Juvie stretching first left wing and then right wing...facing right...Something just flited infront of the tree and the perched juvie had a poop shoot.
JUDIE!!! You had me rush to reread my posts in worry over what I might have said that would lead you to think serial killer!!! LOL!!! You are keeping me on my toes!!! LOL!!! I just checked with the Mounties and they said that the Criminal Code of Canada does not I repeat DOES NOT cover aphids and caterpillars!!! So there I am safe.
Hoda, do NOT try to bamboozle me. The alert for your apprehension and detention on charges of serial insecticide are rampant in the insect world. lol
Trying to catch up on laundry now that the sun has slipped below the horizon. Already weary of humidity. On the other hand, perhaps the heat and humidity will drive the intruders back to their own roost next week.
remember Tracey that got fired well she comes back to work tomorrow I didn't get any details yet something is hinkey there that is the third associate fired and hired back
Before I got home I was out taking picture after work of osprey etc and wow took 154 pic HOW did I get that many lol nice egret ones also and I found a area that had about 18 osprey in it in several different trees and boy did they let me know that they did not like me stop to take pic I took a video and they are so loud uploading now but 154 won't post all got some cool storm clouds one also We got another inch of rain in that short time also
It was 6:52 when the cam went out. I rather suspect they were all gone home by then...I have no way to contact STEVE...Maybe PAULA or MARGY or JO could do so when they come here...I suppose one could message STEVE on FB but I am not sure that is a good idea...personal and work???
Hi all - I see we have a new thread and no live cam.
Drove all the way to Rehoboth - went into K-Mart to buy some things, spent about an hour there, checked everything out at the register, and realized that my credit card holder was AT HOME in my beach bag, since I drove to the beach yesterday. GRRR!!!! Had my check book so I wrote a check instead - but the cashier wouldn't accept it without a photo ID, and my driver's license was in my credit card holder!! Accomplished NOTHING other than wasting gas! Plus, the AC in my car doesn't seem to be working very well - I see a trip to the garage in my Jeep's future!
Time to hop into the bathtub and then read a little. Goodnight everyone - see you in the AM!
When I took pictures I didn't realize that I captured a lightening bolt in the picture was going for the snowy egret I posted some pic on blog of osprey, snowy egret and Cormorant! and the Lightening bolt to osprey, snowy egret and Cormorant! and the Lightening bolt to
Checking in from my nice cool home. No trees in the driveway. No storms on the horizon that I know of. Prayers for Hodas sister tomorrow. Hoping Magpie is continuing to heal well. Time to do the dishes, take a shower and stretch out on the cough. Good Night everyone.
Sandi Been there done that only I was only a couple of miles from home. So sorry about your 2 hr drive to accomplish nothing.
Hey, when is autumn? Can't stand the humidity. Makes it hard to breathe. Had to get out mt inhaler again. Darn!
Met with a dermatologist yesterday; I'm allergic to my own perspiration. Have to stay cool and dry. I'm trying, believe me.
Glad Glo is home with her fur babies and keeping cool and dry.
Judie, now that you-redecorated, are you taking reservations? Sign me up. Don't need to be entertained either. I have a nook and iPad to go. Just need to pack my numerous meds. I'm trying to escape my doctors and male roommates.
Judy, could those employees be dismissed and rehired as temps or lower pay?
Lori, with this humidity take lots of breaks and stay hydrated.
Margy, sweetMargy, so glad you can share with us. It won't be long until you're good, if not better, than new.
Hoda, you're a whirlwind of energy. Do you ever get tired? Do you ever say " no?" How about loaning me some. Love ya.
Andy, hello. Haven't seen you on much, but think of you often.
Okay, gonna go check out fb. Prayers for all who visit and are in need physically or emotionally. You are loved.
Well, Emma and I both survived the trip to the vet--the jury's still out on Ken. His nerves were shot from all the whining & yipes going on in the car while he was trying to drive! Gotta say, though, it was totally quiet on the way home. The new vet did some food intolerance testing (panels 1 & 2), and checked for parasites. He says to keep on the bland diet for now; he gave me a recipe for home-made dog food once the test results are in, if all is OK. He looked at Emma's tongue and says she has motility problems, which we can address once we know whether she has any food sensitivities or allergies. He says that if we take her for a walk, we need to give her a bath when we get home. He wants her to have a bath once a week, regardless. Need to use very gentle shampoo for dogs with allergies. He says to keep her on 4 small meals per day for now. He is VERY nice, and is VERY knowledgeable. I was impressed! Gosh, Emma really likes him, too! I think we're finally getting somewhere. Good thing--today's visit totalled $395! Good thing we got pet insurance! I feel much better that we're getting to the ROOT of Emma's problems, though. Better to treat the cause than just the symptoms!
only one was hired as a lower pay because he left as a dept mgr and came back as a truck unloader Different pay scale but Tracey is the same money and the other was promoted to a dept mgr at another store Odd huh
Well I'm calling it a day SED ♥AOYP See ya in the am ☼ at Sycamore Sunrise Cyber Cafe Bless this Nest and all ♀ ♥ ♂ whom watch it at Sycamore Palace Healing thoughts for those in need
"Be kinder than necessary, for everyone is fighting some kind of battle."
Hi, Diann, I think of you often, too! My Ken was born in Lancaster, PA, and lived there till he was 16. Still have relatives back there.
Hoda, will be praying for your American sister. Sounds like an amazing surgery.
Margy, glad you're doing well, and that you had a nice visit with your sister.
Sandi, sorry about your fruitless shopping trip! Been there, done that before!
JudyE, love your pictures! We have a pair of egrets nesting in our big tree this year along with the night herons!
That reminds me. I noticed a pair of doves that came for supper, and they were quite interesting. One was a Eurasian Ring-Necked Dove. The other one was either a strange color mutation of the same species, or a cross between a Eurasian dove and a tan-and-white domestic pigeon! It was exactly the same size, had the same exact black neck ring, but had a mottled tan-and-white back and wings, with white flight feathers instead of dark brown ones. Fascinating!
Well, I'm about ready to make like Jo and put my feet up!
The porch light is on, and both security systems are enabled. Sleep tight, with SED. God bless, and good night. I love all of you! Oh--Emma and I thank you for your prayers!! ♥♥Lynn♥♥ ♥♥Carolyn & Christy♥♥ I ♥ us!!!
Hoda, will be thinking of your sister. God bless and keep her. I know this will be tough physically and mentally.
Found Bunny Bear under a bed. (Jacob's BB) Took his picture and texted a ransom note to Laurel. So far it is not working. He will not part with his trophy, claims he does not have $1,000 and his mother's lemon cake is gone. Think I will sleep with Bunny Bear tonight. :) (He has 3, so guess he had not missed this one.)
Andy, glad you liked the new vet and hope things work out.
Good Thursday morning my eagle friends! No live cam this morning! From the radar, it looks like rain is heading toward the nest.
Hoda, I will be praying for your sister today, that her surgery is a success.
Judy, loved your photos on FB!
Hot and sticky here already this morning. Wish tennis was at 8am instead of 9am. Chance of thunderstorms every afternoon for the next few days - so far, they have all broken up before getting across the Chesapeake Bay.
the pool saga continues: the short story. ran and got the permit yesterday, which was three stops in the same building.
needed an electrician. posted on facebook, an acquaintance came thru. :) that will be done on sunday, so inspection for that next week.
sand was delivered via neighbor up the street. hit him up to dig a trench for the electrical lines...has to be underground. and...he has heavy equipment such as bobcats.
now, go out to "mark the area for the pool" and the area we agreed on didn't work! :O oh no charlie brown. it has to be 10 feet from trees and 15 feet from electrical lines and the latter was the problem....we ran right into the side of the hill when we were 15 feet from... so we had a second option.
not exactly optimal, but workable. soooo, i had to dig out my raised garden, put all my tomato plants in pots, put my nice soil into the wagon (we have a garden tractor and wagon) and put it to the side. thankfully that was loose soil and easy to work with.
we marked out the spot and then had to move a bird house, which was on a 10ft post concreted in. thank goodness for our son and his friend who were out playing horseshoes in the back yard.
with that said, tom is back to the permit office early to let them know of the change of location.....and then the pool is to be delivered between 1 and 3 today.
YIKES> what an adventure!
i of course had my four massages yesterday morning, so by nightfall as we were finishing up with digging, pulling, painting, marking....i was covered in dirt, sweat and tired. a good hot shower and off to bed for me.
work today. i will not be here for all the excitement...but i am sure tom can handle it!
have a great day ya'll! light, love, hugs and smiles!
There is finally a message under the cam again NOTICE: The live feed is currently offline. We're working on the problem. Please return later. Thank you for your patience. -
It's overcast and humid here today. Supposed to get up to 88 before it's over. Not sure I'll be doing any yard work except to water all the patio pots early today.
Hoda, your sister is on my mind and in my prayers this morning. Will be waiting to hear an excellent report!
Margy, thinking about you, too, and hoping the hand is feeling better and better with each passing day!
Well, need a second cup of coffee to get myself in gear. Dreary weather makes me sleepy! Miss Emma is bouncing around like one of her tennis balls this morning. She says, "Woof, woof, ruff!" Have a super day, everyone! Will check back in later. I ♥ us!!!
Good morning to all from MD TY Lolly for the alert about the Live Cam - I was fast enough to see the juvie.
We drove home yesterday eve after having dinner in Salisbury with family. Coming up the road before the bridge we had a storm off to the right of us and the lightening was spectacular. Scary but beautiful. The road took us around it!
Today Hoda, I am praying for success of your American sister's surgery.
Lori - you caught me last evening with my "test" While at the beach on hubby's lap top the blog wouldn't recognize me - I could read but not post mainly because I couldn't remember my user name - they have me on google and hotmail. Just know I was thinking about all of you and your happenings- ♥
Surgery started two hours ago. She was in good spirits when she went in. It will be a few more hours. Her husband, her youngest son and our youngest sister are with her at the hospital. Thank you for the prayers we all much appreciate them. Praying that the cancer has not spread in her nodes. This is also one of the things the surgery is supposed to confirm. We pray. We accept all. As we say here God is Good ALL the time. Thank you.
Margy - I can tell from the blog comments that you are taking care to not overdo! I pray your left hand is healing and will be successful to the point that your right hand will be next! God is Good...
GLO: so sorry about your electric ordeal and thankful you and Dex made it through.
I am going to ride my bicycle to meet some Dragons for exercise. Then I will go to a Grans Volunteer evaluation event. Then to Yoga. In all of this holding space for my sister and continuing to pray. Sitting around makes for anxious energy. I have my phone with me and answer texts. Her son just texted that first part of surgery went well. Now to start the second part. God Zbless the surgeons and medical team and give them strength
Makeup on and hair fixed. Did not do that yesterday. Poor Jubby had to look at me all day...I didn't. Stayed away from mirrors. LOL
Just had to refresh the cam and saw juvies soaring and circling. Cool! Now nothing in sight.
Some very good news. Looks like Laurel and Joey's have an offer on their house. Sounds great! About time they got good news. PTL!!!!
Now I am going to ask for prayer. They want to fill Joey's teaching position with a teacher/coach. So, at this moment Joey does not have a job. He has his application in at many places. Please pray for a teaching job for him. Do not know what will happen if he does not get a job. Crazy people, they have Joey with his masters in English and they want to fill it with a coach. Shows why education is going down down down.
Good news Hoda! Praying the rest of the surgery is also successful. Prayers for you and for her family who is with her waiting for the news.
Lolly I guess you can't win all of the time! There must be something out there for Joey that is rewarding! Hope he doesn't lose faith. Great news about the house selling - that will be one burden off their shoulders! Remember that picture about when one door closes and before the next one opens - Pray while you are in the hallway! ♥
Hoda, that's fantastic news about your American sister's surgery so far! I'm happy dancing right along with you! Prayers continue!
Lolly, that's good news about the house selling. Can't believe they want to replace Joey with a coach! Are they crazy?! Praying big-time for a fantastic job offer for him!
I just posted a picture of the interesting pair of doves from the other day on my blog. The one on the right is the prettiest, craziest color! Going into lurk mode now; will check back in later.
Hoda, continued prayers for your sister and a good outcome.
Andy, good to see you. Glad Emma is getting along better and hope this new vet will do wonders for her. Poor ken. Ask him if he'd rather have two cats meowing while going to the vet's and it is not a long drive. Tell ken to turn the radio up. That might help. If you ever get back east, let me know.
She is out like a light That kid sure loves her naps She is gonna be in trouble next year in kindergarten I think We try to break her but she wants the nap So she get it
We went to a new place a indoor play area with a slide 3 stories high really fast I went down it once with her and took a quick video of us in it funny LOL
gonna go upload pic now and we have again as usual storms a brewing I uninstalled my weather channel app yesterday may have to do the weather bug I keep getting that the script for the page wasn't running right and the now radar wouldn't loop so I mssg them and asked if they knew what the issue was
Just touching base! Happy to hear the live cam is back!
Jo, welcome home! Thanks for the "official" July birthday/anniversary list! BTW, Denny shares a birthday with Margy and Nilla.
Hoda, great news that your sister's surgery is going well so far and the docs do not believe the cancer is in her lymph nodes! Prayers continue for her!
Lolly, what sport is the school in need of a coach for? Could Joey do the coaching job in addition to teaching? It would be extra money, even though it would also mean extra after-school time.
Janet, good news that you have been able to find solutions for the pool glitches!
Hot, hot, hot on the tennis court! Played with 2 very nice partners this morning. I bet I sweated off 5 lbs! Allows me to eat all the blueberry stuff my sister is baking!
OK got pic uploaded on blog of todays adventure to a new place to take Jordyn to a Air conditioned play area and I put the video of me going down the slide with her its really short today new surprise place I took Jordyn to in Largo they are the same city that has the great big out door play area she loves
DID I tell you all that I gave up coffee and find that I don't mess it I use to drink fulley leaded and switched to decaf about 10 months ago when I ran in to a deal of decaf at 2/3 off so I bought a ton of it finally ran out and with me using sugar decided I wasn't using the coffee for a kick just for taste and never bought any more and I have lost 4 lbs not for sure if its cause of the no sugar daily but it may be hope to continue the loss but I doubt it I would use a 1/4 cup in a post so that is a lot of sugar Got one load on
Well almost six hours after my sister went into surgery she is out. The Medical Team says everything went really well. Her husband is a doctor and they did the doctor talk where he asked questions and they answered and my youngest sister had to get him to translate what was said and he is very pleased with how things worked out. So if he is pleased I am pleased. I am not sure how she will be able to talk and have not asked yet and no one has said. But I am sure they will find a way...
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND FOR YOUR SUPPORT. Could not have happened without you. Blessed Be
OK!!! MISS MARGY has yet to be on today. Sending prayers for comfort and healing MARGY. Wished I was closer so I could run errands and do house chores for you.
PRAYERS for JOEY and TEACHING position LOLLY. Over here people with Masters Degrees qualify to teach in Community Colleges...is that an option there? Is it something that interests him? Sometimes here too jobs open as late as September when they see the numbers and things pan out...They call back the teachers with whom they have had experience...in teaching often it is a waiting game...PRAYERS PRAYERS PRAYERS...
Off to the volunteer meeting for evaluations of Grands Event...I already wrote my report and will share with the group and between us figure out how we can improve for the next time we do this.
My heart is full of gratitude.
See you when I come back from there and before Yoga.
Thank you for all the Eagle sightings and I am so happy that the Camera is back up again...
Lori, hope your dentist appt went well. Went to mine yesterday for the permanent cap and it didn't fit probably. Dr. Said he was not pleased so sent back to the lab and I have to go back in 3weeks. That means I have to refill my script for pre-meds. So tired of doctor, pharmacy & dentist visits. I envy those taking a vacay. Calgon, take me away!!
Time for supper. Just subs tonight since cupboards are low. Must get to grocery store soon.
Beautiful blue sky with white fluffy clouds at the nest. The tornado watch has been lifted. Strange that you can watch the clouds moving....
I had tried when I went on Vacation to let you all know that I had seen 3 eagles' nest on my way down RT 404 outside of Denton MD. The 1st one I could see the white head in the nest - nothing was seen at the 2nd nest - at the 3rd nest I could see the Juvie clearly.
Well My sister is in the intensive care unit...they already went in to see her and talk to her...she talks!!! She made sense my youngest sister said. They can not stay with her overnight in intensive care unit but her husband has been at her side and they are now thinking of getting her up to walk and her lungs are working on their own...She will be in the hospital for nine days and her husband will be able to sleep in the hospital in the Dr.'s lounge...she is happy about that...I can not believe it all BLESSED BE.
JO did you stop at the restaurant for pick up like SANDI had suggested? Glad you saw eagles nests and adults and juvies. Very exciting.
Has anyone spoken to MARGY today...I see no posts from her still. I hope all is well and that it is just not comfortable for her to type and she is taking a rest. I have to go look for her phone number...
I will have a light something to eat and then head out to yoga...
I feel blessed.
My youngest sister took our nephew, who just Graduated from Boston University this spring and has decided to move back to Minneapolis for further studies, anyway, she took him to Ikea to help him shop for things he will need for his new place. Maybe I should say he took her there and she helped him choose things that are practical and that would fit his budget.
I continue my prayers of gratitude. Western medicine is amazing...
HODA, so happy to hear all is going great with your sister's surgery and her recovery today. Hope you got rid of your nervous energy and found your bike ride refreshing.
LOLLY, prayers for Joey to get a great job. How insane for them to want to put a coach in for a teacher with a Masters! Nuts.
JO, Welcome Home! We missed you!
JUDYE, that's a big slide! Looks like fun if you don't mind heights.
Hoda - no I didn't stop at the BBQ place and have carryout. I'll wait until I can enjoy sitting out at their picnic tables to eat later this summer when the humidity isn't so high.
Amazing...The surgery was ALL done with scope!!! no incesion...boggles my mind...God Bless her surgical team...two surgeons and the rest of the team worked effortlessly...
Maybe later JO you and SANDI can meet and go to the BBQ place...so very good to have you home...
Now I have such elevated energy LORI...excited...so I hope Yoga practice finds me in a more even place...it was good to ride the bicycle earlier and to go for a walk with the Dragons...it sprinkled on us, sort of like being in England, nothing too much...good good day.
I went to the dentist this afternoon for a simple procedure to put my crown back on...she says, "we have a problem." Turns out the post they put the crown on has split and resulted in some decay. She said it's not worth pouring money into sand, that she's already done so much hoping to save the tooth, that I should have it pulled. The options were many, but all involve pulling the tooth. I could have a so called bionic tooth where the post is actually a screw in the jawbone but that process takes at least 4-6months and I'll be in school in PA by then, so I opted, in the meantime, to just have a retainer put in the open space to keep my teeth in place, then get the replacement tooth when I have insurance again. My insurance will have run out by time the 4 - 6 months rolls around. Hate surprises like that! Oh well, glad I still have teeth! :)
Officially reached 100 today, but our thermometer said 97. Where is the dislike button?
Laurel said the buyer wants the closing fast, so it is set for the 12th. They are so excited, it is a cash buy as is. They disclosed the needed repairs. It does need some remodeling but is in such an ideal location....on a cul de sac, sidewalks and only a block from the school. It is a great neighborhood. Laurel and Joey just could not afford it and the repairs it needed.
Good sound thinking LORI in regards the tooth...yes surprises are just that surprises and then it becomes a process to work with what we have... Thinking of you and wishing you well with that.
I love the cam picture with how the clouds are moving and it seems like a very pretty colour view...we are so fortunate to have the cam.
Laurel and Joey actually like their rent with option to buy house much better. The neighborhood is not as great but the house and the yard they like much more, However, I think they will never buy it as it does have serious foundation problems. Time will tell. In the meantime, the Yellow Crowned Night Heron that has a nest practically in their backyard...has two juvies that are now branching.
I know LOLLY I was so surprised and pleased with that part...she can talk...Carol very clearly said that she sounded well and made sense and that must mean that her vocal cords were not affected...
BOGGLES THE MIND!!!
I think you all live in an AMAZING country and was advanced Medical Sciences you have. So very very impressive. How is it that I lucked out and am living on this continent I wonder? 80% of the people on this planet do nt have what we have...the potential of it all...Boggles my mind!!!
Stopped by to check on Hoda's sis. Looks like good news. I am very glad to read that. Magpie posted very late last night or early this morning. I do hope all is going well for her. I started a special project today for a friend whose husband was recently diagnosed with Oral Cancer which has spread to lymph nodes. I sure hope i can do what they want in a way that brings some comfort and peace to the couple and their family. I am surely going to try my best. Tomorrow is the big project and Dex will have a sitter for a while. Today was meet him and his special 4 footed companions.
HELLO and good evening Home for Angie and brought Jordyn suitcase and a bag of stuff home with me that way Angie won't have to haul all in the am and transfer to my truck She is spending the night with me That way they can go to Angie high school reunion Jordyn wants to go back to the Highlands rec hall tomorrow and we will do the water part also its is just for 5 and under didn't bring a suit today And as for me I love the slide but OH MY aching neck Not good on it Should have known better I guess I don't know if it was the sliding part or the climbing up it there were some pretty area you had no steps like the ones at MC donalds and Chickfala with the small openings that kids can go in and adults shouldn't lol NO MORE SLIDE for me

So happy HODA to hear the procedure went well
LORI happy there is a fix for you on you tooth
MARGY was on last night a little after midnight with her good nights I hope her hand is ok today and she didn't' over do it
EEeww! It's been so humid at this roost today--and about 82 here right now. Got up to the high 80s, with 78% humidity.
Emma and I were miserable, so I put her "Kool Collar" with the blue ice insert on her. We both ended up falling asleep in front of a fan--"estivation mode" for sure!
Ken stopped and got Subway for dinner--sure beats having to cook!
Hoda, glad your American sister is recovering well, and is able to talk. Thank God! Having family near will help her tremendously, I'm sure.
Hope Margy is doing well! Hasn't she posted at all since last night? Prayers!!
The interesting dove with unusual color markings was here tonight by itself. Wanted to get another picture, but the lighting was not good. Hope we see it again tomorrow. Check it out on my blog.
Lori, so sorry about your dental problems! Hope the retainer works well for you!
Diann, if we EVER get back to PA, I will be sure to contact you! Would love to meet with you! Airfares are so high right now it will be a while, though.
Well, think I am going to sit and veg in front of the TV. I can't STAND high humidity! Wilting quickly here.
The porch light is on, and both security systems are enabled. Sleep well, with SED, everyone! God bless, and goodnight. I love all of you! ♥♥Lynn♥♥ ♥♥Carolyn & Christy♥♥ I ♥ us!!!
Stopping by to see who is still standing. I see Andy & family are getting wilted too. Did't realize CA was having such a heat wave too until tonight's national newscast. Whew! Try to stay cool Andy.
Margy! Where are you? Hope everything is okay and you are just one hand tired. Prayers & (( hugs))
Guess I'll go and. Pick up the Nook and do some mindless reading before I recline.
God bless all who visit and prayers for all in need. Love yas. Goodnight
Four grand graduations over and done with and Penny and I are happily back in our groove !
ANDY, so glad Emmy has such a good vet--sounds like all will be well ! Yeah !
HODA, oh happy day ! Prayers continue for your dear "sis" as she recovers.
SANDI, read back and saw the "disaster shopping story"--I hate when that happens !
MARGY, oh MARGY, wherefore art thou, MARGY ? Hope the hand is improving daily !!!!!
LOLLY, Joey's situation is so distressing, but glad they're getting rid of the housing headache at least. Loved your comment about your appearance after working all day yesterday. Reminded me of a favorite ditty we all know:
"For beauty I'd not take a prize. There are many more beautiful far. But my face I don't mind it, for I am behind it. The people in front get the jar !"
LORI, too bad the tooth had to go, but hope the retainer works well til' you get insurance again. I know your smile is beautiful no matter what !!!!
It's good to see the juvies are still making appearances. They'll be flying the coop entirely very soon. What a grand and glorious year this has been in the history of Sycamore Palace !
Well I'm calling it a day SED ♥AOYP See ya in the am ☼ at Sycamore Sunrise Cyber Cafe Bless this Nest and all ♀ ♥ ♂ whom watch it at Sycamore Palace Healing thoughts for those in need

Thank you all for prayers and good wishes for my sister. I feel indeed blessed.
PAULA I am glad you made a safe journey.
I found MARGY'S phone number and will phone her tomorrow 1st thing. I think it is too late to phone her now!!!
Missing C/A hope to see you on here soon C/A...
As for LINDA I think I will make a missing persons report with the RCMP and see if they could locate her!!!
We are coming into a long weekend. It is Canada Day here Monday. Our 4th of July so to speak. Nelson is starting with a big MARKET FEST tomorrow night... I will volunteer from 7:00 to 9:00 with the Eco-Society. There will be music, dancers, vendors, local artists, NGO's, and everyone comes out and walks around main street Nelson to see what they could see...it is very jovial...
Now indeed the day is perfect!!! I read JO's post and wondered what was up, what did I miss. Then I scrolled up and there is MISS MARGY HERSELF!!! YAY YAY YAY!!! Yes indeed the day is full of blessings and I am very happy to see your post MARGY. (((((HUGS)))))
GLO good luck with your project and with DEX not being with you for a few days...It will be a good reunioin when next you meet. Blessings on the work you will do with the family and ma he be healed from Oral Cancer.
Nothing new here....nose in kindle all evening, Whoops, take that back...nose in a book all evening, lol Reading teacher Laurel has supplied me with some summer reading. lol
Up really early tomorrow to mow and yard work before it reaches 100.
Just had to drop back in to see if Margy was here, and she WAS! Hope your internet problems are a thing of the PAST! Glad you're on the mend. Hope all of you back east get a reprieve from the heat and humidity soon!
I'm about to send my doctor an e-mail to see if she can get me out of jury duty in August. Three of the medications I take cause me to have intestinal problems at times--usually with only about 30 seconds of warning! I don't want to have to take a lot of Immodium. Hope she can help. (Then, there's the fact that we only have one car now, and Ken's still working full-time.) I've done jury duty in the past, but am just not feeling inspired this time.
Good Friday morning my eagle friends. When I opened the live cam, there was a juvie on the high branch. S/he took off and flew into the nest where there was some movement. I didn't see a parent arrive but it looked like both kids were in the nest, maybe mantling over some food. So all seems well at the nest.
Hoda, amazing that your sister is able to speak! Again, I'm happy that the surgery was successful - I pray that she heals quickly.
Lori - OUCH!
Kay, good to hear from you and welcome home from your latest excursion!
Glo, I must have missed why you and Dex will be apart for a few days. What's up?
Lolly, great news about the house sale for Laurel and Joey and the quick settlement. Once they get the money to sell, will they look for another house to buy, since they have no plans to buy the one they're in now?
Andy, have you considered a thundershirt for Emma when she's in the car? It really helped Bandit's car anxiety until his dementia started and now he bites anyone who tries to touch his stomach and the thundershirt has to be wrapped and velcroed there.
Tennis at 8am and then I'm sure we'll head to the beach. Have a great day all!
HODA: holding you and your sister in my heart for a positive outcome...light and love my friend.
MAGPIE: glad you are taking it easy and not overdoing it. miss your posts, but know you are with us in heart.
LOLLY: very good news! (regarding the house) and holding Joey in heart and thought, all that is for the highest and greatest good...
with regards to the pool: the installers were delayed yesterday and are supposed to arrive today. life happens. but we are ready. final spot is picked....the permit office basically told tom we could put it where ever we wanted in the back yard as long as it fell within the city parameters, such as this far from trees, power lines, etc.
so hopefully today. of course, we can't do squat with it ....til the electric is done and the inspections are finalized by the city...so maybe tuesday? we can fill it????
PA NANA: leaves don't fall til sept/oct here, so i'm pretty sure this will be fine. i really didn't anticipate an install before Monday when we bought it, so i can be patient. it gave us a little time to rethink and pick a final NEW spot.
JUDYE: wow you gave up coffee? i only started drinking it 10 years ago and enjoy my morning java! i could drink tea, and frequently do drink hot tea, but i love my morning coffee. remember how mom LOVED her morning coffee, and afternoon coffee? and all day coffee???? lol.
the other day olivia was drinking an "instant" breakfast...not my favorite for a LOT of reasons, but its calories for her...anyway, i was relaying the story of how dad used to drink those every morning for breakfast.....
well time for me to scat and get ready for work. i am getting a 2 hr massage after work this afternoon. i am very tired as i have not slept well for several days now....night sweats and hot flashes, have tried some OTC herbal stuff, seemed to help at first, now, the last few days, not so much. i will likely just snore thru my massage....
will try to check in this evening. i see an early bedtime though. have a beautiful day my friends! light, love, hugs and smiles to each of you!
Good Friday mornng everyone, Where has the month of June gone?
Reading & thinking back over all our good news/bad news posts and it is so remarkable how everything seems to work out in an acceptable way. Sometmes it takes a bit of time but positive outcomes happen. Definitely something special about this group!
Before I leave you all with well wishes for the day. . .
Do you recall Judie's "Adventures at the Sycamore Palace" (Sandi's title) stories? I've been puttering with her stories, putting them into a bitty book format. If you have any photos of the Sycamore princess & prince that might help tell their story, please email them and I'll see if I can make them fit.
Good morning eagle watchers. I see there is a juvie in attic. Glad cam is back.
Lori--sorry about tooth. My daughter had the same problem but is going for the implant. I need a crown and will schedule it soon. I hate that I have so many but I guess if I lived 100 years ago, I would be just eating mashed potatoes..
Lolly, that offer for the house is sure the way to go. I sold my TX house on a cash as is basis. Much easier than dealing with repairs and inspections. Your son in law can always get on the sub list again and hope a long term vacancy occurs. I'm sure he wants something more but that could be a last resort.
Hoda--glad your sister seems to be doing well.
Margy--hope your surgery was a great pain relieving success.
I am thinking of everyone.
I'm off soon to drive 35 miles to a super Giant Eagle grocery store. I always get into trouble there but I succumb every few weeeks, they have products my local store just doesn't carry. Hope to miss the again predicted rain.
On my bucket list - a book from the Momster blog beginning, not about the eagles, but comments from Momsters/Dadsters thru the years. So many are no longer on the blog, it would be a fun book to page thru for the memories or to acquaint those of us who never knew them.
CA = most guys I've heard are quite a handful when illness strikes! I am so thankful that I have a very healthy hubby and haven't had to find that out ♥
Take care and enjoy your day.
Book sounds great as your works always are enjoyable!
Sure soory to read of some aches pains and new worries & concerns here amongst us... all those things are in my Please-Asking prayers
Sure happy to read about the joyful things... Those things are in my grateful prayers...
now about my Sorry prayers... kinda private buy I am trying to whittle down the volume on those, but I will apologize I can't schmooze more with you, my precious Eagle Pals ! xo

Juvie stretching first left wing and then right wing...facing right...Something just flited infront of the tree and the perched juvie had a poop shoot.
LOLLY wished I could send you some of the rain that is here!!! I think someone has left on the taps and is not too worried about the water bill!!!
Had a very good yoga practice and do not think I will be able to ride my bicycle today...
I have to go make a cup of tea...
Juvie takes to wing and headed to the right...
Uh OH!!!
Camera has gone black...
I restart and have The AWAY ad...
Twirly arrow.
The selected item is currently not available it says.
The tree was empty at the time it went out when I posted.
Still cam has been out since 6/6/2013
Whoops! No Cam! Guess I will go fix dinner.
Hi Diann. How's you doin?
Hoda, do NOT try to bamboozle me. The alert for your apprehension and detention on charges of serial insecticide are rampant in the insect world. lol
Trying to catch up on laundry now that the sun has slipped below the horizon. Already weary of humidity. On the other hand, perhaps the heat and humidity will drive the intruders back to their own roost next week.
Going to check the nest.
...is rampant...
rampant? rampant she says???Well the Mounties are on my side on this one!!! Laughing!!!
I see no cam :-(
remember Tracey that got fired well she comes back to work tomorrow I didn't get any details yet something is hinkey there that is the third associate fired and hired back
Before I got home I was out taking picture after work of osprey etc and wow took 154 pic HOW did I get that many lol nice egret ones also and I found a area that had about 18 osprey in it in several different trees and boy did they let me know that they did not like me stop to take pic I took a video and they are so loud uploading now but 154 won't post all got some cool storm clouds one also We got another inch of rain in that short time also
DID anyone let STEVE know the cam is out there is nothing under the cam
I do not think so JUDYE in regards to telling STEVE...Only four have been on here since I posted it...you, LOLLY, JUDIE and me.
When I took pictures I didn't realize that I captured a lightening bolt in the picture was going for the snowy egret I posted some pic on blog of osprey, snowy egret and Cormorant! and the Lightening bolt to
osprey, snowy egret and Cormorant! and the Lightening bolt to
Checking in from my nice cool home.
Thabks Hoda for bringing the July birthdays and Anniversaries for me for JO :)

Good Evening Eagle Pals
xoxo
oh YAY Welcome home
to your roost, Glo and Dex!
:)
This is a test
Hi, Jo. Are you home now? If so, welcome back.
Just signing in to say goodnight. Love and prayers.
Good Evening!
Judy, your lightning bolt picture is outstanding.
Glad your vet visit was successful, Andy.
Time for me to hit the pillows. Very sleepy.
SED, everyone.
only one was hired as a lower pay because he left as a dept mgr and came back as a truck unloader Different pay scale but Tracey is the same money and the other was promoted to a dept mgr at another store Odd huh
Well I'm calling it a day

Thank you for the prayers.
Good to see JO on here.
MARGY I hope you are doing well.
Goodnight all
Nose in my kindle again this evening.
Time to go shower, it's my turn!
Night all! SED!
Have a great day all!
good morning....
the pool saga continues: the short story. ran and got the permit yesterday, which was three stops in the same building.
needed an electrician. posted on facebook, an acquaintance came thru.
Good morning,
Damp, cloudy and humid this morning, and the cam is down.
Good Morning Eagle buds
Sounds very exciting, Janet. We will need pictures.
There is finally a message under the cam again NOTICE: The live feed is currently offline. We're working on the problem.
Please return later. Thank you for your patience. -
Wow, Janet, glad you were able to make room for the pool!
Having a quick cup of coffee, then off to get my do done..then Wally world, groceries...etc. BBL this afternoon.
Good Thursday morning everyone!
My big plan for the day is a dentist appointment to cement (or whatever) my crown back on.
Boy is it humid this morning. The windows are all steamed up!
HODA, I will be praying for your sister and her surgical team today. Prayers that all goes perfect!
JANET, that sounds like a ton of work you did yesterday to accommodate the new pool. It will all be worth it once it's in. SPLASH!
MARGY, hope your hand is better today.
JO, are you home? Saw your test post last night.
SANDI, good luck with tennis this morning.
JUDYE, thanks for all the bird pics...awesome! How cool to see so many osprey at the same time. Have a great day off!
Hope everyone has a great day. Time to feed the birds and take a shower.
Good Morning!
I ♥ us!!!
Good morning! Live cam is up! Saw a juvie in the attic, flew away and whoops...it just flew up!
Nothing on the agenda today, so guess it is do some cleaning today. Have a few "piles" to take care of.
Thinking of and saying a prayer for Hoda's sister.
Good morning to all from MD
TY Lolly for the alert about the Live Cam - I was fast enough to see the juvie.
I pray your left hand
is healing and will be successful to the point that your right hand will be next!
MARGY has not been on today. Hope all is well. Prayers for your comfort and healing MARGY
Prognosis from medical team for first part of surgery is very positive. All is smooth according to a text I just got
Blessed Be
I take that to mean cancer has not spread to her nodes!!! Happy happy happy dance! Off I go on my bicycle
I live us!
Jo, welcome home.
Off to watch "Gunsmoke" and try to keep cool.
Btw, Janet, hope your pool troubles are minimal and you get to use it before the leaves fall.
HOME and I see camera is back up
She is out like a light That kid sure loves her naps She is gonna be in trouble next year in kindergarten I think We try to break her but she wants the nap So she get it
We went to a new place a indoor play area with a slide 3 stories high really fast I went down it once with her and took a quick video of us in it funny LOL
gonna go upload pic now and we have again as usual storms a brewing I uninstalled my weather channel app yesterday may have to do the weather bug I keep getting that the script for the page wasn't running right and the now radar wouldn't loop so I mssg them and asked if they knew what the issue was
Just touching base!
Later!
OK got pic uploaded on blog of todays adventure to a new place to take Jordyn to a Air conditioned play area and I put the video of me going down the slide with her its really short
today new surprise place I took Jordyn to in Largo they are the same city that has the great big out door play area she loves
been playing on the puter to long and need to do laundry been chatting with Angie on FB
funny thing under cam it still says they are off line LOL
EAGLE IN ATTIC CAME IN FROM RIGHT
Did you notice the cam has shifted more to the right again if you compare to a previous pic you can see the difference of the branches
DID I tell you all that I gave up coffee and find that I don't mess it I use to drink fulley leaded and switched to decaf about 10 months ago when I ran in to a deal of decaf at 2/3 off so I bought a ton of it finally ran out and with me using sugar decided I wasn't using the coffee for a kick just for taste and never bought any more and I have lost 4 lbs not for sure if its cause of the no sugar daily but it may be hope to continue the loss but I doubt it I would use a 1/4 cup in a post so that is a lot of sugar Got one load on
cam just got the twirly wheel had to refresh it
the message is no longer under the cam now
JUVIE is still there
oops Juvie is gone I went in Kitchen to address Janet letter and came back to a MT branch don't know about nest part
Blessed Be
WOW does the nest look FOGGY
GOOD NEWS HODA so happy to hear
Sometimes here too jobs open as late as September when they see the numbers and things pan out...They call back the teachers with whom they have had experience...in teaching often it is a waiting game...PRAYERS PRAYERS PRAYERS...
looks like a misty rain I un installed my WC App and can't check the radar there dern it
Off to the volunteer meeting for evaluations of Grands Event...I already wrote my report and will share with the group and between us figure out how we can improve for the next time we do this.
My heart is full of gratitude.
See you when I come back from there and before Yoga.
Thank you for all the Eagle sightings and I am so happy that the Camera is back up again...
I ♥♥♥ US
Grans not Grands!!!
JUVIE in the attic and I am heading to the bank to deposit my check from mom and dads house and head to the PO and then Angies
Must get to grocery store soon.
...later
I'll wait until I can enjoy sitting out at their picnic tables to eat later this summer when the humidity isn't
so high.
Amazing...The surgery was ALL done with scope!!! no incesion...boggles my mind...God Bless her surgical team...two surgeons and the rest of the team worked effortlessly...
LORI how was your trip to the dentist and what did you have done?
Lori - sounds like the tooth is in an
important position. When will she pull it and prepare for the retainer
OR is it already pulled?
Lori...hate hate hate tooth problems. So very sorry!
Too hot LOLLY. keep drinking water.
Glad LAUREL's house sold and that closing is on the 12th...
Howdy Hoda! So very happy for you concerning your sister. She can talk! Fantastic!
Well I am off to yoga now...
I hope we do a shoulder stand or something to stop me being so excited otherwise I will nt be able to sleep tonight...

Good evening.
Welcome home Jo. Nice to have you back with us.
Lolly, sorry about Joey's teaching position. Hope he will find something quickly.
Hoda, so glad your American sister's surgery seems to have gone so well. May she continue to improve. Having family around will surely help.
Lori, so sorry about the tooth. Tooth problems are never fun. Seriously hope the retainer is a good solution. Positive thoughts.
Diann, hope had to have a crown re-done some years ago. Inconvenient but better in the long tooth.
Glo, so sorry about your friend's husband. Your support will be very, very welcome.
Need to say goodnight early. The sandperson will depart on rounds at llpm. I will return in the a.m. Restful sleep for all.

Good Evening!

Love and prayers for all !

Thank YOU ALL, and Thank GOD, for you being my friends.
Nothing new here....nose in kindle all evening, Whoops, take that back...nose in a book all evening, lol Reading teacher Laurel has supplied me with some summer reading. lol
Up really early tomorrow to mow and yard work before it reaches 100.
Night all! SED!
Good night, everyone. Nice to hear from Margy.
Hi, Once Again!
(Then, there's the fact that we only have one car now, and Ken's still working full-time.)
I've done jury duty in the past, but am just not feeling inspired this time.
Going to hit the hay. Goodnight, and God bless!
Just saw one eagle fly from the nest. The other is still in the nest.
good TGIF folks.
GOOD MORNING EAGLE BUDS One juvie in the attic
Good Friday mornng everyone,
Where has the month of June gone?
Reading & thinking back over all our good news/bad news posts and it is so remarkable how everything seems to work out in an acceptable way. Sometmes it takes a bit of time but positive outcomes happen. Definitely something special about this group!
Before I leave you all with well wishes for the day. . .
Do you recall Judie's "Adventures at the Sycamore Palace" (Sandi's title) stories? I've been puttering with her stories, putting them into a bitty book format. If you have any photos of the Sycamore princess & prince that might help tell their story, please email them and I'll see if I can make them fit.
Make it a Great Day everyone!
CA You could go on the EM album and look for pictures there are so many You are so clever you are Can't wait to see it
JUVIE is still in attic
Juvie in attic and a fly by by another eagle to the righ
Good morning,
CA, what a great idea! Can't wait to see what you get. I will look through my pictures.
Good hot morning everyone!
Maybe it'll cool off if we get those thunderstorms after 4 thihs afternoon.
HODA, glad you were able to do your one shoulder stand to help you relax! What's the latest on your sister?
LOLLY, sorry for all the heat you're having...good thinking to mow early.
CAROLANNE, so good to see you on the blog. Liked what you had to say. Great how things work out for the good.
SANDI, hope tennis went well for you this morning and you got to play with some nice ladies.
GRANNY, 35 miles is a long way to the grossery store!
KAY, so glad you're home and get to stay home for a while! Hugs to you and Penny.
JUDYE, hope your neck feels better today.
SHIRLEY, glad you got your computer/internet working again! Thank you Will.
MARGY, we missed you yesterday. Glad you're taking good care of yourself and your internet is on again.
JANET, glad the work on the pool is coming along...hope there are no more delays. :)
PAULA, safe travels to Paradise! Have a great weekend!
Have a great day everyone!
Good morning to all!
Today is the 28th day of June and
a very special day for our Momster
CarolAnne - Happy birthday gal
Sorry I missed you here this morning but happy to know you got my e-card with your special wishes.
Happy birthday, CA.
Fantastic view of adult eagle in the attic now.
Posted picture on my blog.
GLO - thanks for the pics.
On my bucket list - a book from the Momster blog beginning, not about the eagles, but comments from Momsters/Dadsters thru the years. So many are no longer on the blog, it would be a fun book to page thru for the memories or to acquaint those of us who never knew them.
So many ideas, so little time.
Jo - I'd be hard to see.
I'm the one dashing away in the pouring rain after 24 hours with a Bubby who had the summer flu. He is not a good sickie! lol
CA = most guys I've heard are quite a handful when illness strikes!
I am so thankful that I have a very healthy hubby and haven't had to find that out ♥
Take care and enjoy your day.
Book sounds great as your works always are enjoyable!
Shirley - has Pepsi stayed around?
Well,
Wheeeee Doggy and Hallelujah
