Nice Wing strect This is from NCTC in regards to yesterdays fishing line incident

The eaglets ate well this morning, no fishing line was visible in the nest cup. However, a piece of line is visible on the outside nest sticks, in center of screen. We'll keep an eye on this and hope that it will be covered by grass and not cause further problems. Any human intervention at this point could do more harm than good. The eagles may be sensing a change in the weather and are bringing in dry grass. Rain and cooler temperatures are predicted for Thursday & Friday.

I received an email from Randy at NCTC they do agree that it was fishing line that Mom removed from E5's beak/mouth and on the zoom this morning it appears the line is still on the nest up near the rails center nest. Hopefully the wind takes the line away from the nest. We will continue to watch, report. If you share an observation please include a timestamp thanks again, great team work here.

Using blog as a way to record pic and videos  We have them on FB but those are groups you must join  This is for all public to see We previously used this as a communication blog  but no longer since our Matriarch Jo died. JO you  are missed. This blog was started because of her in 2006  She loved it so!  Nest has been around since 2004! I am sure JO  will approve of the blog being used like this  Well at least I hope so!
