Luney reminds me of my DENISE when she was a baby. She slept all the time...I would have to awaken her to feed her and play with her :) KARLA, on the other hand, never slept :(
When I had my Mom in the ER last week, it was a nightmare for her. She couldn't breath (properly) and no one seemed to be doing anything about it. She finally asked a male nurse to give her some oxygen...he did and then she could breath better. I didn't feel they were attentive enough. I think an 88 year old woman need more care than what she got.
Hedgie-Lynn when you come in you'll catch this comment. I have been to St. Leo's. It is truly a beautiful Church. Filmed a wedding at St. Leo's so beautiful. Met Father Brian. I believe he is such a different Priest than at St. Joe's in Martinsburg. I believe "older traditation at St. Joe's". Had gone to several things at the older St. Leo's before new built.
lets see, Wanda...it is different, but I really like how much more easy it is to send e-mails and to move them around to my different files, it was very easy to move my e-mail addresses to my web-mail...I'll get used to it:)
I don't know if this VIDEO has circulated to you all yet, but my S-I-L sent it to me yesterday and I love it. Similar to the lighted house from last year. I posted it on JUST FOR FUN. This should put you in the Holiday Spriit...enjoy!
Prayers going Sharon's want that God will guide the nurses, people doing test and drs. to HIS knowledge to medically treat Sharon correctly. So she is heading towards healing.
Prayers for Sissy and Tom that Tom's surgery goes well and he is home and healing process begins.
Prayers for Paula and John. Also for Michael's concern for his brother. May John find a PEACE that surpasses all understanding. God also be with the extended family of John's father.
Prayers for those that need them. Praises for answered Prayers.
Our cam is shot for the day. I'm thinking on the lines as Helen, when she wondered why Maine and so many of the other cams don't have problems like we do. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? WHY, IN TWO YEARS HAS IT NEVER BEEN RELIABLE... IT IS DOWN MORE OFTEN THAN IT IS UP AND RUNNING?
I checked out the video Wanda it is like the one I got in emails. I liked this one that was sent around a lot better than the one last year. Probably because I loved hearing "Amazing Grace".
Dana, are you considered Falling Waters where you are? I'm sending out a notice of a BAD CHECK to a customer in Falling Waters, and can't make out the zip code.
Sea Eagles, Great! they came in and out while my computer was getting its bath! Ha. Thanks, MITS - Tried to send email of pics to BWO - will find out later if they go through I guess. Ceil says gull, I go with that too. I never say Oscar at CT...
Wanda if you don't get your zip code info I can help you later. Don't forget or course you can report that kind of thing to Law Enforcement and/or Magistrate Court...
I have got to get to bed...! z z z Good Day, Peace, Love and Prayers, to all
Good morning just stopped in to say hi and tell Wanda I loved the picture. Margy have a good sleep. Morning sister. Off to neighbors she needs some bills paid. Have a great day. Hope Sharon feels better soon and Tom's surgery goes well. Will be thinking of Paula and family.
Not too bad, Helen. I only get one or two a season. I have had to take one to court...and that was the woman who embezzled money from a fund for a little girl dying from a brain tumor. The little girl has since died and the perpertrator only got probation. I did get my money back, but I would rather have seen her go to jail!!
Wanda very seldom to they go to jail for mishandling of checks. I remember several would have liked to see sit some time in jail. They were famous for checking bad checks at many places not just to us as a renter. Always got my money though like you.
Good morning Friends!! Sitting here in the waiting room, Tom just went to surgery. They gave him Versed and knocked him out cold before they took him. Said it should take about 1-1/2 hours, then 45 minutes in recovery.
Talked to Sharon, just came back from CT, still no plan. Waiting on results.
I take it our live feed is down, huh? It is snowing like crazy here. I keep checking to see if they are closing schools. The roads are so bad, I hope they wait until later.
Norma, Sharon as an infection. The docs there think it is probably superficial but they are checking to be sure it is not in the mesh they used to fix the hernias.

I've been having a Titmouse coming to the feeder here. I always have to laugh at Ed. He yells "baby blue jay at feeder" lol Because it has the topnotch on top of head like a blue jay....he cracks me up .. never will get it right..he doesn't want too... lol
Good Morning with Good News - Tom really had a fast one - Get him out of there before you get snowed in! So happy Sissy that you can feel some relief that Tom's surgery is finished. I am sure there is more relief headed your way! Thanks so much for all the updates on Sharon. ((hugs))
TUESDAY UPDATE FROM ATLANTA....Tuesday, November 25 A number of people have questioned whether or not Mei Lan and the new cub will ever have the opportunity to meet. These questions stem from our very human need for sociality, which often makes it difficult for us to understand how solitary or quasi-solitary animals make a life.
Because the amount of time and energy a female must expend to raise a cub is quite significant, as well as the fact that resources are limited, a female must concentrate all her efforts on her most recent offspring; or, in the absence of a cub, on her own health and well-being. With only two exceptions –when a male and a receptive female meet, court and breed during those few estrous days each year, and when a female is raising her offspring - giant pandas live their entire lives alone.
To the human mind, it seems odd that brother and sister would never meet, have the opportunity to know each other or play together. However, solitary animals do not have the same needs as social species. In fact, and in spite of the seemingly inseparable nature of the mother-cub experience, once a giant panda cub is weaned it will leave its mother to find its own home range and live a solitary life. A female giant panda represents an enormous danger to any intruder, especially when raising a cub. Lun Lun would view Mei Lan as a potential threat to the cub and drain on her resources, and thus would respond aggressively. Therefore, Mei Lan and the cub must remain strangers. Hi gang. Lots of activity this am....glad Tom is out of surgery, Sissy, and hoping that SHaron soon gets results. She must be totally exhausted. The boys are young, but should get rest before driving back to Bluefield, for sure. We apparently had ice drizzle/mist during the night...daughter says gd slipped and fell on porch, and that roads are cindered in alot of places. Just glad it's not snow! Bill's mom being discharged tomorrow...referral to Winchester for vascular and cardiology--needs carotid artery stents and a pacemaker. Sharon is being admitted. Pocket of fluid above the mesh. Radiologist has to put another drain in and she has to be on antibiotics for 4 weeks or more. If that doesn't work, will have to remove the mesh. Lord have mercy on us all!! She sounds so down.
Sissy, at least Sharon has a diagnosis and can begin healing. We'll just all pray that the meds and the drain take care of everything. Good idea about waiting for Sharon to get home to have Thanksgiving.
I am glad Tom is done with surgery so quickly and is in recovery already!
You're so SPECIAL SISSY To even think of postponing the Thanksgiving Dinner until Sharon can come home is so commendable! The good Lord will take care of you and all your loved ones. KEEP THE FAITH! ((((hugs))))

Just a reminder for those of you who are cooking a turkey for Thanksgiving...TIME TO START THAWING IT OUT! I started thawing mine yesterday. I will cook it tomorrow, let it cool, then carve it and marinate the slices in seasoned turkey broth from the turkey that I cooked a few weeks ago. Then I take the turkey and dressing to Mom's and reheat it on Thursday...makes it a lot easier on me.
Good Afternoon All I pray that those doctors and nurses do a very good job.
Snow is all over the weather map. As you know it`s not here yet. Just saw Lib and Belle for the first time with the new camera. Close up of the nest looks like it is in good shape for the winter.
BTW...Did you all know that you can zoom in with the interactive weather map and actually "see" the roads you drive on and even your house if it is more than about a year old? I believe that I found the NCTC. (I think the satellite view is better than Mapquest)

The puppy parents are going to have a mess to clean up when they get home! Shredding the puppy pad!
Good Afternoon All
I pray that those doctors and nurses do a very good job.
Bye for now. Have a good lunch!
Late last evening they did the same thing... Puppies' dad cleaned it up with small vacuum........
what a mess!
Wow Paul - thanks for reminding me
about Lunch. C U Later
I hear a bird..........
