2/23 pm 🐟and🐿

12:27 Bella arrives back at the nest.
12:28 Bella takes over duties, rolls the 🥚 and settles in for incubation. Scout moves a stick and then flies off.

125 p.m. we are up doing a egg 🥚roll back down to incubate
147 pm Scout arrives with a nice grey squirrel 🐿meal for Bella. Bella calls out with her happy vocals. Bella stands up and claims the meal. Bella moves up to the front porch and starts to eat her meal. We have a good view of the eggs.
153 pm Scout exits.
154 pm Scout returns with a stick; Scout drops the stick close to the eggs. Geeze get that out of there Scout.
155 pm Scout moves the small stick away from the eggs.
156 pm Eggs are uncovered except for some light bedding. Bella is eating Scout is on strike.
2 pm Scout has left. Bella is done eating she returns to the egg cup, checks, rolls the 🥚 then resumes incubation. No Switch.
208 pm Good grief Scout flies in with a large branch and nearly lands on top of Bella. He plows right over Bella to move the stick. Nothing like getting whacked in the head with a stick.
211 pm Bella gets up and exits the nest. Switch to Scout
Scout moves over to the egg cup, he checks the eggs gives at least one of the eggs a tuck and a  🥚roll and resumes incubation. Shimmy shimmies down on the eggs.

310 pm Bella is perched in the attic. Scout is incubating.
318 pm Scout gets up and moves over to the squirrel meal Bella is whining from the attic she does not want Scout to eat that mea

322 pm Now that was 


odd. Scout exits with 


the squirrel🐿 circles 

then brings it back to 

the nest. Bella is still up 

in the attic.

328 pm Attic is MT 

(empty) Scout is still at 

the nest but not 

incubating. Scout must 

have heard me as he 

returns to the egg cup, 

checks and rolls the 🥚

eggs and resumes 

incubation.

405 Bella settled down on the eggs. Both are in the nest. Scout flew away. Facing 9 o’cloc
452pm Bella aerates the egg cup. 🥚roll
453pm Bella 🥚 rolls and shimmys back in.

522 Bella exits. Seen cam 1 Bella passing Scout high in the sky. Bella's headed over NCTC building/river area.


523 Scouts in, Small 🐟 delivery. Scout ate the fish.

525pm Switch to Scout. Scout takes over incubation.

526 Scout tuckaroos and shimmys back in.

527 Scouts up

528 Scout egg rolls and resumes incubating.

531pm Scout repositions, egg rolls and shimmys in.

547 Scout repositions, aerates the egg bole, egg rolls, and shimmys in.

554pm Scout repositions and egg rolls.

555pm Scouts looking up calling. Bellas heard calling back from the attic.

554 pm Scout rises up and checks the eggs, rolls them then resumes incubation again.

555 pm Bella flies in and lands in the attic. Scout starts to trumpet, trills and Bella returns his calls.

622 pm Bella finished the squirrel meal she ate the entire carcass too. Bella moves over to the egg cup checks, rolls the eggs then resumes incubation. She shimmies a few times to make sure the eggs are positioned inside her brood patch in the perfect spot to keep them warm and dry. She was actually like choking the last of the meal down got stuck in her
