Leona saw that you saw my comment, yes, that tour through your 30-day photo challenge was a profound experience see where you said you are OK this morning, glad to hear that after the tumble from the chair
Lynne2, hope that your morning is a good one too and that last night went okay
No, Lynn, this guy is very supportive. Carotids are clean and no significant change in femoral blockages. Said no walking is perfectly acceptable under the circumstances.
Yes, I have class today then 3 more to go before final exam.
Rain here today. Wishing sunshine for Megan.
Dayton is a very good Univ.
Margie, hello to you when you wake up.
And look who joined us -- Hi Carolyn.
Wishing everyone a lovely day even if you have to dodge raindrops.
Need to head to the office for a review with officials from Charleston on the police telecommuncations system, better get ready and stop looking for any late nest visits...rain or no rain I am surprised neither one plopped down on the wet fluff for a few minutes
I mentioned this yesterday but going to mention in again.
I found a couple of picture yesterday of 1000's of butterflies. I had posted them to my wall of facebook. Oh how I would have loved to been there and seen all of them like that.
Hey, Kay, daybreak but NO sun....it's pouring---has been most of the night!
Lori, blob appeared yesterdya evening....Belle dug it up out of the flugg!
DanaMo---lousy day to have to drive to Baltimore. Safe travels! And you'll miss chick action. :(
Donnie, good to see you again. They shut down the sound on the cam due to law enforecement activity noise on campus until 4/18---it improved pic greatly. And, of course, spring colors are showing!
Margy, hope you got enough sleep....y-a-w-n! Today is good sleeping weather---get your running done and then take a nap!
ARGH---had to log in to post and google had to have my phone number in order to "reset" me if I lose my password....??????Never had that message before!
DanaMo, 6-7 hrs. away will be hard for Mom, but probably a decent distance for the son; and as much as I love DC, probably NOT a good place for an 18 y.o.!
KayIM---hurray! Envoy!! Being a GM retiree, always glad to hear that folks drive GM! I had an Envoy, too, but now have a Chevy Avalance Truck! All the luxury of the Envoy but with greater load capacity! I don't do a whole lot of driving....it was 3 yrs. old in Feb. and I only have 18K miles on it! That includes a trip to St. Louis and to the OBX.
be sure to hit the "refresh for a current image" tab under the picture
also saw on the NCTC website overnight that the classes scheduled for this week, all of them, were canceled due to the thread of the government shutdown
Good morning everyone. I hear the sounds of lawn mowers. Guess our lawn service finally decided it was spring. lol Sure is nice for me to not to have to mow 5 acres this year.
Red, you can come and mow my 1 acre if you are feeling in the need of mowing. LOL
Good morning, Shirley! Oh, dear, we were needing to cheer up Lynne this weekend and now you are in need? (((Hugs)))
Paula, love the signs and balloons from your son. He is one thoughtful son. You raised him right!
Guess I am going to need to go to Decorah to get some nest action this morning or NBG.
Was going shopping today. Garden or shop???? Much rather garden but need to shop. Oh, well, will make the decision after breakfast and walking.
Had to laugh. Dana said for me to enjoy my walk. Dana, we walk in front of the TV. We play an excercise DVD and "walk" with it. We walk 2 miles in 30 minutes. Not really enjoyable. LOL But, it is great excercise and easy on the knees. Also, we can walk in hot or rainy weather.
Shirley, hope your day improves. Don't like to hear that you are down...:(
Red, glad to hear that the yard work is no longer part of your duties!! Between pollen and dust, it's not good for the lungs! I don't have much to do---but it does raise the dust if we have been dry. But, as long as the mower starts, I enjoy riding to do it!
The Decorah's were acting squirrelly when I went to bed around 10:00 also. They seemed on edge all day actually. Mom looked very tired this morning and I think she's off taking a break while papa watches the nest.

Megan is 100% right on the 100% rain prediction

Hedgie-Lynn...
oh, not a very good day for your tour through Poor House Farm Park...might be a good day to see some puddle ducks though
and probably not a very good fishing day for Captain Gene, but a good day for playing cards !
Good morning.

Margy, we are just checking out the barn. Need to know the layout and what they have in the way of tables, etc.!! No grounds exploration, for sure!

Be careful today, Judie! Yesterday's heat brought oils to the surface---on roads AND sidewalks! So rain will make it a bit slick!
LOL----see I drove everyone away!
Okay....will read the papers. BBL!
I left a message for myself to check this:
American Kestrel Cam
because...today there are now TWO eggs !

See you later.

Hi Lynne! You loose that "uneasy" feeling you were having the other day? Hope so!
Forgot to mention, it was 48 this morning! Love it! Up to 54 now, another beautiful day coming up!
Hey Red, enjoy the lawn service! Do you have a lawn boy or a lawn girl :)
Hi Shirley, we miss you! It will get better!

I enjoy my riding mower. I have not problem with mowing. It is the edging that gets me. Oh, well, it is good excercise!
Posted a picture on fb that shows a sign Jacob put on his door. I love it. So proud of that boy.
Going to start my day!
Have a great day and I will peek back in on and off! ☺
Just found this. It was an owl attack last night at Decorah that had both parents in the nest.

I cannot believe the color on our cam! That is beautiful! I see green all over the place.
