Just got home from Mass and dinner at Bob Evans - Roads are quite bare - you just get startled when clumps of snow fall onto your windshield from the wires above or tree branches. Things are melting.
Thanks for the Saturday thread Steve.
Need to go back one and see what went on while I was at church.
I missed 2 visits! Glad to see a pic of one in the snowy nest. Needed some talon prints in that snow. If anyone got a pic with both in the nest you can email to me to place in album.
Judie - First I want a miracle for you & then if necessary the surgery.
I am happy to have new curls, Jo. I tried to get an appointment last week and nothing was available either then or this Had to hop in my car and rush out this morning, but I got what I wanted. Would have enjoyed some more time to shop, but did get a little done.
Thanks you Steve, for the new thread and the call over, Ceil.
Thank you all for your concern. I'll keep you updated after next week. Just so hard trying to cope with the pain and no medication can help with this type of pain.
Backyard here looks like a Currier and Ives. So pretty and so quiet.
Bet Shirley looks like another Shirley -- as in S. Temple. Curls and more curls. So glad you got the appointment. One of life's pleasures is getting one's hair done.
Dinner over and waiting on the last of the laundry so think I will crawl in bed to rest a bit.
Tomorrow I need to go to Potomac, MD for last year's police cohort. They have a presentation where they have to use what they have learned in their courses to respond to a major disaster (think Katrina or 9/11). Faculty go to observe and ask questions.
Glittery White Evening to Everyone! At Park today, snow started about 11:30. Nothing was on the road (until leaving). Shortly after, an eagle was spotted on branch further upriver from the Visitor's Center. We knew if we went out, it would fly away, so looked thru binoculars.& that was the highlight of the day! We did have a few Scout groups camping, one went home in PM. The roads down there had some tire tracks & precip. was really slush, however heard a thumpy bang which I thought was snow falling from trees. But NO, windshield cracked!!!Had a pit since we got car, but it's a few Spidey web strands now! Stopped at store to check it out & cracks were not all the way thru, so trucked on home. Must have been the cold that finally got it!(But it's been cold before~~DUH!!!)
Too bad, Loretta, about the windshield. I was lucky...my insurance only charged me a minimal deductible of $250 (as opposed to my regular of $1000!) to replace mine last summer. And they came to the house to do it! No inconvenience excepthaving to go get a new inspection as can't re-use a sticker in WV. So cool you got to see your eagle!
Have a good day tomorrow, Judie--sounds interesting!
Hi, Ceil and Mits! And Shirley and Jo, too. Glad everyone is home in your roosts!
Forgot to say that at the Winter Wonderland they have about 10 trees decorated and they will raffle off the three best decorated and MM is one of them. Good night all.
Good evening! We are up at Laurel's. Boys are in bed. Jack and I are watching GA Tech/Clemson game. Still hoping for GA Tech vs TCU in the Orange Bowl. Cool! Cool! Cool!
After all our decorating today we had to leave the outside lights off. The breaker kept throwing, Jack had the lights plugged in to the same circuit as the greenhouse heater. That will not work. Tomorrow he will run an extension cord to the greenhouse.
Laurel's tree looks very pretty. She has all clear and red lights on the tree. It is not decorated yet, but it still looks pretty with the lights on.
What, Ceil??? MM is a tree???? She's going to be sold???? Oh, no!!! Hoping you mean that MM decorated one of the trees....right???? Good night, sweet Ceil!
Well, dear friends, I am signing off. From what I've heard while in and out of kitchen working, Margy's night has been relatively quiet as far as wrecks go, thank goodness. At least so far, drunks and dummies must be staying in! Hope all y'all sleep well. Pleasant dreams. Prayers for healing and peace.
Oh my, let me be the first to bid on MM -- whatever the highest bid is I will bid higher -- I WANT MM TO BE MY TREE!
Lolly, glad you and Jack are enjoying some time at Laurel's and that the electrical "stuff" gets worked out tomorrow.
Loretta, sorry about the windshield but so glad you were able to get home. Hope the insurance covers the cost.
Well, it's time for me to turn off my light. Leaving the night light on for others. Andy, please set the alarm when you come in. Sweet snowy eagle dreams for all.
Also, Annie is home alone. Need to get home to my kitty!
Laurel's dog is asleep on my feet and her cat is upstairs. Dern kitty did me in tonight. Was putting fresh sheets on a bed, started to play with her. Her claw got me good. Annie does not have claws, sorta forgot!
I'm leaving my night light on! Panda Nap in front of TV! (I HATE getting up early!) Judie, prayers for your health. Dana, glad you're back on here~~~hope good memories make you somewhat happy and peaceful.
I'm a ramblin wreck from GA Tech and a hell of an engineer! Wahoo! They pulled it off. They are off to the Orange Bowl. So happy for Jack! Now, to find out tomorrow evening where TCU goes for a bowl game. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
I am signing off for tonight. Laurel is not home yet. It is going to be a late night since we have an hour drive home after she gets home. However, I am tired, so going to get up and move around. Probably dust a little. Nothing like dusting at 11 at night! lol
Lost track of time...didn't know it was so late. My first clue was when I started to turn ORANGE (Pumpkin).Best get to bed before I start growing a vine:) OH NO, MR. BILL, our Mary Margret has turned into a Christmas tree! I'll bid $500, that's my bid and I'm sticking to it;) Love you MM!
Good Evening, Everyone! Not sure if anyone's still awake~~anyone lurking? I'm hoping the rain waits until tomorrow night to fall. We went to a movie today instead of doing the outside lights. Hope we're not sorry to postpone the lights! The movie was 'Everyone's Fine' with Robert DeNiro--and it's really good. One of those ones that sets you to thinking. Don't HAVE to see it on the big screen, though--could be a pay-per-view or a rental. We thought Robert DeNiro did a great job. Judie, praying for you! Hope the pain lessens for you. (((GIANT HUGS)))!!! I think the operation they're proposing for you is one that our son-in-law's dad had about a year ago. He needed it because of a blood clot in an artery in his leg. it's a l-o-n-g story. He originally had a job in Vegas installing fancy woodwork in a big hotel. He started having a heart attack, and drove all the way back to SoCal to go to the hospital. Complications set in as a result. But miracles DO happen, and he actually survived all of that! Well, it's still pretty early for me, but I'm kinda tired, so think I'll call it a night. Hoping that Margy is having a quiet night at work, and will get home safely through the iffy weather. Lolly, hope you guys have a safe drive home, too! Prayers being said for everyone and for all the various situations. Hope everyone gets an extremely restful and restorative night's sleep! Love all you guys. The porch light is on, the night light is making the nest look like a big sugar bowl, and the eye scanner is on. G'night, everyone! :o]
GOOD MORNING EAGLE BUDDIES!---It still looks like a winter wonderland here---It is a COOL 27° here this am!----WELL CONGRATS!--LOLLY'S JACK!!---Love your fight song!---LOTS of football upsets yesterday & more scheduled for today!!---WVU won--there were times when I had my doubts---but the MOUNTAINEERS pulled ahead!!-- FL got beat!!---Lots of tears yesterday!!
GOOD MORNIN' MARGY!---'Our BEST all around EAGLE MOMSTER today'!---CURSES!---I missed the EAGLE!---Wonderful to hear you had a 'slow' night!---Thanks for the black ice warning for everyone!!
GOOD MORNING, MARGY AND NORMA... I missed the visit by just a few minutes this morning. I had to reboot this 'puter and by the time I got back on, Belle? and just POOFED;(
27° here, too, Norma...I must turn the furnace up, it feels like 27° here in my office. We turn the furnace (thermostat) down to 58° at bedtime and 68° in the morning.
Norma, I speak for all of us on this, I sure you get emails one of these days, I would send you some pictures! Got two neat ones from BWO this morning, they were taking turns squawking.
The road in front of our house looks perfectly clear and dry, BUT, as Margy said...WATCH OUT FOR BLACK ICE! Hope GG doesn't wander out to church this morning!! Can't call her because she can't hear very well on the phone:(
Good morning everyone. I guess ou beat me with the snow this year but our turn is coming starting tonight and then the big one on tues and wed. I am off to work this morning and then off to a Christmas Open House this afternoon. Hope everyone has a great day. Could somoene put the link on for finneys. I went to watch yesterday but forgot to bookmark it. Its a gorgeous cam. Would love to find it easily on Firefox. TYVM.
Glo, give me a minute, and I'll put it up...Finney's nest is off-line for the season, it will be back in March when the osprey come back....Finland is the one we watch all year with the sea eagles and hoddies..
Thanks Magpie Got it all bookmarked before heading over and before its dark there too. They go nite nite when you do :-). Ok everyone have a blessed Sunday and sing like and eagle :-)
Watching CLOUD!---BAI left him sleeping & then returned with a huge bunch of bamboo---(you guessed it)---BAMBOO went on top of the 'LITTLE PRINCE'!----reminds one of little TAI!!
Good morning all. No they really are raffling MM. We have had her for 69 years so we are going to share her. LOL. Yep she did decorate the tree that is being raffled. Lots of red on it will try to get pic. I told Margy that the BWO eagles are singing. It is Sunday.
Jo, you were right about my panda nap. It was more like a long winter's nap. I enjoyed it.
I am guessing that Kathryn, Hunter, and Tommy went to the Christmas Parade last night. I did not hear from them and decided that I would rather stay in the warm house last night. Kathryn and I went to the parade last year and watched Hunter and Tommy ride by on the Cub Scout float in the snow.
The word is that the Christmas parade in Fredericksburg is always held on the coldest day so far in the winter. Seems to be a tradition that continued this year.
I understand that MM has transformed into a Christmas tree and that bids are being made. Do we get to keep her after Christmas? Will she become a Valentine and then maybe the Easter bunny?
I wrote the comment above and it seems to have disappeared into the ethernet. Fortunately, I had saved it. I now see that MM is not being auctioned off. Shucks.
yes Tai is doing his impersonation of a soccer ball:)hubby says he looks like he is getting ready for his trip in the crate back to China, of course he was joking Tai's will be using one of the crates his parents came over to here.
My delete. It posted the old message and then the copy.
Deleting can be a pain. I usually get completely kicked off the blog and have to sign back on unless I want to stay signed on with the version that doesn't show avatars.
Will try to remember that, Mits. I finally ended up logging off completely and logging back on. It wanted me to sign on, then did not recognize me and wanted me to sign on again as if I had a different version or something. The very first time I did it, I had to re-register, then it figured out who I was and let me in.
Just had my sugar kick for the day. Dark hot chocolate mix with milk rather than water. Two packages in a large mug with a couple of marshmallows. My stomach is very content. I prefer the real marshmallows to the ones that come in some chocolate packs. Made a point to pick them up yesterday.
Good Sunny, Snowy Morning to all! ☺ Finally above 32° here. Fubby put some bread chunks out for birds on deck & a couple huge crows came! They are Really big close up! Little kitty was watching thru window & boy did we see "flicky tail"!!They were bigger than she is. Had a blue jay, too, & male & female hairy woodies on suet. Nothing unusual.
Finally had some visitors to my feeders this morning. Juncos, I think. The feeders were swarming with birds yesterday. Maybe they are sleeping in this morning.
Good chilly morning, all! Shirley, I like whipped cream even better than marshmallows in my cocoa!! Tai as a soccer ball is so cute!! Guess his crate training will start very soon....:( Speaking of signing in, Mits and Shirley----something has happened---GOOD, shhhh!!!---I haven't had to sign-in for several days here! And I shut my puter off completely at night or when I leave the house!
My personal computer is usually turned off; I rarely use it since I have my laptop from school. I sometimes leave the laptop plugged in. I like to keep it charged.
Paula, if you check in....were the escapees your dogs??? What happened? Unlatched gate or over the fence? Hope everything is fine!! Know how scaqry it is.
Would need a long electrical cord unless they could charge it up, or would you have them use a gas-powered one, Jim? Steve and crew would be surprised to see a long cord plugged in somewhere leading up to the nest.
Thanks, Lynn. I had been worried about how I would handle the Christmas cards. I have slacked off on sending them in recent years. You all have given me a reason to do better this year.
Just got the message that my photography class work is now complete and accepted. Now I have to decide what to do next semester. Still need to get 60 more points. I would say that I am not going to wait until the last minute again, but that is five years away. Surely I will retire before then. I think that's why I let it slide this time. Never had done that before.
Congrats, Shirley!! Of course, we KNEW it would be accepted!!! CEU's, IMHO, are nothing more than busy work---we learn most by being OTJ! That was the real reason I let my license go inactive---so I wouldn't have to mess with primarily the expense of the courses, along with rarely finding something that fit my field!
Had some thoughts of signing up for another weekend course this semester, but it was filled. I was not too eager to do it anyway. Would have been this weekend, I think, and was for elementary teachers.
I finished 90 points this semester, the equivalent of a 3-hour college course. Would rather not have to do two online classes at the same time in the spring. Either two weekend classes or one weekend and one online would be better. The online courses were interesting, but two at the same time was a lot of work.
Lynn, at least I do not have to take regular college courses. My graduate degree gives me that advantage. I did that while raising 4 children, and, for the most part, while working full time. Hubby was commuting to DC area every day.
I don't think I could do that again. Spent a lot of time in my room ignoring crashes and shouts in other parts of the house while hubby was in charge of the kids(sort of). I will have to say that those courses did help me a lot. I had been mostly a stay-at-home mom for about 14 years. Got my brain refreshed and updated.
I can't say that the extra pay for the MA Degree has been all that wonderful, but I learned a lot, and I have gotten to teach college classes because of it.
Yea!! Got Will to help me, and have moved old bedroom furniture out of the extra spare room that I unearthed before Thanksgiving.
Now we have moved a double bed and a dresser into that room instead of a single bed and a sewing machine. I have nicer space for Christmas guests, or for Hunter if he spends some time with me. Two complete spare bedrooms!
The furniture had been stored in the basement and the mattresses in the garage. They were originally from my mother's house. Had been at Kathryn's until she redid a room for Hunter.
Sounds like you are working way too hard, Shirley!! But definitely accomplishing something! All of your schooling efforts paid off well for you, even if the monetary part isn't what you're worth!
I think the biggest payoff may be when I retire. I think I will try to do some adjunct jobs for a little extra income. I would rather not have to work as a sub.
Helen - when you check in, I had forgotten what time to look for ISS this morning too...but Tuesday, will be much better! Closer to 7 am, and high in the sky !
Hey, folks! Will is assembling the Christmas tree. We do fake trees these days. I shopped in the cold for real ones for some time, but have done the build-a-tree recently. We use family decorations collected over the years. One very special one is an egg decoration Rus made in elementary school--maybe 3rd grade. We have so many decorations, it is hard to see the tree.
Shirley, when did they change SS? It was a dollar loss for every 2 earned til age 70.....??? That's wjy my Bill is inthe predicament he's in, owning a business. He's almost 66.
Those poor old Deadskins~~~the cardiac kids. I went to store at start of 2nd half, & that still didn't help! Since about 1 PM have been observing a black vulture a few houses down & behind us. It was on their little stoop at one back basement door. Maybe it wanted to go in. At first I thought I saw a dog!It preened it's feathers for almost 2 hours. It spread it's wings for awhile as if drying them like an anhinga. It had several feathers missing or shredded on the right wing. Next we saw it on top the AC. Then it went to other end of house on top of shed. Before dark, found it perched in small tree in their yard.Never saw it move, but it must be able to fly a little. Since we have no big predators, can only imagine it had an encounter w/maybe a dog. Guess I'll send pics to my expert at Park! LOL Gotta dwnld. BBL~~gotta eat
Good evening Eagle Buds!! Great present Jo! I love stuff like that! Beats the heck out of a toaster! Speaking of small appliances, my mixer bit the dust AGAIN!! I go through more mixers than anyone I know, can't make em last more than six months! (Maybe I use them too much??)

Just got back from Mass and Winter Wonderland at the Lutheran Church
Thanks Ceil. Thanks, Steve.
There is plenty of winter to wonder at tonight, Ceil.
Just got home from Mass and dinner at Bob Evans - Roads are quite bare - you just get startled when clumps of snow fall onto your windshield from the wires above or tree branches. Things are melting.
Thanks for the Saturday thread Steve.

thanks for the call over, Ceil....hope you had a good time at the Winter Wonderland

Judie - First I want a miracle for you & then if necessary the surgery.
Shirley - how do you like your curls
I am happy to have new curls, Jo. I tried to get an appointment last week and nothing was available either then or this Had to hop in my car and rush out this morning, but I got what I wanted. Would have enjoyed some more time to shop, but did get a little done.
At least, we hope that Judie's surgery provides a miracle cure, Jo.
My message sounds confusing. The appointment wasn't available last Saturday or today. One opened up today, though.
BBL. Going to take a panda nap.
Sure do, Shirley.
Pook on the Moose Cam is now feeding the elk! She says she is a happy camper.
The deer are gathering at the Okie Bird Cam.
I can't tell for sure but I would think it is a raccoon on the USee Wildlife cam and he is up in the feeder having a feast!
Good evening! See we have a new thread! Which address for Iris, FL or PA?
Florida;)
good night, everyone..
Thanks you Steve, for the new thread and the call over, Ceil.

Hi Dana! Snow at your place too?
Well, it sure sounds like MM is a tree! And, about to be raffled off! Strange custom in your part of the world.
Hi, Lolly! Combo of red and clear sounds pretty!! Are you staying the night??
Well, dear friends, I am signing off. From what I've heard while in and out of kitchen working, Margy's night has been relatively quiet as far as wrecks go, thank goodness. At least so far, drunks and dummies must be staying in!

Oops, goodnight, Lynn.
No, we are not staying. If it was just me, I would. Also, have church in the morning and lots of stuff I need to do at home.

I got caught up in a TV show..
I always knew that MM had a Star shinning right over her head - Hope we get some pics of the Christmas Tree!
Good Night Judie and Lynn. Have a peaceful sleep.
Shirley's panda nap may have turned into a bear's hibernation. Be great if it lasted until sunrise!
My system is closing down ......
Good Night All
Peace to you & yours
Prayers for all needs!
(((hugs))) ♥ ♥ ♥
Thanks for the beautiful snowfall!
Good night, Jo. Sweet dreams!
I'm leaving my night light on! Panda Nap in front of TV! (I HATE getting up early!)

Thanks Magpie Got it all bookmarked before heading over and before its dark there too. They go nite nite when you do :-). Ok everyone have a blessed Sunday and sing like and eagle :-)
well, not fast enough, Margy got you the FINLAND nest address:)
Well I have been up all night so still have a little steam left, Mits....
but I'm fading fast...
Happy Feast of Saint Nicholas Day, hope you found candy bars in your shoes this morning ☺
Best wishes for a good safe comforting and peaceful day.
xo ☺ ♥
MORNIN' GLO & MITS!---Yep!---We have the snow!!
MARGY---I haven't had a CLARK bar in years!---do they still sell them?
I'll find out tomorrow am?---ho!
Yepper Norma, but maybe not all stores carry them.
I was IN my shoes all night so no chance for candy bars here !
HO
Okay, bed is warmed up and pajamas, here I come !
Shame to go to bed when it is so bright and sunny out !
xoxox
Watching CLOUD!---BAI left him sleeping & then returned with a huge bunch of bamboo---(you guessed it)---BAMBOO went on top of the 'LITTLE PRINCE'!----reminds one of little TAI!!
Good morning all.
No they really are raffling MM. We have had her for 69 years so we are going to share her. LOL. Yep she did decorate the tree that is being raffled. Lots of red on it will try to get pic.
I told Margy that the BWO eagles are singing. It is Sunday.
Tai Shan is all rolled up like a little ball in the snow:)
Ceil, go look at Tai....
glad MM is not being raffled off:)
WHOA!!!----I couldn't find TAI!---I did see a BLACK & WHITE soccer ball!!---He is still the COOLEST!!
OMG he does look like a giant soccer ball. Never saw him do that he usually loves to play in the snow.
Good morning!
Shucks.
Hope this posts. Hope it does not double post.
Shirley knowing MM never know what she will do.
BBL
yes Tai is doing his impersonation of a soccer ball:)hubby says he looks like he is getting ready for his trip in the crate back to China, of course he was joking Tai's will be using one of the crates his parents came over to here.
My delete. It posted the old message and then the copy.
Deleting can be a pain. I usually get completely kicked off the blog and have to sign back on unless I want to stay signed on with the version that doesn't show avatars.
usually hitting refresh button will bring back avatars, Shirley, at least it does for me
Will try to remember that, Mits. I finally ended up logging off completely and logging back on. It wanted me to sign on, then did not recognize me and wanted me to sign on again as if I had a different version or something. The very first time I did it, I had to re-register, then it figured out who I was and let me in.
today's weather for nest.....
Today
Sunny. Highs in the upper 30s. West winds 5 to 10 mph.
Tonight
Partly cloudy in the evening...then becoming mostly cloudy. Lows in the lower 20s. Light and variable winds.
because my Verizon times out all the time, I have to constantly sign into blog:(
well darn, ISS went over this a.m., missed it. next chance Tuesday a.m.
snow in the nest in Maine...
Finally above 32° here.
EAGLE--OUR NEST!!!!
Has a log.
yep sure is a big stick...
Good chilly morning, all!
Shirley, I like whipped cream even better than marshmallows in my cocoa!!
Tai as a soccer ball is so cute!! Guess his crate training will start very soon....:(
Speaking of signing in, Mits and Shirley----something has happened---GOOD, shhhh!!!---I haven't had to sign-in for several days here! And I shut my puter off completely at night or when I leave the house!
Lynn, I always shut mine down, when I leave, and at night....also turn off printer and shredder....it pays to save money.
Hi Lynn. I thought about whipped cream. Have some of that here, too. Maybe whipped cream and marshmallows.
this is Lib...
Could one of ya'll send me the Christmas address list?
My personal computer is usually turned off; I rarely use it since I have my laptop from school. I sometimes leave the laptop plugged in. I like to keep it charged.
Paula, if you check in....were the escapees your dogs??? What happened? Unlatched gate or over the fence? Hope everything is fine!! Know how scaqry it is.
I would like a Christmas address list as well.
didn't I just send that to you Sissy, Shirley don't have your email address:(
I found it, never mind! Sorry!
I'm sure someone else will see your request, Shirley and send it to you
guess eagles feel more comfortable visiting the nest today after the shooters are gone.
Mits, you have e-mail.
thanks, Shirley, got it:)
getting a nice long visit:)
Posted a picture on my blog of Lib with the log.

I happened to see a short take of Liberty-Belle's visit as I opened sites this A.M.
What they need is a snow blower. You know?
C(°Ù¿°)D
Jim
Bev, sent you list.
Interesting image. Lib with a tiny snow-blower. Not sure Belle would allow him to use it.
Congratulations to Ga. Tech. I thought I heard some loud cheering from the Dallas area.
Wanda, I'll see your $500 and raise you $200. I WANT A MM TREE!
Andy, hope you get the outside light finished today -- without any rain.
Margie, hope you are having a good day's nap.
Paula, hope you found the escapees and brought them to justice.
Off to get ready to go see the cops present their final project.
Would need a long electrical cord unless they could charge it up, or would you have them use a gas-powered one, Jim? Steve and crew would be surprised to see a long cord plugged in somewhere leading up to the nest.
Have fun, Judie!
Thanks, Lynn. I had been worried about how I would handle the Christmas cards. I have slacked off on sending them in recent years. You all have given me a reason to do better this year.
Enjoy your day, Judie.
you are not going to be far away from me, Judie:)
Do we have an address for Geula?
Here it is almost lunch time and I just finished my 1st cup of coffee.
I had lot of pics from Germany to view before reading the morning happenings.
That was quite a log brought into the nest. Can't imagine seeing them flying with it!
Sissy - I think all we have is her email address.
Hanukkah 2009 begins at sundown on Friday December 11
Just got the message that my photography class work is now complete and accepted. Now I have to decide what to do next semester. Still need to get 60 more points. I would say that I am not going to wait until the last minute again, but that is five years away. Surely I will retire before then. I think that's why I let it slide this time. Never had done that before.
Would be something to see him flying with that log, Jo.
I still have a few cards to finish up and get into the mail tomorrow.
Better get on it!
BBILW
Congrats, Shirley!! Of course, we KNEW it would be accepted!!! CEU's, IMHO, are nothing more than busy work---we learn most by being OTJ! That was the real reason I let my license go inactive---so I wouldn't have to mess with primarily the expense of the courses, along with rarely finding something that fit my field!
GO SKINS.........:)
On the board, 7-0!
10-0!
Washington is still ahead.
Tied game. 10-10.
Watching the game, too, Lynn. Keeping my fingers crossed. They need a win.
Touchdown, Skins!
17-10 Skins!
Yikes! What a play!! They will talk about that one for awhile.
Tied at halftime, 17 all.......nothing like starting all over :(
Was an iteresting half, though.
interesting
Hello eagle momsters and dadsters.
Let us all say it together now, (we need it)-"go Redskins!"
Go, go, Redskins!!!
Thanks Shirley! We can beat this undefeated team. : )
If only they would do away with the earning limits on SS, Shirley. It's a rip-off.
20-17, Skins.
Do you all see the Eagle in the nest ?
Can't say how long Eagle was there, but it just took off, let me check pics and see if I can tell which one it was...
Hello
I see missed an earlier mid-morning visit but someone dear sent me a nice picture of Eagle Moving Log ♥
Sounds great, Shirley two complete spare bedrooms ☺
Mema Jo - I bet your are in Great Grandchildren Picture Heaven ☺
27-17, Skins! Wouldn't it be SOMETHING if we won this one??!!
Hope Market went well for Megan, hope browsers were in a shopping mood ☺
Also hope Paula is not working too hard, or
Anyone else for that matter !
Did Lolly check back in once returning home ??
Yea, Skins! 27-17
Yeah Magpie, they carried in what appeared to be a small tree. : )
Don't entirely understand the SS earning limit thing; I'm at full retirement age.
Hi T-Bird....I am just moving around from daytime slumber, got my coffee coursing through my system now
Yeah, a tree....
CORRECTION !!!
Make that Monday here for me
Better post the site again since we have some views coming up
ISS Tracking for All
Punch in your zip code, and see what to look for in anyone's area
Hope Lynne2 sees this !
sounds cheerful, Shirley...
Shirley
You might be at or near school Monday morning for ISS...
I'm not watching the game, but Go Washington...
who are they playing ?
Just checked the SS website. There is no income limit when you reach full retirement.
27-20 now. 3rd qtr. almost over. MTBR!
Oh, RETIREMENT, what a magical word !
It sounds better every year, Margy.
got some "morning" things to attend do, back later, you all watch for the Eagles !
I put four pics of last short visit up ...
xo ☺
Shirley, when did they change SS? It was a dollar loss for every 2 earned til age 70.....??? That's wjy my Bill is inthe predicament he's in, owning a business. He's almost 66.
NEW THREAD
Wow! Score update
30-20 Would be great to beat
the unbeaten Saints......
Good "moring", Margy, we are playing the Saints! Score now 30-20, but they are knocking again---argh!
Catch you on the other thread, Lynn.
Now 30-23. Go SKINS! Yep, Thelma....we gotta do this!!
Lynn, I am two days shy of 68. Maybe 67 is the magic age. I am not sure.
Oh dear, oh dear. Not good.
Overtime.
Two hour delay for school tomorrow.
Darn! Saints win.
Shoot, darn, heck skins. Go Chargers and Ravens!!
At least the snow wasn't a complete waste. I get to sleep in a bit tomorrow.
That one was a heartbreaker.
Eagle
poof
Both
Gone.
