Paula I thought is sounded like the task bar had gotten to the top of the page and was sometimes covering up the IE blue title bar. I've seen that happen lots when I worked for a helpdesk and when the taskbar is showing it hides the minimise, maximise and exit buttons of the open window.
I would estimate egg hatching dates for our nest at around 36-38 days...which would be March 13-15 for the first egg and March 16-18 for the second egg.
Sissy...been reading about the horses.....just so sad. And charges against the old man are misdemeanors only. Stupid WV laws. Hopefully, they are going to change.....we have many bills in the works. A Horse Protection Bill was being presented to the committee at 11AM......
Yep, sound back here, too....but mostly just a dull roar!
Still no action at BWE.
Young Federal Marshall killed and two injured in a shooting in Elkins yesterday when they attempted to serve a search warrant. The number of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty so far this year is over 100 in this country. Horrible.
Hi Gang! It's that time of year again, and I just want to you be aware that lurkers are everywhere! I see we have two egglets, as some called them. Can't stay now, but I will be popping in and out.
Hi, Everyone, Checking in here quickly so you won't suspect that I fell off the surface of the earth! Spent almost all day yesterday either vooking, or working with Emma on her commands for her class last night. We now have a huge pot of split pea soup. YUM!
Emma did well at class last night, but was hyper as all get-out. She gets extremely frustrated that our dog trainer WILL NOT let any of the puppies interact with each other during the class time. I felt sorry for all the pups, who wanted to meet their classmates and have some fun. (Gee whiz, not even just a LITTLE?!) Emma surprised everyone but me by deciding to do a HUGE number 2 during the class! I wasn't surprised, because I couldn't get her to go potty before we left for class. We managed to get it all cleaned up OK, and class resumed.LOL :oD I could tell that Emma was getting more and more frustrated as class went on. In the car on the way home, she was all whiney, and when we got home, she pretty much pitched a fit! Just ran around in circles on the leash, barking like crazy, for a while. When I got her calmed down, she was just exhausted! I hope we can find a dog park somewhere near us, where she can actually make a friend and have some fun! She slept like she was practically comatose last night, and woke up totally starved. She has been actually clingy today, and VERY subdued. I hope these classes are going to work out! They seem SO stressful for her! Please say some prayers about it, if you are prompted to do so! Lynn, I did read back a bit, and sounds like Mai is really being a teenager! Our trainer had a suggestion--she said to put Bitter Apple on anything you don't want your pup to bite or chew--including your hands and clothing! She has a spray bottle of the stuff. Well, need to go pick up a few prescription refills--for me and for Hubby. Will be back a bit later.
Mai is off leash. She got tired playing ball....and is lying quietly with a chew toy. Muddy outside....it's like having a kid; just gotta buck up and tolerate the dirt and then spend more time/effort cleaning it up! Breeze might help dry things out!
Glad you checked in, Jim and Andy. Lots of shaking today....AK, AL, AZ and CA---mostly minor stuff, but......pray they don't lead to anything major!!
Andy, our trainer lets the pups play together for a few minutes. Of course, there's only 2! But even on the store walk-about, she lets them stop and interact with other dogs as well as people. She says Mai NEEDS to be around other dogs more, but that just isn't an option for me. No dog parks, no friends with young dogs who are available during the day. Last week on walk-about, Mai piddled---no big deal. Trainer cleaned it up herself, as she did in the classroom when the other one did it the first session! Mai is totally pooped after class, too, and more subdued the next day....which is GOOD!!! But she didn't eat her dinner last night---full on training treats!
The Bitter Apple stains per my sister, and it says it on the bottle, so don't use on clothes or fabrics!! I got one called Bitter Yuck which doesn't stain. Of course, none of them are lasting. Must be re-applied often! Trainer even said to rub Vicks or Ben Gay on me and my clothes---it did not deter Mai at all!
Really good to see Sunny and know that she is lurking at the nest.
Hi Red - Hi Andy - Sleep well Margy - Lolly I want to see a daffodil !!!!
This morning I was feeding the crows. The very large black crows. I had purchased a box of sugarless cupcakes and they tasted horrible. I tossed them out in the yard after breaking them in half and it was so funny to watch the crows stab them with their beaks and fly off. One little squirrel must have thought he was missing out and so he grabbed 1/2 cupcake and ran across the yard with it in his mouth! That event was the highlight of my day! ♥
Good TH Afternoon to Everyone! I'm ready for a Panda Nap! Up early (on day off--BOO) for Dr. appt., then about 2-3 stores, one for RX. Went to Staples & had to order the new, hopefully helpful DDR xtra RAM chip. It's 1 Gig, double the amount the 'puter came with (504 MB), so better help. I think there should be room to plug it in w/out removing original, so I should have 3X what's in there now. Should be in Fri. Will have to keep Binky, the techie cat, out of the room while installing!! BTW, konked out last night & wanted to thank Lolly for posting link to the Baby Bears in the den! I have been missing looking there the last few days. That was amazing--first time I saw all 4 at one tome. I hard a hard time telling Lily & Hope apart at first--each had a cub-until Hope shoved cub to Mom for some slurping hums!
Wow, Jo, looked cat your Bear link & we can send in prospective names for both cubs. That's not going to be easy. Isn't the Boy cub the one they think is lighter--more brown that black? That might help.
Think I got a couple good bluebird pics yesterday at Chelsea. Gotta dwnld camera. I also have same ole, same ole (except for nest across river)eagle nest pics. Didn't know whether to put them on or not!
Taking a break from my cd burning. I am up to tray 19 of my slides. I think I did 23. When I am through burning them to cd's will go back to converting slides to digital. Wanting to get to our kitty pics....when we had a couple litters is Siamese kitties. Also, pics when our dogs were pups.
I am reading while the computer hums away. Rather boring day!
I do have a meeting at church tonight, so will not be on here nor doing computer work.
We are up to 76! Back door is open and listening to the windchimes. Got electric bill for the big freeze. Not too bad. We turned the heat way down at night and hibernated under the covers. LOL
Hi, Gang, Back again. Just about the time I got home from my errands, Hubby sent me a text saying he was taking 1/2 day off, and we went to Tony's Deli near downtown Anaheim for lunch. They are the absolute BEST! Have been there since 1972. Only macaroni salad that our daughter Jen likes! All I can say is, YUM!!!!!! Lynn, Thanks for the advice about Bitter Apple making stains on clothing! Will look for the other stuff instead. Only thing we need it for so far is the corner of the coffee table. I've started taking Emma's kibble to class for a reward. They insist that we not feed them before going to class, and she's hungry enough that it works, and that way she doesn't get diarrhea from having too many treats. Oops--gotta go now. We're going to take Emma for a "walk" and see if we can get her to cooperate. Will be back, probably after dinner. Oh--BTW, don't blame the nasty weather on me--it SURE wasn't my idea! Seems that when we have rain here in SoCal, our kids near Dallas get it about 2 days later. Most unfortunate! Wish it weren't so. Weather here today is sunny so far, but COLD! Low of 42, high of only 58! 20% chance of rain showers tonight, with a 50% chance of rain tomorrow A.M., and the worst part of this weather front due to hit us tomorrow night. Lolly, look out in a couple of days! Well, BBL tonight. :o]
Double AARRGGHH! Closed one tab & eveything closed, then back up here in Eagleland, Blogger told me I had to go & enable Javascript to use this Google blogger! Fat Chance! Hope it6 posts this time!
Paula, you got it right on the cubs: From Lily page: For those that asked: the male cub is the brown faced cub that Hope interacts with the most. The Female is the other darker faced cub. Admin
Naming of the boy and girl cubs - I need a tricky name or names that they can live with on Dr Rogers blog. Can't think of any yet. What are you thinking of?
I mentioned having a problem thinking of bear names. If the new cubs were both girls, we could have Faith & Charity to go w/ Hope! ☺ Maybe I'll send in Faith & Charlie! LOL
Jeez, I slept a lot of the day away. ...A deadly combo of cold, overcast weather and a very warm, comfortable blanket. But the sun finally came out and warmed up the sleeping area nicely.
I see that the Two Harbors female is setting on the egg cup as though she means business...
She flew out, at least temporarily. Now, you can see how she has the fluff gathered close around the side her breast was facing. I think the time is right for TH to start besides.
BTW, Tear Bear announced a glitch w/their naming site & it will reopen at 8PM EST. I couldn't get on it anyway because it kept sending me to a Facebook page which I couldn't enter.Maybe that will change when site is reopened.
My Dr. today gave me a website www.savingcranes.org that tells all about all cranes. The 2 you can click on that are in US are whooping & sandhill. His daughter got her doctorate in a wildlife/biology field and is now working in LA (Louisianna) where they just got a group of 18 mo. old whoopers (Feb. ( update on website) to put in large pen who will be released. They have NOT had contact w/people & he said many big wheels(probably w/Interior) were there & some of them wore crane costumes to help herd the cranes to their new home!!He said one guy was petting the one he was walking & they told not to do that! ☺
I, too, have not come up with any good names.....Loretta, you have a good idea!
Andy, I had to stop the trainer from using blueberry treats---they were making Mai sick! Kibble probably is the best route to go as long as it's appealing enough to Emma to have the desired effect!
We put out dried corn-on-the-cob for squirrels. Hilarious when one takes off across the yard with a cob trailing along from its mouth. Never thought of cupcakes but they will eat stale bread.
I really need to catch up but a quick glance seems everyone is okay. May try to think of a couple of cute but appropriate names to submit for Lily's babies.
Have therapy in the morning and am very tired tonight. Going to turn my light off early but will leave the night light on for others.
Will catch up tomorrow afternoon. Goodnight everyone.
Jim, hope you are feeling better. Do you have someone who can let us know if you get too sick to blog? Please arrange something like that so we aren't left worrying about you if you don't check in!!
Judie, I gave up on corn-cobs after finding them up in trees and bushes and in neighboring yards! Rest easy tonight! Hope your foray to the big schoolhouse was a good one today!
Think I finally got my bear names submitted. Getting a brain cramp w/all these 'puter searches & glitches today. Ate a late lunch when I got home, but guess it's time to try dinner!!!
also Loretta I'll be watching with interest your report on upgrading your RAM - that is EXACTLY what I need to do here...I only have 382 MB of Ram here....very dinosaur ! Good Luck with the installation
Hi, Back again. I see Lynn had a hyper Mia last night at class. Hope the next class goes better.
Judie, on the girl who hides her book. She is not bothered when I say something about it. But I figured out why she was standing up the other day when I gave an assignment in the book. She was waiting for me to look away so she could retrieve her book.
When I got to school this morning, her book was in my mailbox because she left it in in-school suspension. I had to carry the book back to the room after having delivered it to ISS.
The thing that is happening to her is that her grade is steadily dropping.
Had a bad thing happen today. A parent showed up at my door in the middle of class ready to argue with me. I told her I could not talk with her and then called the office. They went looking for her.
It seems she said a choice word when she left the building . . . the same choice word that her son said that got him in trouble.
Corncobs--I have a little screw-on thingy for the corncob so the squirrels can't run off with the whole thing. Only thing is that they haven't been eating the corn. Maybe I need to move it to another spot.
I am afraid I haven't had much time to watch the squirrels lately. My life is pretty busy.
Shirley! How could this happen...a parent showing up at the door... I can't even get INTO James's school without being buzzed in...then I have to check in at the office....
Lynn when I first logged onto to the Cam, I always check the Revolving Globe... two recent hits, both from Hedgesville You and Me ! LOL didn't know I was so close did you ??
Shirley, I want to know how a parent was able to get in and to your classroom. That is very frightening. You need to raise that issue and ask how/why security let her in. If a parent "needs" to talk to a teacher, the office personnel should make the arrangement. A parent should NEVER be allowed to wander the halls. Tell Culpeper Co. they better wise up before they become the next news headline.
it's definitely the sound on live feed that slows things down for me when blogging....curious... going to check TH next - that makes it impossible to do anything else much
Margy, I am sure the woman just walked into the building and down the hall. We have a receptionist on duty at the door, but she might have been away from her desk. And, the building has many unguarded doors.
I considered locking my door, but that would have gotten the kids upset.
The woman went off threatening to report me to the principal. I was hoping that she would.
They got her and told her that she had done wrong. Security told me that they would ban her from the building if I reported that she was belligerent. I didn't, but I had cut her off so short she did not have a chance to say much.
My java update failed so did Quik time and nothing on Microsoft Word or Office things have updated here for a looong time need to do some techie work on this dinosaur
Good evening eagle peeps. Been watching cams off and on today... Eagles and bears.
Read up on Harrisburg falcons. RIP momma peregrine. They said there's new female on the ledge but did notemtion the male. Anyone know if it's the same male?
Good to see so many on the blog today checking in on the egglets. Been on the run being productive. Haha. Have to do it. Gabby Fat Sac had a great day outside soaking up the sunshine. Beautiful weather but a little warm for heading into a ski wkend. May end up a fishing wkend instead. That would be fun too.
Paula am trying to set aside some tax refund money for the computer upgrade AND I need a back glass defroster window for the Blazer... been three years with a very disabled defrosting mechanism :(
would be great if that site would be running 24-hours...but cam will go nighty-night at 11 pm I guess until 3 am... I'll be watching that one from work for sure !
I picked two daffodils today and I see a lot of buds coming, Margy. Will take a pic when they are in full bloom. Mind if I just talk to them? My singing might make them wilt for sure!
so I will plagiarize and repost that from this morning
from Paula:
I would estimate egg hatching dates for our nest at around 36-38 days...which would be March 13-15 for the first egg and March 16-18 for the second egg.
Good Evening, Eagle Gang! Dropping in for a bit before good Thurs. night TV starts.
Dana, I'm thrilled to hear the good report on Kari! Prayers continue.
I haven't read back far enough, I guess. Shirley, how is your friend Bette? Have been praying for her. Gosh, that's just unforgivable that a parent (or anyone!) could get to your classroom during school hours uninvited! That situation NEEDS to change! Sounds like you handled the whole thing very well. I'm concerned for your safety, and the kids' safety, though! Lynn, still praying for Ric(k). Gosh, I've never heard of blueberry treats for dogs! Emma has some biscuits that are apple and yogurt, and some that are bananas and yogurt. Can't give her more than 1 or 2 a day, or she has problems, too. Doesn't upchuck, but goes like mad at the other end. Her favorite treat is her turkey jerky! We tried taking Emma for a walk today, but for some reason, she is just unmanageable when both of us take her out. She's pretty good sometimes now for me, and kinda OK with Hubby, but TOTALLY distracted with both of us! We're going to try just one at a time for a while and see if that helps. Found out that a pair of Mockingbirds have a nest in our lantana bush next to the driveway! They are NOT happy to see Emma! She would probably make an EXCELLENT hunting dog, all right. She wants to "SPRING", and make them fly! Amazing instinctive behavior!
82 is very active. When Belle stays in the nest before an egg, she settles down. 82 has been in and out of the egg cup, even doing some furniture rearrangement.
I have been cracking up about something Emma has been doing all day--last night she learned not to jump up on people to get them to pet her, but to SIT and wait politely for attention. Today, practically every time I looked at her, she immediately SAT DOWN! I'm pretty sure she thinks that SHE'S training ME to pet her on cue! :o] I don't mind, though--her little tail has been wagging SOOOO much, it's worth it!
We feed the squirrels with dry corn on the cob, as some mentioned earlier. We put ours on this wheel thingy that is fastened to a tree. We screw on 4 cobs. The thingy spins around as the squirrels try to get the corn. The squirrels end up hanging upside down to get the corn. It is fun to watch! LOL However we are considering stopping as we are tired of corn plants coming up all over the yard!
Before the 'puter turns into a pumpkin, was able to post some pictures on blog. Had the same "Javascript" trouble trying to get in there, too!(Hope Blogger has a good night's sleep!!!)
Margy you have given me my eagle chuckle. I thought that your link was a new nest for me also because I hadn't heard of Turtle Creek! How about a Turtle Bay? Their cam has really improved over the year.. Their female is lying in the moonlight also. Thanks though because you got all of us on the right page! ((hugs))
Margy, sorry you are going to be short. Who called in? Hope it's quiet!! Shirley, thankful that nothing bad happened, but just wish things were safer for you. At our schools, no doors except the main door can be opened from the outside. BEagle, so sorry about your smashed fingers. Hope they aren't broken. :( Paula, hope you can find some perfect cushions for that white wicker! Susan, I KNEW someone had mentioned going to the slopes! Thought it was this past weekend....duh! Well, you can slush-board! Andy....sorry that Emma was a handful on your walk. Mai was awful last night, too....on the walk, in the class.....maybe they are doing some telepathy and ganging up against us! HEading for tub. Having an early lunch with a friend tomorrow, so will need to set the alarm. Prayers for all. Peace! And remember......"who loves ya', baby?" Good ol' Kojak...and me!
Once today went I tried to get on the blog, I got the message to reset the Java Script and all my cookies were erased. All I did was refresh and tried again and got on.

Oh-oh! See that we will have to stop talking about Sunny!!! She's b-a-c-k!!! LOL, good to see you, Sunny!

Falcon Wire News
I have returned from a very friendly

Yes, Paula, Jo said the Harrisburg cam was back online earlier in the week!!
Hi, Jo! Glad you had a nice lunch with your pals!!
Forgot to tell y'all----Tom Selleck was on The View this morning!!!!! What a great treat that was!
Really good to see Sunny and know that she is lurking at the nest.

BBILW
Play and Time for Names for the bear cubes
Did someone say -
Jo meant to type CUBS
I just did something PURELY DELIGHTFUL......went out on the deck barefooted!!!! Yippee. Felt SO good!!!
Jo, I know you had cubs and cupcake cubes mixed up!! LOL. Bet it was fun to watch the critters make their grabs!
BWE----she's up, but I can't see the eggs. Move, Lady B!
She's looking under....
And now she's ssettled back down. Maybe she felt movement!

Hope is really good with the little ones, Loretta! Amazing, isn't it?
The boy is lighter and the girl is darker, I think.
I am LOL at the thought of that squirrel making off with the cupcake hunk.
Eagle up and gone to the left
Bump bump in the tree
Back
Dig dig
Wiggle wiggle, on she goes.
Seen Lady BW off the 3 eggs..actually looks like grass on all three. Really did not see a pip hole.

67° here currently! Just was out with barefeet again! Glorious!
Cooler weather coming tomorrow evening and for the weekend.
Lady B off eggs====and now back....can't tell if grass or a crack on the front one.
LADY BW EGGS SHOWING no black spots
Oh no---snow Monday night into Tues.
Those pieces of grass always look like cracks in an egg - I have had many of a
wrong call on the eggs pipping....
We just had an egg roll - 2 eggs and
they really are large eagle eggs. I
suppose they look so large due to the camera being closer.........
3 eggs at BWE showing but still see nothing to indicate a hole or starting of one.

Kari made it through the surgery, she has to stay the night. Doctor believes he got it ALL. Prayers they did and for healing....THANK YOU ...
Double AARRGGHH! Closed one tab & eveything closed, then back up here in Eagleland, Blogger told me I had to go & enable Javascript to use this Google blogger!
Fat Chance! Hope it6 posts this time!
Lynn, you have mail.
Dana, so glad to here that Kari is done w/surgery. Prayers for her & Lynn's friend Ric(k) & family.
I didn't get a Panda nap---sorry, can't spell or type!
eggs rolled and wiggle wiggle.
Good Evening Loretta, Andy, Dana, Lynn and Jo!
Thanks everyone for the Blackwater updates. They were eating dinner a few minutes ago.
Paula, you got it right on the cubs: From Lily page:
For those that asked: the male cub is the brown faced cub that Hope interacts with the most. The Female is the other darker faced cub. Admin
thanks lynn I must have missed jo's post the other day about Harrisburg.
Is anyone here going to send in cub names?
I'm gettin my do done right now
I saw the grass on the bwe eggs too
Just a quick peek in, need to get ready to leave for church.
Andy, they are predicting a 10% chance of rain and high still in the 70's this weekend. Nothing to fear!
Wash your mouth out, Lynn! This instant! You said s__w! No no no!
Gotta run...will be back around 10 your time., See ya!
Naming of the boy and girl cubs -
I need a tricky name or names that they can live with on Dr Rogers blog.
Can't think of any yet.
What are you thinking of?
Paula, I have an appt Tues to get my do done. Going to get beautiful! LOL Doing your do does wonderful things!☺
I have been blank on bear names. Gong to think a bit!
Could anyone email me with Lolly's
email address? I just sent her a message (joke) and it returned.....
Didn't know you were here Lolly
Send me an email please
Jo, just sent you an email.
Thanks - Now I had the very same address so I don't know what that
message was about.
C(°ٿ°)D Jim
She flew out, at least temporarily. Now, you can see how she has the fluff gathered close around the side her breast was facing. I think the time is right for TH to start besides.
C(°ٿ°)D Jim
Checking out TV
BBILW
Good TV night. A. Idol, Grey's, P> Practice:)
Glad Kari did well, Dana.
Hi everyone!
Hello Sunny.
About to call it quits for the night but wanted to check in. Tired and about ready to go upstairs.
Hope all is well with everyone.
Wow, that was pretty
Belle just did some egg-tending
eggs really bright in the Moon Light
Good Evening Eagle Pals
xox
Think I finally got my bear names submitted. Getting a brain cramp w/all these 'puter searches & glitches today.
Ate a late lunch when I got home, but guess it's time to try dinner!!!
Loretta,
looking forward to the bluebird pictures, AND, the "same old-same-old" Eagle pics...!
NEVER enough Eagle pics to my way of thinking
Niters prayers for those that need them
also Loretta
I'll be watching with interest your report on upgrading your RAM - that is EXACTLY what I need to do here...I only have 382 MB of Ram here....very dinosaur !
Dana
Happy to read of the report on Kari...will be interested in the updates...
Prayers for a continued good outcome
Jo
sure does sound like retirement suits you...
glad you got out with your work pals today
I am picturing the crows, the cupcakes and the squirrels
well Lady Blackwater is not sleeping yet...
Not sure everyone will be able to access this, but give it a try!
Cool shirt
I ordered mine! Good cause!
Nice shirt, Lynn.
I really must go now.
See you tomorrow.
Shirley!
How could this happen...a parent showing up at the door...
I can't even get INTO James's school without being buzzed in...then I have to check in at the office....
I'm sorry if I missed you, Shirley...
Prayers for a good sleep and a Happy Friday !!
Wear some RED tomorrow...maybe it will help things go better
Lynn
when I first logged onto to the Cam, I always check the Revolving Globe...
two recent hits, both from Hedgesville
You and Me ! LOL
didn't know I was so close did you ??
xo
Shirley, I want to know how a parent was able to get in and to your classroom. That is very frightening. You need to raise that issue and ask how/why security let her in. If a parent "needs" to talk to a teacher, the office personnel should make the arrangement. A parent should NEVER be allowed to wander the halls. Tell Culpeper Co. they better wise up before they become the next news headline.
Sorry....ranting and raving. But that is just wrong and teachers and students alike MUST be protected.
it's definitely the sound on live feed that slows things down for me when blogging....curious...
going to check TH next - that makes it impossible to do anything else much
Almost time for PP. BBL.
You're absolutely correct, Lynn
Rant and Rave On !!
and perhaps Shirley should take Hunter's Eagle Cane (or whatever creature figure he got on it ) with her to school
I am going to be in front of the TV and will check in afterward before it is good night time.......
Sorry, Mai, I misspelled your name.
Nice shirt, Lynn.
Do all done!
Went and looked at some white wicker bedroom furniture for the beach house...I'm picking it up on Saturday :) It's used, but in great shape.
I like Loretta's names...I haven't been able to think of any!
Dana, glad Kari's surgery went well.
Hmmm, I did a Java update and it's wiped out my cookies....
I like the way Google keeps you signed in now!
I was going to ask how she got in, too. Security in Frederick County is tight.
Belle is tucked in :)
My java update failed
so did Quik time
and nothing on Microsoft Word or Office things have updated here for a looong time
need to do some techie work on this dinosaur
sounds good Paula, the "Do" and the White Wicker
Thanks for your kind support, Lynn and Margy.
Funny thing is that the kids did not even know what had happened. For once, they did not get distracted. Door went closed quickly.
put two moonlit nest pics on the album... one is a little small but still a pretty cool moonlit shot of the two eggs and Mama....
And that Jo !
She already has our March album ready to go ! Thanks Jo !!
Shirley
I bet they would have all come to your defense if needed...
Hello everyone.
Wow. Get a load of that moonshine on the nest. It looks like daylight!
I need to go check if TH nest has laid an egg.
BTW - Was there a Valentine eggling?
Really have to go get my beauty rest. See you later.
K82 on the nest at Two Harbors
back later, shower time here
Set your RED duds out for RED Friday...for our Military personnel
BEagle, Elsie and Einstein had a Valentine's egg.
Margy, sound used to slow down my other computer, too.
Paula
am trying to set aside some tax refund money
for the computer upgrade
AND I need a back glass defroster window for the Blazer...
been three years with a very disabled defrosting mechanism
:(
ttfn
F"Y"I...look for Mr Mouse scooting around the front/front left of the TH nest.
Oh good. Elsie and Einstein are the love birds.
Having a hard time typing I smashed a couple fingers when I shut the door.
Oooochh!
My ring finger is turning purple on both sides of the nail. Owww!
Awww BEagle...know that hurts big-time....sorry to hear of it
Lady Blackwater still seems to be not settled in for a long night's rest...
would be great if that site would be running 24-hours...but cam will go nighty-night at 11 pm I guess until 3 am...
I'll be watching that one from work for sure !
The Turtle Creek nest has night time vision now. They have two egglets.
Not familiar with Turtle Creek. Will have to chk that out.
Thanks BEagle..I just reloaded that nest to my favorites...
sUSAn do you need the site ?
Belle is awake
Well here is just in case:
Turtle Creek, CA Eagle Nest
Lady BW just did an egg check
Hellooooooooo! I am home and enjoyed the drive looking at the moon. Kept my eyes on the road, too!☺
First thing I checked BW, and also TH. See that 82 is there, but all alone tonight. Bossy 81 is not there, but I bet very close.
The furniture sounds great Paula. Perfect for a beach home!
Lolly
you keep talking to those daffodils and the Mountain Laurel also...sing to them too ♪ ♫
xo ♥
Loweeda, you are on the ball! Love the names Faith and Charlie. Is that what you submitted? I can not think of anything.
I have some mini-daffodils from Megan from last year...they are poking through the soil now ! ☺
Oh, K82 looks serious about something
hovered over the nest cup
I picked two daffodils today and I see a lot of buds coming, Margy. Will take a pic when they are in full bloom. Mind if I just talk to them? My singing might make them wilt for sure!
Ok you talk, let Jack sing !
phooey, TH just shut down on me
I just lost TH!!!
Naw...do not want Jack to sing either! LOL
I refreshed and got TH back.
apparentlt it went off line for a minute got mine back up now too
Okay you and Jack, try a duet !
I wish the moon would light up the water below te TH nest.
You really want our plants to curl up and die?
Neither one of us can carry a tune in a bucket!! Right now our house plants are getting opera. Jack loves opera, I am not so fond.
Has anyone looked to see if there is a full moon when we are expecting our little eaglets to hatch?
Full Moon due on March 19 Lolly
Paula posted possible hatching info at the early part of this thread
Tomorrow is a full moon and the 19th of March is a full moon.
The 1st quarter moon will be again on the will be the 12th of March.
13-18 hatching, so we will be building up to the full moon. That is good.
so I will plagiarize and repost that from this morning
I am not doing a very goof job of typing.
Hope you get the gist. The nest will lighten up again beginning the 12th of March.
yeah, full-mooning and some clear skies and we should be good to go in March ☺
Looks like we will see them hatch whether it's night or day.
82 is very active. When Belle stays in the nest before an egg, she settles down. 82 has been in and out of the egg cup, even doing some furniture rearrangement.
well just watch and enjoy BEagle..
Hi Andy -
I love mockingbirds..you get a whole lot of birds rolled up into one !
I'd love to stay HOME and nest watch, can't get TH up at work...
but someone else already called off for the night, so I guess I can't play hooky
we get 7 more minutes on live cam BWE until 0300
I like the Mockingbird, too. Tonight we had a cardinal at the very tip tip on one of our tall oaks. He was just singing away. Really pretty!
A lot of things can happen in 7 minutes.
Yes Lolly - I had a cardinal outside on the next door buildings TV antenna..nice !
Better start saying my
Good Nights !
been packing lunch and doing stuff while watching the nest/s
Best wishes for good sleep,
and a Good Friday..
please, try to wear some RED and keep our military folks in your heart ♥ and on your mind
God Bless Us, Every One
xoxo ♥
Nite Margy! You take a meal for midnight snacking?
Emma sounds like a smart pup!
Thanks for the site Margy. Sorry about the sore finger Beagle.
Going to head to the nest. Sweet eagle dreams everybody.
WOW! Sleeping in the light of the moon
Before the 'puter turns into a pumpkin, was able to post some pictures on blog. Had the same "Javascript" trouble trying to get in there, too!(Hope Blogger has a good night's sleep!!!)
Pleasant Feather Dreams and prayers for all, ;>)
Margy you have given me my eagle chuckle.
Paula, hope you can find some perfect cushions for that white wicker!
Looks like K82 maybe getting in the egg laying mode
Once today went I tried to get on the blog, I got the message to reset the Java Script and all my cookies were erased. All I did was refresh and tried again and got on.
She had been very busy in the nest, but it does look more serious right now, Paula.
Wish she would hurry up! Not sure I can stay up too much later, LOL
K82 looks serious....omg tail flip!
Looking VERY serious right now.
Looks like she is still pushing
Are you straining or holding your breath, Paula?
A chirp!
BOTH!!
Another couple of chirps!
Still chirping...poor girl...I feel her pain!
Chirps!!!
push push push!
I keep finding myself holding my breath.
I think she's done!
Have not seen it yet, have you?
I think she is done, too. Let us have a peek, 82.
I just posted on the CHIL forum that she probably won't let us see it for an hour, LOL
Don't hold your breath...PUSH, PUSH:)
They say she's done, too! ☺
Too bad Margy had to leave for work!
That egg cup is so deep, that when she moves I think we will not be able to see an egg.
Yes, Margy would have enjoyed that. That is two years in a row that we have watched her. Way to go TH!
Oh boy
trying to get dressed fix hair
and watch Two Harbors
but I was watching, during the chirping and pushing...
just like like last Year with you Paula and Lolly ☺ I think exactly one year ?
gotta shake fast now and get outta here
I'll watch for your posts from work and any updates
Yah Jo ! Turtle Bay ☺ whooops
xoxo Good Night Eveyone !!
xo
Glad you got to see it Margy!
We might get a peek when she rolls it!
split is upon us!
This is the 3rd year in a row that she had laid an egg on Feb 17th!
