By now you've probably seen the new web page for the cam. Note-- to actually get to the cam it's one more click as we are hosting the cam offiste to preserve our bandwidth.
Picture still is not quite right, but the guys are working on it.
Thanks to our contracting and technical folks for making this happen so quick (by our standards here at least).

I just emailed Jason on beakspeak.com to check out Maine & add it on their page of cams. He did add FL just the other day after the email.
It is easy to use beakspeak page if someone doesn't want to bookmark everything.
When I clicked on the eagle cam, it gives me the July 28 pic we saw for a little while. It is updating every 30 seconds with the same pic. I thought that was pretty cool. Wonder if that is still the format we will have?

Didn't mean to be such a quiet lurker. I did see the FL eagles' two white heads in the nest before dark. That nest is really deep. I don't know where the Kent couple has been.
I'm thinking that it may be late in the day before the cam is up if they need to address a tech problem. Mits, you have training and by the time you get home things may be up and rolling.

Yes, Jo, I'll be at the zoo for class tomorrow, 10 til 3, than I like to hang around and watch the pandas go in, read my manual homework...don't ask me anything about the giant salamander, except he is nocturnal, no wonder I only see his tail. Also, the sloth bears, only know their names and the clouded leopards, haven't a clue except they are cute.

Well time to be calling it a day. I haven't been this physically tired in along time but it is a very good kind of tired. Just gonna go soak some aching "old bones" int he tub for a while and get to bed. i want to try to find some time to see if there might be something fun online to watch for a while tomorrow, and I well have to go in for a little while too. Last minute Murphy's Law kinds of stuff but "we will be open tomorrow no matter what at least for some. Weather is cold here every night now, time to be up and running "Just like our eagle cam....:-)

HiYa Folks, was released from hospitol around 9 pm tuesday night. Doctors can not figure out what is bringing on this chest pain and after having more testing and another stress test each was abnormal and Dr Hardy felt another heart cath was to be done, so i had that around 2:30pm tuesday afer noon. Couple more blockages where found but only at about 45-55 % so no stenta put in. They decided to try a new medicine Imdur to dialate the vessels ( it is much like Nitro) I also must take Nitro now ...And because of all the meds new drug for stomach called Protonix... I am feeling fine right now except for a headache which this new meds gives me.... I did read over the blogs and seen many more are going thru some illness also,,, Big hugs n Prayers to you all...... I can not go back to work for awhile so here i will be watching n waiting for the nest camera to start!!! Norma i told Mits on the phone the other night i was coming up to your house to get your comp fixed for you.. But she said NOT before you come and fix mine...lol and i gota stay in tight with Mits cause she is my ticket to Tai Shan....LMAO Just kiddin right now i could not fight my way out of paper bag so weak...Ok i better go get my leg up dont need it to start to hemmorage...
