I sit here in tears and as I talk this onto the blog. I was on vacation as this happened so I only got very minimal videos and pictures from Thursday to Monday. I am so very sorry. We lost our 3 little young ones in the middle of the night in a violent storm. I didn't have the heart to listen video anymore than I did of the storm or anything, so this is all I got was 3 videos, 3 camera views. Very short and sad
They only live such a short time but they gave us such hope and joy and happiness
Part of the lower nest was damaged in the collapse of our nest
Some of these pictures are from Deb. And comparison of the nest. Then looking for the eaglets on the ground heading toward the tree.
A before and after view of the tree with both nests (far right) and the most recent view with only the new nest
Below are 3 videos of them. You couldn't hear them underneath the nest.Looking for the eaglets took on quite a while to do it.I didn't record didn't record didn't record?Didn't record didn't record?Didn't record this.People that were on camping with me Did this because I didn't couldn't listen
An older picture from April 1 2025 that shows the main nest and the new lower nest. A raven decided to photo bomb … the timing was impecable.
