RECONCILING PEOPLES CHECKBOOKS used to be one of my jobs when I worked at the bank. Gave me a headache nearly everytime I did one! Unbelievable what some people think or do with their accounts. Back then, the most frequent mistake was customers calling in and asking what their balance was and never asked if there were any outstanding checks. Then, they would get angry with me, saying I gave them the wrong balance!

It has been some day. First we went to Denton for Joseph's basketball game. He did great!! They won 30-22 and Joseph scored 12 pts of that score! Ate lunch at Subway and then Jack and I brought J and J home. Rest of the family showed up around 5. We had dinner, cake, presents and just lots of fun. Ash and Michael went to a benefit and I got Zach bathed and to bed. (With Jacob's help...LOL) Then Laurel and family left. Ash and Michael are now home. She has gone to bed and Michael and Jack are discussing football while watching hockey.
Well I came back ten minutes ago and caught up with the blog...Thanks DANAWV it is sweet of you to remember me in your prayers. I am keeping an eye on things. Dogs have very clean saliva with antiseptic quality, this from my childhood.I appreciate the symptomswhich LYNN had also mentioned the sorness and possible infection and fever...I will take another epsom salt bath before I go to bed...Thank you all for caring. It is a small town and I am sure I will see the young teenager and her dog again, as I had seen them before.

It was a wonderful concert...many people chanting and singing the names of God from all traditions. Beautiful setting also and life is so full of wonder and joy really.

Hoda you just gave me some REFLIEF-you have seen the girl and dog before GOOD. Yes you need to watch for infection. But you need to find that girl and dog and find out by looking at papers if it has had up to date rabies shot-get vets name if you have too. Cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 44.
Tomorrow's high will be around 50, but there's a 40% chance of more snow Wednesday.

Yes, it's melting. The nest still looks pretty covered. It will probably be icy out on the roads where it was wet. My temperature shows just 32 degrees.
Snow falling in Frederick, again, but too dark to tell if it's also snowing at the nest.
Did Monte grow up in South Dakota? He's had lots of driving practice in icy weather if he did.
WOW just pulled up the radar and it looks like we should be getting quite a bit of snow. Didn't realize we were suppose to get anymore. Looks cloudy but nothing coming down in H-town.

It's still pretty cloudy and fog in some places - I think that's where the blue/gray tint comes from. Like the pink tint from the sunrise when it's clear.
