So, we have Ohio, Maryland, Florida, West Virginia on here so far....
muy live feed was really choppy and stopping action though it was running... had to watch still cam to see what they were doing ! That can make one grouchy !
My still cam time and my computer times are off by 2 mins
Going to try to post a little synopsis, using cam and/or computer times

Geula Forgive Me! You were on here practically first this morning.. so we had Israel on board also .. I knew it but forgot to put you at the top of the list, you and Lori ~
Good Early Morning Lori, Geula, Kay, Margy (see you later have a peaceful day), JudyE, WVsusan, DanaMo, and Megan.
Megan thanks for the weather.
Glad I read you all got it straight where the cobra is loose: Not DC Zoo but New York.
Good to read all the camping comments. I loved to camp. Stop camping when after divorced and went to river to camp. Always took my canoe along. Was bothered by some men. Never went again. My husband liked hotels. We camped we were kids and loved it with Dad and Mom.

Good morning my friends! Feeling so much better this morning. Thanks so much for all the prayers and love you all are sending my way. I am going to jump in the shower and get Sharon to take me to the store for a minute. Love and hugs to you all!!
My delete I had said on there that I liked GrannieKay's avatar..her "kitties" were cute. When I opened to see larger they are two beautiful chihuahuas. So that is why I deleted. lol

Posted on March 29, 2011 by jonathan 7Share Hi all,
I am delighted to tell you that after detailed inspection of close-up images of the bird's iris via the HD camera, we are able to confirm that the bird currently on the nest is indeed `Lady'.
All the staff and volunteers here at Loch of the Lowes are overjoyed at her return and we look forward to bringing you news of her progress throughout the season.
We now eagerly await the return of her partner.
We are aware of the ongoing problems with the picture quality and lack of sound on the webcam, and hope that these will be rectified soon.
Jonathan
So Chrissy was right---♫ na na na na na♫ Knew she was!!!!!
Good morning all! Haven't been posting much (darn work interfering!) but have been lurking. On the Loch of the Lowes cam and saw two Osprey there, so maybe the Laird is back too!
Sissy - so glad you are doing better! I've been following all of the threads just haven't had time to "talk" much.
So interesting that B & T have such a set schedule for nest visits! I sometimes catch a bit of the morning run thru if I don't ignore my alarm too long :).
Good Morning America, how are ya? Don't you know me I'm your Native Son. I'm not sure why I woke up this morning with that in my head. Must have heard it yesterday somewhere. I'm beginning to think we will not see Liberty again. A stronger, younger male is on board to stay. Love is in the air....natures way.
Good morning Ladies, got on early enough to stay caught up, going to be a busy afternoon for Tori and I.
I see that Belle and her new acquaintance arrived on time once again. It's a shame but Geula is correct, perhaps you all need to give hime a name just in case he remains Belle's new beau. If Liberty gave up then it may be time to accept him even if Liberty returns it will always be a part of this nests history and one we sure learned much from even though it was confusing to many of us.
Good morning! Yes, Kay we went over there about 10 years ago. It was a tour with a GA TECH alumni. We had a ball! We went to the west of Ireland...saw the Isle of Man, Cliffs of Mohr. Had a tour guide that quoted us poetry as we traveled. It was a very memorable experience.
Red, you may be right.....but we will hold out hope for a mighty Lib return next season! Let maturity prevail!!! TEAM LIBERTY!
Sissy, so glad you are feeling more chipper! Don;t overdo with your outing!
I see a new note on L of L's cam 1 page: cam 1 for 9am-5pm viewing and cam 2 for 5pm-9am....hmmmmm---so infrared only on 2??? Isla is in nest, I assume. Surprising that Y7 would arrive already! Could you see a leg band?
Kay IM saw where Lynn does not have your email. To type bold type < b >before what you want bold and < / b > after what you want bold BUT do it without the spaces.
Okay, for today it is Hotel Rwanda and research time on human rights violations with reading on the Renaissance for the seniors and Poe and "The Pit and the Pendulum" for juniors.

Lynn, it is interesting that they looked at the iris of her eyes to id her.
Sissy, now that there is another Bev, I will return to Sissy. ☺ So glad that you are feeling better today. A nice shower, I am sure, made you feel even better!
And, possibly could learn to accept the intruder. Time will tell. And time it will take!!!However, I can not change his name. Once a name...always a name. I will forget the Turd Bird and stay with Truder or possibly Rudy. I think Truder. That is not too bad.☺
Good Morning Red and SusanP hope I am catching everyone has they come in.
Wouldn't it be something if Belle does take up with intruder. Then next season any eggs laid from Belle and intruder (by then or then he'll be given another name) that LIBERTY comes in and kicks the eggs out of nest and fights intruder and takes Belle back....could happen....
PA-Lynn, my maternal great-grands both came from Scotland in the late 1850's, and my paternal ancestor from Ireland much earlier....have not had much luck in the genealogy on that side back when it supposedly occurred, but my dad's people were all poor Appalachian's---most of which were of Scotch or Irish descent---my maiden name is McCann! My Scottish kin were McGregor's and Allan's.
Hedgie have you tried ancestors.com? My mom's side dates back to the 9th century, France. There was a family member who went to France in the mid 70's and fond a lot of information at the University. I visited ancestors.com and a few other sites and found many family relations who came from my gggggrandfather side Pierre de la Garde, some come from his first marriage others from his second which we are a part of. It is amazing just having a little information can do.
On my dad side we had a harder time, some come from Germany and Prussia others from Ireland.
6:30 Inturder arrives goes to top inside near 11:30 position 6:32 Belle arrives goes up ahead of him on nest Intruder fussing with nest cup both start moving sticks Both had a hold of one stick together, think Belle got that one Intruder went back and sat in nest cup Belle moved down to the 5:30 spot 6:37 Belle moving fluff 6:37 Belle left Intruder stayed in nest cup looking around and left a few mins later no chirps, no sounds, peaceful but I did not see physical contact except with the one stick movement - not bird to bird
LOL Paula, I have a hard time with Team Liberty, though I am pro liberty I know my daughter's stance on Team anything from Twilight. Tori read the books before a movie was every suggested as soon as it became a movie she hated that those who never touched the book became huge fans without understanding the premise of the books. So for months I had to hear the girls go on and on about the new twilight fans, so I kinda cringe with the team thing, sorry just my personal feelings, you can blame the teen girls that went on and on within hearing range.
Oh they did make front page of the herald mail when the first movie cae out ...ironic huh
Robyn, in this household and in my daughters...we have all read Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter and the Twilight series before the movies. In fact, I read Lord of the Rings 38 years ago in June. How do I remember?? Laurel was 6 months old and I got the mumps. I was bedridden and Jack said "Ah ha, now you have no excuse to not read these books." LOL
Robyn, I have spent hours and hours on ancestry.com plus many other sites.......devoted two years almost full time to it when I first stopped working. Got SO burned out....which was one reason why this site and all you great people were a true blessing!!! But I really do need to get back on. My cousin and I have done VERY well on my maternal grandfather's side.....and she is an archaeological researcher and demands verification so has me much more mindful of "facts" than I used to be! She went to Scotland two years ago and got a lot more info from the original "kirk" records so we are very well-based in our research. So much on ancestry.com is unproven...and a lot of it is mixed up and just plain incorrect....because it is just people like us entering stuff without having proof! Scotland is truly one of the most committed to making info available online...scotland'speople.com is a great site, but it does cost. GenWeb is helpful here in the states, too---some states have done a lot more than others. Canadian records are good, too. Ship logs, and of course, census records are very helpful, too.
Lolly I like Tolkein, my brother read all his books. Tori finally finshed the last Potter book the other night, sure took her long enough. We are huge Potter fans also.
Hedgie that is true, there is also much information that isn't avail. How I found distant cousins was through the paperwork everyone in the family received, it has been passed on to many other members in the family, though the last name La Garde is similar to a smith in Louisiana bayou country those that have the paperwork help add it all up.
We are having problems with my dad's side due to the reasons you posted, it doesn't add up, some names have been changed letters dropped etc so that makes it even harder. I did run into a woman on one of the sites that had pictures of my grandmother and writings about her.
Hedgie when my gggggrandfather came here he stowed away in 1789, there was no mention of him entering the ship but only departing. Other family members went to Port Royal Nova Scotia the beginning of our coonass knowledge ;). Coonass was a derogatory word used against the French that came over from France and settled in NS Canada. Though they were counts etc they gave everything up when they left or fled France. Mom can fill me in if incorrect anywhere ...
Hedgie, I just sent you an e-mail and I've edited my profile to show my e-address as well. I'd love to her from any of you via that avenue, no problem. Thanks to all for being so willing to educate me ! I need all the help I can get !
Paula....two questions. Did you ever hear back from NCTC when you passed on the info we received from TJ and others? Also, did you suggest to OC that they return to a longer cam time. I am going nuts with this 14 minute thing!
I saw the cutest thing yesterday. I brought the woofs home treats, chewnola treats. I gave each dog one and scooby the lab settled in to eat his, Toby went outside as usual to hide his. I watched as he went around the yard found his usual spot to dig a hole and drop the treat into the hole and cover it with his snout. I only hope the squirrels don't find it and take it... He does the same with the stock bones I bring them from butcher...
LOL Robyn..Toby is a squirrel and doesn't know it. Love the name Toby as that was our dog's name when I was little. Toby was my brother's dog, but oh, did he love my Daddy. Daddy owned his own business, a farm implement store. Toby would ride to work with Daddy sitting in the passenger seat, upright and looking forward. People said they expected Toby to be driving soon.☺
Another female just flew into Isla's area and she is mantling, they have cam set on the intruder female but what is she going to do... hopefully fly away...
Was it Megan and Norma who used to do RAIN DANCES on here? My knee is beginning to respond to last week's cortisone shot, so maybe Megan and I can do the dance for Lolly's Texan garden...we don't need rain! Garden is so wet that we can't get our onions and potatoes planted.
Hello Everyone! Full house and that is great. Daughter is here until early afternoon and at lunch another daughter will show up with food! I love my girls
Isla is remarkable - hard to believe she has showed up as scheduled. I hope she has a successful season.
Bev, sorry you got more of the white s--t. I hate it....we missed it Sun. but looks like we might get some tomorrow by noon. Luckily, we've had enough warm th that it won't last long! Stay warm and IN if possible!
Robyn, can't depend on name spellings at all. People were basically illiterate and those who could write often spelled phonetically and names were entered into records however they sounded to the scribe. Very confusing for sure! So it's on your mom's side that the French Creole are in the picture? And your dad is of what heritage?
My Carolyn (Jewels on here) has a Toby, too! A lab. Lolly, my Georgia Brown, who my sister rescued and had for a few years before she borught her up here to me, also rode in the front seat, upright---with a ball cap on her head. Sis used her to thwart HOV lanes! Tsk, tsk!
Wanda, found a book on the shelf called Edge of Honor by Gilbert Morris---well-known Christian writer. It was good. Do yo u think GG would like it? I can drop it off to her the next time I'm in town---which should be Friday.
I noticed, yesterday that there is a BIG nest in a tall pine, outside my office window. Have no idea what it is, but will certainly be keeping my eye on it! I tried to put a photo of it on my blog, but it won't work. Tried putting it in all my blogs and none work. I've never had this problem and don't know what to do about it:( This has always been so important to me, as a way to convey my feelings about my personal life and wildlife to any of my friends who are interested. IT IS A DIARY OF MY LIFE, so to speak. I can go back in time and relive so many good times and nature shots. Don't know where to start to solve the problem...but will work on it!
LYNN...I would so appreciate your offer to drop off that book! Mail box or front porch...or...if we are there, stop in for dinner. BBQ chicken halves and there will be extra!
Jack Hanna was on Letterman agian last night....3 lovely owls! He was feeding dead mice (whole) to one of them---amazing to watch it swallow the mouse whole! Looked like a toad when he made the final gulp! He also had three different types of armadilloes, Lolly: screaming hairy, 5 banded and 3 banded. Hysterical watching them walk across the floor---they scurry like insects---such short little legs!!! He also had 2 of the huge buffo toads!
wvgal, I'm trying to do a practice run on messaging in bold, blue or italics per instructions sent by Hedgie. Thanks to all for being patient with my floundering !
I lived in Bator Rouge for one year from 1969 to 70. My next door neighbor was a local whos folks still lived in a little house in the swamps. He taught me how to fish in the swamps. His mom and dad still spoke Cajun French with very little English. Wonderful people.
Glad I did not see those armadillos. I might have shot the TV!!! One dug in the yard night before last! Have not been out to check today. Grrrrrr! Out by Jack's shop in back were about a dozen small holes.:(
Re: someone's question about biologist at NCTC giving info----I am not sure that there is an aviary specialist on sight. They quoted Craig Koppie at one point, but he is out on the Eastern Shore, I think. Am I right, Paula??
Red....we need you to just fake them out! SAY it's time for your nap---but don't really go...then you will see them!! I, too, love the French Creole accents and language. Also like Gullah as found on the islands off SC and GA. Very melodic even if hard to decipher! I have read SO much stuff that includes the old southern cultures. And love Creole food!
I came home during lunch to click on Tuesday Thread oh no-- no Tuesday thread The rain gauge registered almost 5 inches and we did need it also and I didn't float away
Thank you, Lolly, I received your e-mail and sent one back. You and Hedgie will make a right decent blogger out me yet !
Good afternoon, Leona ! What's up out there in Oklahoma ? I was born in Oklahoma City many years ago---still have kinfolk all over the State. My family moved to AZ when I was 5, but I have happy memories of summer visits with cousins there. It was a dear cousin, Joyce, in Gutherie who got me started on my eagle addiction. She sent me the link to Sutton and it grew from there.
On the discussion of names for the Intruder, I think this season Turd Bird is fitting, next season....if he is around.....I will agree to Truder. This name will tell the history of him coming to this nest, yet is not ....too....insulting. But I'm still holding out for Liberty!!!
Hi T-Bird! My 2 girls are still here They decided to hide those plastic eggs in the yard for tomorrow to have fun with the 5 ggkids. It is cold out there. I am still being entertained by my daughters. BBILW
@ Kim IM Not much going on. We have cold wet weather this week. It's so gloomy outside. I live in Sapulpa, been here most my life. This is my first year for the cams.
That's right Eagle-Eye. Hedgie, things are good here in Bedford, thanks. The cherry blossoms are blooming and the sun is out but it's still cold. The yard needs mowed. oog Team Liberty-with some love for Trudy!!
Oh, T-bird, sure wish we had stuff blooming already! So far only forsythia and wild violets. No redbuds or dogwoods yet....did see one cherry tree in bloom in town, but the difference between town and here, tho' only like 8 miles, is phenomenal temp-wise.
I now have Iris blooming as well as Dutch Iris. The roses have buds. Oh, and the roses on the arbor over the gate into the garden have started to bloom.
roflmbo You are so right, Kay! You get an A plus!!! Wahoo! That just flew right by me. Duh!
Could not find my potter on that link. Do not think I have anything valuable. Remembered I also have bowls. The bowls we use for chili and the plates for cornbread with the chili. Also, I have one little bud vase that is Frankoma.
Whew ! Thanks Hedgie, I'm exhausted from this days schooling !
The Nationals Mascot is great ! I'll root for them with you except when they're up against the Reds. It would be nice to see them go all the way to the World Series, since they've not had that honor yet. It would be good for all Americans and our national pride.
I'm going take a break and check on my eagles in VA,OK and B.C..
Shhhhh! Being quiet, do not want to scare it away....BUT water is dripping from the sky. I think it is what some folks call "rain". Now, it is just dripping so keep the prayers going. ☺

haha, that's okay, Lori, I'm still sleepwalking this morning. I didn't even catch that.
Lori, I don't see the symbols you used, unless its ...three periods...
Nope, that didn't work, so can you describe the symbols, they don't show up on your messages for me. Thanks for trying---I can be a little slow !
Going to try to post a little synopsis, using cam and/or computer times
6:30 Inturder arrives
goes to top inside near 11:30 position
6:32 Belle arrives goes up ahead of him on nest
Intruder fussing with nest cup
both start moving sticks
Both had a hold of one stick together, think Belle got that one
Intruder went back and sat in nest cup
Belle moved down to the 5:30 spot
6:37 Belle moving fluff
6:37 Belle left
Intruder stayed in nest cup looking around
and left a few mins later
no chirps, no sounds,
peaceful but I did not see physical contact except with the one stick movement - not bird to bird
my live feed was choppy so I was switching back and forth between live and still
The End

I don't have any email address for KayIM to send her instructions! She hasn't shared that with us!
Will we still do a late May/early June nest visit? I want to.
Good Morning Hedgie-Lynn and Sharon.
Watching cam of Isla Loch of Lowes she was in nest and another Osprey just flew in nest. I got a picture. Wonder who it was?? Too early for Y7.?????

Good Tuesday Morning!
I have to get another cup of coffee and catch up from 11:30pm last night.
We have blue birds in the houses this morning!!! In and out, and in and out!!
Lots of Robins in our field, now that some of the snow is melting. Finally it is above freezing today!
hedgie - My roots are Ireland and Scotland as well!!
My grandmother was born in Ireland!
My dad is Irish and Scottish!

Nest Update Mar 29
6:30 Inturder arrives
goes to top inside near 11:30 position
6:32 Belle arrives goes up ahead of him on nest
Intruder fussing with nest cup
both start moving sticks
Both had a hold of one stick together, think Belle got that one
Intruder went back and sat in nest cup
Belle moved down to the 5:30 spot
6:37 Belle moving fluff
6:37 Belle left
Intruder stayed in nest cup looking around
and left a few mins later
no chirps, no sounds,
peaceful but I did not see physical contact except with the one stick movement - not bird to bird
Kindly provided by Margy ☺
I am not ready to name the intruder yet either...
GO TEAM LIBERTY!!
Paula Did you see my comment above at 9:38am???
Yes, Dana
LOL Paula, I have a hard time with Team Liberty, though I am pro liberty I know my daughter's stance on Team anything from Twilight. Tori read the books before a movie was every suggested as soon as it became a movie she hated that those who never touched the book became huge fans without understanding the premise of the books. So for months I had to hear the girls go on and on about the new twilight fans, so I kinda cringe with the team thing, sorry just my personal feelings, you can blame the teen girls that went on and on within hearing range.
Oh they did make front page of the herald mail when the first movie cae out ...ironic huh
Good Morning everyone.
Just here for a second.
Have had a lot on my plate(wish it was breakfast LOL) but I have come in and read , just no time to post.
I see Belle and Benedict are still there.
sure wish your biologists would go out and check the area very thoroughly .
We might make it to 0C today. We had some more snow . Would be O.K. if the winter snow had melted. Heaven help us if it all melts at once.
My hubby had to put his high winter boots on to go to the shed and then had to dig shed out to get inside,.
some want to see moon and Venus, I just want the sun
Prayers to all who need them and for Liberty.
LOL, Paula-----typo of INTURDER!!!! Love it!
Isla is up on her perch with a good view of the Loch in the background! Cam 1....that's the view I love!
Lolly, I like Truder. I get the same way with a name. Hard to change once it's there but Truder fits him. I have a hard time thinking of him as Rudy.
Whatever EJ is eating seems a little tough ...
Oh God I hope not wvgal dana, the last thing I want to go through again next year is seeing another chick die.
Marie...yes, he is not a Rudy but a Truder. I am trying to not say what I really want to call him. LOL
Okay, got email from KayIm, and sent her the instructions!!!
Paula....two questions. Did you ever hear back from NCTC when you passed on the info we received from TJ and others? Also, did you suggest to OC that they return to a longer cam time. I am going nuts with this 14 minute thing!
Hey Lynn, that was Margy's typo...I can't take the credit for that...just copied and pasted ☺
Kay IM....we want to see something bold!!!
Lolly, no response from NCTC...going to email them today. Didn't ask Outdoor about time limits, will try to do today as well
I like Truder for now...
Thanks, Paula!
Praying for rain! It has not started yet...but really hoping! We have a good chance!
I have lots of names for him but can't put them on here. Jerk works for me.
Love it, Sharon! I agree with you!
Another female just flew into Isla's area and she is mantling, they have cam set on the intruder female but what is she going to do... hopefully fly away...
Time for me to eat some breakfast and then get my excercise in, coffee gone gone.
BBL
At Loch of Lowes they are panning out. There is an Osprey in a tree. Another in the nest.
Isla is making lots of nice chirps!!
GOOD MORNING, EVERYONE:)
Hello Everyone! Full house and that is
great. Daughter is here until early afternoon and at lunch another daughter
will show up with food! I love my girls
Isla is remarkable - hard to believe she has showed up as scheduled. I
hope she has a successful season.
Bev, sorry you got more of the white s--t. I hate it....we missed it Sun. but looks like we might get some tomorrow by noon. Luckily, we've had enough warm th that it won't last long!
Stay warm and IN if possible!
OMG...hope ISLA isn't going to lose her place in the nest to a YOUNGER Hussy!! Not after all she's been through!
Now Hedgie no need to speak that way about noon :(. NO snow, may go outsid and do my no snow witchy dance
I think we might have 2 females at Loch of Lowes not sure. One in nest and one on a tree. They have been moving in close on both of them.
Tsk, tsk!
Jo, what's on your lunch menu? Enjoy your pampering by your girls!
Robyn, I'll pay you to do a successful witchy no-sno dance!!
Wanda, found a book on the shelf called Edge of Honor by Gilbert Morris---well-known Christian writer. It was good. Do yo u think GG would like it? I can drop it off to her the next time I'm in town---which should be Friday.

Hedgie, can you tell by this message what I'm doing wrong ?
French/Irish on mom's side with the Cajun tossed in there and German/Irish on my dad's
LYNN...I would so appreciate your offer to drop off that book! Mail box or front porch...or...if we are there, stop in for dinner. BBQ chicken halves and there will be extra!
On Loch of Lowes an Osprey is back in nest hope it is Isla. Waiting for them to do a close up.
ROBYN, those are some very interesting combinations!
Love Cajun accents:) (and food).

A second try gave me this message. What is the "tag" this thing wants ?
Disappointingly enough, the NCTC Press release has STILL not been published in our local papers......wonder if they even submitted it????
Wanda I love cajun food... even some creole
KayIM What is it you are trying to do?
Kay....make sure you are including all of the marks I had....the <, /, >, as well as the letters in the places I showed them.
Like I said, it takes practice!!
wvgal, I'm trying to do a practice run on messaging in bold, blue or italics per instructions sent by Hedgie. Thanks to all for being patient with my floundering !
Thanks, Wanda, but it will be a morning visit! Retiree breakfast day! I may have some clothes, too----but not the holey ones!
Kay, check your email.
I lived in Bator Rouge for one year from 1969 to 70. My next door neighbor was a local whos folks still lived in a little house in the swamps. He taught me how to fish in the swamps. His mom and dad still spoke Cajun French with very little English. Wonderful people.
Baton Rouge not Bator
Red my grandfather is from Thibodeaux La. our family settled there in 1790, I still have family in Louisiana, from New Olreans to the bayou.
Glad I did not see those armadillos. I might have shot the TV!!! One dug in the yard night before last! Have not been out to check today. Grrrrrr! Out by Jack's shop in back were about a dozen small holes.:(
I hear someone near our nest... Belle?
Somebody is close.
I hear an eagle.
Big shadow just flew over the nest.
saw a flyover, shadow went across nest
LOL I heard the chirps, but thought it was from Loch of the L. Have now turned it off so I can listen while I "walk".
DanaWV---you have email.
I'll be napping soon. Then someone will visit. Maybe!
Hedgie here is a link about Acadians...
http://www.acadian-cajun.com/
LoL says there are 3 osprey!
Loch of Lowe's
I have see 2 osprey that I have pictures of each at Loch of Lowes.
Lynn, Craig Koppie is regional for us...
KayIM
Make sure you put the bracket in the beginning and at the end...the one at the end has to have a / in it
< b > Hello < / b >
would make
Hello
Just take out the spaces in the example above
oh no, not another nest mystery coming up?
I came home during lunch to click on Tuesday Thread oh no-- no Tuesday thread The rain gauge registered almost 5 inches and we did need it also and I didn't float away
OK time for this old man to have a nap. I'll be back later.
Thanks Red. Bring on the eagles! :)
is for bold
is for blue
is for italics
By George she's got, I think she's got it !
Thanks for your patience everyone !!!
Wahoooo! for Kay IM!!!!
Now Kay, you need to learn how to do a clickable link. LOL
Oh, Lolly, please, my brain is fried over learning this much.
You can teach an old dog new tricks, but you must be very, very patient !
Kay, sent you email.
Afternoon everyone. I see Belle and T had their morning visit to the nest. I hope everyone had a good night last night.
Hello eagle momsters and dadsters.
TEAM LIBERTY!!
TEAM LIBERTY!!
TEAM LIBERTY!!
TEAM LIBERTY!!
TEAM LIBERTY!!
Hi T-Bird! My 2 girls are still here
They decided to hide those plastic eggs
in the yard for tomorrow to have fun
with the 5 ggkids. It is cold out there. I am still being entertained
by my daughters.
BBILW
Yea, KayIM!!! You did it!
Lolly, I sent her the link instructions, too!
Hi to all coming in.
JudyE---glad you didn't float or drown!
Leona, we lost you on Momster mail....??????
Thelma, how's everything in Bedford?
Me, too, Sharon: TEAM LIBERTY!
@ Kim IM Not much going on. We have cold wet weather this week. It's so gloomy outside. I live in Sapulpa, been here most my life. This is my first year for the cams.
On a name for the intruder bird... what not just T Bird.
@ hedgie I will send you an email.
Leona, T-Bird might be alright if we didn't have a momster by that name! :-)
@ Eagle-Eyed Sharon I can see that won't work then.
That's right Eagle-Eye.
Hedgie, things are good here in Bedford, thanks. The cherry blossoms are blooming and the sun is out but it's still cold. The yard needs mowed. oog
Team Liberty-with some love for Trudy!!
Jo....isn't it a little early for an Easter Egg hunt?? It is really late this year....Apr. 25th!
Surely the kids will come again before then, right?
Oh, meant to add.....snow predicted by noon tomorrow......
Liz, I second your emotions on the name, Truder sounds good !
Sharon, count me in on your cheer ! Nothing would be better than having Liberty show up and give Truder his due.
Leona, isn't Sapulpa the "birthplace" of Frankhoma Pottery ? Some of my relatives are crazy about their wares.
Lori, I've neglected to thank you for having Hedgie get in touch ! You are a great early morning cohort.
Ahhh, T Bird you are just too nice to Truder. Yes, typing Truder, but that is not what I am thinking!☺
@ Kay IM Yes it is. I even worked there for a few years. Sad to say it is not in business anymore. I so loved that pottery.
I have a few pieces of Frankoma. Have had it for years...sandwich plates and mugs.
Well looks like I have to reboot my internet yet again. BBS
Is my Frankoma valuable now? LOL
This chick is going for a panda nap. Yesterday wore me out. bbl
Oh, T-bird, sure wish we had stuff blooming already! So far only forsythia and wild violets. No redbuds or dogwoods yet....did see one cherry tree in bloom in town, but the difference between town and here, tho' only like 8 miles, is phenomenal temp-wise.
Lolly, I googled Frankoma Pottery and got this. Your's might be worth a lot !
Frankhoma
I now have Iris blooming as well as Dutch Iris. The roses have buds. Oh, and the roses on the arbor over the gate into the garden have started to bloom.
@ Lolly I really don't know anything about the value now. I have many old pieces myself.
Dear Professors Hedgie and Lolly,
Checking to see what my grade on today's assignment is, please.
Your grateful and devoted student, Kay
Well, so far an A, now let's see a link. LOL
Leona, check out my 1:59 pm message to Lolly. You may be sitting on a little gold mine, too ! Don't let anyone con you out of your Frankhoma !
Lolly, a link ? I thought that's what I just did with the Frankhoma message at 1:59. What am I missing here ?
@ Kay IM I seen your post and don't worry I was raised my a collector.
Posted a pic on my blog for you to check out, gang!!
VERY good, KayIM----your link worked great!!!! See that some of the Frankoma is not TOO collectible, but the old stuff sure could be valuable!
Lolly jsut missed your link, KayIM!
Got an email form the other Kay----she's lost......thought we weren't posting. Told her how to find us....hope she does!
roflmbo You are so right, Kay!
Oh, yes, KayIM, you get an A+!
I have had my pottery for maybe 30 years. Really not sure when I got it, but it was a few years ago. lol
Later.....
Shhhhh! Being quiet, do not want to scare it away....BUT water is dripping from the sky. I think it is what some folks call "rain". Now, it is just dripping so keep the prayers going. ☺
Poppin to say Hi for a few minutes!
I need a quick break! How's things??
Eagle-eye, yes, we still need to do a nest visit.
Robyn
Are you still around?? I have some cajun roots by marriage, sort of!!!
I also lived in New Orleans and Baton Rouge for 7 years when I was in my elementary years!
My Dad stayed in New Orleans (actually in Slidell) on the East side. I used to visit quite a bit!!
Used to be a big LSU Tigers fan, too!
