Good morning! Thanks for all the good wishes! Do not plan on doing any work today! Do need to get to the grosssserie store, but other than that....might start a new jigsaw puzzle!
35 but no nasty weather! Just cloudy and grey!
Hmmmm? Thinking of that jigsaw puzzle, wonder how much I will have to fight off Skippi? This might not work. Oh dear!😳
Checking in from school. Thanks Steve for the new thread and Kay for the call over!
Lolly, how nice that Skippi understands "sleeping in!" My 2 were clicking their nails on the hardwood floor at 5:20am this morning and the alarm doesn't go off until 5:30! But if I don't get up when they do, I can't trust them to hold it rather than leaving a puddle on the floor! If I put a pee pad down, sometimes they hold it. sometimes they use it, and sometimes they use the bedroom or bathroom floor.
Another week down but still way too many to go. Not even to the halfway point of the school year yet.
Happy Birthday Lolly! May all your wishes come true, not just for today but always.
Prayers for baby Elliot.
One of my kitties will snuggle as long as I am in the bed but the other one, no way. He will stick that cold paw on your face ever so gently at first but the longer you procrastinate the "firmer" that paw tap becomes! And you can't fool him. He knows if you are really sleeping or just faking it!
Suzan....was wanting to hit the "like" button on your comment. Misty would gently tap my face, ANNIE would yowl loudly, also push rudely under your hand. She demanded to be petted.
Have excerted myself for the day. Jack and I went to the grosssserie store together. Time to start a puzzle.
LOL Shirley. Yes, if you have been up early in your kitty's life he will not forget that. Food early in the morning is nothing to mess with as far as they are concerned.
We all have some great cat stories. And Lolly if you can put together a puzzle with a cat around I will pay to know your secret. I have an unfinished puzzle under my bed that they either want to lay on or chew on a piece of it!
Hi all - some of your cat wake-up strategies made me laugh out loud!! :) With dachshunds who are unable to jump up on the bed, I don't have to worry about paws or noses in my face!
Both of our dogs start out in bed with us. But I wake up during the night and put them in their own beds on the floor right on my side of the bed b/c they are always tangled up in the covers, making it difficult for me to roll over and get a good night's sleep.
Hoping to see an eagle or 2 arrive soon. Also waiting to hear from Jo about baby elliot and from Janet about how Livvy is feeling.
Aaron and Valerie and grandma Jenny were here for lunch with Elliot. He is so adorable and pleasant. The exam today did prove that there is a hernia at the groin area on the right side. Elliot is in no pain!!! He eats - sleeps - smiles - whimpers when dreaming - A very very good little guy. The doctor who examined him want to wait a month longer to give Elliot time to gain more weight. He is almost at the 10#. So that is what went on today - when the surgery happens it will be down in DC at the Children's Hospital.
Good Saturday morning my eagle friends! In the 20s here but feels like 14 degrees.
Absolutely nothing on my agenda for today and that's a good thing! Will be watching the Ravens on TV starting at 4:30. Teachers were not encouraged or even allowed to wear their "Ravens gear" yesterday - we would look too unprofessional and it wasn't our one and only jeans day of the month. Why should school be any fun for teachers, right?
good morning to all. a very frosty 14 degrees at my nest! it is wintery white with frost. very pretty
SANDI your principal certainly is a buzz kill! no good for morale of the employees! yikes. professional is good, but man you have to give employees a little room to color outside of the lines safely. wearing team shirts one day a month seems pretty harmless to me!
work 9 to 3 today. looking forward to a great day at the office.
have a super day everyone. Btw, JUDYE: you'd best get out the earmuffs and down coat to combat that chill where you live, lol, wink! love ya sis!
Sandperson sandbagged me last night. Hope everyone slept restfully.
And, thank you Steve for the fresh weekend thread and congratulations to Kay on her new feather.
Jo, Baby Elliot will be just fine. As you know, Children's is an excellent hospital.
Kay's quote from Socrates is a perfect example of why I enjoyed philosophy.
Sandi's principal is a PIA. I would think the students would get a big kick out of teachers in jeans and Raven's shirts. Oh well, he will learn.
Headed for some coffee and the newspaper. May do a bit of laundry later. Thinking of either shrimp & grits or pizza tonight. Something easy if not nutritious.
Fixed steel-cut oats this morning. They're quite good. A bit different from what I'm used to, and it took longer to cook. Makes me think of Hoda. I hope she would approve.
On the other hand, I know about Cheetos. Yummy. I love the crunch. Sometimes worth the orange fingers. No, they would not be on Hoda's diet.
One more sub zero day, with a warm up coming tomorrow. Yeah! The 20's and low 30's will seem downright balmy after this past week!
SANDI, so glad your amazing principle was so kindly looking out for the multitude of New England Patriot's fans who walk the halls of your school! Egad!
SHIRLEY, I have both kinds of oats on hand. My Eileen's feller prepares oatmeal by using 1/2 rolled and 1/2 steel cut oats. Then he puts out a nice array of things people love to add to oatmeal. Scrumptious!
JUDIE, hurray for the Barry nest couple! I hope all their 2015 eggs are viable. It was sad to watch one of the two lie dormant last year.
JO, Children's D.C. is tops--so glad that is where little Elliot will go if need be. Most of Seth's post-natal care took place at Johns Hopkins in Balto, but on occasion he was rushed to CDC for emergency treatment. Great staff!
Today will be baking a batch of Pillsbury Sugar Free Brownies so that Seth can have a good dessert with his hot chocolate about 7:30 tonight---and I can have some guilt free brownies as well.
Good morning to all ♥ I have been sitting here with my coffee watching 9 hungry squirrels. 6 Bluejays, 2 cardinals and a lot of starlings on the deck! My two wreaths out there are being attacked by the starlings for the berries. That was my intention for those wreaths. Still too cold out there for me and down to 7° tonight! But it is only 12° now and with wind chill feels like 2°.
I am anxiously awaiting 4:30 game time! I am all for those Ravens!
Sandi - no fun at all is not the right approach with your staff. A dork he is - and I pray he will loosen up a lot but next year you will not be subjected to his ways.
Kay - when our daughter had the lazy eye she was treated as out patient down at DC Children's. If in the future Elliot has an early am surgery I for sure am going to get the kids an overnight lodging - I so dislike DC driving!
Sub-zero--yikes, Kay. It is 24 here. That is cold enough.
Six jays, Jo! I think I usually have about four. They are a noisy bunch. I think it was last winter that I went through lots of peanuts and ended up with a bunch of fat squirrels. Wondering if the jays will get fat this winter. They expend a lot of energy, so probably not.
Nine squirrels--I'm sure I don't have that many, at least not all at the same time.
Kay, you reminded me that I have some strawberries I could have put in the oatmeal. Oh well, they are good by themselves.
JO, I don't know about Children's because Julie and Hugh lived in Hyattsville at the time of Seth's birth---but at John's Hopkins, family members stayed at Children's House a block away. Other families were at the Ronald McDonald House. Surely such housing is available in D.C., too. There was a small rental fee for those who were able to pay, but if not, it was taken care of. In addition to Hugh and Julie, both of Seth's grandmothers and his Aunt Eileen resided at Children's House over the course of his first few months.
By the time he was 1, they moved to Bowie and Hugh was primary care giver. By the time he was 2, Julie resigned from her prof job and U of M and they moved to Wayland, MI to run an environmental camp for the City of Lansing Public Schools. Julie was then able to take care of her little one while serving as Health Officer/Nurse for the camp. Little Elliot has stirred up some memories! XXXOOO♥♥♥
Yep, Shirley, at this moment our temp is 10° with wind chill factor=18 below! Penny continues to do quick turn arounds when taken outside! I'm sure you're glad your family left New Albany for balmy VA!
We have a balmy 11 degrees with wind chill of -3. Much better than a couple of hours ago. Also bright and sunny which makes the temps easier to take-in my mind anyway. I will only stick my nose out to get the mail. Kitty William is bouncing off the walls, he thinks the outdoors is absolutely vital for a few hours a day. Hard on both of us. Shirley I love those steel cut oats, but usually cook the old-fashioned ones in the microwave. Don't like standing over the stove in the am. MT nest when I checked last.
No, I do not really miss the Ohio winters, Kay. I realized after I had reported the temp here that I'd actually looked at the temp in HodaLand, but it's only one degree warmer here. (I had checked the temp in Nelson at one time and the Weather Channel had put it in the primary position, which I didn't notice.)
On FB Eagle Cam has a pic of an intruder in our nest - he/she has real scruffy head feathers. I think it has been there before today. Shep or Belle quickly shoved it out of our nest. Keep an eye on the cam if your free to do so.
FB - remember that our Shep is Eagle Cam's Ben - To each his own - it is NCTC male eagle no matter what the name. No insults and no confrontations PLEASE ..Mema
Good morning! Jo, I always wonder if a nest intruder isn't one of our babies! Hmmm??!
Mid 30's here and we have had no rain, no sleet, no snow flurries! Just gray!
Going to do a little house straightening before Laurel and family arrive later on this afternoon. Jacob has a basketball game and they are coming after that.
Yesterday was very relaxing. Did no work, no celebrating, just dinner out and as always it was very yummy! Tonight Jack is grilling ribs, so again not a lot for me to do. Will pop potatoes in the oven!
Sounds like we will finally get together for our family Christmas celebration tomorrow evening. The latest is that Will can't be here until after 7:00. That will work. Not entirely sure whose significant others might be here. We shall see.
Hi all! Great news about Blackwater having their first egg! I hope that means our eagles around here know this winter is not going to be like last year! Maybe their instincts are more reliable than the weather forecasters??
Hi Jim - welcome back to the blog!
I also read on FB this morning that the Norfolk male eagle and his new mate are well-established at their new nest location, off the grounds of the NBG. What great news that he will finally be left alone! I understand the new nest is on private property and the exact location is not being widely advertised. I think that poor male eagle deserves some peace and quiet!
Lolly and Shirley, enjoy your family get togethers today!
The intruder has been around for a few weeks. I feel certain that before the live cam came on there was an intruder then. Their behaviour for several days running indicated intruder. I mentioned it twice.
We're having some nice rain here today. Slow and steady. Our lawn and patio plants are happy!
Jo, prayers for baby Elliot, for sure. Glad he has no discomfort.
Happy Belated Birthday, Lolly!!!
Sure hope all of you back east are managing to stay snug and warm! You certainly are having a cold winter back there!! Shirley, is Hunter wearing long pants and a jacket now? I hope so!
Say, it's nice to see you here, Jim! Hope all has been well with you.
Well, I need to get busy and clean a couple of closets. (Thanks for the reminder, Lolly!) Gotta do something when they get too crowded! Will try to check back in later tonight, but have been falling asleep in front of the TV lately. Have a great evening, everyone! I ♥ us!!!
No, Andy. Hunter went out today with his mom. She did make him wear long pants, but he did not have a jacket. It seems he got cold. They spent some time outdoors at a market. We figure he needs to get good and cold a couple of times before he figures things out. He is stubborn.
Duh, just saw that Jo posted the video. Thanks, Jo!
I hope everyone is surviving this freezing weather. Cannot wait for a break. I don't mind winter but I'm not fond of driving in snow or ice, especially at night!
it was a good day at work. tom met me for lunch. :) that was nice.
it was a beautiful sunny day and when I got home, we took two dogs for a walk. :) I think we have rain moving in Monday. maybe we can sneak another walk in tomorrow?
am tired tonight. thinking about bedtime shortly. good night all
Really had to enjoy my bowling team captain. She's new to the team--replaced Linda, who moved to Arizona. She came to bowling on Tuesday dressed head to toe in Cowboy get-up. She is a fun lady. Works nights at Walmart. She comes in to bowl and then goes home to sleep.
Ravens did their best - It was a great game with the exception of the final score. Shirley - the Ravens had beaten the Steelers (Lynne's team) so I suppose she thought this was "pay back" with the Ravens' loss I didn't see her comments but I'm sure that is what it was all about.
Guess what - it calls for some warm-up weather tomorrow. Like it is now 15° but to drop lower and then tomorrow it may go as high as 38°. Then on Monday it calls for rain.
Goodorming my eagle friends. 11 degrees here but the forecast is calling for temps in the 40s today and then rain tonight and tomorrow.
Ravens game was good - it came down to one drive in the 4th quarter where the Ravens had to settle for a field goal instead of a touchdown. Oh well, any given Sunday ... Lynne2 is allowed to gloat, but her team was watching last night's game on TV.
Shirley, sorry to hear that Carolina didn't win. I will be cheering for Seattle next Sunday! Don't want Tom Brady to get another Superbowl ring - he has had his share already!
Tennis for me this morning at 9am. Have agreat day all.
good morning. feeling refreshed this morning. I was so tired I couldn't think straight last night.
cool this morning, 35. not bad. might just get that walk in in a bit after all ;)
making kraut today and kids are coming over. as I've said, tom and livvy wont' touch it, but Michael, Chelsea and chris like it. mom always cooked it on pork neck bones, but everyone talksa bout spare ribs so I am trying that. and for the non kraut eaters, making a corned beef in the oven.
looking forward to a family dinner and gathering. been a while since we've done this.
Oh yes, Jo, Lynne's gloating was because of the fact that the Ravens beat the Steelers. It was her usual Lynne-stuff. Funny and cute.
Nineteen degrees here this morning. Supposed to rain about midnight when the temp is near freezing. We will see what happens.
We all slept in. I borrowed a pain pill from Kathryn and it made all the difference in my knee pain. I slept! Need to call doctor about that.
Susan and Rus are to come down so we can have dinner and finally open our Christmas gifts. I am so looking forward to seeing them. Not sure if Stephanie will join us with her dredel. She is welcome. Stephanie is very comfortable with us as we are with her.
Had to check the weather this morning because I am a bit concerned about that possibility of freezing rain with the kids coming down, but it looks like it will be okay.
Checked nest and saw no eagles, just a bit of snow.
Every one must be in snooze mode. Quiet here today.
KAY: fingers crossed. Lorelei is running a temp. we shall see if they make it over here or not!
Got some news, and not the good kind.
have had a leak downstairs in the basement (remember, basement is an apartment, kitchen, bathroom, etc. Tom and I utilize a couple of the rooms for storage and Michael lives in 90% of it)
The leak has been in the kitchen area.
Formerly, there was a leak under the bathtub and the repair included Tom crawling under the bathtub and sealing the cracks in the concrete. (house is on a slab). So its been dry for a long while.
Until the day the water line burst out in front of the house a few weeks ago. That was about the same time that the downstairs leak started.
Now as we live on a hill, sometimes when it rains a lot we do get a bit of ground water in.
We assumed this water was ground water from the under ground leak, the rain etc.
Today, Tom figured out that is NOT the case.
There is a leak in the drain line of the UPSTAIRS sink and it is in the wall.
They took the downstairs wall out (that is paneling/drywall) and had me run the water and located the problem.
This is not great news. Hopefully it will be something Tom can handle. I have confidence. He is usually good at this stuff.
So we shall see.
It is raining outside. Not a lot, but enough to spoil the idea of a walk
I made crepes for breakfasts. I wanted eggs and veggies in mine and I made a chicken/creamcheese/veggie mix for Tom's. Olivia picked. Michael ate. Meghan came over so I fed her as well.
House is cleaned up a bit and straightened. That's about as much work as I care to do today!
Time to head off to facebook land and play a game or twos, then I shall read.
Quiet Day here. Some snow. Mild by our standards. Doing lots of prayers and meditation. Am very emotionally upset about the Paris Assassinations. Yes I have for years thought the cartoons were inflammatory. Yes I agree that the Freedom of speech is an inalienable right. So it continues. In my lifetime this will not be resolved. Of that I am sure.
So I clean and I cook and I avoid the media reports.
Checked on the nest twice it was empty. In 35 minutes or so they should be in.
its is 76° out taking the tablet outside and enjoy this weather No nice out now I think it got 80 today and just think we were cold was that yesterday LOL
Jo let me know if you think this correct The still seems to be ahead of the live by seconds What I am thinking is that the still captures it and then the live feed gets it being we can have the still working and not the live It is like the live is a secondary cam to the still Maybe that is why we see things on the still first the past couple of days I see the landing and take off in the still before the live feed gets it Just me thinking outloud
Hi all! Morning spent getting to church. Cold and damp, not big attendance. So many folks are sick, mostly upper respiratory! Knock on wood as I am doing great! We did get a little over 7 tenths of an inch of rain!
Jack is building a fire, going to get rid of the chill in the house.
Sad for the Cowboys loss!
Nothing on the agenda for this coming week. Going to try to get to a basketball game. May also try to get an appointment to get the do done. Following week we are going to try to get out for a few days with the trailer. Going to meet sister and brother at a park in central Texas.

Cold and windy at the nest. No eagles in sight.

Slept late again! Something about cold weather does this to us!
Checking in from school. Thanks Steve for the new thread and Kay for the call over!

Sandi, only thing Skippi does early in the morning is come, cuddle up around my neck and purr loudly. I have learned to sleep through it!😃
Interesting--at the 8:00 spot under the nest, there is a hole. It almost looks like something might be living there.
Happy Birthday Lolly! May all your wishes come true, not just for today but always.
Prayers for baby Elliot.

Have excerted myself for the day. Jack and I went to the grosssserie store together. Time to start a puzzle.
Yes, Suzan, that is my George. He would sometimes place himself right on the keyboard.
Thanks, I think he was handsome, too.
George liked to put his cold nose on my face. Once I woke up with a cold nose in my mouth!
Skippi has not been exposed to a routine of early rising. One advantage of adopting a kitty after one has retired.
LOL Shirley. Yes, if you have been up early in your kitty's life he will not forget that. Food early in the morning is nothing to mess with as far as they are concerned.

AND THERE'S AN EAGLE NOW!
EAGLE IN
Dinner time!
Hi Sandi Just getting ready to head out the door and eagle lands
eating something on luanch pad
Wow! Lunch and now dinner in the
nest!
wind is blowing so hard her feather on back are blowin
One wet eagle chowing down!
Camera is not too reliable. Can not bring it up on iphone and does not last longer than a minute on desk top! Ugh
Glad to see the eagle though
I love I love the live feed so happy it is back on
my lap top was having issues and at one point today I lost the live feed and it took me forever to get it back up but now its been up for hours
poof
I saw poof on still before live feed ODD
Yeah, that was a quick depart.
OK Jordyn and I are also gonna POOF
Oh my. I just missed them.
Good evening all. Caught the end of that visit. My live feed is fine for a few seconds, then stops and starts again. This is on my iPad.
And Happy Birthday to Lolly
Judy - if you remember in the past either the live feed or the still cam was a few seconds ahead of the other. We'll to see which was first.

good day at work. tried to engage in some deep tissue work and my shoulder reminded me that it wasn't a fan. soooo, I backed off.
but over all, very good day.

Have a great day! Stay warm!
Sounds like we will finally get together for our family Christmas celebration tomorrow evening. The latest is that Will can't be here until after 7:00. That will work. Not entirely sure whose significant others might be here. We shall see.
Will watch for that intruder.
***HAPPY NEW YEAR***
Hi, everybody--I see both the still and video feeds are working beautifully today. You appear to have some snow still on the land in WV...
I'm wondering about the momsters' site on Yahoo...has that gone away? I tried to open it a couple of days ago, and the link led nowhere.
Happy eagle-watching season to all.

Second egg today for Berry College eagles.

JIM
On Fb I sent you a PM with the info
from the Yahoo Eaglet Momsters.
Thanks, Mema Jo. I hope you are feeling 100% now.
I'll check that link in a minute... It seems to be raining pretty good now on the Channel Island nests.
We've had a little here in OC, and I think there's more due later in the day.

01/08/15:
Egg Alert!
Here is our first egg -- the earliest we've ever had one on the Eagle Cam. Another egg might arrive in 2-3 days.
(Can WV be far behind)
Wow!!
The momsters' link works perfectly, Mema Jo. Thanks again.
Isn't that amazing about the Blackwater eagles' egg coming so early!
C(°Ù¿°)D Jim
Hi Jim!! Good to see you.
You too, Stronghunter. Are you guys over the arctic blast back there yet?
C(°Ù¿°)D Jim
Hi, Sandi, good for me to see you all back on the blog again too.
I'm glad the NBG pair is nesting again...I guess they're not on camera though.
I hope they can keep clear of the aircraft this time.
C(°Ù¿°)D Jim
Good morning.
Balmy and snowy here.
Steel Cut Oates are yummy SHIRLEY.
The intruder has been around for a few weeks. I feel certain that before the live cam came on there was an intruder then. Their behaviour for several days running indicated intruder. I mentioned it twice.
Talk to you later, friends. Got to do some other stuff.
C(°Ù¿°)D Jim
A little break from the cold, then another front is on the way, Jim.

Thanks Judy for the coverage of the visit
I am busy watching the Ravens
football game.........
Hi, Everyone,
We're having some nice rain here today.
(Thanks for the reminder, Lolly!)
Gotta do something when they get too crowded! Will try to check back in later tonight, but have been falling asleep in front of the TV lately. Have a great evening, everyone! I ♥ us!!!

Video of the visit by Terri/EAGLE CAM
No, Andy. Hunter went out today with his mom. She did make him wear long pants, but he did not have a jacket. It seems he got cold. They spent some time outdoors at a market. We figure he needs to get good and cold a couple of times before he figures things out. He is stubborn.
GO RAVENS!!! 21-14 at the half!
Hello everyone!
Did anyone see the eagles tonight?
Duh, just saw that Jo posted the video.
Thanks, Jo!
I hope everyone is surviving this freezing weather. Cannot wait for a break. I don't mind winter but I'm not fond of driving in snow or ice, especially at night!
good evening to all.
it was a good day at work. tom met me for lunch. :) that was nice.
it was a beautiful sunny day and when I got home, we took two dogs for a walk. :) I think we have rain moving in Monday. maybe we can sneak another walk in tomorrow?
am tired tonight. thinking about bedtime shortly. good night all
Watching the Carolina Panthers. After all, I am a Carolina girl.
Sorry about the Ravens.
Too late but hello Jim. Glad you stopped by. Hope you're doing well.
Congratulations to Blackwater. May there be a successful season.
Not pleased with the Ravens but it is what it is. Reading. Hope Carolina is a win.
Hi Andy. Glad you have some needed rain.
Sandperson is planning to depart at 11pm.
Jufie is busy with a new interest. Says he's giving up on Hoda.
Restful sleep for all.
Lynne is gloating on FB. Hmm, you would think she might want to see the Ravens win.
Oh dear, Seahawks just sacked Panther QB.
Thanks, Judie. I hope Carolina is a win, too.
Oh well, my Panthers didn't make it.
Howdeeeeeee! Had a fun evening with Laurel and the boys. Joseph had me laughing all evening. He is such a riot! He now calls me Shorty! Smartie!
Have had a little rain this evening, but above freezing at 35.
Tomorrow the Cowboys's game! Michael invited us over, but think we are staying home.
Amazed at the BW egg! It seems way to early. Wishing them a successful year!
Time to shower and get into Jammie's to be comfy!
Night all! SED!
Goodnight time ---
Ravens did their best - It was a great game with the exception of the final score. Shirley - the Ravens had beaten the Steelers (Lynne's team) so I suppose she thought this
was "pay back" with the Ravens' loss
I didn't see her comments but I'm sure that is what it was all about.
Guess what - it calls for some warm-up weather tomorrow. Like it is now 15° but to drop lower and then tomorrow it may go as high as 38°. Then on Monday it calls for rain.
Shirley - sounds like a fun person who has joined your team. She'll be great for morale.
Goodnight to all ♥

Good Morning Eagle Buds
Just saw a post on Facebook that Blackwater has their 2nd egg of the season!
OK, time for me to stop playing on the computer and get ready for tennis - bye!
good morning. feeling refreshed this morning. I was so tired I couldn't think straight last night.
cool this morning, 35. not bad. might just get that walk in in a bit after all ;)
making kraut today and kids are coming over. as I've said, tom and livvy wont' touch it, but Michael, Chelsea and chris like it. mom always cooked it on pork neck bones, but everyone talksa bout spare ribs so I am trying that. and for the non kraut eaters, making a corned beef in the oven.
looking forward to a family dinner and gathering. been a while since we've done this.
love and hugs to all!
Good morning,
Oh yes, Jo, Lynne's gloating was because of the fact that the Ravens beat the Steelers.
Good Sunday Morning To all my friends ♥
This morning in the frigid outdoors I had 11 hungry squirrels! My bag of peanuts disappears fast!
Jenny is here so my comment will be short with promise to return soon.
KEEP WARM
I read back quickly
Thanks Sandi for this update !!!
Nest Update Blackwater 01/11/15:
2nd Egg Alert!
Our second egg is here! Our final egg might arrive in 2-3 days.
I bet Lisa is doing a happy dance ♥
Good Morning Eagle Buds!!!
Good nest reports! Thanks!
Seth and I had a good Sat/Sun and now, by nightfall, he'll be settled in his dorm room once more.
SHIRLEY, hope the doc fixes you up with some good pills like Kathryn's. Enjoy your belated Christmas!
JANET, nice to hear your family was able to get together once more now that the flu which spoiled Christmas is history.
Love and prayers for all!!!

Oh yea, JUDIE: who is JUFIE's new interest?
:) Later ya'll
walk in and find
eagle in the nest
I see that eagle, Judy! Thanks for the heads-up!

Oh there was a visit.
I too am not getting emails JUDYE

Good late afternoon.
Janet, very sorry about the leak. What a mess and a problem. Hope Tom can fix everything. Also hoping Lorelei is just fighting a little cold.
Shirley, enjoy the dinner/Christmas tonight.
Hi Hoda. Sadly, I suspect you are correct.
As for Jufie's new interest...stay tuned.
Congratulations to the Blackwater eagles.
Congratulations to Dallas.
Downton Abbey tonight.
BBL
its is 76° out taking the tablet outside and enjoy this weather No nice out now I think it got 80 today and just think we were cold was that yesterday LOL
EAGLE IN
EAGLE!
BOTH IN

Oops, sorry Judy! I see you already announced the arrival!

Bored? Check out the Coming Soon blog.
Watched Downton. Like the story lines this season.
Headed down the hallway to visit with the kids.
Sandperson is packing a satchel. Will depart at 11pm.
Restful sleep for all.

Good morning,
Rain here. Two hour delay for school. Almost time for Hunter to go.
We had a nice celebration last night--would have enjoyed having more time with my children, but it was a nice visit.
Blue jays are hollering out back. They want more peanuts. I saw a woodpecker on the suet. I do enjoy the woodpeckers.
BBL.
Good Wet Morning - I see a few icicles on the bird feeder but it sure doesn't stop a hungry bird or squirrel.
Everyone stay safe - it is 32° and no wind.
No plans for the day - hope I can find something fun to get into. lol
