2/12 PM

1153 am Bella returns with a bundle of bedding.
1154 snuggles in bole
1155 Then Scout lands with bedding. Both are working together to make the egg cup comfy cozy.
1201 pm Scout exits the nest likely headed to the stick depot or the greenhouse lol.
1209 pm Here comes Scout he crash lands and has his foot on Bella’s back too funny. Now that was fancy footwork haha. Restorations follow.
1212 pm Bella  exits with what looked like leftover fish from yesterday. Bella heads toward the DCT.
1213 pm Scout exits the nest. He joins Bella at the DCT. Nest is MT again.
1219 pm Scout returns with another stick.
1223 pm Scout exits the nest again. He flies over to the DCT and rejoins Bella there.
1227 pm Bella and Scout are perched together at one of the DCT (daycare trees). It is hard to see them but they are both there visible on Camera #1. Bella is staying close another sign she may have an egg on board. I am betting she does.
1229 pm Bella is back. She pokes around in the egg cup region. Bella works on the nest.
1233 pm Scout returns with yet another stick.
1236 pm Bella tests the bole briefly; sets herself down, leans forward digs in to flatten the egg cup region. Then back to restorations. Bella uses her beak to loosen the floor of the nest again in the egg cup area, wanting to make it softer and ready for eggs.
1246 pm Bella exits the nest
122 pm Scout lands on the nest with a bundle of bedding.
124 pm Bella arrives with a bundle of bedding.
130 pm Scout leaves with some bedding in his talons; likely accidental. Bella watches him go likely thinking hey come back here with my bedding 😁
135 pm Scout in with another stick. Stick count today so far 11.
142 pm Scout exits the nest. Bella stays put. Bella moves some of the larger crib rails she is on a mission building up the crib rails to keep her future babies inside the nest. Some debarking is underway too.
155 pm Bella continues her work on the rails. The wind will ease up by supper time.
205 pm Bella is watching and waiting perhaps hoping for a nice fat fish. Scout has been gone for awhile so hopefully he has success fishing or hunting.
231 pm Bella keeps us guessing again and exits the nest and flies past the DCT and toward the river.
243 pm Helicopter flies over the NCTC territory it sounded so close hopefully up much higher than it appeared on the Field Cam.
329 pm Bella is back. I thought she brought something with her but her talons were MT (empty) on video replay. Bella gets right back to work. Randy, NCTC thanks for zooming a bit on Camera 1 on the DCTs much appreciated. Bella found some leftovers buried near the front porch possibly fish or squirrel not sure exactly.432 pm Bella calls out from the front porch she must see Scout. 436 pm Bella calls out again; just her normal vocal not an alert of any sort. There are some deer in the grove near the DCTs perhaps Bella is watching them.
437 pm Bella exits the nest.
448 pm Scout in with another stick.
450 pm Some soft peeps or bird calls heard no visual, Scout seems to hear it too. Not sure where the visitor is hiding but no visual on the cams.
459 pm Bella lands with a bundle of bedding. Lots of bedding now.
501 pm The adults are watchful.
502 pm Scout exits the nest Bella stays put.
523 pm Bella is positioned in the bole and is very still. Could this be the time? Talons crossed. She’s fooled us a few times already.
526 pm And off she goes! Duped again!
606 pm Bella lands then Scout joins her on the nest. Some stick work is done. Bella really wants to move one stick that seems to really be locked into place; awkward position but no luck that stick did not budge.
608 pm Scout exits to the BST and Bella a minute later. They will likely perch at the BST all night BST (babysitting tree) unless Bella goes into labor she will return to the nes
