!
Hoda,
sounds like you are coming through this cleansing with flying colors,
You Go, Girl!!
EE SHARON: healing, comfort and love sent to your friend…
And light, love, smiles, and hugs to all folks here and in our thoughts and hearts. SED to all!
Sure hope the fallen man got the help and treatment he needed, Janet...golly, it could be a number of things that could cause that condition...
Swinging Bridge:
A total delight, saw the smallest spring wildflowers ever, in my years of watching.
Cutleaf toothwort, Virginia bluebells, (still very tiny,) trillium, trout lilies (not the flowers but tons of leaves), coltsfoot, bloodroot, spring beauty,
and tons of Ramps !! ( wild oniony root plant)
And a field of cultivated daffydils!
and the Fauna:
pair of Wood Ducks,
one Common Merganser,
woodpeckers, and other little
birdy specialties
my favorite DNR officer passed through, and reported seeing a
Golden Eagle! yes, feeding on a deer carcass in the farmer's field...now I know where to look...
they are not easily spotted here
Prayers for the young victims of the violence at the school in Pennsylvania...and for the accused and his family...a very sad situation
and Prayers for all our Wellness needs here...

Oh my, Janet. Glad you were able to help the fallen man.
Sad about the missing woman, Hoda.
Margy, I always enjoy your nature walk descriptions. You know so many species of flora and fauna.
Sandperson is knocking on my door, Judie.
Will see you fine folks tomorrow. SED.
Night all! SED!!
Good night
God Bless Us All.
Have a good day all!
good morning to all.
Morning, all.
Prez & Capt are looking good this morning. Just saw Prez playing with some flugg!
Oh, It's eating time from the NHZ...think Capt is eating laying down. Prez getting some too.
Aww, look at those cute yellow feeties!
Good morning to all ♥
It is going to be a beautiful day all around.......
I do have 11:00 and 1:00 appointments
Dr and hair do in that order.
GOOD MORNING eagle buds
I SEE STILL CAM IS STUCK at 805 this am again
I see two plotzed eaglets in the cup one so white and the other gray
Just sent email to Steve about the Still Cam...... I say that maybe the reason was too much sunshine....lol
Thanks Judy for the heads up as I didn't sign in to it yet and now I
guess I won't. Keep an eye on it today.
From BWE:
Nest Update 04/09/14:
We've opened the 2014 Eaglet-Naming Contest. It will be open until April 23. Please submit your two names before then and help us name our eaglets
both are curled up in the cup side by side they both look the same color now I guess it was the shadows that made the one darker
Janet, thank you for all you did the other day for the fallen man. I share your feelings about today's society's fears and absence of being able to show their compassion to our brothers/sisters in their time of need. I hope Livy was ok afterwards and knows her mom has great values.♥
Morning all,
Just wanted to recap a few of the hints previously posted:
1) I am not directly involved in the secret, just know enuf about it to tease
2) Secret to be revealed by someone else
3) When revealed it will involve several people
4) To be accomplished it will take time & several modes of transportation
5) Secret has been delayed by weather & and a bit of other stuff
6) Secret at one point was in Ohio and on the move
7) Nefarious activity has been connected with this secret
and TODAYS HINT
:o)
Hmmm...sounds more like a secret project!!
STILL CAM IS BACK
Thank you Steve for so quickly getting our still cam up/running.
YES Thanks STEVE
the two are in the corner at one point it looked like Prez was hugging Capt They are interacting with each other so much
My still cam is working.
Kids plotzed by the cup,
cam is now stuck at 1019 and its 1041
adult is in cup but not the eaglets plotzed to the left and in front of taking a suntan in the 57° sun
Good morning.
Off to forage - cat food and people food.
BBL
Good morning! Opened the cam to a beautiful picture of two bobbleheads well displayed. Yea!!
Have to get ready to go to a brunch/meeting soon. Have really been slow moving this morning.
No, CA should tell ME! Apparently I am far away from the action. I should be one to tell as it is obviously eating at her to tell someone! LOL For you own peace of mind, please tell me. I can keep secrets! (That is if you are not looking at my face!) ☺
Gotta run....see you later!
Good morning (barely) my eagle peeps.
adult in and chicks are in the NHZ can't see them at all only the white tail which is now gone also
adult in cup area sideways head to 11
STILL CAM is still stuck on 10:19
Still don't see the chicks but only the adult
Now can only see back of adult...standing in middle of nest...breezy
two in nest
rally windy at the nest there is a piece of flugg acting like a piece of tumble weed
no adult no eaglets at present time in the area where we can see I see shadow in the NHZ that is there the party is I guess
I've just return from all my morning adventures . I guess I'll advise Steve about the frozen cam. I guess quick fixes don't always work
Email sent again to Steve for help.
Interesting shadows on the nest. The flugg seems alive. I think I see an eaglet.
Lousy viewing today with the wind..whirly twirly...
I can hear the wind, tho!
Hope I don't miss anything exciting because my "DELL" repairman is due here at 4pm.
As soon as he leaves - I'll return ♥
Still cam is working again!
Great view of chicks eating
Good afternoon Eagle Buds !!!
Prez and Capt have their poop shots well perfected ! It's a long path from nest cup to outside the crib rail ! Good job !
So sad about Gary, Kay. Heartbreaking situation. Prayers for you and for Gary's family.
Kay, stop that. You are going to make everyone think I 'm traveling East to stop at the Wright place & eagle nest. Liked I 'd do that. Geesh!
Ya know, some of the hints might have been a bit misleading . . . .
It sort of grew by leaps & bounds all on its own. LOL
Aha ! Misleading ? Took on a life of it's own, did it ? LOL ? Well, I'm speechless.....
I see one eaglet has been guided back to the cup. One more to go before nightfall !
Wright-Patterson
Isn't there something about UFOs and that base?
Wow, it looks like everyone is out in the sunshine.
Just caught a minute of nest cam and one of our eaglets is far away from the egg cup but a parent is there so I guess all will be well.
I had to turn the cam off for a minute. One eagle was outside the egg cup and chirping and chirping and I had a fear the wind was going to blow Captain out of the nest. Turned it back on and voila, both are in the cup. I knew to trust Belle and Shep but fear took over.
I had gotten an email from Steve and I notice the still cam is up/running
Steve said that it's a computer/software issue, not the camera...
I had mentioned in my email that maybe we need to start getting some money up for a new cam - Glad to know it was a computer fix.
When my Dell repairman left today my
computer is fixed! very prompt service BUT why does a brand spanking
new computer need fixing?
I did accomplish my physical and my hair cut. Also stopped by CVS for some cards. No wonder I love my Jacquie Lawson e-cards - the expense
of Hallmark cards can really add up.
Our Prez and Captain are really giving us some great viewing. I guess we don't have much worry anymore about the NHZ - not since they are all over the nest.
It is fun watching them.
Hi all.
Really, CarolAnne, we won't tell. Promise!
Off to watch First 48.
EXCUUUUUUUUUUUUSE ME!!!!
That Queenie Wannabe might be ploying, but I am SINCERE.
Now now ladies - the truth shall out itself soon.
In the meantime, play nice.
Hi all! Had fun today with dear friends. We know how to laugh and have fun. It is the women's group from church.
After that came home and worked in the yard all afternoon.
More work in the yard tomorrow morning and then we are going to Fort Worth for the Main Streets Arts Festival. Should be fun!
Love the ads about the Disney movie BEARS. Think it is a must see. We see so few movies.
That is good news about the night herons, Lolly. Glad they came back.
That IS good news, Lolly, also
that you had a fun time with your gal pals
Good Evening, Eagle Pals
I know they have been out for awhile, but I finally heard spring peepers with my very own ears tonight
xo
Wanda has had repeated problems as well with her new computer
kinda makes me fearful of getting a new one myself ! I'll figure something out
As long as I can here with you folks and can handle some emailing, it's good enough for now...
new mattress is going to have to come first
Thanks JO -
for the communications with Steve about the Still Cam....
big full day YOU had today sounds like
Glad the Night Herons have returned, Lolly. Such a treat.
Lolly, glad you had a fun lunch. Yard will be in good shape very soon.
Former student, Deputy Sheriff in Houston, has received two officer of the year awards. May be moving to Major Crimes - homicides and fun stuff.
Okay, time to think of denting the pillows. Morning is get the "do" done.
Night light is on. Sandperson is packing. Restful sleep for all.
good time to be finding out
about air conditioning...
My Blazer, so-so, maybe just needs a freon boost
Apartment, working great, just
test drove
And I am clueless on all CarolAnne's clues, just for the record !
It will be fun when More is Revealed, as in the final answer!
:)
BRAVO once again for your former
student, Judie.....
ttfn, Eagle Pals
I saw Thelma peek in quite awhile back! Hi T-Bird !!
okay, NOW ttfn xo
Congratulations to your former student, Judie.
Good friend just texted....her son has touched down and standing of USA dirt in CA. Home from Afghanistan. Whoopeee! Hallelujah!! Lots of hugs tonight from his wife and 4 kiddos. Kaye, momma, will have to wait til summer for a real hug!
Good evening to all ♥
I just finished a First 48 show..
Shirley I also got about 2 motherboards and one or two other things - I still think it was in the
start button to turn it on... But I am not a geek.
Lolly happy the herons are back nesting. I remember we used to watch a heron cam and even saw the eggs hatch.
Lolly that must have been one happy reunion for the homecoming - I only pray he won't need to return ♥
Evening all!
Had a nice dinner..cooked steaks on the grill.
Good evening eagle buds
Been home a bit watch GA now the news
Had a good afternoon at the park got some pic of both the hawks at the park and a great white heroin also
Love it that the still is back up

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ♥
AWW WANDA you got CA book and that was her secret
I hope she gives us the link to the book so we may also view like we did with the others

Yes, it is that time....for you anyway it is tomorrow....HAPPY BIRTHDAY, PAULA!

Good Friday morning my eagle friends!
Feeding taking place - Belle is at 3 and I can just barely see the 2 chicks moving in the dark.
Morning all,
Wanda has revealed the secret.
Good rainy here morning all
CarolAnne, how very thoughtful of you ..Wanda seemed very touched.
